Study on Curriculum Development of Karatedo Instructor's through The duty analysis

As a way to popularize Karatedo, a curriculum for developing excellent trainers is needed. For that, DACUM was used to specifically look into the field of duty and work that a Karatedo trainer should have, and the purpose of this study is to present fundamental data necessary for developing and organizing the curriculum of cultivating Karatedo and create a useful material that can contribute to improve Karatedo trainers' performances who are working on site. A survey using Likert scale's 7 stages was conducted on DACUM meeting data, 28 managers and 108 trainers. Based on the collected data, this study had a test in order to solve the presented subject using DACUM method and SPSS WIN Ver. 14.0. This core work through the requirements analysis process. And karate leaders the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools, and attitude analysis was carried out to perform the tasks of each. Knowledge, skills, tools and attitude for each task, toward the results of the analysis were 47 core tasks. 167 knowledge items, function 143 items, the tool 60 items, 16 attitude items reclassified a total of 18 subjects were derived. The configuration of the karate leader training program curriculum model 'Karate practical expert area', 'theory karate expert area', 'Karate gym business area experts' was composed. 직무분석을 통한 공수도지도자 양성 프로그램 개발연구

공수도의 대중화를 위한 방안으로 우수한 지도자 육성이 시급하며, 이를 위한 교육과정을 개발할 필요성이 제기된다. 이에 직무분석 방법 중 하나인 DACUM을 이용하여 공수도 지도자에게 요구되는 직무와 작업의 영역을 구체적으로 구명하고, 공수도 양성교육과정 개발 및 구성에 필요한 자료를 제시하여 현장에서 활동하고 있는 공수도지도자의 직무수행 능력향상에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 자료를 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 DACUM을 이용하여 핵심작업별 지식, 기능, 도구, 태도 분석을 하였고, 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 교과목을 도출하게 되고, 다시 각 교과목의 교육내용을 재구성하였고, 이를 바탕으로 교육과정 구성 모형과 운영방안을 제시하였다. Likert scale의 7단계를 이용하여 관리자 28명과 지도자 108명을 대상으로 직무영역의 중요도와 교육필요도의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 본 연구에서 제시한 연구 문제를 밝히기 위하여 DACUM과 SPSS WIN Ver. 14.0을 이용하여 t-test를 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 요구분석 과정을 통해서 핵심작업을 도출하고, 각각의 작업을 수행하기 위해 공수도 지도자에게 필요한 지식, 기능, 도구, 태도 분석을 실시하였다. 각 작업에 대한 지식, 기능, 도구, 태도 분석결과 47개의 핵심작업에 대해서 167개의 지식항목, 143개의 기능항목, 60개의 도구항목, 16개의 태도 항목을 재분류하여 총 18개의 교과목을 도출하였다. 공수도 지도자 양성교육과정의 교육과정 구성모형은 '공수도 실기전문가 영역', '공수도 이론전문가 영역', '공수도 도장경영전문가 영역'으로 구성되었다. 운영방식은 1단계 기본과정, 2단계 통합과정, 3단계 심화보충과정으로 구성되었다.
