Topology Optimization of Element Removal Method Using Stress Density (응력량을 이용한 요소제거법의 위상최적화)

  • Topology optimization has been evolved into a very efficient conceptual design tool and has been utilized into design engineering processes. Traditional topology optimization has been using homogenization method and optimality criteria method. homogenization method provides relationship equation between structure which includes many holes and stiffness matrix in FEM. Optimality criteria method is used to update design variables while maintaining that volume fraction is uniform. Traditional topology optimization has advantage of good convergence but has disadvantage of too much convergency time. In one way to solve this problem, element removal method using the criterion of an average stress is presented. As the result of examples, it is certified that convergency time is very reduced.

  • 기계학습 기반의 자연어처리 모듈에서 중요한 단계 중 하나는 모듈의 입력으로 단어를 표현하는 것이다. 벡터의 사이즈가 크고, 단어 간의 유사성의 개념이 존재하지 않는 One-hot 형태와 대조적으로 유사성을 표현하기 위해서 단어를 벡터로 표현하는 단어 표현 (word representation/embedding) 생성 작업은 자연어 처리 작업의 기계학습 모델의 성능을 개선하고, 몇몇 자연어 처리 분야의 모델에서 성능 향상을 보여 주어 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Word2Vec, CCA, 그리고 GloVe를 사용하여 106,552개의 PubMed의 바이오메디컬 논문의 요약으로 구축된 말뭉치 카테고리의 각 단어 표현 모델의 카테고리 분류 능력을 확인한다. 세부적으로 나눈 카테고리에는 질병의 이름, 질병 증상, 그리고 난소암 마커가 있다. 분류 능력을 확인하기 위해 t-SNE를 이용하여 2차원으로 단어 표현 결과를 맵핑하여 가시화 한다. 2차원으로 맵핑된 결과 값을 코사인 유사도를 사용하여 질병과 바이오 마커간의 유사도를 구한다. 이 유사도 결과 값 상위 20쌍의 결과를 가지고 실제 연구가 되고 있는지 구글 스콜라를 통해 관련 논문을 검색하여 확인하고, 검색 결과를 점수화 한다. 실험 결과 상위 20쌍 중에서 85%의 쌍이 실제적으로 질병과 바이오 마커 간의 관계를 파악하는 방향으로 진행 되고 있으나, 나머지 15%의 쌍에 대해서는 실질적인 연구가 잘 되고 있지 않은 것으로 파악되었다.

  • Recently, in the semiconductor process, large companies are seeking process changes from memory semiconductors to the foundry due to the increase in demand due to the 4th industry. industry is expanding. The characteristics of special gases and precursors, which are raw materials used to produce these semiconductor chips, are toxic, pyrophoric, inflammable, and corrosive. These semiconductor raw materials are operated in a closed system and do not leak to the outside during normal times, but when leaked, they spread to the inside of the gas box, and when proper ventilation is not provided inside the gas box, they spread to the outside, causing fires, explosions, or toxic substances. It can lead to major accidents such as leakage. Recently, there have been cases of accidents in which hazardous materials leaked from the closed system of the semi conductor process and spread to the inside and outside of the gas box. . In this study, we propose preventive measures based on the case of an accident in which raw material leaked from the VCR fitting, which is the connection part of the semiconductor raw material transfer pipe, and spread to the outside of the gas box.

  • In this study, computer program for the optimum design of two continuous box culvert was developed. It was shown that even though the starting points and optimization method are different, the objective function and optimum design variables converge to a value within a close range respectively, and consequently the optimum design program developed in this study is reliable and robust. MMFD is the most efficient one from the viewpoint of convergency and computing time.

  • A modified version of algorithm and computer program is proposed to improve the currently available contingency analysis methode for the security control of power system. The underlying principle is based upon the reasonable modification of the current methods suggested by Stagg, Tinny, Alsac, and Stott in consideration of speed, aceuracy, reliability and convergency characteristics. The algorithm and program are desirgned especially for On-Line operation, although Off-Line applications are readily available. Several case studies on the Koren Power Company's 48-bus, 91-line system have shown that the method proposed is efficiently powerful in a sense of practical applicability.

  • Recent researches on control theory enable nonlinear state feedback which is more closer to real system without approximation. To apply nonlinear control theories, all state variables should be measured or estimated. In this paper, a technique of designing nonlinear state observer for a particular class of nonlinear system is presented. The result is applied to an aircraft model to prove the convergency of observation error.

  • For the trajectory control of dynamic systems with unidentified parameters a second-order iterative learning control method is presented. In contrast to other known methods, the proposed learning control scheme can utilize more than one error history contained in the trajectories generated at prior iterations. A convergency proof is given and it is also shown that the convergence speed can be improved in compared to conventional methods. Examples are provided to show effectiveness of the algorithm, and, via simulation, it is demonstrated that the method yields a good performance even in the presence of distubances.

  • A new sufficient condition for the convergency of an iterative adaptive control algorithm is presented, in which a parameter estimator of the system together with an inverse system model to generate the control signal at each iteration. Also the result is extended to discrete time domain and a similar sufficient condition is derived.

  • In this paper, a simple method for designing iterative learning control scheme is proposed. The proposed learning algorithm is designed based on series expansion of inverse plant model. The proposed scheme has simple structure and fast convergency so that it is suitable for implementing it on conventional micro processor based controllers. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is investigated through a series of computer simulations.

  • We propose an approach to integrating fuzzy logic control with RBF(Radial Basis Function) networks and show how the integrated network can be applied to multivariable self-organizing and self-learning fuzzy controller. Using the hybrid learning algorithm. To investigate its usefulness and performance, this controller is applied to a time-delayed process system. Simulation results show good control performance and fast convergency in hybrid loaming method.
