SnO2 박막의 결정에 영향을 주는 요소 (Element to Change the Bonding Structures of SnO2 Thin Films)

  • $SnO_2$의 결정 변화에 따라서 달라지는 전기적인 특성을 조사하기 위해서 박막의 결정에 영향을 주는 열처릴 온도를 다르게 하여 $SnO_2$을 준비하였다. XRD, 커패시턴스, 전류전압 특성을 조사하여 서로 상관성을 조사하였다. $SnO_2$ 박막은 진공 중에서 열처리를 하면 접합계면에서 pn접합이 생기고 결정내부에는 많은 결함들이 생기면서 이온화에 의해 공핍층이 생성된다. 결함과 공핍층의 형성은 열처리 온도에 따라서 달라지며, 결정성, 결합에너지는 물론 결과적으로 전하량의 변화에 의해 전기적인 특성이 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. $SnO_2$ 박막은 열처리하면서 결정성이 높아졌으며, 150도 열처리한 $SnO_2$ 박막에서 쇼키전류가 형성되면서 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 콘크리트구조물에서의 탄산화 현상은 단독 또는 복합적으로 작용하고 사용환경의 조건에 따라 각각 상이한 탄산화 현상을 나타나게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용연수가 $10{\sim}60$여년이 경과되고 사용환경이 상이한 건축물과 토목구조물에 대하여 탄산화 깊이와 알칼리 농도를 측정하여 열화 정도를 판단하였다. 그 결과 건축물(옥내)은 외기에 노출된 토목구조물 보다 빠르고 해안가에 근접 할수록 열화현상이 심화된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 공동구 또는 지하터널 보다는 하수암거의 용도로 사용하는 콘크리트구조물에서의 열화현상이 큰 것으로 조사되었다.

  • ZTO의 결정성의 변화에 따른 전기적인 특성을 조사하기 위해서 진공 중에서 열처리를 하여, 전류전압 특성을 조사하였다. ZTO 박막은 진공 중에서 열처리를 하면 계면에서 접합효과에 의해 많은 결함들이 생기고 이온화에 의해 공핍층이 생성된다. 결함과 공핍층의 형성은 열처리 온도에 따라서 달라지며, 결정성, 결합에너지는 물론 결과적으로 전하량의 변화에 의해 전기적인 특성이 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. ZTO 박막은 열처리하면서 결정성이 높아졌으며, 150도 열처리한 ZTO 박막에서 전기적으로 많은 전류가 형성되는 것을 확인하였다.

  • The object that we have researched the design for a long life of product is to search for the method to cope with the various environment problems where our mankind is confronting in the field of Production Design. The environment problem on earth is affecting seriously the enterprise which produces the product, the user who consumes it and even the field of product design. Now we live our daily life with a lot of artifacts while the citification and modernization have been progressing around us. Especially, 20 century was the times of the highly advanced scientific civilization and industrialization. Therefore it affected decisively our life environment base nowadays. The result was that our human life became rich because of the advanced development of industry, productivity and distribution structure. On the other side, the industrial system in the period of these massive production and massive consuming is bearing various problems proportionally. Those are the depletion of resources and energy, earth environmental pollution and various kinds of waste. In addition, the material which cannot recycle is appearing at the large quantity. This is the actuality of now. Our subject is how product design will cope with it as counter measures and the subject is very important to our mankind and earth environment.

ATmega16 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용한 전력선통신용 가시광 무선통신 시스템 구현 및 수신 특성 분석 (A Study on Realization and Receiving Characteristic Analysis of Visible Light Wireless Communication System for Power Line Communications Using ATmega16 Microcontroller)

  • This study is to solve problems of depletion of RF bandwidth frequency, confusion possibility, security that current wireless communications system have and is to confirm possibility of applying next generation network. To solve problems of current wireless communications system, visible light communications system for power line communications using ATmega16 Microcontroller is was realized and receiver property was analyzed. PLC exclusive chip APLC-485MA, Microcontroller ATmega16, 5pi bulb type LED and high flux LED, visible light receiving sensor LLS08-A1 were used for transmitter and receiver. Performance was analyzed by designed program and an oscilloscope. It was showed average 20% improved receiver rate rather than bulb type LED in the case of high flux LED through voltage change rate on communication distance and LED type of distance between 10 to 50 cm. The blue LED showed the best performance among measured LED types with above 10% of voltage decreasing rate. But As it gradually becomes more distant, the precise date was difficult to obtain due to weak light. To overcome these sort of problems, specific values such as changing conditions and efficiency value relevant to light emitting parts and visible light receiving sensor should be calculated and continuous study and improvements should also be accomplished for the better communications condition.

  • Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a fatal acute diabetic complication, is characterized by severe metabolic decompensation and intravascular volume depletion. These conditions may result in hypercoagulability and prothrombic state. Pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) could be presented as an uncommon and life-threatening complication of DKA. Reported herein is a case involving a 54-year-old male patient who was admitted with DKA due to chronic alcohol consumption and stopping the intake of oral antidiabetic drugs. After low-molecular-weight heparin and warfarin treatment because of PTE during the DKA treatment, the patient's condition improved over the week that he was discharged on insulin and warfarin.

  • As the UN Fish Stocks Agreement has come into effect since 2001, the actual enforceable management on fish stocks in high seas has started. The Regioanl Fisheries Organizations (RFOs) have emerged as management bodies with a real responsible right to manage fish stocks. RFOs establish a strong and strict management rules providing a fishing right only to member countries and preventing all fishing activities from fishing vessels of non-member countries. In addition, RFOs have an own allocation way of fishing opportunity in their waters so that they can prevent the depletion of fish stocks. It is investigated that deep-sea fisheries have a negative impact from strengthening of RFOs' management right. As the amount of catch is reduced by the control of fishing vessel's activities, the level of fishing revenue becomes low. Moreover, as fishing costs such as oil, fishing fees, labor cost increase significantly, the condition of fishing business is getting worse as a result. In order to gain a fishing right for deep-sea fishing vessels in RFOs waters, there is no other alternative way but become a member of RFOs which are relevant to our fisheries but not joined.

Effect of Recombination and Decreasing Low Current on Barrier Potential of Zinc Tin Oxide Thin-Film Transistors According to Annealing Condition

  • In this study, zinc tin oxide (ZTO) thin-film transistors are researched to observe the correlation between the barrier potential and electrical properties. Although much research has been conducted on the electronic radiation from Schottky contacts in semiconductor devices, research on electronic radiation that occurs at voltages above the threshold voltage is lacking. Furthermore, the current phenomena occurring below the threshold voltage need to be studied. Bidirectional transistors exhibit current flows below the threshold voltage, and studying the characteristics of these currents can help understand the problems associated with leakage current. A factor that affects the stability of bidirectional transistors is the potential barrier to the Schottky contact. It has been confirmed that Schottky contacts increase the efficiency of the element in semiconductor devices, by cutting off the leakage current, and that the recombination at the PN junction is closely related to the Schottky contacts. The bidirectional characteristics of the transistors are controlled by the space-charge limiting currents generated by the barrier potentials of the SiOC insulated film. Space-charge limiting currents caused by the tunneling phenomenon or quantum effect are new conduction mechanisms in semiconductors, and are different from the leakage current.

형방지황탕가미방으로 호전된 만성 신질환 소양인 환자의 변비 치험례 (A Case Study of Constipation in a Chronic Kidney Disease Soyang Patient Treated with Hyeongbangjihwang-tanggamibang)

  • Objectives This study was aimed to report a significant improvement of a CKD patient's constipation, diagnosed as 'Soyang type yin depletion pattern' based on Sasang constitutional medicine. Methods The patient had treatment with Sasang constitutional medicine. The treatment was executed three times everyday from January 6th to February 21st of 2023. Clinical improvement was evaluated with Bristol Stool Form Scale, the number of defecation per week, average stool weight per day, the degree of abdominal discomfort and abdomen x-ray. Results The symptoms of constipation, abdominal discomfort, appetite and delirium were improved. Conclusion After the treatment with Sasang constitutional medicine, constipation, abdominal discomfort, appetite, delirium and the general condition of the patient also had improved.

얇은 수직 사각유로에서의 포화비등조건 임계열유속 예측 (Prediction of Critical Heat Flux for Saturated Flow Boiling Water in Vertical Narrow Rectangular Channels)

  • 산업적으로 얇은 사각유로에서의 임계열유속을 포함한 열수력 현상을 이해하고 이를 시스템 설계에 반영해야 될 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 포화비등조건에서 임계열유속이 발생하는 주요기구는 일반적으로 환상유동 영역에서 액막이 건조되는 것이다. 이러한 임계열유속을 예측하기 위하여 원형관에 대한 대표적인 액막건조모델을 고찰하고 환상유동 시작 경계조건을 상수로 가정하는 기존 모델의 한계를 살펴보았다. 균일한 열유속으로 가열되는 얇은 수직사각유로 상향유동에서의 임계열유속을 예측하기 위하여 환상유동을 단순 모델링하고, 새로운 액막건조모델을 적용하였다. 284 개 실험데이타에 대한 예측성능을 확인한 결과 MAE 18.1%, RMSE 22.9% 예측오차로 실험데이타를 잘 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
