In the architectural design technologies being changed recently, there is the study to develop the way that will enable the designers to get access logically to the processes of deciding the values of design factors which depend on the experience of the designers. This study, which is one part of those studies, has been carried out to develop the model that can decide the values logically for the design factors having the character that the design values are changed by the time variation out of design factors involved in the building energy saving design. As a result, the structure of the decision model which can decide the design values logically from the computer simulation that solve the problem by interpreting the real world as the probability distribution, has been established through this study. For the application and verification of these decision model, the case study has been carried out for the outdoor climate factors that stand for the design factors having the time variation.

The recent trend of the hacking deals with all the IT infrastructure related to the profit of the companies. Presently, they attack the service itself, the source of the profit, while they tried to access to the service infrastructure through the non-service port in the past. Although they affect the service directly, it is difficult to block them with the old security solution or the old system and they threaten more and more companies with the demand of money menacing the protection of customers and the sustainable management. This paper aims to design and implement multi-platform network packet scanner targeting the exception handling network intrusion detection system which determines normal, abnormal by traffic. Linux and unix have the various network intrusion detection and packet management tools like ngrep, snort, TCPdump, but most of them are based on CUI (Character based User Interface) giving users discomfort who are not used to it. The proposed system is implemented based on GUI(Graphical User Interface) to support the intuitive and easy-to-use interface to users, and using Qt(c++) language that supports multi-platform to run on any operating system.

In recent, the interests of multi-user systems have been increased. Multi-user systems allow a number of users to access the system simultaneously. Security is one of the key issues to be addressed in a multi-user environment. We propose a solution based on the NTFS file system that provides the personal data security and considers the convenience of users. The system increases the convenience of users by simplifying the complexity of the security setting on NTFS. We also propose a variety of policies that prevent from the conflicts incurring when different users set up the personal folders simultaneously and do not set up the important folders such as the window system folders as personal folders. In addition, our system supports the function of setting up the prohibition folder lists so that no one can not set the folder to their personal folders.

The Aircraft Development Department operated a Technical Document Management System that was effectively managed using a database management system for the management of the technical information created by a research and development phase of an aircraft and managed a technical information of a research and development varied by the project on a lot of the aircraft development program. While managing the user management and technical information project, it caused some problems on the workflow of the Work Memo and a search of some technical information, etc. As result, we developed the web-based Integrated Technical Information System(ITIS) which be able to totally manage the Technical Document Management System varied by program. According to the construction and operation of this system, we can access by program using user account and privilege and dramatically increased the productivity of a research and development because of performing the workflow of the Work Memo and some search of technical information by the integrated screen of the ITIS.

The network community provides people a new area which is called a cyber area, not physical area. However, today in the cyber area, the negative function has been causing social problem. In fact, it has not been causing by original function. Specifically speaking, main reason why it's leading to the negative function is that teenagers are logging into inappropriate sites (such as: violent, adult sites) to unnecessary sites (such as: e-mails with unknown signs combined with words, inappropriate language used in certain web board). Not only that, private password and ID's are being used by unknown user to accomplish illegal access. If this problem does not get solved through immediate development of technologies method, the cyber crime will increase in short period of time. The purpose of this paper is to understand each analyzed method which can cope with negative internet function, to discuss suitable management in certain web board an to check with fuzzy intercommunication mood.

Paradigm for supporting housing for low-middle income class has been changing from public rental housing to Housing Voucher. Housing Voucher started first in Seoul since 2010, and it has been expended to other areas in 2014. Given the dearth of previous research data, this study aims to analyze options determinants that the beneficiaries could consider in choosing their residential area. In this study, the researcher used for the research methods, a quantitative analysis by Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) has been conducted. As a result, the accessibility to social welfare centers, public transportation and job opportunities emerged main factors to for the Housing Voucher recipients in Seoul to choose their residential area. This is different results from previous research, which has two implications. First, reexamination of Housing Voucher is necessary. Second, Housing Voucher beneficiaries should include not only the housing but also support for family and welfare system access.

The purpose of this study is to identify the usability of parents of developmental rehabilitation services for disabled children. To that end, 120 disabled children and 120 parents were surveyed in 17 cities, including nine cities in Gangwon Province, welfare centers and private institutions in the military. Data analysis used SPSS Statistics 18 and the main findings are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the type of supply and demand in the general characteristics of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service. Second, the service use characteristics of the developmental rehabilitation service showed a statistically significant difference in the service satisfaction of the private care institution, and third, the process and effect of the service provision of the developmental rehabilitation service were shown to be significant in the service satisfaction level. Fourth, the effect of choice on service satisfaction was significantly shown in the accessibility of developmental rehabilitation services. The significance of the research results is to confirm that the service provision and access to the services of developmental rehabilitation services increases the satisfaction level of disabled children's parents. Accordingly, the discussion and implications for improving the satisfaction level of the use of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service were presented.

This study was aimed of the effects of the Parent's Gestalt Speech Intervention for stuttering development of Fluency disorder Child. The Parent's Gestalt Speech Intervention was made up of a program understand phase, an awareness phase, a change phase and, finally, an arrangement and termination phase. The subjects 6 (female 2, male 4) of this research were developed a stuttering behavior without any apparent neurological damage or other speech or developmental impediments. To access their stuttering behaviors, I used methods for observing levels of behavioral in each phase. The results of the study are as follows: In regard to stuttering behavior, word repetition frequency decreased in the interim assessments, showing that the learning of fluent speech was acquired early in the therapy process. In conclusion, the results of the study show that Parent's Gestalt Speech Intervention for stuttering development of Fluency disorder Child.

Routers should perform fast IP address lookup for Internet to provide high-speed service. In this paper, we present a hybrid parallel IP address lookup structure composed of four-stage pipeline. It achieves parallelism at low cost by using multiple SRAMs in stage 2 and partitioned TCAMs in stage 3, and improves the performance through pipelining. The smart distributor in stage 1 does not transfer any IP address identical to previous one toward the next stage, but only uses the result of the previous lookup. So it improves throughput of lookup by caching effects, and decreases the access conflict to TCAM bank in stage 3 as well. In the last stage, the reorder buffer rearranges the completed IP addresses according to the input order. We evaluate the performance of our parallel pipelined IP lookup structure comparing with previous hybrid structure, using the real routing table and traffic distributions generated by Zipf's law.

The Ministry of Education gives increasing weight to ICT-in education to produce creative and positive people in response to the demands of the 21st century's Information Age. The use of ICT in teaching-learning process aims largely to facilitate the creative thinking and diverse learning activities of students to help achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to sort out what's available for teaching- learning activities from among Edunet contents for teacher and to assist teachers to have easier access to them, as ICT-in education gains in importance. And it's found that this attempt would serve to make Edunet more accessible even to teachers who are not acquainted with ICT, and learning effectiveness would be greater by integrating well- organized and well-selected ICT-in education into academic education. Furthermore, this would enable teachers to have better computer skills and teach students with more confidence.
