유아의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 창의적 가정환경과 정의적·인지적 변인간의 인과관계 (Causal Effects of Creative Home Environment and Emotional and Cognitive Variables on Children's Creativity)

  • This study used path analysis to investigate causal effects of creative home environment and emotional and cognitive variables on children's creative thinking and characteristics. the subjects were 233 5- and 6-year-old children, their mothers and teachers in the City of Taegu and Kyungpook Province. Major results were that (1) creative home environment directly affected children's creative thinking, creative characteristics and motivation. (2) Children's motivation directly affected children's creative characteristics. (3) Children's temperament directly affected motivation and indirectly affected children's creative characteristics through motivation. (4) Children's intelligence directly affected knowledge, and indirectly affected children's creative thinking through knowledge.

아버지의 창의적 가정환경과 유아의 창의적 인성 간의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of their emotional intelligence on the relationship between creative home environment of fathers and creative personality of young children)

  • 본 연구에서는 아버지의 창의적 가정환경과 유아의 창의적 인성의 관계에서 그들의 정서지능의 매개효과를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 부산에 위치한 6곳의 어린이집에 재학 중인 유아들로, 4세 85명(남아 45명, 여아 40명), 5세 140명(남아 69명, 여아 71명), 전체 225명이었다. 연구결과 첫째, 아버지의 창의적 가정환경은 유아의 창의적 인성과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 유아의 정서지능은 창의적 인성과 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 아버지의 창의적 가정환경과 유아의 창의적 인성간의 관계에서 그들의 정서지능은 부분매개효과가 있었으며, 간접효과를 보였다. 따라서 유아의 창의적 인성을 예측하는 변인으로 유아기 아버지의 창의적 가정환경이 중요한 변인으로 작용하며, 이때 유아의 정서지능은 아버지의 창의적 가정환경의 영향력을 완화할 수 있는 요인으로 작용한다.

  • This study investigated predictive power of past experiences in the home environment and motivation styles on later emotional intelligence and creative thinking. Subjects were 80 college students. Results indicated a high correlation between home environment and internal motivation in childhood and emotional intelligence and creative thinking in adulthood. Home environment and internal motivation in childhood affected emotional intelligence in adulthood. Internal motivation in childhood predicted creative thinking in adulthood and was also related to creative home environment.

창의적 학교환경과 아동의 행복감 간의 관계에서 학교적응의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of School Adjustment on the Relationship between a Creative School Environment and Children's Happiness)

  • This study examined the mediating effect of children's school adjustment on the relationship between a creative school environment and children's happiness. For this purpose, an analysis was performed of data from the 12th Panel Study on Korean Children conducted in 2019. The participants were 1,393 fifth-grade elementary school students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The principal results were as follows. Firstly, there were significant positive correlations among creative school environment, children's school adjustment, and happiness. Secondly, the creative school environment significantly affected children's school adjustment and happiness. Thirdly, children's school adjustment had a positive effect on their happiness. Fourthly, the creative school environment had an indirect effect on children's happiness through school adjustment. The results thus demonstrate that school is a social environment that strongly influences children's happiness. Therefore, to improve children's school happiness, it is essential to consider the relationship between a creative school environment and school adjustment.

유아의 다중지능, 창의적 가정환경 및 사회인구학적 변인이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향 (Multiple Intelligences, Creative Home Environment, Social economic status, and Leadership of Children)

  • 본 연구는 서울 및 수도권에 소재하는 유치원에 다니는 만5세 유아 173명과 그 부모를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 유아의 리더십에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인들을 밝힘으로써 유아의 리더십을 증진시키는 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인(출생순위, 모 학력, 모 취업여부, 총수입)에 따른 다중지능, 창의적 가정환경, 유아 리더십의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유아의 출생순위에서 둘째 이상인 유아가 첫째보다 대인관계지능이 높게 나타났다. 대졸 이상의 학력인 어머니가 전문대 이하 학력인 어머니보다 가족압력이 높았으며, 어머니의 취업유무에 따라서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 가정의 총소득에 따라서는 월 400만원 이상인 가정의 유아가 논리 수학지능, 자연이해지능, 언어지능, 학습환경, 아동존중에서 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 다중지능, 창의적 가정환경, 유아 리더십의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 하위영역 간에는 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아 리더십에 영향을 미치는 변인과 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 총수입, 언어지능, 가족압력이 주도성에 영향을 주었으며, 총수입, 가족압력은 사교성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다중지능, 대인관계지능, 학습환경이 몰입에 영향을 미쳤으며, 가족압력이 리더십 총점에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

직무자율성과 자기효능감이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 스마트워크 환경에서 지식공유의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Job Autonomy and Self-Efficacy on Creative Behavior: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing in Smart Work Environment)

  • In order to solve problems in an uncertain and complicated management environment of the modern world, a creative solution that combines diverse perspectives, knowledge, and effort based on diversity within an organization is required. Smart work environment provides an opportunity to express the potential diversity of an individual, extending the source of ideas to the organization, enhancing communication, and linking and sharing information and knowledge. So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.

어머니의 놀이신념과 유아의 행복: 창의적 가정환경과 유아 놀이성의 매개효과 (Mothers' Play Beliefs and Preschoolers' Happiness: The Mediating Role of Creative Home Environment and Preschoolers' Playfulness)

  • Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the sequential mediation effects of creative home environment and preschoolers' playfulness on the relationship between mothers' play beliefs and preschoolers' happiness. Methods: The subjects of this study were 233 preschoolers between the ages of 3 and 5 and their mothers. Mothers were asked to complete a questionnaire that assessed their beliefs about play, the creative home environment they provided, as well as their child's playfulness and happiness. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS Process Macro program to investigate the sequential mediating effects. Results: The study found that the mothers' play support beliefs were directly associated with their preschoolers' happiness. Additionally, the creative home environment was found to mediate the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and their preschooler's happiness. The children's playfulness was also identified as a mediator in the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and their preschooler's happiness. Furthermore, the findings of this study indicated that the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and preschoolers' happiness was sequentially mediated by the creative home environment and preschoolers' playfulness. Conclusion/Implications: Findings of this study provide insights into the potential development of a parent education program aimed at modifying mothers' play beliefs and the home environment.

창조적 계층 이론을 통해 본 NHN 사옥의 작업환경 사례 연구 (A Case Study on NHN Building Workplace Designs based on the Theory of Creative Class)

  • Creativity is one of the most popular keyword used in today's society due to it's important role as the major post modern economic drive force. Richard Florida calls the group of people who work in this creative industry as the 'Creative Class' and this theory has affected many organizations and cities. However, little is known about the work environment of this class, so many designers find it difficult to understand how they may encourage creativity in the actual physical setting. Therefore the purpose of this research is to understand the major characteristics of this 'Creative Class' and their working styles in order to develop a theoretical framework for the creative work environment and present a case study of NHN Company main office building. The researcher has indicated three major characteristics of the creative work environment such as 'Individuality', 'Socialization', and 'Experiential' and through the developed framework found that in NHN building 'Socialization' through overlapping territories and programs, spatial openness were used as key methods of encouraging creativity. It is hoped that this research may be used as a useful guide in designing various types of creative work environment for the future.

창의 성향, 환경, 과정, 산물의 상관 분석 및 과학 창의성 상·하위 학생의 창의 성향과 환경의 차이 (Differences in Creative Personality and Environment between Higher-Level and Lower-Level Students in Scientific Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생을 대상으로 창의 성향, 환경, 과정, 산물의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 창의 과정과 산물을 측정하는 과학 창의성 검사 도구, 창의 성향과 환경에 관한 자기 보고식 검사 도구를 초등학교 5학년 학생 105명에 투입하였다. 검사 도구에서 창의 성향은 인지적 성향과 정의적 성향으로, 창의 환경은 가정환경과 학교 환경으로 구성된다. 또한, 정량적 분석 결과로 설명할 수 없는 현상을 탐구하기 위하여 창의 과정에서 평균 이상의 점수를 받았으나 창의 산물에서 가장 낮은 점수를 받은 4명의 학생과 창의 산물 점수가 가장 높은 4명의 학생을 대상으로 성향 및 환경을 심층적으로 조사하는 면담을 실행하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 창의 성향과 환경이 창의 과정과 산물의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내는지 알아보기 위해 상관 분석을 한 결과, 유의한 상관성이 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 학생 면담 결과, 과학 창의성이 높은 학생의 공통적인 창의 성향 특징으로 미래의 성공을 위해 현재의 어려움을 참을 수 있다는 점, 주변 사람들의 말을 비판적으로 듣는다는 점이 있었다. 셋째, 과학 창의성이 높은 학생은 자유로운 의견을 존중해주는 가정환경에 있지만, 과학 창의성이 낮은 학생은 자신의 의견을 무시 혹은 그에 반응하지 않는 가정환경에 있었다. 이 연구는 향후 과학 창의성 교육의 정의적, 환경적 측면에서 고려해야 할 점들을 시사하고 있다.

캠퍼스 유휴공간을 활용한 창의교육 공간 계획 - GNU IDEA Factory 사례를 중심으로 - (Architectural Planning for Creative Education Utilizing Unused Space in Campus - Focused on the Case Study of GNU IDEA Factory -)

  • The purpose of this study is to plan a environment for creative education in university campus. According to the literature review, the necessity of improvement of educational program and physical environment is increasing because of rapidly social and industrial structure change. In this aspect, G university decided to make space for creative education utilizing unused space in campus. The space design concept was established as a cell based on the fact that the educational space was a place where students grow up and was named GNU IDEA Factory. The planning site was decided on the existing piloti to solve problems of lack budget and space. This space consisted of rooms for creative education, autonomous students' activity, and exhibition and was designed by organistic structure. In conclusion it was thought that GNU IDEA Factory would be a case of environment for creative education and activity if it was supported proper program and usable equipments.
