The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends about convergence and integrated science education through the analysis of theses published from January, 2000 to June, 2011 in the scientific journals. For the analysis of the theses, we set standards of analysis including the number of theses, integrated types, research methods, the designs of study and the objects of study. The number of theses used for the analysis were 110 volumes and these were limited to the Journal of KASE (The Korean Association for Science Education) and Journal of KESES (The Korean Society of Elementary Science Education). The results of the study are as follows. First, in the analysis of theses according to the published year, we discovered that the volumes of theses related to convergence and integrated science education were only about 10% of theses published in the journals. Second, the theses about STS education and integration type were the most common type in the integrated types, and the next things were integration type with other scientific fields, and integration type with other subjects. Third, 50% of theses have focused on the 'analysis of effect' as research methods and 45.5% of the theses have used 'quantitative research' as the designs of study. Fourth, the most common study in the theses was to target elementary school students, then it was middle school students, then high school students, literature, teachers, would-be teachers, and the general public. On the basis of the results of this research, we suggest that various studies can develop student's creativity and teacher's recognition through STEAM education and must be presented for the successful STEAM education.

This study aimed to look for educational ways to prepare for the future society for education and people of talent who will lead the post-COVID-19 era. To this end, the factors necessary for the type of future talent in the post-COVID-19 era were identified by analyzing Big data. Based on the deducted factors composing the type of talent in the post-COVID-19 era, policy direction according to the emergence of the post-COVID-19 era were deducted through the interviews with the group of experts and delphi survey, and on the basis of this, this study sought for"a plan for the educational change in line with cultivation of people of talent in the post-COVID-19 era. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the big data analytics and analysis of the interviews, convergence, ICT utilization ability, creativity, self-regulated competency and leadership were found to be the factors necessary for the type of talent in the post-COVID-19 era. Second, it considered the innovation of digital education system and the support for vulnerable classes as the issue for cultivation of people of talent in the post-COVID-19 era. Third, the most important policy with regard to the educational direction for cultivation of people of talent in the post-COVID-19 era was cultivation of convergence talents. Convergence is a very important variable in the post-COVID-19 era since it creates new values by connecting things that are separated from each other. Hopefully, this study will build a basis for competency development, education and training in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era.

At present, the whole world is characterized by openness, cooperation and integration as a society with information and the world, and it requires creative talents for this. The competitiveness of the nation depends on the cultivation of creative talents. It demands anthropological value by improving the competitiveness of the nation through cultivating creative talents to share and care, not to cultivate creative talents for personal desires and accomplishments. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching - learning process to develop integrated creative talents by applying the characteristics of integrated education curriculum at the base of the 2015 revised curriculum. To do this, we first extracted the content elements of the Clothing Life area of the revised curriculum from the 1st to 2015 and the contents of the Clothing Life area of the technology and home Economics textbooks to which the 2009 revision curriculum was applied. Five topics were extracted according to content selection criteria And The Theme of 'The selection and management of clothing' was selected. Researcher developed a integrated thematic instruction Home Economics Education Clothing Life teaching - learning process (hereinafter referred to as "the process") focused on the theme of 'selection and management of clothing'. The Process was composed of 5 basic classes [basic inquiry - content 1 - content 2 - depth study - application]. The process considers integration within the curriculum and interdepartmental integration, and aims to improve the personality, creativity, and problem solving ability of consideration and sharing in the course of the integrated class. In detail, the curriculum goals of the home Economics Education curriculum and ITI goals are presented separately in the curriculum developed for each process. At the stage of the class, the element of creativity and the element of personal education were exposed and applied to the class. In Korea, new curriculum has been revised and announced from time to time, making it difficult for the teacher to carry out the class in accordance with the paradigm of change. Home curriculum is closely related to real life, so it is an appropriate subject for an integrated subject. It has the educational significance of the subject in that it allows students to integrate the creative and personal elements that are limited in other subjects. ITI process will be helpful to teachers who need to implement the 2015 revised curriculum in which the theme-centered integrated home Economics education teaching-learning process is newly introduced. It is necessary to follow - up research to verify the effectiveness of how to improve students' problem - solving ability and cultivate creativity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction of hospital workers according to the type of hospital and to provide basic data for successful hospital management. For data analysis, frequency analysis and chi-square analysis are performed for general characteristics, and Kendall's tau correlation analysis is performed to see the correlation between statistically significant factors among job environment, value realization, organizational characteristics, and individual ability factors. did A total of 241 people working at primary, secondary, and tertiary medical institutions were surveyed. Among the value realization factors in the research results, self-esteem and rewarding (p<0.05), autonomy and creativity (p<0.05), and among personal competencies factors, workload (p<0.05) were statistically A significant difference was seen. Value realization and personal competence factors were found to influence job satisfaction (p<0.001). In conclusion, the most basic for the qualitative and quantitative growth of the hospital should be the job satisfaction of the internal members, on the basis of which positive medical services should be provided to the patients.
This study was conducted to propose creative innovation systems. The effect that cooperation network factors of innovation system in telecommunications sector called typical knowledge industry have on technological innovation was examined. We used the Korea Corporate Innovation Survey (KIS) Data for this study, it has to apply the OECD NESTI-WPIA methodology for probit analysis. The analysis derived the following findings. First, cooperation between the principal innovations in the telecommunication information generally have a positive impact on innovation. Second, cooperation with private institutions have an important role in technological innovation. Third, the various cooperation exerts a positive impact on innovation and has a greater impact on practical innovation in a low creativity level. With this result, it seems that our technological innovation policy should follow a direction of building corporatist-type system to establish cooperation promotion, privately led innovation, and a variety of opinions.

In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.
In this study, the test that were used in entrance examination for chemistry class in a Science-Gifted Education Center for middle school students were analyzed by using criteria for identification and measurement of scientific giftedness and a classical test theory. The result of analysis exhibited that most of problems measured more than two elements of scientific giftedness and required applications of scientific knowledge of middle school level to solve problems. In the analysis of sub-elements of scientific giftedness, originality, fluency in creativity and finding problems/formulating hypothesis, planning inquiry, interpreting data in science process skills were dominant while drawing conclusion and generalization processes were lacking. In correlation analysis between total score and each type of problems, total score was most influenced by the problems measuring science inquiry linked with scientific knowledge. Item difficulty is moderately high and item discrimination is moderate.
The purpose of this study is to analyze teaching method of addition and subtraction of whole number in Korea and New Zealand lower grade textbook and to get some suggestive points to develop mathematics curriculum and for a qualitative improvement of textbook. To do this, we will analyze focusing on teaching material, type and method of teaching, cases of real teaching and in the case of New Zealand, we will analyze portfolios together to see what kind of things do they deal with related to addition and subtraction. From these analyzing, the results are as follows: First, the guideline of accomplishment of group of year are stated in 2009 revised curriculum in Korea but it is rough. On the other hand, the level of accomplishment from kindergarten to high school are stated divided by eight kinds of thing in New Zealand curriculum. Second, there were common and different points in the aspect of teaching material. The common points are that both of our Korea and New Zealand are using materials related to real life intimately and the diifferent points are to use technology such as calculator and computer. They are more widely used in New Zealand than our Korea. Third, Korea had used routine method mainly but New Zealand had used method to develop creativity of learner such as to write problem corresponding to expression, posing problem corresponding to information, to complete table and find pattern and to write word problem to explain pattern and so on. Fourth, we could see special calculation strategies in the case of teaching addition and subtraction such as concept of double, compensation, various strategy based on counting of number, addition of the same number, magic square, near-double which are not finding in our mathematics textbook. Fifth, in the New Zealand textbook they had used teaching methods inducing curiosity of learner such as finding message and puzzle problem than solving given problem simply.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of STEAM-based research and education (STEAM R&E) projects for secondary school students. From 2012 to 2015, 400 STEAM based Research and Education (R&E) projects have been conducted, and they were selected for this study. The major findings are as follows: First, Science (S) and Mathematics (M) were identified at a high rate in STEAM-based Research and Education (R&E) projects, and Art (A) was identified with the lowest rate. Second, 'STEM' type was identified at the highest rate among STEAM-integrated types. And there were not any trends as the years go by, but STEAM-integrated types, where three or more STEAM elements were integrated, were identified at an increasing rate. It means that students use STEAM elements in various ways gradually. Accordingly, the results suggest: The information material that guide how to utilize STEAM factors diversely should be provided for project participants to improve their creativity and problem-solving abilities.
This study is to solve following problems by a family leisure as the problem of a single person in seclusion type, teenager-children being addicted to game, the disconnection of culture inheritance among inter-generation, the elder being isolated from leisure, the increase of the children using a key to go into home alone, the problem of a gender discrimination. This study defines the policy for a family leisure as "policy that ultimately creates the happiness of family, prevents the family problem and deals with it, through the leisure activities that are suitable to family life cycle". It also considers some other important properties(equality, gender and family life cycle, space) besides the constitution and function of family leisure. To create the happiness of family, the direction of the policy for a family leisure heads toward the positive function such as unification, creativity, and psychological stability of family members. At this point, the object of the policy for a family leisure is a unit of the family and it focuses on the level of interaction and positive function development between family members, being beyond the concept of family activity. Therefore, the policy that is to vitalize a family leisure must contain the interaction and positive function between the family members. Hereupon, to vitalize a family leisure, this study leads above-mentioned subjects based on programming, running leisure facility, information system, experts, social awareness, and supporting to the various family. Specialty, the process of leading these subjects is connected to the suggestion of the concrete program and then, is to result in supporting the program development for the essential leisure policy.
