本文运用文献计量分析的可视化软件 CiteSpace 对 CNKI 数据库平台上收录的我国高校工程管理人才培养研究相关文献进行分析, 了解我国高校工程管理人才培养研究现状以及研究的发展轨迹。 研究结果显示: 我国高校工程管理人才培养研究持续活跃, 文献数量呈稳步上升趋势, 载文期刊分布广泛, 研究者多, 但各研究机构之间合作少; 研究热点主要集中在应用型工程管理人才培养,实践教学改革和课程体系改革等方面。 为此, 我国高校工程管理人才培养相关研究可加强学术团体间的合作, 拓展研究对象的范围, 丰富研究视角, 并进一步探讨 "新工科" 发展下的工程管理人才培养。

For decades, the productivity issue has been a primary concern for the all stake-holders who participate in domestic construction industry. Especially, between a whole life cycle of building, the construction phase's productivity problem makes or break the entire project. In this respect, the general construction company, who accept the order and construct the building(so called General Contractor), should consider various strategies, such as schedule management, cost management, quality management, inner-crew management, etc., for the productivity improvement., and almost of these management methods have been studied for a long time. But, the researches and studies about the specialty contractor, who construct the building directly in construction site were not sufficiently complete yet. This research begins as an idea which tries to apply the BIM(Building Information Modeling) into the tasks of Specialty contractors for their productivity improvement. And for the effective application of construction BIM to specialty contractors, establish of the BIM project execution plan for them, not the fragmentary adoption of BIM. Therefore, in this paper, we develop the BIM project execution plan for the reinforced concrete companies who conduct the framework construction which located on CP(Critical Path) Especially, we model the "Construction BIM Use List for the RC Work", "BIM Application Master Process" and "BIM Application Detailed Process", and general contractor who use these BIM uses list and process models can manage various specialty contractors about schedule, cost, earned value, quality, safety and environment management systematically.

Recent trends in construction towards larger scale and taller buildings are causing problems by ineffective existing management approach in construction industry have emerged. Delivering necessary materials and mobilizing the human resources and equipment In a timely manner to keep labor on schedule have become a critical issue to be addressed. In particular, many specialty contractors carrying out multiple projects have been experiencing difficulties mobilizing the manpower on time and in right places due to poor communication at each stage of labor supply, resulting in waste of valuable resources. Hence, it's imperative for the specialty contractors to obtain specific information on labor demand so as to set up a communication and labor management system to ensure the right human resources will be mobilized in the right place at the right time. The study therefore is aimed at developing an optimal human resources management system for specialty contractors performing multiple projects. To that end, the study is focused on rebar and concrete work. The outcome of the study is expected to help allocate the right human resources to the right place in a timely fashion, thereby achieving an effective workflow at construction sites.

본 연구는 건설생산체계 개편에 따른 종합·전문건설사업자 간 상호참여 가능한 시장규모를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 의향 및 방식을 분석하여, 향후 건설시장의 변화를 분석하고 예측하였다. 먼저, 종합·전문건설사업자의 업무 내용 연관성, 등록기준 유사성, 종합·전문 상호참여 가능한 시장을 분석을 통하여 종합공사업종과 전문공사업종 간 연계성 비율을 살펴보았다. 선행연구들의 통계자료에 의존한 추정의 한계를 극복하기 위해, 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 행태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 건설 생산체계 개편이 건설시장에 미치는 영향을 보다 구체적으로 분석하기 위하여, 종합·전문건설사업자를 대상으로 상호시장 참여 의향, 참여방식 등에 관하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 종합건설사업자의 52%가 전문시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전문건설사업자의 55.1%가 종합시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 토공사, 철근콘크리트공사, 시설물유지관리, 상하수도설비공사, 실내건축공사업 시장에 참여 의향이 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 공사 규모로는 5억~30억 미만 규모의 사업에 대한 경쟁이 예상된다. 본 연구를 통해 건설산업 생산체계 개편으로 인해 건설업체가 당면하게 되는 주요 환경변화를 이해하고, 이러한 변화에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

최근 분리발주 활성화와 같이 지속적인 건설산업의 정책적 환경변화 속에서 실질적인 공사업무를 담당하고 있는 전문건설업체 종사자는 종합건설업체와 유사한 업무를 수행하고 있음에도 불구하고 상대적으로 낮은 역량수준을 보유하고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 전문건설업체 종사자의 업무수행에 필요한 역량요인의 중요도와 현재역량 수준을 분석하여 향후 개선이 필요한 역량항목을 도출하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전문건설업체의 대표, 현장소장, 공사담당, 공무담당, 자재/노무담당, 안전담당 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 각 직무별 필요역량요인에 대한 중요도 및 현재역량 수준을 파악하였으며, IPA 기법을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 전문건설업체 종사자의 직무별 역량강화를 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The specialty of Construction Manager's work is largely depends on the project progress stage and the type of management work. However, at present, career management system manages only the type and duration of the construction project, disregarding specialty and competence. However, in order to select a right construction manager for the client's needs or project characteristics, career management should be subdivided and managed according to the project progress stages or the types of management. In addition, this career management plan is essential for construction managers to receive appropriate wages for their careers and competences. Therefore, this study proposes a classification system for the integration of career, work, and competency to promote effective career management.

최근 건설산업의 환경변화에 따라 전문건설업체 종사자의 업무수행능력 향상을 통한 업체 경쟁력 강화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전문건설업체 종사자의 능력향상에 가장 효율적인 방법이 교육이라는 점을 인식하고, 이들을 대상으로 한 효과적인 교육, 나아가 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 직무별 경력별 업무수행수준 분석과 필요역량요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전문건설업체의 대표, 현장소장, 공사담당, 공무담당, 자재/노무담당, 안전담당 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 이들의 업무부담수준과 업무수행 능력수준비 등 업무수준을 분석하였으며, 직무별 필요역량요인을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 통해 향후 전문건설업체 종사자의 직무별 경력별 특성을 반영한 수요자 중심의 맞춤형 교육이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

2008년부터 건설시장 진압규제 완화의 일환으로 실행된 일반 및 전문건설업체 간 겸업제한이 단계적으로 폐지되어 상호간의 시장진입이 가능해짐으로써 각 기업에게 위기 또는 기회가 될 수 있는 환경이 조성되었다. 반면 이러한 새로운 제도적 변화는 건설기업들의 적응력, 생존력, 그리고 더 발전할 수 있는 경쟁요인과 경영전략을 수립해야 될 필요성을 제기한다. 본 연구는 겸업폐지에 따라 전문건설업체에서의 경쟁력 요소 변화를 측정 분석하고, 그에 따른 지속적인 성장을 위한 핵심 경쟁력 요소를 전문건설업체의 입장에서 제시하는 것을 목적으로 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 6개 분야의 주요 경쟁력 요소를 기준으로 하위계층의 핵심경쟁력 20개 요소를 추출하였고, 겸업제한폐지 이후의 전문건설업체는 주요 경쟁력 요소별 변화에 상대적으로 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, 겸업제한폐지 전후에 따른 핵심경쟁력 요소를 동일계층 내에서 분석하여 상대적인 경쟁력 요소의 중요도 변화를 측정하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설 환경의 변화 하에서 전문건설업체의 장기적 경영전략 수립에 기초적 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 공사를 진행하는 경영형태 - 조직적 경영 및 개인적 경영형태에 따른 전문건설업체의 경영성과지표와 건설경기지표간의 상관성 분석을 통해 경영 안정화 전략을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 1997년부터 2010년까지의 자산규모 70억 원 이상의 전문건설업체의 건설수주액 및 경영성과지표에 대한 자료를 분석하였다. 전문건설업체조직적 경영중심의 전문건설업체는 건설수주액이 기업의 안정성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있어 건설수주액의 감소가 자기자본비율에 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러나 총자본회전율이 자기자본에 영향을 주고 있음을 고려할 때, 건설수주액의 증가로 확보된 자기자본에 대해 매출액을 증가시킬 수 있는 자본운용계획을 수립할 필요가 있다. 개인 경영중심의 전문건설업체 역시 건설수주액의 변화에 대해 안정성 지표인 자기자본비율이 크게 영향을 받으므로 이에 대한 대응전략이 필요하나, 부채비율이 건설수주액에 영향을 미치고 있으므로 부채비율을 감소시킬 수 있는 대응전략이 필요하다.

고도 성장기를 지난 한국경제와 힌국기업은 더 큰 도약을 이끌 새로운 패러다임을 고민해야 하는 시점에 서 었다. 최근 일반건설업과 전문건설업의 상생협력이 중요한 화두로 떠오르는 시점에서 상생협력의 특징을 이해하는 것은 중요한 과제이다. 본 논문의 목적은 주요 상생협력요소를 중심으로 일반건설업과 전문건설업의 상생협력에 대한 인식의 주요 특징을 각 주체별 분석과 상호 비교 분석을 통해 도출하는데 있다. 이를 통해 각 주제가 상생협력에 대한 어떠한 공감대 또는 비공감대를 형성하고 있는지 파악할 수 있고 이는 상생협력을 위한 기업의 전략수립이나 정부의 정책 수립을 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
