Because of the characteristics of the cyber world, such as usefulness, anonymousness, patency, economic performance, rapidness, etc., cyber counseling has great possibility. Because he or she may not meet a consultant directly, a client can expose his/her inside problems or secret personal problems, keeping anonymousness. However, existing cyber counseling has the limit in durability of counseling because target counseling appropriate to a client is impossible and a counseling activity is done by one time counseling. In this paper, we attempt to develop a target cyber counseling system in which target cyber counseling is possible. The system will use a counseling assistance agent who can play the role of a counseling supporter as well as a counselor in the cyber space. If target counseling becomes possible, it can heighten efficiency of cyber counseling because a client is satisfied with the result of counseling and thus counseling activities can be continued.

사이버 상담실에 대한 다수의 연구를 통해 밝혀진 사이버 상담실 운영의 필요성과 장점으로 인해 사이버 상담실을 운영하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 사이버 상담실은 장점만 있는 것이 아니고 익명성으로 인한 단회적 접근, 관계 형성의 어려움 등과 같은 많은 문제점을 갖기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사이버 상담실 운영의 장점은 살리고 단점을 보완할 수 있는 사이버 상담실 운영 방안을 연구해 보고자 학급 홈페이지를 활용한 사이버 상담실을 구축하고 운영하였다. 그 결과, 학급 홈페이지를 통한 사이버 상담실 운영은 다양한 상담 방법을 제공하여 아동과 교사, 학부모의 상담 욕구를 충족시켜 주었고, 사이트온 기능을 이용하여 적극적인 상호작용을 유발할 수 있었으며, 학급 홈페이지의 관심을 끌만한 메뉴 구성은 아동과 학부모를 사이버 상담실까지 유도하는데 효과적이었고, 이메일 상담보다는 비밀게시판과 상담사례 제공이 오히려 더 선호하는 상담도구였다. 또한 상담 아동에 대한 사전 정보 습득, 계속적인 관찰이 가능한 환경 등은 상담 효과를 높이는데 기여하여서 기존 상담실의 문제점들을 해소할 수 있었다.

심리 상담이나 심리치료에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 관련 전문가들은 보다 효율적으로 내담자를 돕기 위해 노력하고 있다. 사이버 상담이 지닌 여러 가지 장점을 고려할 때 사이버 상담은 전통적인 대면 상담의 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서의 사이버 상담 및 심리치료 동향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 전통적인 상담과 사이버 상담을 비교해 볼 때 사이버 상담은 접근성, 편리성, 비용 절감, 대면상담에서의 불편감 감소 등의 장점을 지니고 있었다. 또한 국내에서의 사이버 상담은 1980년대 후반부터 시작되었고 정보통신 기술에 익숙한 청소년층을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았다. 마지막으로 현재 국내의 사이버 상담 및 심리치료 활용 현상을 간략히 살펴보았는데 현재 화상, AI, VR 등을 활용한 사이버 상담 및 심리치료적 개입이 이루어지고 있었다. 그러나 다학제간 접근은 다소 부족하여 다학제간 접근을 통한 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증이 필요하다.

Cyber counseling, one of the most compatible type of consultation for the information society, enables people to reveal their mental agonies and private problems anonymously, since it does not require face-to-face interview between a counsellor and a client. However, there are few cyber counseling centers which provide high quality and trustworthy service, although the number of cyber counseling center has highly increased. Therefore, this paper is intended to enable an appropriate consultation for each client by analyzing client propensity using Bayesian variable selection. Bayesian variable selection is superior to stepwise regression analysis method in finding out a regression model. Stepwise regression analysis method, which has been generally used to analyze individual propensity in linear regression model, is not efficient since it is hard to select a proper model for its own defects. In this paper, based on the case database of current cyber counseling centers in the web, we will analyze clients' propensities using Bayesian variable selection to enable individually target counseling and to activate cyber counseling programs.

The main purpose of this research was to explore the factors that encourage people to use the cyber counseling in resolving difficulties in their lives. Another purpose of this research was to investigate whether cyber counseling really helps people feel better. For this study, a structured survey questionnaire was distributed both on- and off-line, and 429 respondents returned completed survey forms. The major statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency, factor analysis, 1-test and ANOVA. The results of this study revealed that variables such as gender, age, occupation, internet skills, time of internet use, personality, and the awareness of cyber counseling made a difference in people's use of cyber counseling whenever they felt they needed it. However, cyber counseling seemed to fail to increase feelings of well being in people's lives. The implications of these findings are discussed in this article.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Cyber Group Counseling on the depression of internet addiction children in elementary school. In this study, the following questions were posed: How effective is the Cyber Group Counseling on the depression of internet addiction children? In this study, subjects were 24 students who got 14 points over in KAIS and got 11 points over in CDI among 245 of 5th, 6th grade students in Daegu and Chongdo Kyungbuk who did Internet addiction scale for Korean Adolescent(KAIS) and Children's Depression Inventory(CDI). They were divided into experimental group and comparative group. Subjects in experimental group practiced Cyber Group Counseling for 12 sessions(60 minutes per session) for 6 weeks. But the control group had no treatment during the period. During the experiment, 2 of each groups were left out. The counseling schedule and hor· to join the Cyber Group Counseling clinic were notified by e-mail. The Cyber Group Counseling was on every Monday and Thursday. The Cyber Group Counseling progressed by internet chatting, bulletin board, e-mail and a slip paper counsel. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC+ (statistical package for the social science/personal computer) program and t -test. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the depression of internet addiction children who joined in Cyber Group Counseling was significantly reduced than the others. So, Cyber Group Counseling was proved one of the useful psychotherapy approach. Second, the subordinate of depression including behavioral disturbance and anhedonia was significantly reduced. Third, the subordinate of depression including the dysphoric mood, the self-deprecation and physiological symptoms was reduced. But it was not statistically significant.

This study was designed to analyze the cyber counseling cases on the university students' date in order to identify the problems they encounter in dating and seek for a direction for education and consulting program to help them solve the problems. A total of 253 cases in cyber counseling about date were analyzed. The findings demonstrated that the university students were short of interpersonal relationship still needed for expressing Intimacy and maintaining the relationship, and poorly coping with the negative emotions such as conflict, anxiety, and boredom. Thus, a variety of human relations training programs needs to be established in the universities to help the students stay in good terms with the counterpart. Plus, cyber counseling and e-mail counseling needs to be activated so as to allow the university students to easily access when they come to face a problem in dating.

첨단 정보통신 기술의 발달로 급속하게 보편화된 PC통신과 인터넷은 청소년의 새로운 문화공간으로 자리잡고 있다. 또한 PC통신과 인터넷은 청소년들이 관심과 흥미를 갖고 있는 매체이므로 이것을 적극 활용한다면 그들이 필요한 때에 효과적인 상담을 할 수 있을 것이다. 더욱이 상담 영역의 확대와 함께 시대의 흐름에 합당한 상담이 가능할 것으로 추측된다. 이에 따라, 청소년 상담분야에서도 사이버상담에 관한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 현재까지의 사이버상담에 관한 연구는 주로 청소년들이 사이버상담을 제대로 활용하기 위한 상담방법. 효과에 관한 내용이 주를 이루는 반면, 웹의 특성과 관련기술을 이용하여 상담내용을 저장하고 상담상황을 분석하여 이를 학생지도에 효과적으로 이용하고자 하는 노력이 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생들이 인터넷상에서 상담을 한 후, 교사가 학생들의 여러 가지 문제를 파악할 수 있도록 상담상황과 관련정보를 제공하여 줌으로서 학생생활지도에 도움이 되도록 하는 사이버상담 시스템을 구현한다.

Many people including teachers and students' parents must assist each student who will be a hero of future to develop their potential abilities and acquire various skills. Counseling is a fundamental thing to achieve this goal. But, in reality, it is usually difficult to do counseling which makes it possible to establish desirable self-view and world view expertly and systema tically because of burdensome task of teachers, spatial and time limit and students' extracurri cular activities. Taking advantages of computer networking, this research was designed to solve various problematic situations we can usually face with in school and home, to reduce limitations among three parties: teachers, parents and students, and to keep record continuously on the process and contents of counseling. And, also, this research is focused to web-based counseling network that makes possible to build database system easily adapts to specialty of each schools. Web based counseling system will provide these advantages: 1. Through analyzing and editing which will be done by expert In of accumulated database, to realize more systematic and expert database will be possible. 2. Owing to the physical characteristic of cyber space, counseling will be done any time and anywhere the computer is. 3. Because it is possible to minimize social limitations on physical condition, communication channel and anonymity of cyber space, counseling will be relatively easy to perform. 4. The contents of counseling will be automatically recorded on the database.

지금까지 사이버 상담에 관한 연구는 주로 청소년들이 사이버상담을 제대로 활용하기 위한 상담방법, 효과에 관한 내용이 주를 이루는 반면, 웹의 특성과 관련기술을 이용하여 상담내용을 저장하고 상담상황을 분석하여 이를 학생지도에 효과적으로 이용하고자 하는 노력이 없었다. 본 연구에서는 학생들의 상담 내용을 분석하여 학생지도에 도움이 되는 다양한 정보를 지원하는 사이버 상담 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 XML을 이용하여 구현하였다. XML 기반의 문서는 구조화된 정보를 체계적으로 생성하고 관리할 수가 있으며, 기존의 파일 형태 정보에 비해 의미적인 정보 단위를 구조화하여 표현하기 때문에 문서의 관리 및 검색 저장에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다는 특징을 지니고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 XML을 이용하여 사이버 상담 시스템을 구현함으로서 여러 다양한 상담 분석 정보를 효과적으로 관리하고 표현할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
