소규모 사업장 보건관리 모델개발에 관한 연구 (Occupational Health Care Management Model in Small Scale Enterprises)

  • Forming health care management model in small-scale enterprises was the purpose of this study. For the purpose, we tried to investigate the characteristics of small-scale enterprises and analyzed the pattern of their health care management. The results are as follow: 1. The strength of health managing agency and technical supporting program lies in team approach by specialized manpower. However, if the liaison between each part of the organization is not smooth, the overall management will be very difficult. 2. Small scale enterprises are characterized by their short life after the establishment, use of rental building, lack of welfare facilities, weakness in sanitary management and aggregation of factories of similar type of industry. Because of these characteristics, it is very difficult to solve problem basically, such as improvement of working environment. Therefore, it is important to focus on health education and community based approach. 3. Many workers in small-scale factories are in middle and old age. They have health problems mainly related to personal habits. Implementation of an appropriate health promotion program is needed. 4. The number of workplaces, which should be managed by health managing agent. is increasing rapidly. But the number of health managing agent is limited. In the aspect of the requirement of manpower and equipment, training personal agent is more urgent than founding institutional agent. 5. The uniform method of health management hampers the choice of employer and workers. The types of provision of health management should be diversified. 6. For an efficient management, a frequent visit of personal agent and the following referral to a specialist should be done. The specialists in charge of secondary management are from the field of occupational medicine, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, etc. 7. The health management of small-scale facilities should have six components. They are community-based approach, multi-disciplinary cooperative system, program based on the need of recipient, forming partnership of employer and worker, change of lifestyle, and evidence-based program.

모기업 협력업체 산업안전보건관리에 대한 인식 (Recognition of Occupational Safety and Health Management of Contractor Company)

  • This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor company. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Worker's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out compaines as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety manager, 57 employers of their contractor compaines using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out compaines. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

개인의 주관적 인식이 복지제도의 보편성에 대한 선호에 미치는 효과: 도구변수를 활용한 접근법 (The effect of subjective perception on preference for the universality of the welfare system: the approach using instrument variables)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가복지가 확대되는 우리 현실에서, 복지국가의 발전방식(제도 보편성)에 대한 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것이다. 특히, 주관적 인식과 선호의 인과구조를 밝히는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 내생성(endogeneity) 문제를 고려해, 도구변수를 활용한 2SLS 회귀분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가복지의 확대에 반대할 것으로 예상되는 집단(고소득자, 저위험자, 그리고 고용주/자영업자 등)들이 보편적 복지는 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 인식의 경우 복지제도 및 수혜자에 대한 부정적 인식은 보편적 복지를 반대하는 쪽으로 영향을 미쳤다. 추가로 부정적 인식은 산업화 시대를 오래 경험한 세대들에서 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태도로 태도를 설명하고자 할 경우에 발생할 수 있는 내생성 문제가 본 연구에서도 확인되었다. 이것은 실제로 추정회귀계수를 왜곡시키고 있었다. 따라서 관련 후속연구들은 분석과정에서 이를 유념해야 할 것으로 보인다.

일본 노동조합법상의 근로자 개념 - 최고재판소 판례법리를 중심으로 - (A Definition of an Employee under the Trade Union Act in Japan)

  • 본고는 신국립극장운영재단사건 및 INAX메인트넌스(メンテナンス)사건(事件)에서의 일본 최고재판소의 판결을 소재로 하여 이른바 개인도급계약형식에 따라 노무제공을 한 자의 노동조합법상의 근로자성을 검토한 것이다. 일본 최고재판소의 판결에 관한 연구결과는 세 가지의 문제로 집약할 수 있을 것이다. 첫째, 근로자성을 인정한 결론에 있어서는 평가할만하다는 것이다. 특히 우리나라의 판례법리, 즉 독립된 계약자 형태의 노무제공에 대하여 지나치게 법적인 관점에서 파악함으로써 그 판단결과는 노무제공의 실태와는 괴리가 있다는 것이다. 근로기준법상의 근로자성 판단에서와 같이 노동관계법에서도 완화된 종속성 내지는 실태에 입각한 판단이 요청된다고 하겠다. 둘째, 노동조합법상의 근로자성 판단에 대한 일반법리가 전개되지 못하였다는 것이다. 종래의 CBC관현악단사건에서와 같은 종합적인 판단이라는 방법을 취함으로써 사례판단에 한정되어, 명확성 및 예측가능성이 결여되고 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 노동조합법 제3조의 근로자 개념과 동법 제7조 2호의 고용하는 근로자 등과의 단체교섭문제에 있어서 최고재판소는 이들 두 규정의 관계에 대하여 명확한 입장을 밝힌 바가 없다. 학설상 다수의 입장은 동 법 제3조의 근로자와 동 법 제7조 2호의 근로자는 전자가 넓은 의미로 보아야 하고, 후자는 자회사 근로자의 모회사와의 관계 등을 포함하여 일정한 고용관계가 형성되는 경우에는 부당노동행위의 구제신청과 관련하여 이를 인정할 수 있는 것으로 해석한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최고재판소는 수급인 근로자들의 도급인에 대한 단체교섭권을 인정하고 있다는 것은 우리나라에 시사하는 바가 크다고 하겠다.

  • A high cell density culture system for the anchorage dependent CHO cells was developed based on the combination of in removal of ammonium ion and microcarrier culture system, and semi-fed-batch feeding of glucose and glutamine was employed to the developed culture system. The glass bead was selected as an optimum microcarrier in terms of cell growth. An ammonium ion selective zeolite, Phillipsite-Gismondine, was packed in a dialysis menium ion. The semi-fed-batch operation was employer to the novel culture system for the high density cell culture, and the results showed the cell growth was improved by 32% and tPA productivity by 250%.

  • This study is perform to improve the current point at issue of the non-regular employees, comparing the safety and health consciousness of between the regular employees and non-regular employees in manufacturing factory. The investigation is carried out using the statistical analysis. The study presents that most of the non-regular employees answer in the negative the current job satisfaction, work load, work risk, concern on the safety and health, education, occupational safety and health system than the regular employees. For the improvement of these problems, the government's safety and health policy should be changed and acknowledgement of the employer and employee on the safety and health should be improved.

  • The purpose of this study was to present the effective activation of apparel CAD system and for this, the investigation of actual condition of CAD using companies and comparative inspection with the advanced study were carefully considered. The results were as follows : 1. The investigation result of the system using enterprises is that the direct effect from the operation of the CAD system after its introduction was the promptness, ad the indirect effect of it was the growth of operation level and operating reliance. 2. The problem originated from the system was the uncertainty of employer effectiveness and the financing source for it when introduced, and the lack of consciousness of it when operated. 3. The using level in pattern manufacturing function was lower than that in grading and marking. Therefore, as the full automation in CAD system is a part of CIM construction and the direction to which apparel companies should go, a firmly connected system between management & the persons in charge in apparel companies, facility supplying companies, universities & other educational institutes, and the Government should be duly constructed first of all n order to achieve this aim.

골프장 서비스품질, 고객만족과 재이용 의도간의 관계 (The Relationship of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention in Golf Culb)

  • This research analysed the Interaction which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, re-use intention in the golf club. First of all, we review the existing literature on measurement of service quality and management. As a result of this review and survey of the employer in golf club, thirteen factors emerged as important to the service management of the golf club; Reservation and Access(RSNA), Golf Course and Convenience Facilities(GCNF), Personal Services(PSER) and After Services(ASER). The structural equation model was utilized for analyzing the influence of service quality factors upon the customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Results show that service quality factors have a statistically significant impact on the customer satisfaction of the golf club. RSNA and GCNF investigated the factors influencing on the satisfaction degree of the customers. But the GCNF and PSER were not significant. Especially, GCNF factors directly influenced on the customer satisfaction and also indirectly impact on the intention of using again.

  • While equity theory started as a theory focusing upon the relationship between employee and employer, over the years the theory has been expanded to various other types of relationships including marital relationships. The present research among 251 housewives examines the perception of equity and the decision-making styles from the perspective of equity theory. The perception of equity was measured by the revised TUW scales and the Walster's global measure. Also, decision-making styles was assessed by means of the 'final-say' scale In line with the predictions, the results clearly showed that the perception of equity was a strong predictor variable to the joint decision-making.

석탄광업소장의 근로자 건강관리에 대한 태도 (Manager's Attitude about Health Management of Workers in Coal Mine Industry)

  • This study was planned to investigate employer's attitude about health management of workers in coal mine industry. The sample size was 38.3% (178 coal mine industries) of total 463 coal mine industries. The mailing survey was used to collecting data of coal mine industry and manager of coal mine industry. Distribution of attitude about health management of workers in coal mine industry, specifically necessity and availability of some items of health management and some apparatus of working environment, was skewed to positive attitude. While recognition of susceptability of coal workers' pneumoconiosis was low, that of seriousness of incidence of coal workers' pneumoconiosis was high.
