판소리 창작 음악치료 프로그램을 통한 독거노인의 자기효능감 증진에 관한 연구 - 성음을 중심으로- (Study on the Self-Efficacy for Older Adults Living Alone using Pansori Creative Therapy Program - Focusing on Vocal Sound -)

  • 본 연구는 독거노인을 대상으로 성음 중심의 판소리 창작 음악치료 프로그램을 실시하고 자기효능감에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 서울에 위치한 S 노인복지관의 서비스를 제공받고 있는 독거노인 6명을 선정하고, 이들에게 5단계로 구성된 성음 중심의 판소리 창작 프로그램을 주 2회, 50분씩 총 6주 동안 제공하였다. 측정도구는 자기효능감척도(박경민, 1994)를 사용하였고, 하위영역별로 대상자들의 사전 사후 점수 결과와 평균에 대한 Wilcoxon 검정을 실시하였다. 세션이 종결된 후에는 인터뷰를 실시하여 만족도를 함께 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 사전 사후에 측정한 자기효능감 척도의 점수변화가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다(p < .05). 이에 대해 비모수에 의한 Wilcoxon 검정 결과는 일반적 요인과 신체적 요인에 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 사회적 요인은 증가수준이 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 또한 대상자들의 사후 인터뷰를 통해서 높은 만족도를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 판소리 창작 프로그램이 독거노인의 자기효능감을 증진시키는 데 효과적인 중재도구임을 입증해주고, 판소리의 치료적 특성을 제시한다는데 의의를 가진다.

여성 관리자의 자기결정적 직무동기가 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 직무창의성과 창의적 자아효능감의 조절적 매개모형 (The Effects of Female Service Managers' Self-determined Motivations on Job Performance)

  • Purpose - Our primary goal of this study is to investigate the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations (i.e., RAI: relative autonomy index) and job performances with the mediation of their job creativity in service industries. This study also examines the moderating role of creative efficacy on the relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and creativities. Finally, based on mediation and moderation hypotheses, we also tested moderating effect of creative efficacy on the mediation effect of job creativity. Research design, data, and methodology - Drawing on SDT(Self-determination theory) and COR(conservation of resources) theories, we developed three research hypotheses. Service female managers from a several service organizations(i.e. banking, retailing, and restaurant/hospitality service) in South Korea were surveyed using self-administered instrument for data collection. A total of 331 usable questionnaires were obtained after list-wise deletion. To test reliability and validity of measurement model, we employed the CFA(confirmatory factor analysis) using M-plus 8.1 Software. Also, internal consistency was tested by Cronbach's α. We, furthermore, used the SPSS PROCESS MACRO 2.16, which was suggested by Hayes (2013; 2015), to test mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation. Results - Our results revealed that self-determined motivation and job performance were positively and fully mediated by job creativity. Furthermore, the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and job creativities was stronger when their creative self-efficacies were high than when it was low. In addition, female managers' creative self-efficacies also amplified the positive relationship between their self-determined motivations and job performances with the mediation of job creativity. Conclusions - Our research empirically elaborated the previous model of self-determined motivation and manager/female creativity literature by presenting the findings that female managers' self-determined motivations significantly influence their job performances via job creativity and that creative self-efficacy effectively strengthen these positive impacts. Also, our research offered new insight for practitioners (i.e. top service managers) by suggesting that they may enhance female service managers' job performance if they pay more attention to employee creativity in service marketing.

Association between interpersonal relationships and 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaborative self-efficacy, and creative problem-solving) core competencies of dental hygiene students

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the association between interpersonal relationships and the 4C core competencies of dental hygiene students. It also examined how interpersonal competence can be enhanced by the development and application of programs so that the 4C core competencies of university students can be improved. Methods: A survey was conducted from March to May 2019 on students from the Department of dental hygiene in Busan, South Korea, and 177 valid responses were analyzed. The general characteristics of the students were calculated using frequency and percentage, and their degree of 4C core competencies and interpersonal abilities were expressed as means (±standard deviation). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of interpersonal competence on the 4C core competencies. Results: The findings revealed the factors affecting the 4C core competencies as; (a) communication ability was affected by interpersonal cognition and confidence building; (b) critical thinking ability was affected by person-oriented, self-expression, and confidence building; (c) creative problem-solving ability was affected by self-confidence, person-orientation, self-expression, and confidence building, and (d) cooperative self-efficacy was affected by person-oriented and confidence building. Conclusions: Based on the above findings, it is necessary to develop systematic program items and education systems that can effectively develop interpersonal competency, and thereby improve 4C core competencies among students.

아동의 창의성에 대한 심리적 관련 변인 연구 (Effects on Creativity of Child's Temperament, Depression, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, and Problem-Solving Style : A Path Model)

  • Path analysis was used to determine variables influencing the creativity of elementary school children. Participants were 213 dyads of 6th-grade children and their parents. the children and their parents responded to questionnaires on children's temperament, depression, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and problem-solving style. Children completed the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking. Child's problem-solving style and self-efficacy directly affected child's creativity. Child's temperament, depression, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and problem-solving indirectly affected creativity such that child's temperament affected depression, which affected child's self-esteem. Then, child's self-esteem affected child's problem-solving which, in turn, affected child's self-efficacy that directly predicted child's creativity. Both problem-solving and self-efficacy were mediators of child's creativity.

간호대학생의 작업선호도에 따른 창의적 리더십, 자아효능감의 차이 (Differences of Creative Leadership and Self-efficacy According to Work Preference of Nursing College Students)

  • 이 연구에서는 간호대학생의 작업선호도에 따른 집단을 내외적 동기 수준에 따라 4개 집단으로 구분하고 집단의 차이에 따른 창의적 리더십, 자아효능감의 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작업선호도 정도에 따른 내외적 동기 수준이 다른 4개 집단(상상, 상하, 하상, 하하)은 창의적 리더십에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<.01). 창의적 리더십이 가장 높은 그룹은 내적동기와 외적동기가 모두 높은 집단이었으며, 가장 낮은 그룹은 내적동기와 외적동기가 모두 낮은 집단이었다. 둘째, 작업선호도 유형에 따른 자아효능감의 차이를 분석한 결과 자아효능감 총점에서 내외적 동기의 수준에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 이 결과는 Amabile가 연구한대로 창의성이 양극적 구조를 가지고 있음을 나타내며, 외적 동기가 창의성 발현에 시너지적 역할을 할 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.

안정그룹 애착이 개인 창의성에 미치는 영향: 자아 효능감의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effect of Group Attachment Security on Individual Creativity: Mediation Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • This study uses group attachment theory to examine how group attachment security affects individual creativity through self-efficacy. 151 students participated in an experimental study. Participants were randomly assigned to either a group attachment security prime or control condition group. The results reveal that (1) group attachment security was positively related to individual self-efficacy, which in turn positively influenced individual creativity. (2) Individual self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between group attachment security and individual creativity. Synthesizing theories of group attachment theory, self-efficacy, and creativity, this study tested a theoretical mechanism linking group attachment security with creativity via self-efficacy. The results of this research suggest that many firms should improve the organizational culture of the perspectives of communication and cohesiveness to release creative ideas and strengthen individual self-efficacy more effectively. Implications of these results and future directions for further study are discussed.

아동의 자기효능감 및 아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 창의성과의 관계 (Relationships between Children's Self-Efficacy, Parental Child-Rearing Attitude Perceived by the Child and Creativity)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between children's self-efficacy, parental child-rearing attitude perceived by the child, and creativity. The study subjects were 120 5th and 6th graders at elementary school in Gyeongbuk. The instruments of measurement were question sheets, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Parental child-rearing attitude Scale. For creative thinking tests, the Kim Yong-Chae version of TTCT (Torrance Test of Creative Thinking) was used. The data were analysed through mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentile, Cronbach's $\alpha$, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the results from the correlational analysis didn't yield significant and meaningful correlations between children's self-efficacy and thinking creatively with words. Nevertheless, children's self-efficacy was partly related to thinking creatively with pictures. Second, the results from the correlational analysis didn't yield significant and meaningful correlations between warmth vs. rejection altitude of father and thinking creatively with words. Warmth vs. rejection attitudes of father was not related to thinking creatively with pictures. However, the results from the correlational analysis yielded a number of significant and meaningful correlations between self-control vs. regulation attitudes of father and the thinking creatively with words. The self-control vs. regulation attitudes of father was significantly positively related to the thinking creatively with pictures. Third, the warmth vs. rejection attitudes of mother was significantly positively related to the thinking creatively with words. However the warmth vs. rejection attitudes of mother was not related significantly to the thinking creatively with pictures. The self-control vs. regulation attitudes of mother was not related to the thinking creatively with words. Moreover, self-control vs. regulation attitudes of mother was not related to the thinking creatively with pictures.

창의적 자기효능감 향상을 위한 디자인씽킹 기반 비교과 프로그램 개발 (A Development of Extracurricular Programs for Enhancing Creative Self-Efficacy based on Design Thinking Process)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 창의적 자기효능감 향상을 위한 디자인씽킹 기반 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고 개발된 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구는 비교과 프로그램의 개발 절차 및 개선점 도출을 통한 프로그램 최적화에도 목적이 있기에 설계기반연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 비교과 프로그램 개발을 위한 절차는 세 단계 즉, 개발 단계와 전문가 검토 단계, 현장 검증 단계로 진행되고, 현장 검증 단계에서는 프로그램의 효과성을 검토할 수 있는 정량적 분석 도구 활용 및 정성 자료 분석과 이를 통한 프로그램 개선으로 진행된다. 둘째, 디자인씽킹 기반 비교과 프로그램은 프로그램의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 단회기 프로그램보다는 전문가 특강 및 학생 중심 활동을 포함한 일련의 요소들로 구성된 30시간의 심화 프로그램으로 개발되었다. 셋째, 개발된 프로그램을 동계·하계 방학 중 두 차례 진행한 결과, 창의적 자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 대학의 맥락을 반영한 비교과 프로그램을 개발할 때 참고할 수 있는 일반적인 절차를 제공하고 개발된 프로그램의 구체적인 모습과 효과성 확인을 위한 검사 도구의 활용 사례를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

리더의 창의성이 종업원의 직무만족과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 창의적 자기효능감의 매개효과와 팀응집성의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Leaders' Creativity on Employees' Job Satisfaction and Innovation Behavior: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Creative Self-efficacy and the Moderated Mediating Effect of Team Cohesiveness)

  • 본 연구는 조직 내 창의적 리더의 존재를 지각하였을 경우 종업원의 직무만족과 혁신 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는가를 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 본 연구는 지각된 리더의 창의성과 종업원들의 직무만족, 혁신 행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본, 창의적 자기효능의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 추가적으로 본 연구를 통해 리더의 창의성이 긍정심리자본 및 창의적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 팀응집성의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. SmartPLS 3.0 구조방정식 모형을 활용한 측정도구 검증 방법을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석 및 요인별 경로분석 실시 후 연구 모형을 실증 분석한 결과, 종업원의 지각된 리더의 창의성은 종업원의 직무만족과 혁신행동에는 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 지각된 리더의 창의성은 긍정심리자본을 매개로 직무만족과 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 리더의 창의성은 긍정심리자본과 창의적 자기효능감을 이중매개로 하여 종업원의 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 리더의 창의성은 긍정심리자본과 창의적 자기효능감을 이중매개로 해서 종업원의 혁신행동에는 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 팀 응집성을 조절된 매개변수로 설정해 가설을 검증한 결과, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과는 팀응집성이 높은 경우에만 유의하였으며, 창의적 자기효능감의 매개효과는 팀 응집성이 평균 이상인 경우에만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 변수별 실증 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지각된 리더의 창의성과 그 중요성에 대한 시대적 요구를 고찰하고 추가적으로 조직 구성원의 직무만족 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 요인 변수들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 긍정심리자본과 창의적 자기효능감을 고양시키기 위한 구체적인 조직 전략의 수립 방안을 제언하였다는 데에 연구의 의의가 있다.

어린이집 교사의 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 스트레스 대처전략의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Stress-coping Strategies of Childcare Teachers' Creative Personality on Teacher Efficacy)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of stress-coping strategies of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Methods: Study subjects were 204 childcare teachers working at nursery schools located in S city of Gyeonggi province, and this study collected materials from childcare teachers through a self-report survey. For materials collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using spss 21.0, and verified the mediating effect through the Sobel Test. Results of this study are as follows. Results: First, there was a positive correlation among creative personality, teacher efficacy and stress-coping strategies. Second, results show that stress-coping strategies mediate the effect of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Lastly, problem-focused coping strategies turned out to be full mediation, whereas coping strategies seeking social support was partial mediation. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study suggested the necessity to prepare a practical plan for enabling childcare teachers to use stress-coping strategies in a successful way.
