The questionnaires for data collection were developed through pre-survey and reference review. The collected data was analyzed by using frequency, percentile, mean, variation, t-test, ANOVA on SPSS 10.1 package. Results : There were characters of home care clients with indwelling catheters: women(67.6%) were more than men; the average age of them was $69.60{\pm}14.99$ years old; neurogenic and cerebrovascular diseases(80.0%) were the most common disease group; 81.5% of them were totally dependent on others in terms of level of activity. Home care clients' families had these characters: women(76.9%) were more than men; the average age was $54.5{\pm}13.70$ years old; 46.3% of them were parents or sons or daughters in terms of relation with patient; tl1e average care period was $39.8{pm}34.20$ months. This study explores the background and the processes underpinning the educational reform movement based on local community. This educational community initiated the alternative education reform movement, which is referred to as the small school movement. A qualitative case study was implemented by collecting data from thirty articles, three focused interviews. This study drew out three key factors as the operation of educational community in regional area. First, it claimed a total of 30 papers related to the educational community for content analysis. Second, key words were derived in the local educational community context. They developed their own alternative educational programs, such as self-supportive meeting, season carnivals, community revitalization activities, and so on. Their focus was on finding out and establishing better educational relationships among the concerned communities. Third, the community continues to reinforce the internal rules and climate through meta-education, a process, in which education educates itself. As a result, they could enjoy substantial success in a visible educational community. This small school revival movement later grew into the new school movement. Furthermore, a variety of teachers, parents groups, and interested scholars have been engaged in the community movement through professional networking. This study suggests that the key innovator-initiated movement, which involves education reform, upgraded Korean education, and improved their own expertise and autonomy, is expected to be the first step to solve the current Korean educational problems by the educational community.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.
