  • The cooling of data centers has emerged as a significant challenge as the density of IT server increases. Server installations, along with the shrinking physical size of servers and storage systems, has resulted in high power density and high heat density. The introduction of high density enclosures into a data center creates the potential for "hot spots" within the room that the cooling system may not be able to address, since traditional designs assume relatively uniform cooling patterns within a data center. The cooling system for data center consists of a CRAC or CRAH unit and the associated air distribution system. It is the configuration of the distribution system that primarily distinguishes the different types of data center cooling systems, this is the main subject of this paper.

  • This study compared the Center for Children's Foodservice Management in 2012, 2014, and 2016 using big data and opinion mining. The data on the Center for Children's Foodservice Management were collected from the portal site, Naver, from January 1 to December 31 in 2012, 2014, & 2016 and analyzed by keyword frequency analysis, influx route analysis of data, polarity analysis via opinion mining, and positive and negative keyword analysis by polarity analysis. The results showed that nursery had the highest rank every year and education supported by Center for Children's Foodservice Management has increased significantly. The influx of data has increased through the influx route analysis of data. Blog and $caf\acute{e}e$, which have a considerable amount of information by the mother should be helpful for use as public relations and participation recruitment paths. By polarity analysis using opinion mining, the positive image of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was increased. Therefore, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was well-suited to the purpose and the interests of the people has been increasing steadily. In the near future, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management is expected have good recognition if various programs to participate with family are developed and advertised.

  • Electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) is an analytical technique that can provide the structural, physical and chemical information of materials. The EELS spectra can be obtained by combining with TEM at sub-nanometer spatial resolution. However, EELS spectral information can't be obtained easily because in order to interpret EELS spectra, we need to refer to and/or compare many reference data with each other. And in addition to that, we should consider the different experimental variables used to produce each data. Therefore, reliable and easily interpretable EELS standard reference data are needed. Our Electron Energy Loss Data Center (EELDC) has been designated as National Standard Electron Energy Loss Data Center No. 34 to develop EELS standard reference (SR) data and to play a role in dissemination and diffusion of the SR data to users. EELDC has developed and collected EEL SR data for the materials required by major industries and has a total of 82 EEL SR data. Also, we have created an online platform that provides a one-stop-place to help users interpret quickly EELS spectra and get various spectral information. In this paper, we introduce EEL SR data, the homepage of EELDC and how to use them.

  • The purpose of this paper is to apply data mining method for the inbound call center optimization. Data mining analysis is come to be used in order to predict the degree of difficulty on the consultation. It is the method of maximal efficiency for the call center that uses of the predicted degree of difficulty and customer grade as routing which hits to the skill of the consultation unit. This method is to get the possibility of efficiency for the call center with the maximum efficiency.

  • We introduce how to fit random effects models via a SRC-Stat statistical package. This package has been developed to fit double hierarchical generalized linear models where mean and dispersion parameters for the variance of random effects and residual variance (overdispersion) can be modeled as random-effect models. The estimates of fixed effects, random effects and variances are calculated by a hierarchical likelihood method. We illustrate the use of our package with practical data-sets.

  • The new chemicals are developed and circulated without the verified toxicity data. So, the accidents and occupational diseases, such as explosion, fire, suffocation about deadly poisons etc. are frequently to workers. Classifications of chemicals suited with guideline and an offer of correct chemical information data are the molt important thing for the establishment of suitable chemical management system. The GHS (Globally Harmonized System of classification and labeling of chemicals) is based with the chemical classifications and unification plan. The warning symbol and phrases are established for improvements of chemical information data system. According to these unified and improved systematic form of data, and the chemical information data, the workplaces will be presented many chemical safety and risk data correctly. In this paper, we will present constructions and accomplishment contents-based chemical management of workplace through development of chemical information data and the nice using for new chemical investigation and risk assessment of chemicals in workplaces.

  • PACS is one of the most used medical information system and share information from other hospitals through the PACS. Data integrity means zero defects data and this is a prerequisite of information system performance. but I wonder if I can trust these informations that Incorrect information from radiotechnologist's mistakes, anonymous in emergency department, Newborn baby department, modified informations at later. And Modified informations causes defect in integrity of the data. When we import, we use DICOM header not DB data. so error occurs that DB data is deferent with DICOM Header information. This paper discusses to resolve as above problem using DICOM object such as DICOM PR, SR. And propose quality management system that can guarantee the patient information and can manage exam history.

  • Recently, energy saving is a important concern. IT fields, also, are try to reduce the electricity during the IT service, that links to green IT. Especially, green data center is a hot issue, because there are many new projects to build large data center, that spends huge electricity. Even though there are many new projects, the process to build the green data center is not arranged. That depend on the personal experience during the data center construction. Especially, cooling is complex and many problem to reduce the electricity. So, this research provides the method, that is consisted of tasks, activities, and guideline to build the green data center.
