본 연구는 간호학생의 연구수행능력을 파악하고, 간호연구 교과의 교육효과를 확인하여 연구역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육과정 개발과 비교과활동을 통해 연구수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 일 대학의 간호학과 3학년 학생 161명이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결능력 및 간호연구 학습성과는 t-test와 ANOVA를 시행하였으며, 간호연구 학습성과 관련요인은 Linear regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과 간호연구 교과는 문제해결능력과 비판적 사고성향의 하위요소 중 지적열정, 체계성, 지적공정성을 향상시켰고, 연구계획서 평가와 비판적 사고 성향 중 객관성과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호연구수행능력을 향상시키기 위해 연구계획서 작성을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있으며, 연구의 전체적인 수행과정을 경험할 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램 및 교수학습방법을 적용한 운영이 필요하다.

In this paper, we surveyed from students and professors of Hanbat National University to examine the current state of running the introductory engineering design and to derive the direction of future improvements of the subject. A total of 783 students from nine departments and 12 professors who are in charge of the introductory engineering design participated in the present questionnaire evaluation. Outcome categories of the interest in their major and the learning of design theory appears relatively lower than other learning outcomes of the introductory engineering design course. Accordingly, it is determined that the theoretical aspects of designing should be emphasized in performing a team project. The design process, writing and presentation ability, teamwork theory are dealt in more than 70% of the departments, but engineering ethics, patent, visualization education had not been addressed in a number of departments due to their department characteristics. While a lesson outcome of the creativity resulted in the largest for the students, most of the professor feel difficult in increasing the creativity. It is urgent to develope of teaching methods in order to promote the creativity in the introductory engineering design course.

Capstone design is a subject taught in a setting where students gather in a team, decide on their own selected topic, and collaborate with one another to perform a project. A fair assessment is very important in a team project-based capstone design course for students. Many instructors agree that harmonizing creative evaluation and outcome assessment is hard in capstone design class. In also, it is not easy to assess students' individual efforts and achievements fairly in accordance with team-based assessment practices. To resolve this issue in this paper, we have surveyed various engineering design education methodologies, and have modelled existing evaluating elements into a modified creative process and outcome assessment framework for team project assessment. In particular, we focused on a method of fairly assigning credits by combining team based and individual-level assessments. Analyzing students' achievement and grade evaluation and verifying the validity of the proposed method was performed.

This study aims to investigate factors affecting eBook acceptance and learning outcomes among students experiencing online distance learning. As conventional textbooks are now switched into eBooks, the effects of contextual factors including lecturer, student computer competency, content and design of the course, access ability, infrastructure, and university support on eBook acceptance and learning outcome needs to be evaluated. The sample of this study is represented by students at the Universiti Teknologi MARA, City Campus Melaka, undertaking 'strategic management course'. Non-probability random sampling was selected as the sampling technique and a purposive sampling method was chosen to select the samples. The samples comprised 171 students randomly selected through Google Form. The questionnaire data was analyzed by using PLS-SEM. The results indicated that these factors contributed 62.3% variations in the eBook acceptance and 67.1% variations in the learning outcomes. The strongest factor affecting both dependent variables was content and design of course. Managerial implication suggested that the content for all courses taught through the eBook platform needs to be revisited and improved in accordance with the mode of online deliverance. Tutorial on how to navigate the eBook platform is important to all users as this would enhance acceptance and produce better learning outcomes among students.

본 논문은 공학교육과정에서 사용되는 캡스톤디자인 교과목에 대한 평가체계의 개발 사례를 소개한다. 캡스톤디자인은 대학 과정에서 배운 전문지식을 종합적으로 활용하여, 산업현장의 문제를 분석하고 해결책을 설계하는 교과목이다. 본 논문에서는 캡스톤디자인 교과목과 관련된 기존의 평가 요소, 평가 방법 및 절차를 설명한다. 이를 기반으로 개발된 캡스톤디자인 평가체계를 소개한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 캡스톤디자인 교과목의 학습성과 평가체계는 타대학의 캡스톤디자인 교과목 운영 시 일부 참고될 수 있으며, 산학이 연계된 교육 및 인턴 프로그램 개발 시 평가체계 설계를 위해서도 사용될 수 있다.

Outcome of liver transplantation for children with end liver disease has been improved markedly during last two decades. Improvement of immunosuppressive agent and its strategy to use in children, development of innovative surgical technique, and better understanding of the course of liver transplantation attributed to better outcome of pediatric liver transplantation. Therefore this review article will focus on the problems which can occur during pre- and post-transplantation period, current strategy to use immunosuppressive agent for the better understanding of pediatrician who is not involved in transplantation but takes care of the children pre- and postoperatively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of comprehension degree about learning satisfaction and capstone class by applying the subject which draws idea for team project task in college to creative capstone design program. The Capstone Design Program is designed to train fieldworkers with creative problem solving skills and is widely applied as a problem-solving course in team-based projects. In this paper, based on the case study of the 'fusion capstone design' operated in the first semester of 2015 ~ 2017, the capstone design course was established in the course of designing ideas for problem solving. The results of this study are as follows: First, the questionnaire about capstone design instruction process, instruction method, and learning achievement satisfaction were analyzed. As a result, understanding of capstone design was found to be higher than that of class before class, and satisfaction of performance course, method of teaching performance and learning outcome were obtained.

The purpose of this study is to develop a short-term ICT training course that helps teachers from non-computing disciplines in developing countries acquire flipped-learning content creation skills. A field application is performed by applying the developed ICT training course to secondary school teachers of non-ICT subject specialisms in Laos. In the field study, participating teachers' teaching efficacy on ICT and satisfaction toward the training course are measured. The result of t-test on ICT teaching efficacy showed statistically significant increases in teachers' self-efficacy related to ICT use, both personal efficacy and outcome expectancy. The satisfaction survey performed after training showed that trainees were highly satisfied with the training course. The results of this field study could be used to propose a short-term teacher education model that could be applicable to teachers in other developing countries.

This paper proposes learning modules as a kind of integrated instruction model for soft skills program outcomes to enable CEA. Learning modules consist of course learning objectives(outcomes) described in detail, learning content(elements), learning activities(teaching learning methods), evaluation methods, evaluation rubrics so that they can be evaluated based on the performance criteria of the program learning outcomes. The unit of time for the learning module is 50 minutes. If this learning module is applied, it is expected that the soft skill program outcomes can be evaluated in the technical course. As a result of the expert feasibility study, the positive answers were much higher than the negative answers in most of the questions about the composition of the learning module or the method of managing the class.

This paper focuses on the outcome-based curriculum of Inje University College of Medicine to describe our curriculum development process and results. Starting in 2006, we have revised the curriculum based on the competency-based clinical presentation curriculum. We stated clearly the learning outcomes from the social needs and educational goal of our university. We defined 8 exit outcomes and specified phase outcomes, course outcomes, lesson outcomes, and outcome objectives. By 2012, we identified 128 clinical presentations and 149 basic scientific concepts. Various evaluation and assessment methods and teaching-learning strategies were assigned to each outcome. Problem-based learning, standardized patient practice, and learning portfolios are the main strategies of our curriculum. We have performed a progress test to assess the level of achievement of students' outcomes. We have also collected feedback from students and faculty members about the curriculum, including every lesson, course, and the overall curriculum. To maintain this change of the curriculum, we reorganized the curriculum committee, educational faculty and teams, and administrative support system. To fine tune this curriculum, we have held three 3-day workshops on curriculum development and weekly meetings. We believe this is just the beginning of developing the curriculum of Inje University. Further upgrades will be necessary to continue to improve medical education.
