  • According to studies of many language education researchers including R. Ellis, a representative English education specialist, it is an effective and important method to improve the authenticity of English by learning a foreign language repeatedly in learner's actual situation. In this paper, we propose a foreign language learning service combined with context-awareness service, and develop foreign language learning contents which improves the authenticity of English learning based on the service. This approach is based on a study on digital education contents that helps learners to acquire a foreign language in an unconscious state in their real environment and a study to analyze the empirical characteristics of users based on real-time multi-sensed data.

The Effect of Service Authenticity and Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Financial Investment Company (금융투자회사의 서비스진정성, 서비스품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine effects of service authenticity and service quality on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in mediation of customer trust in financial investment company. This research model was validated by the statistical tool of SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 using survey data collected from the experienced of financial investment company. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, service process authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction and customer oriented authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction in mediation of customer trust. Second, service quality(tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, except responsiveness) has a positive effect(empathy is the highest of all) with customer satisfaction and the importance of service authenticity and service quality can be confirmed from customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as trust and satisfaction have significant effects between them, but there have no significance between trust and loyalty. Finally, this study suggests directions of marketing strategy through build up trust in a strong relationship with the existing loyal customer in financial investment company.

The Study on the Relationship between Service Provider's Authenticity and Customer Voice in Service Failure Situation (서비스실패상황에서 서비스제공자의 진정성과 고객발언의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the relationship between service provider's authenticity, customer voice, and customer behavior in failure situation. This study employed questionnaire survey and collected 216 data. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result, the service provider's authenticity has a significant positive effect on the constructive voice of the customer and a negative effect on the destructive voice in the failure situation. In addition, constructive voice had a significant positive effect on relationship retention intentions and destructive voice had no significant effect on relationship retention intentions. This study suggests the importance of customer voice as well as the factors to increase customer positive voice in the failure situation and provides an opportunity to be interested in customer voice.

  • The studies of souvenirs in korea are mostly limited to the development of souvenirs as tourism resources. The purpose of this study are as fellows. First, to develop the model of souvenir purchasing behavior and to segment a market. Second, To emphasize the value of a souvenir as cultural goods centered around it? authenticity. Third, To establish an integrated concept through reviewing various definitions of souvenir. An extensive literature review was conducted in order to become familiar with salient issues in the authenticity and of souvenir? and question are method was used and the collected data ware analyzebby means of SPSS/PC+. The major findings of the study may be summarized as follows: First, Tourism style, the congnition of a souvenir? authenticity and souvenir purchasing behavior are different according to Tourists(equation omitted) nationality. Second, souvenir purchasing behavior is affected by the tourism style, tourist(equation omitted) of a souvenir? authenticity and these three factors are interrelated.

  • The new environment for records managements requires the revolutionary transition from paper-record management to electric-record management. Capturing contents, contexts, and structure informations of the electric records to preserve the evidentiality, authenticity, and reliability is the outstanding issue. The recordkeeping metadata has been placed at the center of the current issue. This study focused on the establishment of the structures of recordkeeping metadata for current and semi-current stages in the life cycle of records. The reason concentrated on current and semi-current stages is that the authenticity of the record is concerned as the evidence of the business processes. Current and semi-current stages are where the records is able to be produced, captured and managed in the business context. The metadata can be collected and preserved with authenticity. This study explained the relations between entities concerned with producing records and proposed the metadata elements by establishing data model.

  • This study is a descriptive survey using a self-reported survey method to understand the effect of language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers on customer satisfaction through Lapport and to determine the degree of impact on Lapport by adjusting perceived service authenticity. The data collection period was from April 5 to April 30, 2021. Using the convenience sampling method, data were collected from users of medical institutions located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 306 valid questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs through a coding process. In the results of this study, it was found that the language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers influenced customer satisfaction through Lapport, and the perceived service authenticity in the relationship between each variable acts as a moderating effect. Considering that the language and non-verbal factors of the medical service provider are important in the interaction between the medical service provider and the hospital user, the medical service provider should take full account of the language and non-verbal factors and help the medical institution communicate with the hospital user.

  • Fake news isexpanded and reproduced rapidly regardless of their authenticity by the characteristics of modern society, called the information age. Assuming that 1% of all news are fake news, the amount of economic costs is reported to about 30 trillion Korean won. This shows that the fake news isvery important social and economic issue. Therefore, this study aims to develop an automated detection model to quickly and accurately verify the authenticity of the news. To this end, this study crawled the news data whose authenticity is verified, and developed fake news prediction models using word embedding (Word2Vec, Fasttext) and deep learning algorithms (LSTM, BiLSTM). Experimental results show that the prediction model using BiLSTM with Word2Vec achieved the best accuracy of 84%.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Purchase Intentions for Fashion Cultural Products

  • This study conducted an empirical study on fashion cultural products that targeted foreign visitors to identify variables related to foreigners' purchase intention towards fashion cultural products. A total of 424 surveys were returned (with 393 deemed usable). The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 to provide the following results. The purchase intention model for fashion cultural products was verified along with an identification of a causal relationship where personal factors and attitudes lead to purchase intention. In particular, the effect of universalism and the exposure degree to Korea was greater than global-mindedness. Two factors (attitudes toward authenticity and towards aesthetic elements) exerted a significant effect on purchase intention; comparatively, the attitude toward authenticity showed a greater influence on the purchase intention.

  • Participants were 272 teachers from kindergartens and child care centers who responded to 2 survey questionnaires: translated and revised versions of Laub's (1999) Servant Organizational Leadership Assessment(SOLA) and Jorde-Bloom's(1989) Early Childhood Job Satisfaction Survey(ECJSS). Components of SOLA were values people, develops people, displays authenticity, builds community, provides leadership, and shares leadership; components of ECJSS were co-worker relationships, administrator relationship, job itself, working environment, possibility of rewards/promotions, feelings about the organization. Data were analyzed by SPSS WIN computer program, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. Relationships were found between servant leadership of the early childhood educational institution and job satisfaction. Components of perceived servant leadership that predicted job satisfaction were 'develops people', 'displays authenticity', 'values people' and 'provides leadership.'

  • Digital Records, which are created, stored, and managed in digital form, contains security vulnerability such as data modification, due to the characteristic of digital data. Therefore it is necessary to guarantee the reliability by verification of integrity and authenticity when managing digital records. This paper propose digital forensics based migration process for electronic records by analyzing legacy digital forensics process, and derives the requirements to develop digital forensics based electronic records migration tool through analyzing trends of abroad digital records migration technique and tool. Based on these develop digital forensic based digital records migration tool to guarantee integrity and authenticity of digital records.
