각도센서를 사용한 지상발사플랫폼의 후류편향판 구동 제어에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Control of the Plume Deflection Panel of the Ground Launching Platform Using a Tilt Angle Sensor)

  • In this paper, an experimental study on the control of the plume deflection panel(PDP) with a support jack of the ground launching platform using a tilt angle sensor is described. To overcome the disadvantages of the existing PDP control without a support jack using a limit sensor, the control algorithm using a tilt angle sensor and the ferroelectric RAM in the Launcher Control Unit for recognizing the contact with the ground in an abnormal operation is proposed to control the PDP in various operation environments. Finally, the proposed algorithm can be well applied for not only heavy-load launching platforms but also any other similar systems.

  • This paper presents development of a pratical tool deflection compensation system in order to reduce the machining error by the tool deflection in the end-milling process. The system is a tool adapter which includes 2-axis force sensor for detecting tool deflection and 2-axis tool tilting device for adjusting tool position through computer interface in on-line process. In experiments, it is revealed that the force sensor applying parallel plate principle and strain gauge is proper to obtain dynamic process signal, and the tilting device using stepping motor and cam drive mechanism is suitable to have necessary action. By the system and control algorithm, it is possible to get precise machining surface profile without excessive machining error and overcut generated due to increased cutting force in more productive machining condition.

  • Geometry based CAD/CAM system is hard to achieve "net shape machining" For a net shape machining, the machining errors should be compensated by off-line CAD/CAM system followed by on-line control system. In this paper, we investigate an off-line compensation scheme for the machining errors due to tool deflection in contouring operation. The significance of the deflection errors is first shown, and a compensation is sought via modifying the nominal tool path. In modification, tool deflection amount is iteratively compensated until the deflection amount is iteratively compensated until the deflected path results in the desired contour within a tolerance. The path modification algorithm has been tested via computer simulation. The developed algorithm can be used as a postprocessor for the current CAD/CAM system based on geometric modeling as a means for enhancing the machining accuracy.

  • In order to automate straightening process of deflected beams an adaptive three-point bending controller is studies which estimates and controls springback of beams under three-point bending. An analytical load-deflection model for three-point bending of beams with circular cross sections is derived nondimensionally. In spite of variation of material and process parameters this model can be applied to springback estimation by measuring real-time values of reactive load and deflection of the beam. A hydraulic punch stroke controller is designed to take real-time controls of the permanent deflection of the beam. The validity of the proposed system is verified through experiments.

  • Discussion of this study is that a horizontal deflection system satisfactory of operating at horizontal scan rates from 30KHz to 50KHz has been developed. It will be used in the large-area, color, high-resolution and multi-sync rear-projection CRT display device. Its characters, including the description, analysis and deflection circuit loss, are presented.

  • A fuzzy control strategy is described which is utilized to control the joint angle and tip deflection in single flexible manipulator. In this paper, an existing model for a single flexible manipulator is used f3r the initial development of an FLC. One FLC is designed to govern the joint angle of the manipulator as it is rotated from one position to another, and a second FLC is designed to attenuate the tip deflection which result from joint angle body motion.   • It is very important to correctly set control surface linkage. But a lot of bad setting case has been seen in especially remote controled airplanes and middle size UAVs. In this paper, a three dimensional linkage from control surface to deflection sensor was analyzed kinematically and a position analysis was simulated using algebraic algorithm in terms of nonlinear error of deflection angle. Three correct settings of the linkage came out of this research. One is two-dimensional motion, another is link ratio of 1 and the other is that effective lever of the control surface should be perpendicular to a pushrod in their neutral position.

위치 기반의 우선순위를 이용한 네트워크 온 칩에서의 디플렉션 라우팅 (A Deflection Routing using Location Based Priority in Network-on-Chip)

  • 네트워크 온 칩(Network on Chip)의 라우터에서 사용되는 입력버퍼는 온 칩 네트워크 플로우 컨트롤 및 가상채널 구성을 통해 네트워크의 성능을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 네트워크 크기 증가에 따른 입력버퍼의 면적 및 전력 소모 증가 문제가 심화됨에 따라 입력버퍼를 제거한 버퍼리스 디플렉션(Bufferless Deflection) 라우팅 기법이 등장하였다. 그러나 버퍼리스 디플렉션 라우터는 통신량이 많은 네트워크에서 성능이 급격히 감소하기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위해 소량의 사이드 버퍼(side buffer)와 디플렉션 라우팅 기법을 결합하는 연구들이 등장하였다. 이러한 기법들은 전송시간 등에 의한 단순 우선순위에 따라 출력 포트에 할당할 데이터를 결정하는 방식을 사용함으로 인해 출력포트에서의 패킷 충돌이 빈번해져 네트워크의 성능을 제한한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 위치 정보를 이용한 변형된 디플렉션 라우팅 기법을 제안하고 이에 부합하는 라우터 구조를 제시하였다. 모의실험 결과 제안한 방식은 기존의 사이드 버퍼를 사용하는 디플렉션 라우터에 비해 3%의 면적이 증가하지만 처리량이 12% 향상되었다.

Recycling of Spent Dry Batteries for Deflection Yoke Core Applications

  • Nomura Kohsan Corp. is producing oxides, such as ZnMn$_2$O$_4$, ZnFe$_2$O$_4$, and ZnO, by burning the used dry manganese cells and by sorting out the remnant materials. It is possible to use the recycled materials of the spent dry batteries as the raw materials of deflection yoke cores. Making hish roasting temperature in the recycling system has an effect in reduction of the impurities. As a result, the loss of the cores using the recycled materials is lower. When using the recycled materials, it is required to add Mg (OH)$_2$. ZnO, and Fe$_2$O$_3$in order to rectify the composition of the MnMgZn ferrite for deflection yoke core applications. Furthermore, in order to disappear ZnMn$_2$O$_4$in the formation, it is necessary to control at higher calcining temperatures. The MnMgZn ferrite of using the recycled materials becomes Toss equivalent to the conventional material. TDK Corp. is manufacturing the deflection yoke cores from 1996 using the material recycled from the spent dry batteries.

편향요크코일의 에나멜 탈피 및 통전성형을 위한 탈피통전기의 개발 (Development of the controller for peeling off the enamel and forming of deflection yoke coil)

  • Developed controller is the part of deflection yoke winding machine which controls the power to form the deflection yoke coil into desired shape after winding. So as to form the deflection yoke coil, it is needed to melt the bonding material which is spreaded on the coil. The heat melt the bonding material which is produced by flowing the current through the winded coil. Therefore, at first it is needed to peel off the enamel from the winded coil so as to flow the current, and then supply the power to produce the heat which form the winded coil into desired shape. Naturally developed controller is composed of the peeling part and the conduction and forming part. All of them consist of the inverter structure and control the output current. The peeling is achieved by low voltage and high AC current, the conduction and forming is by DC current. Developed controller also has a function that detect the resistance of the deflection yoke coil to prevent the damage of the load which is produced by poor peeling.
