This study analyzes the mediation or moderation effect of the characteristics of perceived organizational support (POS) and relational culture on the ambidextrous organizational performance such as exploration and exploitation. This study empirically verified using the human capital corporate panel 548 data provided by Korea research institute for vocational education & training. The empirical results of the present study are as follows. First, it is shown that formal learning and informal learning provided to the members have a positive effect on ambidextrous organizational performance. In addition, POS showed that full and partial mediation effects of the formal learning and informal learning on ambidextrous organizational performance. Finally, relational culture have an important influence on positively moderating the relationship between informal learning and exploitative performance.

With the growth of the Korean Wave and the importance of the fandom economy, it is necessary to consider the competitiveness of the Korean Wave with its fandom viewpoint. Particularly, the fandom phenomenon shows the characteristics of identifying the favorite star and actively acquiring and sharing related information in the fan community. Therefore, in this study, we examined the influence of Korean national image on consumers' intention to use Korean contents, and examined the mediating effects of fandom identification among Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese consumers. As a result of the empirical analysis, cultural image, corporate image, and product image were found to have statistically significant influence on the intention to use Korean Wave contents. In addition, star identification and pan community identification showed partial mediation in the effect of cultural images on the intention to use Korean contents. The results of this study suggest that the Korean Wave is a leading factor for the continuous development of Korean Wave, not the halo effect point for improving the national image, and the mediating effect of the fandom phenomenon is tested empirically.

Economic indicators are a factor that affects air cargo volume. This study analyzes the different factors affecting air cargo volume by each Chinese cities according to the main characteristics. The purpose of this study is to help companies related to China, airlines, and other stakeholders predict and prepare for the fluctuations in air cargo volume and make optimal decisions. To this end, 20 economic data were used, and the entire data was reduced to 5 dimensions through factor analysis to build a dataset necessary and evaluated the influencing factors by multi regression. The result shows that Macro-Economic Indicators, Production/Service indicators are significant for every cities and Chinese manufacture/Customer indicators, Korean manufacture/Oil Price indicators, Trade/Current indicators are significant for each other city. All adjusted R2 values are high enough to explain our model and the result showed excellent performance in terms of analyzing the different factors which affects air cargo volume. If companies that are currently doing business with China can identify factors affecting China's cargo volume, they can be flexible in response to changes in plans such as plans to enter China, production plans and inventory management, and marketing strategies, which can be of great help in terms of corporate operations.

With the Internet winning a huge popularity, there rise urgent problems which are related to Network Security Managements such as Protecting Network and Communication from un-authorized user. Accordingly, Using Security equipments have been common lately such as Intrusion Detection Systems, Firewalls and VPNs. Those systems. however, operate in individual system which are independent to me another. Their usage are so limited according to their vendors that they can not provide a corporate Security Solution. In this paper, we present a Hierarchical Security Management Model which can be applicable to a Network Security Policies consistently. We also propose a Policy Negotiation Mechanism and a Prototype which help us to manage Security Policies and Negotiations easier. The results of this research also can be one of the useful guides to developing a Security Policy Server or Security Techniques which can be useful in different environments. This study also shows that it is also possible to improve a Security Characteristics as a whole network and also to support Policy Associations among hosts using our mechanisms.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

It is difficult to educate the overall operation of public and private blockchains with different characteristics. Recently, most education for blockchain is targeted at public blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, in an actual business environment, a private blockchain such as HyperLedger Fabric is used because access to corporate data is controlled through user authentication. In the case of HLF-based education, it is necessary to understand various components that are not in the public blockchain, such as peers, orderers, and channels. In this paper, a lab framework for HLF is designed for an efficient and systematic understanding of the functions and operations. The framework consists of HLF network, chaincode, and decentralized software control functions. Through the framework, the network configuration, distribution and activation of chaincode, and dApp execution process were checked step by step, and it was very easy to understand the overall flow for blockchain services. In addition, it is expected that a systematic understanding of the overall flow will be possible even in future network expansion.

ESG Investment is emerging as a trend and common sense in the financial market. ESG Investment is an investment method that simultaneously pursue social sustainability and investment returns from a long-term perspective by reflecting non-financial factors such as environment, society and governance in addition to corporate financial performance in investment decisions. This study checked how the characteristics of ESG investment have been changed after Covid-19. Afterwards, it was confirmed that Covid-19 actually acted as a negative factor in the securities market by applying VAR model. At the same time, it was demonstrated that ESG indices of the US and Korea outperformed their benchmark in terms of return and risk during the pandemic regime. The result of this study hints that the importance of ESG investment will be unchanged after Covid-19. At the same time, it suggests that managers should avoid passive ESG management and engage in strategic ESG management based on knowledge management.

With the digital transformation of the entire industry, software competency has become the core competency for the future talent. However, it is difficult to find researches related to the corporate education for improving employee's software capability. Therefore, this study tried to verify the relationship between factors affecting the learning performance of employees in online software education. For this purpose, a survey of 223 employees with online software education experience was analyzed using the SPSS PROCESS macro. As a result of analysis, perceived usefulness and self-regulated learning have been found to have a significant multiple mediating effect on learning performance by digital literacy and satisfaction. This suggests that not only learner factors but also the characteristics of education should be considered. The results of this study are expected to be helpful in designing effective online education programs.

This study examined significant differences in the impact of workplace bullying on emotional depletion and organizational commitment, and used 400 questionnaires to examine whether there would be significant differences depending on social support. As an analysis method, we used SPSS 24 for sample characteristics, SmartPLS 3 statistical programs for verifiable factor analysis, reliability and validity, path analysis, and structural equation models. Studies have shown that bullying in the workplace affects significant positive (+) for emotional depletion, and that emotional depletion affects significant negative (-) for tissue commitment. The influence relationship between workplace bullying and tissue commitment was partially mediated in the direction of wealth (-), and the effect of emotional depletion on tissue immersion was shown to be significant differences in the control of social support. Implications are that bullying in the workplace affects emotional depletion, so corporate efforts to prevent bullying are urgently needed, suggesting that employees can improve their organizational commitment, by using a system or community that can promote communication with their bosses.

The purpose of this study is to have insights comparing Korea with US media companies on investigating their CSR goals, targets, methods, and strategies. Specifically, this study finds out the characteristics of CSR cases on broadcasting companies, telecom enterprises, and internet businesses on both countries. The results indicate that the US media companies focus more on inner stakeholders like employees as stimulating employees' welfare, ESG recognition, education, and culture via socially responsible business practices whereas the Korean media companies prefer to supporting have-nots, solving social issues, and market expansion through cause promotions and community volunteering. On CSR activity strategies, there is no difference between countries but some gaps between ones. Of companies, telecom enterprises, regardless of nations, are the best on strategical approaches of CSR activity.
