Today, false news is increasing in volume, and fashion news often circulates uncritically. Therefore, an evaluation framework is needed to determine whether fashion news is accurate or good. In journalism, the judgment of good news is made through the criterion of news value factors. These factors are the criteria for assessing the likelihood of an event being reported in the news. Through the study of news value by various journalistic scholars, this study selected nine news value factors applicable to the value measurement of fashion news as the framework of analysis. Based on this, after analyzing the actual news on online fashion media, new characteristics and content were reconstructed for fashion news. As a result of the study, it was finally selected that the crucial factors were: expertise, social importance, timelessness, conflict, and negativity for measuring the value of fashion news. To assess the news value of fashion accurately, this study found that reconceptualized news values are needed, which are different from the news values of general journalism. The study is meaningful in that it explores elements and content for the development of a theoretical framework for the qualitative evaluation of fashion news.
This study analyzed characteristics of domestic male fashion YouTubers and fashion contents in accordance with the need to analyze various content demands and testes of male consumers in the fashion industry. Using literature research and fashion expert evaluation, characteristic factors of fashion YouTubers were derived and the popular content of fashion YouTubers was classified by subject to analyze contents according to characteristics of YouTubers. Based on literature research, ten representative male fashion YouTubers were evaluated by fashion experts. Characteristics of male fashion contents in Korea were derived from attractiveness-friendliness, friendliness, professionalism-friendliness, and expertise. Contents of male fashion YouTubers were mainly composed of styling contents that could feed back daily looks, fashion-related information contents, and Vlogs. They mainly dealt with daily fashion coordination evaluation made by YouTubers. Based on the proportion of fashion information easily accessed by ordinary men through single fashion item's recommendations, shopping know-how or styling tip was mainly dealt with. This study was significant in that it analyzed characteristics and contents of male fashion YouTubers according to the need to analyze various content demands and tastes of male consumers who have recently emerged as an important consumer group in the fashion industry.
The purpose of this study is to survey Speech-Language Pathologists' perception on evaluation and treatment of "swallowing disorders". An online questionnaire was sent to the 279 subjects attending undergraduate/graduate programs in speech therapy department and/or SLPs who work in various settings. The survey consisted of three parts: 1) background information and educational/clinical experiences that are associated with dysphagia (swallowing disorder), 2) the current state of diagnosis and treatment of dysphagia of clinical practice (certified SLPs only), 3) the recognition of diagnosis, treatment, education for dysphagia. Each item of the survey was scaled by the participants on a five-point Likert scale of 1 to 5 (1 being not at all and 5 being extremely) or self-reported answers. The results of the survey showed that SLPs have high interest in "swallowing disorder", but most of them regarded them very difficult to diagnose and treat. The reason is that they have not been trained as a swallowing specialist. Therefore it is necessary to provide more opportunities for education and practice to establish the expertise of SLPs.

In this paper, all elements used in integrated infrastructure for job competency assessments of NCS (National Competency Standards) will be merged into assessment system using multiple devices(ASMD). NCS is a systematic approach on required abilities (knowledge, technical expertise, attitude) to process the tasks in the fields by industry. Competiveness of ASMD design is that no limitation of time and space using personal devices like PC, laptop, smartphone, and tablet, while seeing screen, hearing, touching, speaking, and writing. Question type can be limitless to express the situation. To lead technologies and market for domestic and oversea assessment system, supporting on multiple devices with connectivity that will eliminate limitation of time and space is the key feature for design competitiveness. Design of integrated assessment system proposed in this paper can be applied to NCS, fundamental competency evaluation, online test, job aptitude test, and foreign language test which involve listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Compared with existing evaluation method, reduction of investment and operating cost will be greater. Along with development of ICT technologies, the next generation of integrated assessment system will be quickly changed to ASMD, which already involves connected service between internet and smart devices.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to objectify the level of case management performance and the factors influencing performance, to improve the case management performance at the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service (KWCWS) on the basis of the recognition of the objective realities of case management by job coordinators at the KWCWS, to develop a model of case management fit for the KWCWS, and to provide a basis for establishing guidelines for standardized case management. Methods: A total of 156 questionnaires were distributed to job coordinators at the KWCWS's headquarters, six regional headquarters, and 55 branches. One hundred forty-one questionnaires were collected and 126 were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the main measurement items in the research model. Frequency analysis was conducted for general characteristics of survey subjects. Frequency analysis or descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the level of independent variables (case manager's individual variables, job variables, institutional and organizational variables). Dependent variables (case management performance) and the degree of correlation were analyzed through correlation analysis between research variables. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of independent variables on case management performance. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of overall performance in the five stages of case management was ordinary, with an average level of 3.45 on a 5-point scale. Levels of performance by step were institutional approach and intake (3.69), assessment (3.63), goal setting and intervention planning (3.46), implementation of intervention plan (3.32), and evaluation and termination (3.20), in that order. The explanatory power of case management performance (overall) by case managers with the KWCWS was case manager's institutional and organizational variables, job variables, and individual variables, in that order. At each stage of case management, the explanatory power of a case manager's institutional and organizational variables was found to be the greatest. The model changes at each stage of case management assume similar aspects statistically. In hierarchical regression analysis, it was institutional support that had a significant effect on case management performance (overall), and institutional support had the greatest effect. The results of multiple regression analysis in which all variables are input simultaneously showed that institutional support and expertise as well as self-efficacy had a positive effect. However, case management work experience, expertise (technology), and autonomy were found to have a negative effect during the stage of case management performance. Conclusions: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that raising the case manager's expertise and support from the institution and organization are important factors to improve the level of case management performance. The research also derived practical ways of reinforcement of case manager capacity, institutional and organizational support, operation of rehabilitation-case management teams, and occupational health-related aspects.

The results of discussion was presented separately divided into the issue of the Enforcement Decree of the Act, task, and the problem of the Enforcement Decree. The evaluation of the after-school program depends on whether it achieves its objectives or not so far which makes that it is not easy to figure out which mechanism is attributed to the consequences of the program. This study aims at developing the logic model of the after-school program and follows the processes such as literature review, opinion survey by specialists and in-depth interview with stakeholders. The target program of the study was focused on the special ability aptitude education in the elementary schools. The initial developed theory model was validated and finalized through being reviewed by specialists and teachers in charge of target schools. Based on the framework of logic model, the models are composed of context, components, activities, output/short term outcomes, and long term outcomes. As the key factors of the after-school program, amicable communication between the stakeholders, quality of the program in itself, follow-up management, counseling and guidance for students, instructors' expertise, and quality management of the program were drawn.

This study has been undertaken to empirically test how the level of information Home Helpers have about their client and the hypothesis that home-helpers' expertise about their service provided to their clients is expected to positively affect their assessment of service provided to clients. Main results of this study are as follows : First, home-helpers' knowledge, skill, and information about clients is positively related to their assessment of service provided to clients. Home-helpers' information about clients plays a more important role than knowledge and skills in the process of assessing the services provided to clients. After maintaining that the hypothesis is empirically confirmed, the author discusses the implications of empirical findings.
The purposes of this study is to investigate the attitudes and value of fashion product description and consumer replies used in online shopping malls, and to examine the differences in the perceived reliability(objectivity, expertise, trustworthiness) preference and purchase intention toward the product as determined by the appeal type (evaluation-sentimental vs. factual-information) of the product description, the direction(negative vs. positive) and type(factual vs. evaluative) of consumer replies for the product in online shopping malls. Data was collected from female college students with fashion products purchase experience at online shopping malls by questionnaire survey (N=424) and analyzed by using frequency analysis, t-test and ANOVA. Results showed that consumers respondents tended to read product description and other consumer replies before purchasing, when shopping for fashion products through an on-line shopping mall. They thought that sellers' product description and the consumers' replies were helpful in making their decision; but, they were also skeptical about product description. Respondents showed higher perceived reliability, preference and purchase intention to the factual-information type product description than the evaluation-sentimental type. Positive consumer replies were more effective in yielding higher preferences and purchase intentions. Factual replies tend to yield higher reliability than evaluative replies.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the principals' and teachers' assessment about the assistance program for the evaluative accreditation of child care centers. Subjects were 138 teachers and principal who work in private(family) child care center in D and G city. An instrument to survey of this study was 'Assistance Program Evaluation Scale for the Evaluative Accreditation of Child Care Centers'(Nam, 2010) and 'Self-Assessment of Developmental Levels for Kindergarten Teacher'(Baek & Jo, 2004). Data were analyzed by paired t-test and ANOVA With SPSS 18.0 Version. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the both 'assistance system category' and 'assistance content category' between child care teacher group and principal group. Second, there were significant differences in the 'assistance content category' between the high group and the low group in expertise level. Third, significant differences were found to exist between a second-grade certificate level of child care teacher and a first-grade certificate level of child care teacher in terms of 'assistance domain'.
