The Purpose of study is to provide with the basic research to aid to make policy programs for consumer education, which let reduce the Consumer Problems of nondurable goods and lead to do the aggressive Consumer Complaining behavior if they suffer the Consumer Problems. Questionare Survey method was used and the sample was taken from 315 housewives living in Seoul. Research was operated by Frequency, percentage, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major results are as follows: 1) Variables Effect on Consumer problems: If they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they experienced much more consumer problems, and less experienced them in case their husband's job is businessman, Expert. 2) Variables Effect on Consumer Complaining Behavior: They have much ore consumer conplaining behavior when they experienced the Seller's Attitude problems, have more problems of after service for month live in Apartment and Consumer Skills level is high.

There is no agreed definition of intelligence. The ability to adapt to the environments is a kind of intelligence. Expert functionally recognize environment using their five senses, and acquire and memorize knowledge necessary for operating machines. Knowledge that they cannot acquire directly is acquired in indirect ways. The purpose of intelligence machines is applying to machines experts' knowledge acquisition process and their skills in operating machine. An agent is an autonomous process that recognizes external environment, exchanges knowledge with external machines and performs an autonomous decision-making function in order to achieve common goals. This paper describes agent application for intelligence machine.

A great deal of handling time, expertise and huge investment are required to express oriental paintings three-dimensionally. This is because pictures are usually converted digitally and then reconstructed three-dimensionally. During this process we depend highly on expert's handiwork and specialized skills. This paper presents an idea to standardize the techniques that oriental pictures can be expressed as they are and a more effective method for their three-dimensional reconstruction.

This literature considers Pierre Fauchard's exploits under historical context of the enlightenment movement and development of the surgery during 18th century in France. <치과의사 Le Chirurgien Dentiste, ou Traite des dents>, a vast collection of the former and contemporary dental knowledge, technologies, and skills, established Modern Dentistry. To emphasize the professionality of dental treatment and actions involving it, Fauchard replaces the title 'dental expert' with 'stomatologist, or Le Chirurgien Dentiste' As professionalism tried to contribute to the public interest by sharing dental knowledge and technolgies, it had become a model for the dentists. Moreover, the professionalism has been accepted as an important value throughout the manufacture crafts era and the modern capitalist industrial society. Also the principles of liberty, equality, and tolerance founded during enlightenment movement, which is based on empirical positivism and rational reason, has become the legal basis of modern nations. In order to resolve the contradiction or conflict between 'liberty and equality' by 'tolerance for the public benefit', Korean dentists need develop professionalism.

Human dance is difficult to learn since there is no effective way to imitate an expert's motion, a sequence of complicated body movements, without taking an actual class. In this paper, we propose a dance learning system using human depth information. In the proposed system, a set of example motions are captured from various expert dancers through a marker-free motion capture and archived into a motion database server for online dance lessons. Given the end-user devices such as tablet and kiosk PCs, a student can learn a desired motion selected from the database and send one's own motion to an instructor for online feedback. During this learning process, our system provides a posture-based motion search and multi-mode views to support the efficient exchange of motion data between the student and instructor under a networked environment. The experimental results demonstrate that our system is capable to improve the student's dance skills over a given period of time.

The need for and components of a contemporary community pharmacy externship for pharmacy students have not been clearly identified in Korea. Mail survey was performed among 20 college of pharmacy deans and 800 community pharmacists to analyze the current status and develop a consensus regarding major focus area and criteria of community pharmacy externship to be implemented under the separation of dispensary from medical practice in year 2000. Mail survey yielded $80\%\;and\;23.5\%$ response rate for pharmacy school deans and community pharmacists, respectively. Of the 16 pharmacy schools that responded 14 said they have externship program in hospital pharmacy, and only 8 pharmacy schools responded of having externship program for community pharmacy. However, these community pharmacy programs lacked criteria and standard guideline for the externship. The results of survey revealed that community pharmacy externship program for students should be organized and directed toward developing expert knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice activities, clinical services, communications, pharmacy management, and professionalism. Pharmacy practice components should include competencies and skills in computer application, prescription processing, dispensing, pharmaceutical compounding, Narcotics Control Law application, maintenance and provision of drug information, and laws and regulations. Clinical service components should include the ability to identify patient's drug-related problems, provide long-term patient care and appreciate drug therapy services. Communication skills should be taught to effectively express his/her professional opinion, deduce the needs of others, utilize appropriate techniques and media to communicate ideas and conduct a patient interview and to obtain patient drug history. Pharmacy management skills should be taught to be efficient in medical insurance and drug control process. It was found that professionalism, morality, pharmacy practice experience, ability to provide clinical services, collect and provide drug information and regality are important criteria of preceptors. Externship sites should possess the ability to stock various drugs, access and provide diverse pharmacy services and should have private patient counseling area. Most pharmacists agreed that top 200 drugs' generic and brand name, indications, dosage, side effects, and contraindication should be instructed during the externship. It was also found that student and preceptor should be evaluated for their performances during the externship. This information will be incorporated into teaming objectives for students and to develop Academic Extemship Program Guidelines.

This research sought to study viewers' perception of migrant women who wed Korean men following these women's level of specialty as shown on multi-cultural TV program by focusing on university students. Post test control group design method was utilized to conduct analysis, which demonstrates that there was a significant difference between the viewers on the professional migrant women and on the non-professional migrant women when it comes to the categories such as, 'Migrant women have specialized skills', 'migrant women have outstanding communication skills' and 'migrant women are independent minded.' Because of the existence (or non-existence) of professional careers as shown on TV program can affect viewers' perception of migrant women, it is necessary to develop measures such as development of expert group's advising system and to guarantee migrant women's diversity.

There are various types of energy simulation tool to predict both thermal load and energy use. However, the problem about these software is that they have too much input variables and need expert with skills to run the simulation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the thermal analysis simulation program with input variables which eliminates coordinates of building components instead of using full coordinates by using DOE2. Since the simulation engine of the program is DOE2, the validity of S-DOE is performed by comparing peak heating and cooling load results with VisualDOE and annual energy use results with actual energy use of 1996. The results have shown that there are little difference between VisualDOE and S-DOE. Also it showed that there are little difference between actual energy use and S-DOE energy use results. S-DOE took less time to model a building than VisualDOE. These results reveals that the application of S-DOE have potentials in accurately predicting both energy load and energy use of the building and still have an advantage of taking less time to model a building.

As a way to popularize Karatedo, a curriculum for developing excellent trainers is needed. For that, DACUM was used to specifically look into the field of duty and work that a Karatedo trainer should have, and the purpose of this study is to present fundamental data necessary for developing and organizing the curriculum of cultivating Karatedo and create a useful material that can contribute to improve Karatedo trainers' performances who are working on site. A survey using Likert scale's 7 stages was conducted on DACUM meeting data, 28 managers and 108 trainers. Based on the collected data, this study had a test in order to solve the presented subject using DACUM method and SPSS WIN Ver. 14.0. This core work through the requirements analysis process. And karate leaders the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools, and attitude analysis was carried out to perform the tasks of each. Knowledge, skills, tools and attitude for each task, toward the results of the analysis were 47 core tasks. 167 knowledge items, function 143 items, the tool 60 items, 16 attitude items reclassified a total of 18 subjects were derived. The configuration of the karate leader training program curriculum model 'Karate practical expert area', 'theory karate expert area', 'Karate gym business area experts' was composed. Basic process of how it works Step 1, Step 2 integration process, replenishment process intensified Step 3 was composed.

Based on the constructivist learning environments model and the learner-centered psychological principles, STEAM education program with the theme of eliminating smog was developed. Through the program, senior elementary school students will learn and apply the convergence knowledge of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics such as the human body's respiratory system (S), immune system (S), big data (M, T), computer programming(M), and aduino sensor utilization (E) directly to solve the problem. After expert validity testing, we found that developed program meet the standards of STEAM education program development and can develop creative thinking skills to find and solve problems in students' daily lives. In addition, this study is meaningful in providing a reference example for the development of STEAM education programs that enhance convergence knowledge in the future.
