Embossing 처리 과대지의 제조 및 물성 (Preparation and Properties of Embossing Treated Fruiting Bag)

  • The environment of agriculture in Korea is changed very rapidly. Since the labours in fruit cultivation field are getting older, the resources and the aid materials for farming need to be multi functional and easy to use. Therefore, They have to use various kind of aid materials in field of fruit cultivation like as fruiting bag. The development of practical utilization way of embossing process for manufacturing of fruiting bag and wrapping paper of agricultural products was main purpose of this study. Embossing roll was designed in Ginyong Embo(Co.) for the embossing process of fruiting bag. The embossing treated fruiting bag was manufactured in Agro(Co.) at mill scale. The mechanical properties of embossing paper was investigated and operation efficiency of bagging was tested at field. The properties of embossed paper was satisfied for fruiting bags for cultivation of apple and pear.

유통 과대지의 물성 및 Wax Emulsion 발수 과대지의 제조 (Properties of Current Fruiting Bag and Preparation Water Repelling Fruiting Bag with Wax Emulsion)

  • As well as crop cultivation, they could not avoid automatizing and using more environmental friendly process in cultivation of fruit. And also, the consumer ask more safe fruit which is produced with more clean method. This is why the usage of aid materials for fruit cultivation like as fruiting bags are increasing. Practical utilization of wax emulsion treated water repelling fruiting bags are developed continuously and it's properties is compared properties of nomal fruiting bags. The water repelling process was developed with wax emulsion coating. After the experiment of wax emulsion preparation from paraffin and DEA and/or OA in Lab. scale, the wax emulsion was manufactured on pilot scale. The wax emulsion coated paper was prepared in mill scale coater. The water repellency and properties of emulsion coated fruiting bags were evaluated and compared with that of current fruiting bags.

  • Fruit bagging paper is used for protecting of fruits from insect and/or microorganisms. Generally, fruit bagging paper controled light, temperature and humidity and then it is used for good fruit color, size and taste. The physical properties of conventional(domestic and abroad) fruiting bag and wrapping paper were analyzed and compared to each other. And also, the optical properties of conventional(domestic and abroad) fruiting bag and wrapping paper were analyzed and compared to each other. The chemical additives and residual herbicide in conventional fruiting bag and wrapping paper were analyzed and compared to each other. The analyzed data was bench marked for developing water repelling paper and embossing paper.

Screening of-Lyophyllum Decastes-Highly Productive Cultivable Strains

  • In order to explore mycelial growth and fruiting body formation of Lyophyllum decates on different media, ten cultivation media by using cottonseed hull, sawdust, corn cob etc. as main components were designed for seven strains. The results showed that the mycelial colour of all strains are mainly snow-white, and the formula of media using corn cob as main materials was better than that using cottonseed hull and sawdust for mycelial growth, but no fruiting body was formed. The cottonseed hull medium with a small amount of sawdust, plant leaves, humus or fermented material and wheat was beneficial for fruiting formation. The incubation period for fruiting formation of strain 3001 was 108 days and the highest yield was-214.80 g/bag. Fructification of the strains tasted occurs successively in order of 3001, 1035, 1004 and 1013. It was concluded that different medium composition had significant effect on the mycelial growth and fruiting body formation.

  • Embossing treated fruit bagging paper was prepared with newly designed embossing roll and mechanical properties of fruit bagging paper were evaluated. The embossing technology was developed. First of all, embossing roll was designed in Ginyong Embo(Co) for the embossing process of fruiting bag. The embossing treated fruit bagging paper was manufactured in Agro(Co) at plant scale. The mechanical properties of embossing paper was investigated and operation efficiency of bagging was tested at field. The properties of embossed paper was quit satisfied for fruiting bag for cultivation of apple and pears.

톱밥 및 농업부산물 이용 배지상에서 노루궁뎅이버섯(Hericium erinaceum)의 균사생장 및 자실체형성 (Mycelial Growth and Fruiting Body Formation of Hericium erinaceum in Sawdust and Agricultural By-product Substrates)

  • 본 실험은 다양한 농가부산물들이 노루궁데이버섯의 재배를 위한 기질로써 적합한지를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 참나무 톱밥, 사탕수수박, 코코낫박, 율무박, 왕겨, 배추, 면자각의 기본 기질들과 미강, 옥수수박의 첨가물을 서로 다른 비율과 조성을 통하여 노루궁뎅이버섯 균주를 접종한 후, 균사생장과 균사밀도, 자실체 생산량, 생물학적 효율을 조사 비교하였다. 참나무 톱밥 80%+미강 20%의 기질이 우수한 균사생장, 균사밀도, 자실체 생산량, 생물학적 효율을 보여 종균용 기질로써 적합하였다. 이러한 기질 조성의 적합성은 병재배법을 이용하는 농가에서 3개 노루궁뎅이버섯 균주를 사용하여 행한 실증실험에서 입증되었다. 그러나 봉지재배법을 이용한 농가 실증시험에서는 면자각 40%+참나무 톱밥 40% 기질에 옥수수 및 미강을 각각 10%씩 영양원으로 첨가한 기질에서 자실체 생산 및 생물학적 효율이 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

A New Report on Edible Tropical Bolete, Phlebopus spongiosus in Thailand and Its Fruiting Body Formation without the Need for a Host Plant

  • Phlebopus spongiosus is a well-known edible ectomycorrhizal mushroom indigenous to southern Vietnam. The mushroom specimens collected from northern Thailand in this study were identified as P. spongiosus. This identification was based on morphological characteristics and the multi-gene phylogenetic analyses. Pure cultures were isolated and the relevant suitable mycelial growth conditions were investigated. The results indicated that the fungal mycelia grew well on L-modified Melin-Norkans, and Murashige and Skoog agar all of which were adjusted to a pH of 5.0 at 30 ℃. Sclerotia-like structures were observed on cultures. The ability of this mushroom to produce fruiting bodies in the absence of a host plant was determined by employing a bag cultivation method. Fungal mycelia completely covered the cultivation substrate after 90-95 days following inoculation of mushroom spawn. Under the mushroom house conditions, the highest amount of primordial formation was observed after 10-15 days at a casing with soil:vermiculite (1:1, v/v). The primordia developed into a mature stage within one week. Moreover, identification of the cultivated fruiting bodies was confirmed by both morphological and molecular methods. This is the first record of P. spongiosus found in Thailand and its ability to form fruiting bodies without a host plant.

한국산 간버섯의 인공재배 및 항산화 활성 평가 (Artificial Cultivation and Antioxidant Activity of Korean Native Mushroom Pycnoporus coccineus)

  • 간버섯 균주의 균사 생장은 PDA와 YMA에서 균사의 밀도와 생장량이 양호하였으나, MEA에서는 균사 생장량과 속도가 저조하였다. 배양 기간 중 광(光)조사는 균사체의 색소 형성과 균사체 밀도에 영향을 주었다. 간버섯은 병 재배와 봉지 재배 모두에서 자실체를 발생시킬 수 있었고 종균 배양과 재배를 위한 가장 적합한 배지 원료는 참나무톱밥으로 밝혀졌다. 톱밥배지를 사용한 인공재배에서 자실체의 발생은 15일째부터 육안으로 확인할 수 있는 정도로 자실체 원기가 생장하였으며 상대습도가 낮은 처리구에서 5일 정도 빠르게 형성되었다. 버섯 발생 40~45일째에는 성숙한자실체를 수확할 수 있었고, 생육실의 상대습도가 낮은 편이 버섯 발생과 생육에 유리하였다. 인공재배에서 수확한 자실체의 항산화 활성을 조사한 결과, 간버섯의 ABTS radical 소거 활성은 병 재배 자실체 추출물과 야생 간버섯 자실체 methanol 추출물이 각각 505㎍/㎖, 515㎍/㎖의 농도로 낮은 활성을 나타내었으나 봉지 재배에서 수확한 자실체는 910㎍/㎖로 높게 나타났다. DPPH radical 소거 활성 결과 모든 추출물이 활성 2,000㎍/㎖ 농도 이상의 IC50값으로 활성을 나타내지 않았다. 간버섯의 ethyl acetate 추출물의 경우 간버섯 병 재배 자실체 추출물이 IC50값 154.5㎍/㎖으로 가장 높은 활성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 간버섯 methanol 추출물은 동일 농도(10mg/㎖)에서 ABTS radical 소거 활성은 야생 간버섯 자실체 추출물이 가장 높은 활성을 보였다.
