인터리브 방식을 이용한 전기자동차용 고효율 승압형 양방향 DC/DC 컨버터 개발 (Development of Boost Type Bidirectional DC/DC Converter with High Efficiency For EV using an Interleave Method)

  • This paper proposes the boost type bidirectional DC/DC converter with high efficiency for electric vehicle using an interleave method. This interleave method can reduce the system size because it reduces the ripple of output voltage and input current with no add to extra filter. Proposed system is consist of two converters and applies to interleaved method through phase shift to each converter. And it implements the high boost through voltage double and series construction of output port. Also, it reduces the price and increases the efficiency as operating the ZCS by leakage inductance of transformer and capacitor of voltage double with not add special reactor. Proposed DC/DC converter using interleave method is proved the validity through the result of PSIM simulation and experiment of 5kW DC/DC converter.

3중 밀도 이산 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 디지털 영상처리 기법 (The Digital Image Processing Method Using Triple-Density Discrete Wavelet Transformation)

  • This paper describes the high density discrete wavelet transformation which is one that expands an N point signal to M transform coefficients with M > N. The double-density discrete wavelet transform is one of the high density discrete wavelet transformation. This transformation employs one scaling function and two distinct wavelets, which are designed to be offset from one another by one half. And it is nearly shift-invariant. Similarly, triple-density discrete wavelet transformation is a new set of dyadic wavelet transformation with two generators. The construction provides a higher sampling in both time and frequency. Specifically, the spectrum of the first wavelet is concentrated halfway between the spectrum of the second wavelet and the spectrum of its dilated version. In addition, the second wavelet is translated by half-integers rather than whole-integers in the frame construction. This arrangement leads to high density wavelet transformation. But this new transform is approximately shift-invariant and has intermediate scales. In two dimensions, this transform outperforms the standard and double-density discrete wavelet transformation in terms of multiple directions. Resultingly, the proposed wavelet transformation services good performance in image and video processing fields.

  • This study describes how digital time delay deteriorates control performance in zero voltage switching (ZVS) phase-shifted full bridge (PSFB) converter. The small-signal model of the ZVS PSFB converter is derived from the buck-converter small-signal model. Digital time delay effects have been considered according to the digital sampling methods. The analysis verifies that digital time delays reduce the stability margin of the converter, and the double sampling technique exhibits better performance than the single sampling technique. Both simulation and experimental results based on 250 W ZVS PSFB confirm the validity of the analyses performed in the study.

분무 액적 특성 계측을 위한 디지털 입자 홀로그래피 시스템의 개발 (Development of Digital Particle Holographic System for Measurements of the Characteristics of Spray Droplets)

  • This study presents development of digital particle holographic system and its application to spray field to measure three-dimensional velocities and sizes of spray droplets. A double exposure hologram recording system with synchronization system for time control was established and digital holograms can be recorded in a short time interval. To process recorded holograms, the correlation coefficient method was used for focal plane determination of particles. To remove noises and improve the quality of holograms and reconstructed images, the Wiener filter was adopted. The two-threshold and image segmentation methods were used in binary image transformation. For particle pairing, the match probability method was adopted. The developed system was applied to spray field and three-dimensional velocities and sizes of spray droplets were measured. The measurement results of digital holographic system were compared with those made by laser instruments, PDPA(Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer), which proved the feasibility of in-line digital particle holographic system as a good measurement tool for spray droplets.

Digital Filter Design using the Symbol Pulse Invariant Transformation

  • In general, when IIR digital filter are designed from analog filters, the bilinera transformation and the impluse invariant tramsformation are commonly used. It is known, however, that high frequency response of digital filters designed by these transformations can not be well approximated to the sampled analog signals. In this paper, the symbol pulse invariant transformation is analyzed theoretically so that the symbol pulse invariant transformation which was originally application to a rectangular pulse is newly applied to double rate pulse signals and generic shape pulse signals. Also, the relation of spectra between a transfer function of digital filter and one of analog filter is considered. Further, we apply to design the digital high pass filters using the symbol pulse invariant transformation method.

  • In this paper, the fault analysis program that is convenient to analyse fault records of a digital relay and to set a digital relay is described. The key feature of this fault analysis program is as follows. - analysing fault records stored in a local PC and/or a digital relay - analysing events - setting a digital relay. This program is for a digital bus protection relay using a conventional variable percentage current differential relaying algorithm. So this program adds a function analysing the characteristic of each variable percentage current differential function and the connection state of the transmission lines at double-bus system.

  • 본 논문에서는 10-bit 해상도의 Two-Step Single-Slope A/D 변환기를 이용한 고속 CMOS Image Sensor(CIS)를 제안하였다. 제안하는 A/D 변환기는 5-bit coarse ADC 와 6-bit fine ADC 로 구성되어 있으며, 기존의 Single-Slope A/D 변환기보다 10배 이상의 변환속도를 나타내었다. 또한 고속 동작에서 적은 노이즈 특성을 갖기 위해 Digital Correlated Double Sampling(D-CDS) 회로를 제안하였다. 설계된 A/D 변환기는 0.13um 1-poly 4-metal CIS 공정으로 제작되었으며 QVGA($320{\times}240$)급 해상도를 갖는다. 제작된 칩의 유효면적은 $5mm{\times}3mm$ 이며 3.3V 전원전압에서 약 35mW의 전력소모를 나타내었다. 변환속도는 10us 이었으며, 프레임율은 220 frames/s으로 측정되었다.

물-공기 지열 멀티형 열펌프 시스템 실증연구 (Verification Experiment of a Water-to-air Ground Source Multi-heat Pump System)

  • The aim of this study is to verify the performance of water-to-air multi-heat pump system with a vertical U-tube GLHX(U-tube system) and a double tube GLHX(double tube system), which were installed in a school building located in Asan. For analyzing the performance of the GSHP system, we monitored various operating da~ including the water temperature of inlet and outlet of the ground heat exchanger, mass flow rate, and power consumption. Daily average COP of the single U-tube system and the double tube system were 4.5 and 4.2 at cooling mode and were 3.5 and 3.8 at heating mode. As a result, We know that performance of water-to-air multi-heat pump unit is reliable at actual condition operated in a part load conditions for all day.

두 배의 Rail-to-Rail 입력 범위를 갖는 NTV SAR ADC (Double Rail-to-Rail NTV SAR ADC)

  • 본 논문은 두 배의 rail-to-rail 입력 전압 범위를 갖는 저-전력 0.6-V 10-bit 200-kS/s successive approximation register(SAR) analog-to-digital converter(ADC)를 제안한다. 제안된 near-threshold voltage(NTV)의 전원 전압을 갖는 회로는, 본질적인 입력 신호 전력 부족을 두 배의 rail-to-rail 입력 전압 범위를 구현함으로써 극복하였다. 이 회로는 일반적인 NTV 회로에 비해 4배의 입력 신호 전력을 갖게 되고, 그로써 SAR ADC의 신호 대 잡음비(signal-to-noise ratio, SNR)를 개선했다. 제안된 ADC는 65-nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작되었다. 0.6-V 전원 전압과 $2.4-V_{pp}$(차동쌍)의 입력 전압, 200-kS/s에서 ADC의 SNDR은 59.87 dB이며 전력 소모는 364.5-nW이다. ADC 코어가 차지하는 면적은 $84{\times}100{\mu}m^2$이다.

잠정수복물의 최종수복물로의 디지털 복제를 통한 완전구강 회복 증례: Double scan technique (Digital duplication of provisional prosthesis to fabricate definitive prosthesis for full mouth rehabilitation using double scan technique)

  • CAD-CAM 기술의 사용은 다양한 부분에서 치료의 결과를 향상시킨다. 본 증례는 법랑질형 성부전증 환자를 디지털 기술을 이용해 치료한 전악구강회복 증례이다. 임상적 검사 결과 occlusal stop의 부재로 저작기능의 저하와 치아 상실, 왜소치로 인한 치간사이 공간, 불충분한 수직피개 등의 문제점이 파악되었다. 하악의 치아 상실 부위를 수복키 위해 CAD-CAM 수술 스텐트를 이용한 임플란트 식립이 진행되었고 추가적으로 부족한 골량을 보강하기 위해 골유도재생술이 동반되었다. 상하악 자연치는 모두 전장관수복을 통해 새로운 교합평면 설정 및 안정적인 수직교합관계를 형성하였다. ARCUS digma 장비를 통한 잠정수복물 평가 후 디지털 기술을 이용하여 잠정수복물 상태의 수복물을 더블스캔을 통한 복제를 하여 최종수복물을 제작, 환자에게 수복하여 전악수복을 완성하였다. 이를 통해 치료의 효율성과 예지성 있는 결과, 환자의 적응기간 감소와 기능적, 심미적으로 높은 만족도 등을 이루어냈다.
