일부 도시지역 노인의 영양섭취 실태와 그 관련요인에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Dietary Intake of the Elderly in an Urban Area and on Analysis of the Related Factors)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate nutritional status with the analysis of the factors which might influence on the prevalent condition of nutrients-intake. 373 persons who are above 60 years old in Chung-Gu, Seoul were surveyed from March 15 to March 30 in 1985. Results were as follows ; 1. General Characteristics 1) Male respondents among the entire respondents comprised 54.3% and female respondents comprised 45.7%. As for age, male and female respondents comprised 55.0% and 37.2% respectively. 2) As for the educational level of the respondents, illiteracy was 49.9% which was the highest. and those who graduated elementary school was 28.1% which was the second highest. And as for the comparison of the education of the male and female respondents, the educational level of male respondents was much higher than that of female respondents. 3) As for the final occupation of the respondents, those who were engaged in commerce comprised 30.8% which was the highest rate, and who were engaged in agriculture comprised 20.1% which was the second highest rate. And those who were engaged in labor comprised 12.3%. 2. The State of Nutrients-intake The energy of the male respondents was 61.4% of RDA and the protein was nothing but 66.8% of RDA. Except vitamin A, vitamin $B_1$ and niacin, calcium, iron, vitamin $B_2$, vitamin C were lower than RDA (the range: $67.5%{\sim}97.3%$). The energy of the female respondents was 70.0% of RDA and the protein was 58.8% which were lower than RDA. Except vitamin A and vitamin $B_1$, calcium, iron, vitamin $B_2$ vitamin C, niacin were lower than RDA (the range: $68.2%{\sim}98.9%$). 3. The various factors related to nutrients-intake 1) The composition of family and the food environment those who were living with their spouses comprised 44.8% which was the highest rate, and those who were living with their son's family comprised 33.5% which was the second highest rate and those who were living with their doughter's family comprised only 4.6%. Those who were living alone comprised 16.4%. The correlation with nutrient intake didn't show a clear relation. 2) Socio-economic state Those who said that they lacked in living expense comprised 32.7% and those who said that they lacked in pocket-money comprised 23.9%, The female respondents outnumbered the male respondents in lacking living expense or pocket-money. In the correlation with socio-economic, there was no striking relation with education level. However, it was shown that little relation in energy, fat in male and also fat and iron in female. The living expense and the satisfaction in pocket-money had also little relation with energy fat and vitamin C in male. 3) Nutrition knowledge and food habit (a) The state of nutrition knowledge and food habit In nutrition knowledge, those who scored less than 60 points were 32.9%, and those who scored more than 90 points were 21.0%. In food habit, those who scored less than 60 points were 26.5% and those who scored more than 80 points were 45%. (b) The corelation with nutrition knowledge and food habit In case of female respondents, nutrition knowledge had a little relation with the intake of cabohydrate, iron, and vitamin C. And we couldn't see a distinct phenomenon in food habit.

일부 공공보건기관 방문보건요원의 교육요구도 조사 (Education Need of the Visit ing Health Service Workers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do Public Health Facilities)

  • 전라남도의 무작위 추출된 10개 시 군과 광주광역시 5개 구의 방문보건사업 담당직원 200명 중 우편설문조사에 응답한 144명을 연구대상으로 하여 방문보건 사업과 관련된 교육훈련경험 여부와 만족도, 응답자의 주관적 판단에 의한 방문보건서비스 관리 지식 정도 그리고 향후 방문보건사업에 필요한 교육훈련에 대한 요구도에 대해 조사하여 향후 방문보건요원의 교육훈련의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사대상자 중 3년 동안 한가지 이상의 중앙교육 훈련 경험자는 43명(29.9%), 광역자치단체의 교육훈련 경험자는 57명(39.6%), 그리고 지방자치단체의 교육훈련 경험자는 53명(36.8%) 등으로 나타났다. 교육과정에 대한 만족도를 점수화 한 결과 중앙 교육($2.38{\pm}0.57$)이 광역자치단체 교육($2.18{\pm}0.57$)과 기초자치단체 교육($2.13{\pm}0.54$)보다 높았다. 2. 조사대상자의 방문보건서비스 관리 지식 정도는 환자 및 질병관리 영역 중 투약 및 검사, 상처 및 욕창 관리, 환자 개인위생, 고혈압환자 관리, 당뇨환자 관리, 관절염환자 관리 그리고 전염성질환자 관리, 고위험 가족 및 가정환경 관리 영역 중 환경위생 관리, 안전 및 사고 관리 그리고 감염관리, 건강증진관리 영역이 5점 만점에 평균 3점 이상이었으며, 재활 및 요양 영역은 전반적으로 평균 3점 이하의 점수를 보였다. 3. 조사대상자의 방문보건서비스 관리 지식 정도는 간호사 자격증을 소지하고 있는 경우 높았으며, 중앙 교육 중 노인보건, 재활 등 실무영역과 정신보건전문간호사, 광역자치단체 교육 중 보건진료원보수교육, 정신 보건교육, 그리고 기초자치단체 교육의 건강증진영역, 노인보건, 재활 등 실무영역, 정신보건영역과 급성질환 관리영역에 대한 교육훈련 경험이 있는 경우 높았다. 4. 조사대상자의 교육내용에 대한 요구도는 노인건강 관리과정이 가장 높았고, 최근 업무가 새롭게 추진되고 있는 노인보건, 호스피스, 치매노인관리, 재활, 건강증진 등이 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 방문보건사업 업무별로는 방문보건사업전반이 가장 높았고 방문보건사업에서 실제 서비스를 제공하는 분야가 교육의 요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교육방법으로는 공무원 집단교육(47.0%)을, 교육전담 주체는 광역자치단체 (30.4%)를, 교육방식은 실습(57.7%)을, 교육횟수는 년 2-3회(44.5%)를, 교육기간은 3-5일(41.0%)을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 지역사회 주민에게 효과적인 방문보건서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 방문보건사업에 대한 지식 정도를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련의 기회를 확대하고 방문보건요원의 교육요구도에 근거하여 교육훈련을 개선해야 할 것이다.

중학교 "기술.가정" 교과 교사용 지도서에 대한 가정 교사의 인식 및 활용 (The Recognition and Utilization of Middle School Technology.Home Economics Teacher's Guidebook)

  • 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 따른 중학교 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$ 교과 교사용 지도서에 대한 가정 교사의 인식 및 활용실태를 분석하여 우리 교육 현실에 맞는 새로운 교사용 지도서의 개발에 대한 참고 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 자료는 이메일을 통하여 수집하였는데 전국의 중학교를 대상으로 서울시교육청 및 각 도교육청 그리고 각 광역시 교육청에 등록되어 있는 중학교 홈페이지를 방문하여, 홈페이지에 등록되어 있는 가정 교사의 이메일을 토대로 하였으며, 설문은 Web을 구축하여 사이트에 접속해서 답변을 할 수 있게 하였다. 855명에게 이메일을 발송한 결과 366명이 설문에 응답을 해주었으나 기술교사 9명과 중복 답변 2명을 제외한 355명의 응답이 분석에 사용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 일원분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 하였으며, 사후검증으로 Duncan's Multiple Range Test를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정 교사들은 교사용 지도서에 대해 필요성을 느끼고 있으나 필요성에 비해 교사용 지도서가 도움이 되지 못하며 따라서 만족도가 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사용 지도서 활용교사가 미활용교사보다 교사용 지도서에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 기술교육 전공 교사가 가정교육 전공 교사보다 교사용 지도서가 더 도움이 된다고 하였다. 둘째, 가정 교사들은 교사용 지도서에서 가장 많이 참고하는 부분은 '차시별 지도의 실제'로 나타났고, 각 부분에 따라 총론은 '교수-학습 방법', 각론은 '차시별지도의 실제(학습내용해설)', 차시별 지도의 실제는 '학습 자료'와 '학습 내용 및 활동'으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사용 지도서를 활용하지 않는 교사들은 교사용 지도서가 충분한 도움을 주지 못하거나 다른 참고 자료를 활용하기 때문인 것으로 나타났으며, 교사용 지도서 외에 인터넷 사이트, 시청각 자료를 가장 많이 참고하며, 이런 자료는 내용이 풍부하고 사용하기 편하기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교사용 지도서의 개선사항으로 수업에 활용할 수 있는 학습 자료의 제시, 다양한 교수-학습 과정안 제시, 수행평가 계획 및 기준에 대한 구체적 제시, 교과서 내용에 대한 충분한 보충 설명, 지도서의 외형적 체재 개선 모두에서 높게 나타났다.

서울지역 중소병원의 부서간 조직효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Interdepartmental Organizational Effectiveness of Medium and Small Sized Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed to grasp the factors, which may influence the harmonized organizational efficiency of the objects of hospital structure as well as its structural constituents of each departments of administration, nursing, and para-medical personnels, in order to provide basic data enable to contribute in the development of hospital. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 385 personnels working in 5 medium and small sized hospitals in Seoul area. The main finding of the study can be summarized as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of male, over 30 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in administration departments are higher, its organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of nursing and para-medical departments. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every departments in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance between administration and para-medical departments. In as much as the job circulation is intact, job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency, while the more workload and the more work feud resulted lower organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as higher educational level of over university graduates, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the psychological motive contributional level is higher, while the lesser job difficulty, the smooth job performance, the higher level of professional expertise, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication, have affected as major influence factors of the structural characteristics of organizational efficiency. 6. As the management of hospital organization, the job level and personal relation are satisfied or psychological motive is provided, especially when there are no difficult jobs or smooth job circulation and no job feud are prevailing, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is improving accordingly. The nursing departments has high educational standard and is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. The para-medical departments is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of the medium and small sized hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas the level of job circulation, job responsibility, the expertise and formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on several hospitals in Seoul area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially, as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the medium and small sized hospitals.

교육수요 분석을 통한 RI-Biomics 전문인력 양성 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Training Program for RI-Biomics Manpower through Analysis of Educational Demands)

  • RI-Biomics 기술 분야는 차세대 국가 신 성장 동력 핵심기술 중의 하나로써 전 세계적으로 비약적인 발전을 하고 있는 첨단방사선융합 분야이다. 이에 각 선진국들은 RI-Biomics 분야의 세계 경제시장에서 앞서 나가기 위하여 집중적인 지원과 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 RI-Biomics 분야를 국내에서 주도하기 위해서는 세계수준에 맞는 고도의 기술력과 전문지식을 지닌 우수한 인력들의 확보가 필요하지만, 국내에서는 보유한 기술력에 비해 수행할 수 있는 전문인력들이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 검증된 RI-Biomics 인력양성 모델을 활용하여 전문가 인터뷰와 전국 학생대상 설문조사를 반영한 최적화된 교육프로그램을 설계 및 개발함으로써 RI-Biomics 전문인력양성을 위한 기반을 구축하고자 하였다. 본 교육프로그램은 RI-Biomics 분야를 크게 4개의 분야로 구분하여 구성하였으며, 각 과정별 교육을 통하여 RI-Biomics 분야의 전반적인 과정을 이해하는데 주안점을 두고 개발되었다. 교육프로그램의 유용성 및 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 실제 유관학과 대학생 8명을 대상으로 시범운영을 실시하였으며, 한국방사선진흥협회(서울)와 한국원자력연구원 첨단방사선 연구소 RI-Biomics 센터(정읍)에서 총 3주간 진행 되었다. 세부 교육과정은 RI-Biomics 분야의 기본교육인 방사성동위원소 취급 및 안전교육 1주, 전문기술 교육인 RI-Biomics 응용기술 2주로 구성되었다. 3주간의 교육결과를 평가하기 위하여 실습일지와 개별보고서를 작성하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 교육 만족도 및 건의사항을 수렴하였다. 본 교육프로그램 운영결과, 모든 학생들이 교육과정에 대한 높은 만족도와 지속적인 참여의사를 나타냈다. 또한 시범교육 운영 간 우수인력 발굴 및 지속적인 교육프로그램 운영을 위한 심화과정의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 교육프로그램과 운영방안은 향후 RI-Biomics 분야의 대학 교과과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, RI-Biomics 기술 전문인력들의 양성과 국내 RI-Biomics 분야의 발전에 기여할 것이다.

임부의 태교인식과 태교실천에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on Recognition and Practice of Teakyo by Pregnant Women)

  • This study is a descriptive study to offer an actual basic data as Nursing intervention strategy of nurses before delivery in order that pregnant women in Korea may effectively practice Taekyo by examining the relation after apprehending level of recognition and practice of our pregnant women about Taekyo. This study collected questionnaires from 801 pregnant women who visited general hospitals in 10 areas(Seoul, Daejon, chunan, Daegu, Kummi, $Ky{\check{o}}ngju$, $P{\ddot{o}}hang$, Busan, $J{\ddot{o}}nju$, and $Y{\ddot{o}}nkwang$) for prenatal care through an outpatient obstetrics and gynecology from July 15 to August 30, 1999. This study used the tool of lee, Ki Young(1993) revised an complemented by investigator to measure recognition of Taekyo and the tool of Jang, Shun Buk and Park, Young Ju(1996) revised and complemented by investigator to measure practice of Taekyo. The Cronbach's alpha value of each tool was .88 in recognition of Taekyo, while the value was .90 in practice of Taekyo. For data analysis, this study used the descriptive and statistical analysis, Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey's post hoc contrast, and Stepwise multiple regression in accordance with the purpose of this study with using SPSS Win 7.5 program. The results were as follows ; 1. The practice of Taekyo was low in comparison with recognition of Teakyo by showing average 4.28 points and standard deviation 0.48 at level of recognition of pregnant women about Taekyo on the basis of 5 points and showing to show average 2.81 points and standard deviation 0.36 at practice level on the basis of 4 points. 2. They showed the higher level of recognition on Taekyo at high educational background of pregnant woman(F=3.735, p=.005), Roman catholicism (F=4.570, p=.002), satisfied married life(F=5.448, p=.004), high monthly income(F=6.096, p=.000) and cases of hoping pregnancy(F=2.525, p=.012). 3. They showed the higher level of practice on Taekyo at high educational background of pregnant woman(F=2.883, P=.022), Roman catholicism(F=3.616, p=.032), satisfied married life(F=19.924, p=.000), good health condition(F=2.386, p=.017), cases of hoping pregnancy(F=0.677, p=.000), cases of planning pregnancy with husband(F=3.024, p=.001), cases of regular prenatal care before delivery(F=0.241, p=.005), cases of maternal breast feeding (F=9.132, p=.000), and the number of less children(F=2.763, p=.041). 4. In result of examining correlation between recognition and practice of Taekyo, they showed high level of practice on Taekyo under high level of recognition of pregnant women on Taekyo by showing the statistically significant correlation. 5. In result of examining the related factors that affect recognition and practice of Taekyo y the object, practice of Taekyo had 16.8 percents of explanatory range, purpose of practicing Taekyo 8.5 percents of explanatory range, and monthly income 1.9 percent of explanatory range as variables of affecting recognition of Taekyo. The total explanatory range was 27.2 percents, Recognition of Taekyo had 16.1 percents of explanatory ragne, time of starting Taekyo 3.2 percents, health condition 2.2 percents of explanatory range, condition of hoping pregnancy 1.1 percent of explanatory range, satisfaction of married life 0.8 percent of explanatory range, and religion 0.6 percent of explanatory range as variables of affecting practice of Taekyo. The total explanatory range was 24.0 percents.

한국의 과학교육 종합 지표 개발 연구 (The Development of 'Korea's Science Education Indicators')

  • 지능정보사회가 요구하는 역량 함양을 위해 과학교육의 중요성은 점차 강화되고 있으며, 과학교육에 대한 국가의 역할 및 책무성은 법으로 명시되어 있다. 과학교육을 효과적이고 효율적으로 지원하기 위해서는 관련 정책에 대한 지속적인 모니터링이 필수적이며, 이를 위해 과학교육의 현황을 종합적으로 분석하기 위한 지표 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 과학교육 정책의 성과를 지속적이고 체계적으로 진단·점검할 수 있는 종합 지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 토대로 '학습자'와 '과학교육 맥락'의 2개 차원과, '투입', '과정', '결과'의 3개 범주로 구성된 과학교육 종합 지표 체제를 도출하였으며, 국내외에서 개발된 과학교육 관련 지표의 내용을 검토하여 지표의 요소와 세부요소를 도출하였다. 이후 과학교육연구, 초·중등 현장교육, 과학교육정책, 교육과정, 과학기술 분야의 전문가 25인을 대상으로 총 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 지표의 체제와 요소의 적합성과 타당성을 검증하였으며, 과학교육 종합지표의 조사대상 및 조사도구를 확정하였다. 연구 결과, '투입' 범주에 대해서는 '학생 특성', '교사 특성', '교육 인프라'의 3개 요소가 도출되었으며, '과정' 범주에 대해서는 '과학 교육과정 운영', '과학 콘텐츠 보급 및 프로그램 운영', '교사 전문성 신장 프로그램 운영'의 3개 요소가 도출되었고, '결과' 범주에 대해서는 '과학 역량', '참여와 실천', '정의적 성취', '인지적 성취', '만족도'의 5개 요소가 도출되었다. 또한 학생, 교사, 교육청/기관으로부터 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 조사도구를 개발하였으며, 문항양호도 및 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 '과학교육 종합 지표'는 우리나라 과학교육의 여건, 성과, 인식 등을 종합적으로 측정할 수 있는 지표로서 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 과학교육 정책 수립 및 추진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

간호개념에 대한 기초조사 (The Empirical Exploration of the Conception on Nursing)

  • The study is aimed at exploring concept held by clinical nurses of nursing. The data were collected from 225 nurses conviniently selected from the population of nurses working in Kang Won province. Findings include. 1) Nurse's Qualification. The respondents view that specialized knowledge is more important qualification of the nurse. Than warm personality. Specifically, 92.9% of the respondents indicated specialized knowledge as the most important qualification while only 43.1% indicated warm personality. 2) On Nursing Profession. The respondents view that nursing profession as health service oriented rather than independent profession specifically. This suggests that nursing profession is not consistentic present health care delivery system nor support nurses working independently. 3) On Clients of Nursing Care The respondents include patients, family and the community residents in the category of nursing care. Specifically, 92.0% of the respondents view that patient is the client, while only 67.1% of nursing student and 74.7% of herself. This indicates the lack of the nurse's recognition toward their clients. 4) On the Priority of Nursing care. Most of the respondents view the clients physical psychological respects as important component of nursing care but not the spiritual ones. Specially, 96.0% of the respondents indicated the physical respects, 93% psychological ones, while 64.1% indicated the spiritual ones. This means the lack of comprehensive conception on nursing aimension. 5) On Nursing Care. 91.6% of the respondents indicated that nursing care is the activity decreasing pain or helping to recover illness, while only 66.2% indicated earring out the physicians medical orders. 6) On Purpose of Nursing Care. 89.8% of the respondents indicated preventing illness and than 76.6% of them decreasing 1;ai of clients. On the other hand, maintaining health has the lowest selection at the degree of 13.8%. This means the lack of nurses' recognition for maintaining health as the most important point. 7) On Knowledge Needed in Nursing Care. Most of the respondents view that the knowledge faced with the spot of nursing care is needed. Specially, 81.3% of the respondents indicated simple curing method and 75.1%, 73.3%, 71.6% each indicated child nursing, maternal nursing and controlling for the communicable disease. On the other hand, knowledge w hick has been neglected in the specialized courses of nursing education, that is, thinking line among com-w unity members, overcoming style against between stress and personal relation in each home, and administration, management have a low selection at the depree of 48.9%,41.875 and 41.3%. 8) On Nursing Idea. The highest degree of selection is that they know themselves rightly, (The mean score measuring distribution was 4.205/5) In the lowest degree,3.016/5 is that devotion is the essential element of nursing, 2.860/5 the religious problems that human beings can not settle, such as a fatal ones, 2,810/5 the nursing profession is worth trying in one's life. This means that the peculiarly essential ideas on the professional sense of value. 9) On Nursing Services. The mean score measuring distribution for the nursing services showed that the inserting of machine air way is 2.132/5, the technique and knowledge for surviving heart-lung resuscitating is 2.892/s, and the preventing air pollution 3.021/5. Specially, 41.1% of the respondents indicated the lack of the replied ratio. 10) On Nurses' Qualifications. The respondents were selected five items as the most important qualifications. Specially, 17.4% of the respondents indicated specialized knowledge, 15.3% the nurses' health, 10.6% satisfaction for nursing profession, 9.8% the experience need, 9.2% comprehension and cooperation, while warm personality as nursing qualifications have a tendency of being lighted. 11) On the Priority of Nursing Care The respondents were selected three items as the most important component. Most of the respondents view the client's physical, spiritual: economic points as important components of nursing care. They showed each 36.8%, 27.6%, 13.8% while educational ones showed 1.8%. 12) On Purpose of Nursing Care. The respondents were selected four items as the most important purpose. Specially,29.3% of the respondents indicated curing illness for clients, 21.3% preventing illness for client 17.4% decreasing pain, 15.3% surviving. 13) On the Analysis of Important Nursing Care Ranging from 5 point to 25 point, the nurses' qualification are concentrated at the degree of 95.1%. Ranging from 3 point to 25, the priorities of nursing care are concentrated at the degree of 96.4%. Ranging from 4 point to 16, the purpose of nursing care is concentrated at the degree of 84.0%. 14) The Analysis, of General Characteristics and Facts of Nursing Concept. The correlation between the educational high level and nursing care showed significance. (P < 0.0262). The correction between the educational low level and purpose of nursing care showed significance. (P < 0.002) The correlation between nurses' working yeras and the degree of importance for the purpose of nursing care showed significance (P < 0.0155) Specially, the most affirmative answers were showed from two years to four ones. 15) On Nunes' qualification and its Degree of Importance The correlation between nurses' qualification and its degree of importance showed significance. General characteristics of the subjects The mean age of the subject was 39 ; with 38.6% with in the age range of 20-29 ; 52.6% were male; 57.9% were Schizophrenia; 35.1% were graduated from high school or high school dropouts; 56.l% were not have any religion; 52.6% were unmarried; 47.4% were first admission; 91.2% were involuntary admission patients. C. Measurement of anxiety variables. 1. Measurement tools of affective anxiety in this study demonstrated high reliability (.854). 2. Measurement tools of somatic anxiety in this study demonstrated high reliability (.920). D. Relationship between the anxiety variables and the general characteristics. 1. Relationship between affective anxiety and general characteristics. 1) The level of female patients were higher than that of the male patient (t = 5.41, p < 0.05). 2) Frequencies of admission were related to affective anxiety, so in the first admission the anxiety level was the highest. (F = 5.50, p < 0.005). 2, Relationship between somatic anxiety and general characteristics. 1) The age range of 30-39 was found to have the highest level of the somatic anxiety. (F = 3.95, p < 0.005). 2) Frequencies of admission were related to the somatic anxiety, so .in first admission the anxiety level was the highest. (F = 9.12, p < 0.005) 0. Analysis of significant anxiety symptoms for nursing intervention. 1. Seven items such as dizziness, mental integration, sweating, restlessness, anxiousness, urinary frequency and insomnia, init. accounted for 96% of the variation within the first 24 hours after admission. 2. Seven items such as fear, paresthesias, restlessness, sweating insomnia, init., tremors and body aches and pains accounted for 84% of the variation on the 10th day after admission.

고등학교 학생들의 성에 관한 인식과 성교육에 대한 요구 조사 연구 (A Study on the Perception about Sex and Sex Education Needs of High School Students)

  • A survey has conducted on two hundred high school students of the first and second grade by way of questionnaine in Seoul. The purpose of this study on the information from the survey is to cstimate the level of awareness and probe how they feel and what they wish on sex. X2 inspection is designed to assess general aspects of responded contents by way of percentage and examine degree of satisfaction on previously experienced sex education and demand for sex education. The result is as follows. 1. As a result of the examination of degree of awareness on sex of respondents, 62% delines sex as human relationship including moral values for harmony between men and women. 64% of the men and 70% of the women say that sex is a natural thing. It comes to the conclusion that most of the respondent sgenerally consider sex positive. On chastity, 68.5% of the respondent answer that it means physical chastity, 12.5% that chastity before marriage should be kept, and 43% that it should be kept as far as possible. Most of them pespond that it should be kept. 2. As a result of the examination on the contents of sex, they answer they know well in the order of masturbation(72%), pregnancy(76%), and sex(63%). Contraception, abortion and ejection are contents they poorly informed of. 3. As a result of the examination on experienede of sex education, 83% of men and 100% of women have experienced sex, education, but their degreeof satisfaction to it is very low. And 49% of the whole is dissatisfactory to it. There is some difference between male and female students.(p=0.000) That result translates that female studeuts are educated on sex tjhrough more systematic subjects than male ones. In addition, it turns out that teenagers get most information on sex through friends, seniors, and mass media such as videos, TV and radios. Correct and systematic sex education is need because wrong information on sex culd be taught and bring them to misbehave. 4. 87.5% of the respondents answer that sex education is necessary, so that degree of necessity for sex education, turns out to be very high. Also the main subject that should perform sex education is in the order of school(50%), Society(24.5), home(18.5%). They respond that most appropriated period for the beginning of sex education is about elementary school age(43%), and 34% believes it to be put ahcad of elementary school age. Anurse teacher accounts for 54% for the main subject that addresses sex education, to male students visit teachers are most favored for 50%. As a result of those, it could be concluded that most high school students want sex education from responsible persons who have systematic and professional knowledge on sex. 5. In order to perform proper sex education by the above results, better educational effects are obtained when characteristics and natures of teenagers are known and most wanted knowledge by them is taught in priority in times of planning sex education. Besides, the contents of sex education suitable for each school should be planned before elementary school age and sex education should be performed in accordance with students' demand. In addition, sex education should be attentively performed by home, all organizations of society as well as school. Therefore, sex education will play a great role in making teenagers reestablish their conception on sex when the traditional and moral value systems of our country and the new value systems which are being formed under the influence of the western culture are in harmony.

작업치료중재과정모델의 적용: 감각통합기능장애 아동 사례 (Application of Occupational Therapy Intervention Process Model: A Case of Child With Sensory Integration Dysfunction)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 한 아동을 대상으로 이루어진 작업치료중재서비스 안에서 이루어진 OTIPM의 적용 사례를 소개하고, 그 OTIPM에 기반한 임상적 추론과정과 재평가의 유익함과 시사점을 고찰하는 데 그 의의가 있다. 연구방법 : 대상 아동에 대한 작업치료중재서비스 안에서 OTIPM이 적용된 구체적 실행과정을 네 개의 주요부분으로 구분하여 기술하였다. 1) 클라이언트 중심의 수행문맥 확립; 2) 기초선 확립 및 원인해석(초기평가); 3) 중재 계획 및 실행; 4) 중재효과 확인(재평가). 수행 문맥은 보호자와의 면담을 통해 확립하였으며 초기평가 및 재평가에서 사용된 평가도구는 임상관찰 및 일본감각력평가(JSI-R), 덴버발달검사(DDST-2), 사회성숙도, 녹스학령전기놀이 척도(KPPS-R), 과제수행평가이다. 과제수행평가에서는 작업치료 실행 체계(Occupational Therapy Process Framework)에 의거한 수행기술 즉, 운동, 처리, 및 사회적 상호작용기술들을 평가하였으며, 표준화 된 수행기술검사인 운동처리기술검사(Assessment of Motor and Process Skill)와 사회기술평가(Evaluation of Social Participation)의 평가 체계를 사용하였다. 작업치료중재는 회복적모델의 감각통합치료활동과, 교육적모델의 보호자교육과, 습득적모델의 작업수행기술훈련이 계획되었으며, 일주일에 2회씩 총 4개월간 진행되었다. 결과 : 재평가 결과 사회연령과 사회성지수가 대상 아동의 연령에 맞게 향상되고, 전반적인 발달수준이 약 2년가량 향상되며, 전체적인 놀이수준 또한 13개월 향상되었다. 작업에 기반을 두어 설정되었던 중재 목표가 성취되었다. 아동의 보호자는 아동의 작업수행과 작업치료서비스에 대한 만족을 서술적으로 보고하였다. 결론 : 본 사례에서 작업치료사는 OTIPM에 기반하여 포괄적인 수행문맥을 확립하고 클라이언트 중심의 작업에 기반한 중재를 제공할 수 있었다. 임상적 추론을 통해 수행의 어려움의 원인을 보다 명확히 파악하여 수행의 하위요소뿐만 아니라 수행 전반의 향상을 이끌어내는 치료를 제공할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 OTIPM에서 정의한 '클라이언트 무리'의 개념을 적용하여 클라이언트의 만족도를 이끌어내는 중재도 계획할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해, OTIPM이 클라이언트 중심의 작업수행의 성취도와 만족도 모두를 고려한 중재과정을 지향함으로써 '구체적인 작업참여의 포괄적인 향상'을 이끌어내는 데 유익한 작업치료중재과정모델임을 확인 할 수 있다.
