Through SNS Eat Out Select Properties, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation of Others Affect Relations (SNS를 통한 외식선택속성이, 고객만족도, 타인추천 영향관계)

  • This study conducted a survey and emperical analysis of SNS based consumer experience visits to eat out companies. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected of which 28 were deemed unreliable, leaving 322 responses to be used in the analysis. SPSS 22.0 was employed to carry out frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. First, choose eat out properties multiple regression analysis on the impact on customer satisfaction, overall explanatory power of the regression equation $R^2=.521$ (adjusted $R^2=.515$) and F values were analyzed statistically significant the influence of the positive (+) with 86.325 p=0.000 and the regression equation. Content type pursuit of independent variables (B=0.540, p<0.001), seeking safety type (B=0.292, p<0.001) were significantly appeared showed the influence of the positive (+), Pursuit convenience-type (B=0.071, p<0.001) and the pursuit of dignity type (B=0.002, p<0.001) the sub-showed the influence of (-). Second, the multiple regression analysis on the impact on customer satisfaction to others is recommended explanatory power is $R^2=.539$ (adjusted $R^2=.538$) and F values are analyzed by a statistical regression equation p=0.000 and 374.765 in significance showed that the model fit the regression line. Customer satisfaction is the independent variable was the influence of the positive (+) to (B=0.540, p<0.001).

  • The purpose of the study is to find factors to measure Museum Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Visitors' motivation. The survey was analyzed with 214 questionnaires out of 230 ones and it was conducted by those who have once visited the National Museum of Korea. Pre-test was conducted from May, 2013. Deriving adequate Service Quality Measures in Museum, factor analysis was applied. From 29th of July 2013 to 23rd of August 2013, surveys were conducted through online and off-line. Using the SPSS 20.0 statistics, Population analysis was applied frequently. In order to ensure the reliability, cronbach ${\alpha}$ value was evaluated. Fit of the research model and the suitability of the path coefficients were evaluated through AMOS to ensure the validity and reliability. As a result, in terms of Analysis on Service Quality, it influenced significantly on the degree of satisfaction. Visitors' motivation also had partial influence on the degree of satisfaction. Moreover, Behavioral Intentions were also influenced by the degree of satisfaction.

A Study on the Impact of Hotel Internal Marketing Practices on Culinary Staff Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (호텔기업 내부마케팅활동이 조리종사원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study seeks to determine causal relationships between hotel internal marketing practices and job satisfaction, and ultimately on organizational commitment, to contribute information enabling hotel management to better understand employees working in hotel culinary departments. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed for the statistical analysis (e.g. frequency statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structure equation model). Results revealed that the formulated model showed proper model fit (${\chi}^2=227.154$(df=179), p-value=0.009, CMIN/DF=1.269, RMR=0.013, GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.911, NFI=0.906, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.031), and confirmed construct reliability and convergent validity. Three factors (benefit package, educational training, work autonomy) were extracted based on the results of the factor analyses. Specifically, benefit package and work autonomy exhibited an effect on job satisfaction with benefit package asthe most significant factor (t-value 3.311, p<0.001), partially supporting the first hypothesis of this study. In addition, job satisfaction has found to have a positive influence in organizational commitment, confirming the second hypothesis of this study.

Operation Strategy in Online Knowledge Sharing Community (지식공유 목적의 가상 커뮤니티 운영전략에 관한 연구)

  • Virtual community, which is formed on the internet, is expected to serve the needs of members for communication, information, and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider operating strategy of virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' loyalty in virtual community. The objective of this study is to develop an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usefulness, ease of use, familiarity, members' trust, reputation, community trust, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty. Empirical data was collected from 286 internet users and tested using structural equation modeling to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the usefulness, familiarity significantly influences attitude and members' trust is significantly influence the community trust. And I confirmed that ease of use and attitude play the role of determinants in making the satisfaction, community trust and reputation influence the satisfaction that have the direct effect to making the loyalty. The results of the study can be used to identify the loyalty in virtual community. By investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote community trust, attitude, satisfaction to stimulate members' willingness to revisit the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.

A study for middle-aged on oral health knowledge, oral health care and satisfaction with prosthetic treatment (중년층의 구강건강지식, 실천 및 보철치료 만족실태 조사)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health knowledge and actual oral health care of the selected subjects, their decision making about prosthetic treatment, the state and characteristics of their prosthetic treatment and their satisfaction with prosthetic treatment in an attempt to provide some information on the improvement of the quality of life related to oral health and the promotion of oral health. Methods : The subjects in this study were 250 people who received education in two different lifelong education institutions in the city of Busan. After a survey was conducted from May 23 to June 15, 2011, the answer sheets from 217 respondents were analyzed. Results : 1. As for the general characteristics of the respondents, the men(52.1%) outnumbered the women. Those who were in their 60 and up(47.5%) made up the largest age group, and the married people(65.4%) outnumbered the unmarried ones. By occupation, the company employees(20.3%) made up the biggest group. By education, the greatest group was high-school graduates(36.1%). By monthly mean income, the biggest group gained an income of 2.01 million won or more(36.9%). As to medical security, community-based insurance was most prevailing (36.9%). In terms of health promotion, the largest group worked out to stay fit(52.4%). 2. Regarding oral health knowledge, they had a good knowledge about the cause of dental caries(56.7%), but they weren't well aware of the right time for regular dental checkup(47.9%). In relation to oral health care, regular scaling wasn't prevailing(16.9%). 3. Regarding connections between the general characteristics and satisfaction with prosthesis, the less-educated respondents expressed significantly more dissatisfaction(p=0.015). By monthly mean income, those who had a smaller income were dissatisfied in general(p=0.028). Conclusions : The findings of the study illustrated that it's required to spread awareness of the importance of oral health among people in general, and that differentiated incremental oral health care should be provided for different age groups. In order to raise the satisfaction of patients with prosthesis, how to relieve their pain and anxiety and how to adjust prosthetic treatment cost properly should carefully be considered. In addition, the government should take measures to offer assistance for the low-income classes in preparation for an increase in the elderly population.

Effect of Participation in Regular Leisure Sports on Satisfaction with Family Relationship in Adolescents (청소년의 규칙적인 여가스포츠 참여가 가족관계 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of participation in regular leisure sports on satisfaction with family relationship in adolescents. To achieve this purpose, 650 students of elementary and middle schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected and surveyed using the purposive sampling method. 611 survey samples were used in final analysis and 39 survey samples were excluded because of untrustworthy response. Statistical program AMOS 18.0 was used to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and goodness of fit test, and SPSS 21.0 Window program was used to conduct analysis of frequency, t-test, and ANOVA. Through the analysis, the main findings were as follows; First, it was found that the adolescents participating in regular leisure sports has significant difference in satisfaction with family relationships compared to non-participation group. Second, satisfaction with family relationship of parental participation group in regular leisure sport was high the most followed by lonely participation group and non-participation group. Finally, authors described the implications and future studies.

A Study on the Utilization and Satisfaction of Parks for the Senior Citizens (노인의 공원 이용과 만족도에 관한 연구 -서울 강동구 고덕산을 대상으로-)

  • The study was conducted on Godeoksan, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, for the study of elderly people's park use and satisfaction. For the analysis, frequency analysis was performed on all items, and reliability analysis was performed to check the validity of the items. Factor analysis was used to identify items that have a significant effect on the customer's satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the derived factors. As a result of factor analysis, it was found that the factors affecting satisfaction were composed of three factors and 69.50% of the total variance was explained. The KMO value, which means the sample fit between items, was analyzed as .756. Factors were classified into usage aspect, ecological aspect, and amenityt aspect by reflecting the characteristics of the item. As a result of the multiple regression analysis through the derived factors, the multiple regression equation for the elderly's park use satisfaction was analyzed to be Y = 3.678 + 0.202X1 + 0.125X2 + 0.236X3. In this study, there are limitations in conducting a questionnaire survey for the elderly who lack professional knowledge. In the future, evaluation studies should be conducted for the elderly with specialized knowledge, and it is judged that a comparative study of ecological, utilization, and climatic aspects by age is necessary.

The Effect of Physical Environment of Family Restaurant upon Customers' Emotions, Satisfaction and Revisit Intent - Focused on the Moderating Roles of Gender and Age - (패밀리 레스토랑의 물리적인 환경이 고객의 감정, 만족도 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 - 성별과 연령의 조절 효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of physical environment of family restaurant upon customers' emotions, satisfaction and revisit intent. Based on total 438 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model using Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $x^2$ 592.898(p<0.001), df=239, CMIN/DF 2.481, RMR 0.103, GFI 0.900, NFI 0.952, CFI 0.970, RMSEA 0.058. SEM resulted that the physical environment showed a significant effect on customers' positive emotions($\beta$=0.388, p<0.001) and negative emotions($\beta$=-0.148, p<0.001). Also, customers' positive emotion($\beta$=0.828, p<0.001) bad a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction($\beta$=0.771, p<0.001) bad a positive significant effect on revisit intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • Although several measurements of happiness at work have been developed as interest in it has grown, most of them only deal with hedonia, emotional pleasure, and there exists no measurement of eudaimonia, ultimate happiness through meaning and worthiness in Korea. This study aims to examine the validity of the Korean version of Global Hedonic and Eudaimonic Job Satisfaction (K-GHEJS) scale which covers both hedonia and eudaimonia at work. Considering the job characteristics of social work which emphasizes the values and meaning of the helping profession, online survey was performed among a total of 376 social workers. Exploratory factor analysis confirmed the goodness-of-fit of 10 items, and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that classification as two factors of hedonic and eudaimonic job satisfaction is appropriate. The reliability was found to be high as reliability coefficient Chronbach's ${\alpha}$ was .936. This K-GHEJS scale which measures eudaimonic happiness for the first time in Korea, is expected to be useful for measuring job satisfaction of the helping professions such as social work that pursues the values and meanings of work.

  • This study aimed to examine the Factor Structure of the teacher satisfaction scale (TSS) with distance education during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as affirming the (Factorial Invariance) according to gender variable. It also aimed at identifying the degree of satisfaction according to some demographic variables of the sample. The study population consisted of all teachers in public education and faculty members in higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The (TSS) was applied to a random sample representing the study population consisting of (2399) respondents. The results of the study showed that the scale consists of five main factors, with a reliability value of (0.94). The scale also showed a high degree of construct validity through fit indices of the confirmatory factor analysis. The results have shown a gradual consistency of the measure's invariance that reaches the third level (Scalar-invariance) of the Measurement Invariance across the gender variable. The results also showed that the average response of the study sample on the scale reached (3.74) with a degree of satisfaction, as there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses with respect to the gender variable. While there were statistically significant differences in the averages with respect to the variable of the educational level in favor of the middle school and statistically significant differences in the averages attributed to the years of experience variable in favor of those whose experience is less than (5) years.
