  • In this paper, we consider the existence of nontrivial solutions for the nonlinear fractional differential equation boundary-value problem(BVP) $-D_0^{\alpha}+u(t)=\lambda[f(t, u(t))+q(t)]$, 0 < t < 1 u(0) = u(1) = 0, where $\lambda$ > 0 is a parameter, 1 < $\alpha$ $\leq$ 2, $D_{0+}^{\alpha}$ is the standard Riemann-Liouville differentiation, f : [0, 1] ${\times}{\mathbb{R}}{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ is continuous, and q(t) : (0, 1) $\rightarrow$ [0, $+\infty$] is Lebesgue integrable. We obtain serval sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of nontrivial solution of BVP when $\lambda$ in some interval. Our approach is based on Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative. Particularly, we do not use the nonnegative assumption and monotonicity which was essential for the technique used in almost all existed literature on f.

  • In this paper, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of solution for a class of initial boundary value problems with Dirichlet condition in regard to a category of fractional-order partial differential equations. The results are established by a method based on the theorem of Lax Milligram.

  • In the present paper, we prove common fixed point theorems for a pair of weakly compatible mappings under implicit contractive relation in quasi-partial Sb-metric spaces. We also provide an illustrative example to support our results. Furthermore, we will use the results obtained for application to two boundary value problems for the second-order differential equation. Also, we prove a common solution for the nonlinear fractional differential equation.

  • In this paper, we investigate existence, uniqueness and four different types of Ulam's stability, that is, Ulam-Hyers stability, generalized Ulam-Hyers stability, Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability and generalized Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability of the solution for a class of nonlinear fractional Pantograph differential equation in term of a proportional Caputo fractional derivative with mixed nonlocal conditions. We construct sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of solutions by utilizing well-known classical fixed point theorems such as Banach contraction principle, Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative and $Krasnosel^{\prime}ski{\breve{i}}{^{\prime}}s$ fixed point theorem. Finally, two examples are also given to point out the applicability of our main results.

  • Balance function is one of the joint factors to determine fall in risk theory. It helps to moderate the progression and riskiness of falls for detecting balance and fall risk factors. Nevertheless, the objective measures for balance function require expensive equipment with the assessment of any expertise. We establish the existence and uniqueness of a multi-order fractional differential equations based on ${\psi}$-Hilfer operator on time scales with balance function. This class describes the dynamic of time scales derivative. Our tool is based on the Schauder fixed point theorem. Here, sufficient conditions for Ulam-stability are given.

  • This paper investigates the issue of analytic travelling wave solutions for some important coupled models of fractional order. Analytic travelling wave solutions of the considered model are found by means of the Q-function method. The results give us that the Q-function method is very simple, reliable and effective for searching analytic exact solutions of complex nonlinear partial differential equations.

  • Lienard's equations are important nonlinear differential equations with application in many areas of applied mathematics. In the present article, a new approach known as the modified fractional Taylor series method (MFTSM) is proposed to solve the nonlinear fractional Lienard equations with Caputo fractional derivatives, and the convergence of this method is established. Numerical examples are given to verify our theoretical results and to illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the method. The results obtained show the reliability and efficiency of the MFTSM, suggesting that it can be used to solve other types of nonlinear fractional differential equations that arise in modeling different physical problems.

  • In this paper, we construct some results on the existence and regularity for solutions of neutral functional differential equations with unbounded principal operators in Hilbert spaces. In order to establish the existence and regularity for solutions of the neutral system by using fractional power of operators and the local Lipschtiz continuity of nonlinear term without using many of the strong restrictions considering in the previous literature.

  • This paper successfully applies the modified Adomian decomposition method to find the approximate solutions of the Caputo fractional integro-differential equations. The reliability of the method and reduction in the size of the computational work give this method a wider applicability. Also, the behavior of the solution can be formally determined by analytical approximation. Moreover, we proved the existence and uniqueness results and convergence of the solution. Finally, an example is included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed technique.
