Mobile Banking Applications (MBAPs) is one of the recent fads in mobile trading applications (Apps). MBAPs permit users to execute exchanges of money and many more whenever it might suit them; however, the primary issue for mobile banking Apps is usability. Hardly any investigation analyzes usability issues dependent on user's age, gender, exchanging accomplices, or experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of usability issues, and experience of mobile banking users. The survey employs a quantitative method and performs user experiment on 240 participants with six different tasks on the application's interface. The post experiment survey is done with concerning participants. On the other hand, banking experts and Information Technology (IT) expert's group is also involved after the experiment. Expert's opinions about existing mobile banking Apps and suggestions for improving usability of MBAPs are collected through physical means (like questionnaire and interview) and online means like Google form. After that comparison of the opinions of users and experts about MBAPs is performed. The experimentation measures the tasks usability of various mobile banking apps with respect to its effectiveness, efficiency, trustfulness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. The usability testing was led at different Universities and the outcomes acquired show that there are privacy and trust issues with their mobile banking apps. There is also a gap between users and experts which should be minimized by applying customized usability models, modes concept like other application software and also by adding complete features of banking in MBAPs. It will benefit mobile banking apps users, developers and usability engineers by providing user-friendly which are up to the mark of user's requirements.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job of the security and secretary, to offer useful basic data throughout human resources management by withdrawing the ability required from the security and secretary based on the analyzed results. In this regard, this study intended to look into the job of the security and secretary, the necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary. To achieve the research goals, the study selected the research participants, composed of 5 secretaries for security with more than 5-year careers after graduating from a security and secretarial service department in a college and conducted an in-depth interview with them concerning their jobs. The in-depth interview data from the 5 participants was applied with a classification analysis used by Spradley (1980). In order to enhance the dependability and validity of the research, the study held an expert meeting composed of 2 persons with a doctoral degree in securities service studies and 1 person with a master's degree in secretarial information studies, twice. Also, the study drew results concerning the job of the security and secretary and the necessary ability of the job. Though the above process, the following conclusions were drawn; the job of the security and secretary includes the areas of job safety, a housing residence job, a health care job, an interpersonal relationships job, an assistant' s job, document and office works, general affairs, and an education job. The necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary involves martial arts abilities, risk management ability, the strict keeping of secrets, decision-making ability, information processing ability, foreign language proficiency, understanding other cultures, communications skills and office work ability.

정보통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 기업의 IT 의존도가 높아지고 효율적인 IT 거버넌스에 대한 기업들의 관심도 증폭되고 있다. 또한 IT 부문의 운영비 절감 및 업무 효율성 극대화를 위해 매니지드 서비스를 도입하는 기업들도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 매니지드 서비스와 기업의 IT 서비스 효율성 혹은 IT 거버넌스 등과의 상관관계에 대한 학문적 또는 실증적 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 IT-BSC (Balanced Scorecard) 성과지표 모델을 기반으로 매니지드 서비스가 기업의 IT 거버넌스에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 전문가 FGI(Focus Group Interview)와 설문 등을 통해 분석된 연구결과는 매니지드 서비스가 IT 거버넌스 효율성을 제고할 수 있는데 특히, 기업의 사용자 지향성과 운영 우수성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화를 통해 매니지드 서비스를 도입하면 IT 거버넌스 효율성과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 매니지드 서비스를 도입하고자 하는 기업들의 의사결정 시 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 발레피트니스 수업을 수강하고 있는 직장여성들의 수업에 대한 미적 가치 인식에 대해 질적 분석하고 연구 참여자들의 의견에 따라 발레피트니스 수업이 올바르게 정착되기 위한 방법 모색을 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 지역 교육기관에서 발레피트니스 수업을 수강하고 있는 직장여성 9명으로 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 진행하였으며 인터뷰는 반구조화 형식의 질문지를 바탕으로 진행되었다. 이후 범주화 내용은 전문가 검토 및 동료 간의 검토로 도출되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 발레피트니스 수업을 통해 일상의 즐거움과 통증개선에 도움이 되었으며 발레공연 또한 관심 있게 보게 되었지만 수업에 관련한 정보제공이 미흡한 점은 개선되기를 바라며 불만을 표하였다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 발레피트니스 수업의 이점을 가족 및 주변 지인들에게 적극 알리고 있었으며 이 운동이 발레에 대한 어려운 이미지의 개선에도 도움이 되기를 바라였다. 이 연구를 토대로 발레피트니스 수업은 직장여성들에게 취미 운동으로 충분히 자리 잡을 수 있도록 기대하였다.

Purpose: This study was intended to gain an in-depth understanding of and explored the experiences and meanings of participating in care services among community-dwelling older adults. Methods: A focus group interview approach was adopted. Twenty older adults were interviewed from November to December 2021 using semi-structured interview questions. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Three main themes and seven sub-themes emerged for the elderly people living alone. One main theme was "ambivalence of elderly care services," the second was "desperate need for care services," and the third was "positive changes and expectations experienced with care services." For the elderly people living with their families, two main themes and four sub-themes were identified. One main theme was "care services met within the family system," the second was "needs for care services outside the family system." Conclusion: We aim to provide a basis for strengthening the quality of elderly community care services in the mid- to long-term and establish a system of close linkages between necessary services by understanding the needs of elderly people who live alone or with their families.

As accident rate have been reduced into half since 2005, no train accident fatality occurred in recent year. Level crossing accident also been reduced that no more than 5 fatalities occurred every year. As a result 98% of accident fatalities occurred in station and track. So railway station safety measures are more and more important but only few research have been done on railway station safety. In this study status on safety measures on railway stations are reviewed and basic research have been done based on expert interview for the development of new safety measures.

자율주행차는 센서와 인공지능으로 차량의 위치와 주변 상황을 인지하고 주행 경로를 계획하여, 자동차 스스로 교통법규에 따라 주행하는 차량이다. 이는 4차 산업혁명의 주역으로 2020년 상용화 될 전망이다. 2020년 자율주행차 세계 시장규모는 189억 달러로 예측되고 이를 위해 각국의 자동차사, ICT 업체들이 시장 선점을 위해 치열하게 경쟁하고 있다. 자율주행 상용화를 위한 기술적 해결 이슈로는 센서, 인공지능, 빅데이터 분석, 기능안전, 정밀지도, 신뢰성 높은 차량통신, 차량 SW 플랫폼, 차량 사이버 보안 등이 있다. 이러한 기술적 이슈가 해결되어야 2020년 자율주행차 시대를 맞이하고 새로운 시장이 열리게 될 것이다. 자율주행차 상용화를 위해서 차량, ICT 기술, 도로 인프라 등 산업 융합 및 기업체 간 협업이 기술개발과 사업화를 성공시키는 중요한 열쇠가 될 수 있다는 것을 강조하며, 이번 특집호를 통해 자율주행 실현을 위한 핵심기술 및 표준화에 대한 전체적인 흐름과 방향을 파악하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

재난안전은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않고 재난 발생은 그 끝이 없습니다. 그래서 항상 재난에 대비하고 관련 규칙을 철저히 준수해야 합니다. 설마 하는 방심이 누적되어 불시에 대형 참사가 발생하며 이러한 재난이 발생하고 난 후에 책임공방과 과실을 따져봐야 이미 발생한 재난의 시련은 이미 돌이킬 수 없습니다. 그동안 발생한 대형 참사를 통하여 배운 교훈은 일사불란한 통합지휘체계에 의한 재난 관리 및 재난 대응 시스템이 절실히 필요하다는 사실입니다. 그러나 아직까지도 한반도의 산간오지 및 도서 지역을 커버하는 음성 그룹통신 기반의 재난안전통신망이 제대로 구축되어 있지 않으며, 이러한 상황에서 정부는 음성과 영상 그룹통신이 가능한 멀티미디어 방식의 PSLTE 구축을 3년 내에 전국을 커버하는 재난안전통신망으로 구축할 계획을 발표하였지만 이에 대한 기술표준과 상용화 장비 등이 구현되어 있지 않아 3년 내 전국망 구축이 쉽지 않다는 전망이 나오고 있습니다. 객관적 입장에서 PS-LTE 재난망의 개념, 표준화 방향과 추진 일정, 재난안전통신망의 문제점, 시장선점을 위한 원천기술, 국내시장 활성화 방안 그리고 기타 재난 경보방송 서비스에 대하여 살펴보겠습니다. 이번만큼은 어떠한 재난이 발생하더라도 신속하고 정확하게 그리고 일사불란하게 국가재난에 대응하는 현존 최고의 재난안전통신망 구축이 완벽하게 이루어지기를 간절히 바랍니다.

This study investigates the perception of conflict and satisfaction factors by salesperson of department store middle management system. This study was performed through a qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was given to 14 fashion shop managers and salespeople who have three or more years of department store work experience. The results show two categories of factors(factors according to power sources and factors according to job environment) that influence the perception of department store middle management system by fashion product salesperson. The factors(according to power sources) were classified into coercive power, reward power, expert/informational power, and referent power. The factors(according to job environment) were classified into physical environment, work conditions, and regulations.

The objective of this study is to classify somatotypes of back-surface shape of women in their late 20s by using 3D body scan data(Size Korea 2010) in order to improve fitness of Hanbok Jeogori. The results were as follows: 1. According to the in-depth survey of the experienced expert's interview, most problems related to the fit were caused by the back area of Jeogori. 2. The result of factor analysis indicated that 6 factors were extracted and those factors comprised 82.85% of total variance. 3. According to the cluster analysis, back somatotypes of women in their late 20s were categorized by two types : straight type(54.1%) and bending type(46.9%). The results could be used as the Hanbok Jeogori to improve the fitness of back-surface shape.
