The purpose of the study was to investigate how the Classification of the Joseon Dynasty's Beauty characteristics were expressed in a TV documentary focusing ona Re-mediation theory. The methods of study comprised of library research, Internet search, and using TV documentary program case studies. The work this Researcher makeup in the manufacture from the documentary in which the methods the Joseon. Dynasty expressed were selected. The literature, and preceding research, were referred to as a way to help organize the Joseon Dynasty's 'gi-saeng Hwang Jin-Hee', 'woman of royal family', and way of make-up of 'sadae-bu lady'. The TV documentary programs selected were 'MBC special' and '2 parts of channel A documentary special'. First, the improvisation of nature and simultaneity expressed in the Joseon Dynasty's usage of make-up is shown through the interview form reflecting the make-up tools and age direction of the scenes or expert. Second, the interactivity and reality are well seen through the row equivalent in which the model seems to directly use the dressing demonstration of the expert and cosmetics material. Third, the cultural expandability and unexpectedness show through the production of situations which are viewed from the explanation of the narration and letter subtitles and drama.

A non-documentary conditions is a condition contained in the credit without reference to the presented document in compliance therewith, thereby causing many problems to all parties involved in letter of credit transactions. The purpose of this study is to examine the regulations on the non-documentary conditions under Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits: UCP, International Standby Practices: ISP98, United Nations Convention on Independent Guarantee and Stand-by Letters of Credit: CIGSLC and Uniform Commercial Code: UCC and also the opinions on the effect of non-documentary conditions through the analysis of several cases on the non-documentary conditions. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, UCP, ISP98, CIGSLC and UCC stipulate that banks will deem non-documentary conditions as not stated and will disregard them. Second, courts used to permit the effect of non-documentary conditions. Finally, all parties should not attempt to put in any non-documentary conditions in order to prevent disputes on the effect of non-documentary conditions.

In this study, We developed an evaluation system for the interim check of Integrated Rural Village Development Project and analyzed its applicability to an actual evaluation process through a pilot evaluation on regions selected. The evaluation system consists of documentary assessments(30%) and field inspections(70%). The documentary assessments are quantitative assessments on check-lists reports by self-evaluation prepared by local governments. The field inspections are qualitative assessments by evaluation teams. Sixteen evaluation indices were developed for documentary assessments and seven criteria were designed for field inspections. For a pilot evaluation, one region in each province excluding Jeju Do, eight regions was selected and the field inspections due to circumstances was proceeded in two regions. The results of documentary assessments indicate that most of regions are evaluated low in project performance attributable to the delay in security for sites. In the field inspections, it appears that most of the regions evaluated high at the documentary assessments got a high point from them. They also show that coordination of action plans, rather than quantitative achievements, is a base determining success of the projects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore nursing students' recognition and understanding of the clinical environment of high-risk neonatal nursing care after watching a documentary about the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), where high-risk newborns are treated. Methods: This study was a qualitative content analysis. In total, 151 nursing students' personal essays describing their reactions to a documentary about the NICU were analyzed using the NVivo 12 program. Results: Nursing students' experiences of engaging with a documentary about the NICU were structured into four thematic categories: 'actual observations of the imagined NICU', 'observation and recognition of nursing knowledge', 'empathy with people related to the baby', and 'establishing attitudes and values as a nurse'. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that documentaries can be applied in nursing education about high-risk newborns.

본 연구는 미디어 효과 연구로서, 후쿠시마 원전 사고에 의해 폭넓게 확산되고 있는 방사능 오염 실태를 취재한 시사 다큐멘터리의 시청이 국내 수용자의 정치적, 사회적 인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실험을 통해 살펴본 연구이다. 그동안의 미디어 효과에 관한 선행 연구들은 TV나 신문 인터넷 등의 뉴스 콘텐츠가 수용자에게 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 있다. 그러나 이들 미디어의 뉴스 콘텐츠 못지않게 다양한 주제를 심층 분석하여 수용자들에게 깊이 있는 정보를 제공하고 있는 TV 시사다큐멘터리를 대상으로 한 수용자 효과 연구는 매우 제한적이며, 특히 지구 환경에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 방사능 오염을 주제로 한 재난 다큐멘터리가 수용자에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 후쿠시마 원전사고에 의한 방사능 오염문제를 집중적으로 보도한 재난 다큐멘터리가 수용자의 정치적, 사회적 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실험연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과 시사다큐멘터리를 시청한 피험자들은 시사다큐멘터리를 시청하지 않은 피험자들보다 야당의 지지도가 높았으며, 노후 원전문제를 더 심각하게 인식하여 더 적극적으로 폐기를 주장하는 경향이 있었고, 원전의 추가 건설을 더 적극적으로 반대하는 경향이 있었다.

본 연구는 미디어 효과 연구 분야에서 채널 요인으로 분류될 수 있는 배경음악의 사용이 TV다큐멘터리 수용자의 회상 기억, 몰입, 흥미 유발, 작품 평가 등에 미치는 영향을 실험을 통해 살펴본 연구이다. 미디어 효과에 관한 선행 연구들은 송신자 요인과 메시지 요인 등이 수용자의 기억과 이해, 지식 습득, 태도, 행위 등에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 연구들이 대부분이다. 그러나 미디어의 채널요인으로 볼 수 있는 배경 음악이 수용자의 다양한 종속변인에 미칠 수 있는 영향력에 관한 연구는 대단히 제한적이며, 특히 텔레비전 다큐멘터리의 배경음악이 수용자에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 TV 다큐멘터리 프로그램에 사용된 배경 음악이 수용자의 회상 기억, 몰입도, 흥미 유발, 작품 평가 등에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해서 대학생 피험자들을 대상으로 배경음악의 유무에 따라 2개의 집단으로 구분하고, 이들에게 TV 다큐멘터리 영상물을 시청하게 한 후, 이들의 회상기억, 몰입도, 흥미 유발, 작품 평가 등을 물어 설문조사를 실시하였다. 모두 101명을 대상으로 이루어진 설문 조사를 분석한 결과, TV 다큐멘터리의 배경 음악이 수용자들의 몰입도와 흥미 유발 정도를 증가시켰으며, 작품 평가도 더 높게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 TV 다큐멘터리의 배경음악이 수용자들의 회상 기억에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

When an issuing bank issues a documentary credit, it must decide if the reimbursement will be a direct or simple or a bank-to-bank reimbursement. This decision is based on the bank that is nominated to pay, incur a deferred payment undertaking, accept drafts or negotiate. If an issuing bank decided bank-to-bank reimbursement, it must include the information in the credit instructing the nominated bank on how to obtain reimbursement. This instruction includes the name of the reimbursing bank, an indication that the reimbursement is subject to the Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements Under Documentary Credits ('URR'), ICC Publication 525 and any additional information that affects the nominated bank's ability to receive reimbursement. Until recently, reimbursements were the subject of outline regulation by Article 19 of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits ('UCP') and national law. Now, however, the International Chamber of Commerce has drafted URR, designed to emulate the harmonization of rules governing documentary credits achieved by the UCP. The URR are complementary to the UCP, which they are not intended to override or change. They became effective on July 1, 1996. The purpose of this study is to promote understanding on the Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits. In this paper, I studied the following subjects:(1) Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements tranaction under Documentary Credits, (2) Meaning of the URR's promulgation, (3) Analysis on the URR's Article. (1) General provisions and definitions, (2) Liabilities and responsibilities, (3) Form and notification of authorisations, amendments and claims, (4) Miscellaneous provisions.

본 논문은 전쟁 다큐멘터리 사진이 가진 푼크툼(punctum)과 스투디움(studium)의 특성이 수용자에게 어떻게 작용되는지 로버트 카파와 미군 사진병이 촬영한 'D-DAY' 사진을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 방법으로는 수용자들과의 인터뷰를 수행하여 푼크툼과 스투디움 경험의 표출 과정을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 수용자들은 미군 사진병의 사진 보다 로버트 카파의 전쟁 다큐멘터리 사진에서 푼크툼적 경험을 더 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 동일한 장소에서 같은 상황을 촬영해도 촬영한 사진가에 따라 푼크툼과 스투디움을 다양한 방식으로 경험하며 사진이 현실을 그대로 보여 주지 못해 왜곡의 수단이 될 수 있다는 것을 수용자 측면에서 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 전쟁 다큐멘터리 사진에 대한 수용자의 경험을 질적연구를 통해 살펴봄으로써 전쟁 다큐멘터리 사진이 가진 왜곡성과 수용자의 푼크툼적 경험을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

샤오취안은 정체되어 있던 중국의 다큐멘터리적 초상사진의 새로운 극복으로 평가되고 있다. 획일화되어 있던 집단적 접근 방식을 벗어나 사진가의 독창성에 기반한 개별적 접근방식의 형태를 제시했다. 특히, 샤오취안은 <우리들 세대>를 통해 중국의 개혁개방 이후 1980-90년대 문화, 예술 발전에 큰 역할을 한 인물들이 살아온 시대에 대한 자신의 감정과 해석을 일정한 사진적 형식을 통해 표현하고자 했다. 샤오취안은 촬영 대상과의 소통을 기반으로 인물의 진정한 내면적 모습을 파악하고 이에 영향을 끼친 시대적 배경 및 사상을 구현했다. 그는 촬영 대상의 복장과 생활환경을 활용해 그 시대의 문화, 예술적 흐름을 반영하고자 했다. 구도적으로도 화면 구조의 변화를 활용해 촬영 대상과 배경의 상징적 결합을 시도했다. 또한 인물의 표정을 통해 표현되는 감정을 시각적으로 구현해 사회상을 표현했다. 본 연구는 중국 초상사진의 다큐멘터리적 표현방식을 제시할 뿐만 아니라 역사적 기록으로써의 초상사진의 가치를 제고하는 기회를 제공한다.

UCP 500 has introduced new words "International Standard Banking Practice" as the basis of the examination of documents under documentary credits. However, the words have caused confusion among parties concerned with letter of credits. So, at its May 2000 meeting, ICC Banking Commission established a task force to document international standard banking practice for the examination of documents presented under documentary credits(ISBP). The publication is the product of two and a half years of work by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. It was approved by the full Commission at its meeting in Rome in October 2002. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500. It explains how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. As such, it fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. But, ISBP have two problems. First, ISBP impose more responsibilities than before the ISBP existed on banks. Second, ISBP have some problematic articles like the problem of maturity, letter of credit language, term. Consequently, all parties concerned with documentary credits need to armour themselves with knowledge for ISBP. Also, it should be noted that any term in a documentary credit which modifies or affects the applicability of a provision of the UCP may also have an impact on international standard banking practice. Therefore, in considering the practices described in this publication, parties must take into account any term in a documentary credit that expressly excludes or modifies a provision in an article of the UCP.
