스카이팀 카고의 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 (Evaluating Level of Quality for the Skyteam Cargo Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공화물 서비스 경쟁력 평가 요소 및 중요도를 결정하고, 실제 항공화물 운송사에 대한 서비스 품질을 평가하고자 한다. 항공화물 서비스에 대한 평가 대상을 Skyteam의 주요 화물 서비스 상품인 Equation Heavy, Equation, Variation, Dimension로 정하였고, 이 서비스 상품에 대한 품질 평가를 실행하였다. 본 분석은 전문가 설문 조사, AHP 및 퍼지적분(Fuzzy Integral) 등의 방법론들을 적용하였고, 선행 연구와 전문가 인터뷰, 그리고 요인분석을 통해 주요 평가요소를 추출하여 서비스 품질 평가모형을 구축하였다. 주요 평가요소는 인프라, 신뢰성, 신속 대응성, 경제성, 안전성 요소 등을 설정하였다. 이 다섯 가지 요소를 바탕으로 하여 수게노(Sugeno)가 제안한 퍼지 적분 방법론에서 파생된 알고리즘을 적용하여 최종으로 화물 서비스 품질을 분석하였다.

  • As a global effort to conservate the environment, life cycle assessment(LCA) which considers the environmental impact through the life cycle of a product, from acquiring of resources to scrapping, has been actively applied. The LCA is a tool to calculate quantitatively the environmental impacts caused by products or services through their life cycles. Eco-efficiency need that express value of environmental impact provision EMU and develops in two forms according to use target of Eco-efficiency as a tool that environmental impact of EMU. It is a strategic instrument which assists stakeholders to understand which products, processes or services to target with future investments and which are not by comparing economic and ecological values. The results stand for aggregated information on economical value and environmental impact. Also, In this method, it is important to derive EPI(Environmental Performance Index) and SPI(Service Performance Index) from the sources available. The following is used as one of Eco-efficiency tools to achieve the target performance of processes, products and services for designer or projector. According to the eco-efficiency methodology for EMU developed in this study, the user definition and the DB design were carried out as a basic design of eco-efficiency S/W.

스포츠강좌이용권의 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계 분석 (Analysis of the Sports Welfare Service Delivery System for the Sports Vouchers)

  • 본 연구는 스포츠복지를 필요로 하는 사회적 흐름을 바탕으로 국내 스포츠복지서비스의 대표적 사업인 스포츠강좌이용권의 전달체계 및 정책사업의 운영구조를 진단하고 공급자, 사업자, 수혜자 등 사업과 관련한 모든 주체의 시각을 다각적인 측면에서 분석함으로써 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계 운영 전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 스포츠강좌이용권의 예산 편성 구조, 작동기제, 서비스 전달체계 분석 등 세 가지의 연구문제를 수립하였다. 이상의 연구문제를 규명하기 위해 심층면담과 각종 문헌조사 방법을 병행하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 스포츠강좌이용권 운영 및 관리의 편의성 증대를 위해 전달체계가 유연하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 운영의 독립성을 증대시키고, 중앙 집중형 예산 관리를 통한 수수료 절감 등의 협상력을 확보해야 할 것이다. 또한 경제적이고 효율적인 정보시스템 및 결제 인프라를 구축하고 운영하는 방안이 필요하다. 특히, 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계의 구조 속에서 사업의 기획 및 관리·운영을 담당하는 기관이 별도의 컨트롤타워가 되어 전체 사업과 시스템을 총괄함으로써 스포츠복지서비스의 전문성 확보를 바탕으로 전달체계의 평가까지 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 효율성 증대가 가장 필요하다고 판단된다.

DSRC를 이용한 교통정보서비스 인터페이스 표준 구성 (Standard Configuration for Interface of the Traffic Information Service using DSRC)

  • 현재 DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication)를 이용한 통행료자동요금징수시스템이 전국 영업소에 구축 되면서 많은 차량용 단말기가 보급되었다. 이러한 통행료자동요금징수시스템 및 차량용 단말기의 인프라를 이용한 교통정보 수집 및 제공, 신호제어, 대중교통정보제공 및 관리 등 다양한 분야의 ITS 서비스를 위한 연구개발 및 사업화가 추진 중에 있다. 특히 차량용 단말기와 통행료자동지불시스템에 사용되는 노변장치를 이용한 교통정보 수집 및 제공 부분에 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 DSRC의 응용 부분 표준과 교통정보 수집 및 제공을 위한 정보교환 표준이 명확하게 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 국토해양부에서 고시한 "기본교통정보교환 기술기준IV"를 DSRC 통신에서 교환되는 Action 프리미티브를 활용해 DSRC관련 표준의 수정 없이 표준화된 교통정보를 수집 및 제공하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 표준적용방안을 현재 ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)에서 사용되는 RSE(Road Side Equipment)와 OBE에 적용하여, 실제 도로에서 4대의 차량을 이용한 다양한 주행시험을 통해 시스템의 유효성 및 성능을 확인 하였다. 도로 주행시험 결과 약 97%의 통신 성공률을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 표준 적용 방안의 유효성을 확인하였고, 약 3%의 실패를 통해 교통정보와 그 외 서비스 부분의 적용을 위해 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석하였다.

  • The recent air transportation market is rapidly changing in air and airport infrastructure such as efficiency of airports and airplanes, speeding up and enlargement, deregulation of airline industry, low cost airlines and regional airports. The purpose of this study is to conduct a direct questionnaire survey for airport users who have experienced in and out of airport IT service at Incheon International Airport, so that the airport self - service technology and airport support technology can be used for the trust. At this point, I would like to develop a tool to understand the airport user's perception of airport IT and to test the theoretical model that investigates the relationship between various types of airport IT, airport users' trust, enjoyment and intention to use IT. In conclusion, this study aims to establish directions and suggestions for how to develop IT services among airport service provision factors.

스마트농업 서비스의 시나리오 기반 접근 (A Scenario-based Approach in Smart Agriculture Services)

  • 근래에 ICT 기술을 농업에 적용시켜 효율성과 생산성을 제고시키는 기술인 스마트농업에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 아직 국제적으로 공인된 국제 표준이 구축되지 않아 외산 장비 도입과 해외 진출시 많은 어려움이 있는 상황이다. 이러한 필요에 의해 국제 표준화가 ITU-T SG13에서 국내 전문가들에 의해 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 적용례를 기술할 수 있는 시나리오를 기반으로 하여 스마트농업 서비스들을 제안하며, 제안된 서비스 구성을 반영시킨 문서는 ITU-T Y.2238 권고안으로 승인되었다.

벽지노선의 지속적 운행을 통한 공익적 가치 측정 : 영동선과 동해남부선을 사례로 (Measuring Public Service Values of Rural Railways : A Case Study of Young Dong and Donghae Nambu Lime)

  • In response to the government's recent attempts to introduce competition and efficiency criteria in the rural railway service provision, this study is to empirically estimate public service values on continuous operation of two rural railways-Young Dong Line (YDL) and Donghae Nambu Line (DNL)-that will be realized beyond the passengers' use values. Based on a contingent valuation survey conducted on 600 passengers and local residents, YDL respondents were willing to pay significantly higher amount compared to those of DNL respondents. Especially tourists traveling on YDL were willing to pay the highest amount, and local residents of DNL were willing to pay relatively high amount. The results will provide useful information in makings decisions on the selection of PSO railways, the amount of PSO compensation and which railways to close, so on.

인공지능 쇼핑 정보 서비스에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study for Artificial Intelligence Shopping Information Service)

  • Purpose - The study was AI as exploratory study on artificial intelligence (AI) shopping information services, to explore the possibility of a new business of the distribution industry. For research, we compare to IBM of consumer awareness surveys an AI shopping information service for retailing channel and target goods group. Finally, we present to service scenario for distribution service using AI. Research design, data, and methodology - First, to identify possible the success of the information service shopping using AI, AI technology for the consumer is very important for the acceptance of judgement. Therefore, we explored the possibility of AI information service for business as a shopping. The experimental data were used to interpret the meaning of the relevant literature and the IBM Institute of Business Value (IBV) Report 2015. This research is based on the use of a technical acceptance model (TAM) to determine whether the consumer would adopt the 'AI shopping information service' technology. Step 1 of the process assumes that the consumer adopts AI technology. In step 2, consumers find their preference channels and goods targeted at them as per their preferences. Finally Step 3, we present scenario for 'AI shopping information service' based on the results of Step 1 and 2. Results - Consumers have expressed their high interests in the new shopping information services, especially the on/off line distribution channels can use shopping information to increase the efficiency in provision of goods. Digital channel (such as SNS, online shopping etc.) is especially high value goods such as cars, furniture, and home appliances by displaying it to an appropriate product group. Conclusions - The study reveals the potential for the use of new business models such as 'AI shopping information service' by the distribution industry. We present seven scenario related AI application refer from IBM suggestion, and the findings would enable the distribution industry to approach target consumers with their products, especially high value goods. 'Shopping advisor' is considered to the most effective. In order to apply to the other field of the distribution industry business, which utilizes AI technology, it should be accompanied by additional empirical data analysis should be undertaken.

A Heuristic Time Sharing Policy for Backup Resources in Cloud System

  • Cloud computing promises high performance and cost-efficiency. However, most cloud infrastructures operate at a low utilization, which greatly adheres cost effectiveness. Previous works focus on seeking efficient virtual machine (VM) consolidation strategies to increase the utilization of virtual resources in production environment, but overlook the under-utilization of backup virtual resources. We propose a heuristic time sharing policy of backup VMs derived from the restless multi-armed bandit problem. The proposed policy achieves increasing backup virtual resources utilization and providing high availability. Both the results in simulation and prototype system experiments show that the traditional 1:1 backup provision can be extended to 1:M (M≫1) between the backup VMs and the service VMs, and the utilization of backup VMs can be enhanced significantly.

서울시내 대학 내 보건의료시설의 현황 (The Current Status of College Health Service Centers in Seoul)

  • Background : One-quarter of Koreans are either students or school employeeS. Therefore, school health programs for them have high levels of cost-benefit. School health programs, though, are focused on services such as vaccination and physical examination according to administrational regulations without systemic planning. Futhermore, college health programs run autonomously, not under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. It is my intention to analyse the current status of college school health service centers and use the basic data so generated to model how they might operate at an optimal level of efficiency. Methods : I intended to investigate all 29 colleges in Seoul except some specialized colleges such as theological schools in the two-month period of August and September, 1999. I used the telephone interview method to ask questions relating to personal composition, medical equipment in use, annual expenditure and the provision of school health services. School health services were composed of three items; health servies, health education and a healthy school environment. Results : 27 college health service centers were surveyed. The median number of medical personal in each center was 2, the range was 1-31. 7 centers(25.9%) have only nurses with no doctors. Annual expenditures of 11 centers(50.1%) was less than 10 million won, 19 center(70.4%) were maintained by support from their college. Thirteen centers(48.1%) provided doctor's examinations, 6 centers(22.2%) provided dental care services, laboratory services were provided by seven centers(25.9%). Some 81.5% of the centers had vaccination programs and 44.5% had health education programs. There was no school environment program except insecticide provisions. College health service centers with school doctors differed from centers without school doctors in terms of medical equipment range, annual expenditures and annual case loads. Conclusion : The structure and function of college health service centers in Seoul are diverse. However, no center has a well-organized school health plan.
