This study aims at establishing JIT production management system to enable manage the resources input into from procurement through construction based on correct identification of the process, an analysis on the amount of input materials and information sharing. This study has focused on the process control and working process of rebar work in domestic apartment house construction where the overall scope of Process from the planning phase to the construction phase has been analyzed in this study. Also construction phase was selected for the application of a sample case. A basic model for JIT production was generated with these processes. Furthermore A questionnaire and the on-site survey with process, checklist and control data were prepared and performed for the application of JIT production management model into rebar work. The governing scopes of JIT production management system include process management, material management, yard loading and moving management and inventory control, and the operation of each control item

After 1970 Years. Korea has developed a concept of public domestic housing. But this house is reached the uppermost limit time of using the occupant's satisfying life. Then reconstruction of Apartment house is urgently needed which is developed in Korea. So this study is examined the demolition work on current reconstructing apartment site. for reconstruction. Therefore this research examined the fitted demolition time of low-rise house and characteristics of demolition works. The conclusions from this experiment are shown below. 1. The average day work in clutcher method is shown about 1, 032㎥/Day. 2. Although work-efficiency of construction machinery is a critical factor for estimating its workable-quantity per unit time, the coefficient figure table presented in the Poom-Sam that is used for Construction Cost Estimation of public sectors in Korea is very subjective for practical usage. In order to suggest objective work-coefficient table for a Tub Grinder, domestic and overseas documentary records were investigated and on-going construction sites were also visited. The research found that the table can be revised by means of detailing down by several factors. The research will be the foundation for applying the rapid development of Construction Equipment and technology to the appropriate cost estimations and the ground work of related studies.

Unless certain limitation is increasing the number of the job type will be inevitable in the future because of development of industry, adaptation on speedy life style, and leisure oriented nuclear family style. In this paper, a prospective model of supply and demand of work force has been developed basing on various categories of industries and patterns about employees to look over efficient supply and demand of work force suiting employment of work force policies. In this paper, after Analyzing job preference, we have noticed a more stable job system and the results showed significant improvements over the existing job system.

To help the corporations ensure more efficient production management, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has been introduced in operation, together with a variety of approaches to make improvements in terms of quality and productivity issues. Yet, with the different types of ERP systems in operation, many companies are going through many difficulties not only in having greatly reduced work efficiency but also in making prompt decisions from the entire group-based integrated information. In this study, the analysis was made on their own ERP systems and working processes operated by a company running the multiple number of productions from the domestic and the overseas suppliers, in order to support their interacted work flow regarding their products and help improve the work efficiency by establishing standardized ERP system. Through this, it is expected to ensure more competitive system in operation by securing the flexibility in the production as well as efficient resource distribution under the corporate context of cost reduction and quality improvement.

The purpose of this study is to find the diversification of the methodology of KM (knowledge management) Benchmarking which has been developed rapidly as a new managing paradigm all over the world for the 21th century. In particular, at the point of that it has been going to be inevitable for domestic companies to adopt and utilize a knowledge management system as the pending assignment for surviving in the 21th century, this study thus can enable them to support an adoption of KM and suggest directions for companies. Therefore, the successful cases of KM adoption all through the world have been analyzed by this study with the classifications of the industrial fields, work-flows from the view point of learning organizations and information technologies. As a result, the KM type bearing the specific of the respective industry has not been unrolled, and the common element in the analysis of work-flows has been found. Based on the result, it is desirable for the companies to adapt KM, extracting necessary work field for KM. Consequently speaking, they need to benchmark and adopt the KM methodology based on the extracted results.

This study analyzes the impacts of household work participation and shared activities between couples on marital relationship and depression among retired men and women with retired husbands. To investigate this, a survey of 367 married people is conducted on retired men and women with retired husbands. The influencing factors on the marital relationship of retired men are found to be couples' shared activities, gender role attitudes, and subjective health status. The marital relationship of women with retired husbands is influenced by shared activities by couples, the division of domestic labor, and gender role attitudes. The factors affecting retired men's depression are shared activities by couples, perceived health status, type of jobs before retirement, and age. Women's depression is related to household income, shared activities by couples, husbands' jobs before retirement, subjective health status, and division of household labor.

The purpose of this work was to document the conditions regarding organic solvent exposure to the workers in paint industry. Air concentrations of organic solvents were measured by passive personal samplers and analyzed by a gas chromatography. Urine samples for hippuric test were also taken from 330 workers who have worked at seven domestic factories for more than two years. Amongst 25 organic elements detected in the indoor environment of working places, toluene was the most common element, and methanol showed the highest mean concentration(18.2ppm). A few elements including methylethyl ketone and toluene partially exceeded the Korean Permissible Exposure Limit. A lack of environmental facilities such as exhaust ventilation, automatic cleaning system, and personal safety devices at present work plaus brings about various occupational diseases.

Noise prediction are required as part of an environmental impact assessment. Prediction method that is used to domestic environmental impact assessment of construction site and industrial site is not applied work operation rate, work position, moving noise source, inner traffic flow, work type and height of noise source etc. The BS5228 methodology is used mainly for assessment of proposed open industrial sites(mineral extraction, landfill etc.), and larger long-term construction sites(typically for major infrastructure projects). also, estimation which consider various effect factor is possible.

A tractor is a farm vehicle that is designed to provide a high tractive effort at low speed. It is used for versatile agricultural tasks such as hauling a trailer, tillage, mowing and construction work. As the intensity of work increases, tractors equipped with automatic transmission become popular due to the work convenience. Though manual and power shuttle transmissions are produced by domestic corporations, development for full-automatic power shift transmissions has never been challenged, and so related technology level is quite low. This paper gives a survey of the automatic transmissions from advanced foreign company, which includes layout of gear train, the way hydraulics controls clutches and brakes, electronic control system. The results are expected to be utilized as a basis in the development of original power train design for tractor.
