The purpose of DRM is to protect the copyrights of content providers and to enable only designated users to access digital contents. From the consumers' point of view, they have a tendency to go against complex and confusing limitations. Moreover, consumers' rights of use of the content obtained legally were frequently harmed by arbitrary limitations. The concept of Authorized Domain (AD) was presented to remove such problems. However, the previous work on authorized domain has two problems. The first is that it requires a rather expensive revocation mechanism for withdraw process. The second is that the modules still can play contents which are previously obtained even though they are currently out of the authorized domain. On the contrary, our scheme presents the content from being played by modules which are out of the domain for better security. Furthermore our scheme does not need to maintain a revocation list and prevent replay attack.

This study proposed a research model based on self-determination theory and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to explain the factors influencing intention to use sharing economy services. A total of 392 responses were collected, and structural equation analysis was performed with AMOS 22.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, self-technological aptness and trust had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Second, access bigger market and environmental friendliness had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Third, intention to use sharing economy services had a positive effect on actual usage of sharing economy services. Finally, benefits was found to strengthen the relationship between intention to use sharing economy services and actual usage of sharing economy services. The findings of this study would provide a theoretical framework for sharing economy services and important information for understanding individuals using the sharing economy services.

As a key of access to public participation and information, e-government is taking the active role of public service by relevant laws and policy measures for universal use of e-government websites. To improve the accessibility of web contents, the level of deriving the results for each detailed evaluation item according to the Korean web contents accessibility guideline is carried out, which is an important factor according to the detailed evaluation items for each website property and requires data-based management. In this paper, detailed indicators are analyzed based on the quality control level diagnosis results of existing domestic e-government websites, and the results are classified according to high and low to propose new improvement directions and induce detailed improvement. Depending on the necessity of management according to the detailed indicators for each website attribute, not only results but also level diagnosis to strengthen web service quality suggests directions for future improvement through accurate detailed analysis and research for policy feedback. This study ultimately makes it possible to expect government system management based on predicted data through deduction history management based on evaluation score data on public websites. And it provides several theoretical and practical implications through correlation and synergy. The characteristics of each score for the quality management of public sector websites were identified, and the accuracy of evaluation, the possibility of sophisticated analysis, such as analysis of characteristics of each institution, were expanded. With creating an environment for improving the quality of public websites and it is expected that the possibility of evaluation accuracy and elaborate analysis can be expanded in the e-government performance and the post-introduction stage of government website service.

Each equipment has a durable life. The state of the equipment may change or fail until it is introduced, operated and disposed of. It is difficult for each organization to have a significant amount of these equipment and to understand each issue. Therefore, systematic life cycle management of equipment is more necessary than just for inventory purposes. In this paper, we design and implement an integrated management system for information assets. If it is an environment that can use the Internet based on the web, it can easily and easily access computerized information resource data through PCs, tablets, and smartphones. In addition, an integrated management system was established to limit the functions of higher and lower institutions through centralized management and user-level empowerment methods and to understand the overall status of resources.

This paper compares and analyzes the domestic OTT services to access their success factors, strategies and examine the domestic OTT leader's wavve's unique differentiation strategy. It is a comparative study of the top five market share services based on the operator and content's key success factors criteria, revenue structure, personalization, interactive media and cooperation. As a result, the common success factors were contents that reflected the characteristics of the operators, hybrid VOD, hybrid filtering, real-time participation interaction, alliances between the same and heterogeneous industries, and utilization of existing business areas. In addition, the study confirmed that it expanded the scope of the project and operated the contents efficiently by introducing one or more business strategies. wavve has been widely validated with its content, while B2C has long-term benefits and overseas use services, and B2B has a systematic use system, differentiating itself from other services. This paper can be the foundation for identifying the strengths and differences of each service on 2021, entering the domestic OTT industry, and establishing competitive strategies.

Since the Fourth Industrial Revolution, various changes have occurred in society as a whole due to advance in technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. The amount of data that can be collect in the process of applying important technologies tends to increase rapidly. Especially in academia, existing generated literature data is analyzed in order to grasp research trends, and analysis of these literature organizes the research flow and organizes some research methodologies and themes, or by grasping the subjects that are currently being talked about in academia, we are making a lot of contributions to setting the direction of future research. However, it is difficult to access whether data collection is necessary for the analysis of document data without the expertise of ordinary programs. In this paper, propose a text mining-based topic modeling Web application model. Even if you lack specialized knowledge about data analysis methods through the proposed model, you can perform various tasks such as collecting, storing, and text-analyzing research papers, and researchers can analyze previous research and research trends. It is expect that the time and effort required for data analysis can be reduce order to understand.

The aim of this study was to describe how a teacher used technologies to improve underserved student's learning in a low-resourced rural elementary classroom and provide implications for teachers' use of technology. The in-depth case study was conducted in a one-student classroom setting that isolated the fifth grader from social and collaborative learning opportunities. The qualitative data was collected in forms of classroom observation field notes, teacher interviews, student interviews and student's reflection journals. Findings are as follows: First, technology partakes an import role in a one-student classroom to support student's collaborative learning. Second, to overcome a digital divide, the teacher created a technology-enhanced environment with alternative methods of her own and supplemented teacher-created resources. Third, the teacher used technologies to support adaptive instruction based on student's needs.

This study aimed to identify how social contact, depression, and anxiety influence suicidal ideation of the elderly related to general characteristics. The objects were 198 elderly living in Mungyeong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The data were collected from 2, March to 15, April 2021. Collected data were analyzed by t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple stepwise regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. Findings revealed 1) Pearson's correlation coefficient indicated significant association among social contact, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation 2) Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors have 44.9% of explanation power in suicidal ideation of the elderly: depression(β=.430, p< .001), perceived financial status(β=-.198, p<.001), psychiatric treatment history (β=-.182, p=.002), and social contact (β=-.155, p=.007) in order. The conclusion of this study indicates that we need to pay interdisciplinary attention to the mental health of the elderly in the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the findings, health professionals should provide elderly persons with comprehensive and appropriate management to prevent suicidal ideation upon factors. Additionally, there should be establishing a system to access and ensure social contact for the elderly.

The purpose of this study is to develop sign language interpreting content in the medical setting that facilitates Deaf people's access to medical services in situations where professional and accurate medical sign language interpreting is insufficient. To achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a literature review, individual interviews for Deaf people, on-site requirement surveys of sign language interpreters and sign language experts, and medical and sign language expert consultations. Based on this, we developed sign language interpreting content such as main care contextual scenarios, basic medical terms, and medical term descriptions. Through this study, we developed medical sign language content considering the situation and medical importance of Deaf people to promote expertise in the medial sign language area and developed a responsive website of sign language medical dictionary that effectively and efficiently delivers information to Deaf people and sign language interpreters; we realized the need and importance of sign language translation for Deaf people to be the main bodies.

Due to COVID-19 and minimum wage raise, rate of adoption of zero contact payment methods, such as kiosk, had increased rapidly in 2018. Although there exist users who have trouble utilizing it, kiosk is growing consistently, especially in food service industry. Main goal of this research is to verify antecedent of satisfaction level which affects continuance intention of kiosk in terms of quality and execute through examination of kiosk users on fast-food industry, which employs kiosk most predominantly. The result of this research showed that information accessibility (environment quality), convenience of order process (process quality), and addition of beneficial supplementary service (process quality) of kiosk had influence on customer satisfaction level which in turn, also affected continuance intention, but order payment readiness, which is consequence quality, had no effect on satisfaction level. With pervasion and indispensable increase in zero contact payment market, this research expanded our knowledge on kiosk user and established kiosk quality figure that can improve user satisfaction level and continuance intention, ultimately proposing selection guide of kiosk and securing competitiveness for stores.
