두 개의 부품으로 구성된 시스템의 단계적 충격생명검사에 관한 연구 (On a bivariate step-stress life test)

  • 정상조건에서 수명이 상당히 긴 두 개의 부품으로 구성된 직렬형 시스템의 생명검사(Life Test)를 현실적으로 수행하기 위하여 제안된 단계적 충격생명검사에 관하여 고찰하였다. 모형화 단계에서 우리는 특별히 시스템내에서 작동하는 두 부품의 수명을 나타내는 확률변수가 Block과 Basu(1974)에 의해서 제안된 이변량 지수분포를 따르는 경우를 논의하여, 이에 상응하는 충격누적에 관련된 기존모형을 변형 제안하였고, 직렬형 시스템내의 부품간 수명의 종속관계를 포함하는 정보와 부품의 독자적인 생명검사로부터 얻는 정보를 통합하는 모형을 제안하여 시스템내에서 갖는 부품의 분포에 관하여 논의하였다. 한편 자료분석 단계에서는 기본적으로 최대우도 추정법을 초기값의 설정방법을 중심으로 토의하고 모수의 근사 분산, 공분산의 구조를 이용하여 단순검사의 최적시점을 설정하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 시뮬레이션은 어떤 문제를 모의적으로 실험하여 그 특성을 파악하는 작업이다. 시뮬레이션 과정에서는 시뮬레이션 모델, 알고리즘, 입출력 데이터의 교체 및 변경이 빈번하게 발생한다. 특히 알고리즘의 교체를 통한 시뮬레이션 작업의 경우 알고리즘을 구현한 컴포넌트가 교체될 때 기능적으로 정확하게 동작하지 않는다면 시뮬레이션 작업을 성공적으로 수행하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 소프트웨어 기반 위성항법 시뮬레이션 환경에서 교체될 컴포넌트가 기능적으로 정확하게 구현되어 있는지를 검증하기 위한 테스트 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는 컴포넌트가 교체되는 시점에서 교체되는 컴포넌트의 상황에 맞게 기능 테스트를 수행할 수 있게 해준다.

Asymptotic Distribution of the LM Test Statistic for the Nested Error Component Regression Model

  • In this paper, we consider the panel data regression model in which the disturbances have nested error component. We derive a Lagrange Multiplier(LM) test which is jointly testing for the presence of random individual effects and nested effects under the normality assumption of the disturbances. This test extends the earlier work of Breusch and Pagan(1980) and Baltagi and Li(1991). Further, it is shown that this LM test has the same asymptotic distribution without normality assumption of the disturbances.

  • Embedded system developers use design and testing tools to make their product faster. Previously developed a virtual development environment for embedded software (VDEES) using open source software, mainly the SID simulation framework for a simulator engine and the Eclipse platform for a development platform. VDEES enables developers to develop SID Component in C++. A bridge module for developing SID Component in Java has been developed and available. However, using this module, developers have to build their SID Java component from scratch. In this work, we developed SID Java Component Builder Plug-in as an additional features to VDEES. This tools enables developers to build SID Component in Java faster and easier.

  • In the recent day, fatigue life prediction techniques play a major role in the design of components in the ground vehicle industry. Full scale durability testing in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components or structure of the automotive vehicle. Component testing is particularly important in todey's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, Multi-axis durability testing device is used to carry out the fatigue test. In this paper, The operation software for simultaneously driving Multi-axis vibration testing device is developed and the input and output data are displayed in windows of PC controller with real time. Moteover the characteristics of the displacement and the load of Multi-axis actuators are calibrated separately.

  • COMS (Communication Ocean Meteorological Satellite) is the geostationary satellite being developed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute for multi-mission: experimental communication, ocean monitoring and meteorological observations. The COMS operation is controlled by the on-board software running on the spacecraft central computer. The software is written in ADA language and developed under the software life cycle: Requirement analysis, Design, Implementation, Component test and Integration test. Most functional requirements are tested at component level on a software component testing tool, ATTOL. ATTOL provides a simple way to define the test cases and automates the test program generation, test execution and test analysis. When two or more verified components are put together, the integration test starts to check the non-functional requirements: real-time aspect, performance, the HW/SW compatibility and etc. This paper introduces the COMS on-board software and explains what to test and how to test the on-board software at component level using ATTOL.

  • Component-based software development (CBD) is a methodology that has been embraced by the software industry to accelerate development, save costs and timelines, minimize testing requirements, and boost quality and output. Compared to the conventional software development approach, this led to the system's development being completed more quickly. By choosing components, identifying systems, and evaluating those systems, CBSE contributes significantly to the software development process. The objective of CBSE is to codify and standardize all disciplines that support CBD-related operations. Analysis of the comparison between component-based and scripting technologies reveals that, in terms of qualitative performance, component-based technologies scale more effectively. Further study and application of CBSE are directly related to the CBD approach's success. This paper explores the introductory concepts and comparative analysis related to component-based software engineering which have been around for a while, but proper adaption of CBSE are still lacking issues are also focused.

  • 차량 실내 공기질 대응 프로세스는 두 단계의 시험 방법으로 이루어져 있다. 먼저 모듈 부품평가를 통해 차량 실내 VOCs의 주요 원인을 찾고, 절단 시험편을 이용하여 VOCs가 주로 방출되는 소재를 찾는다. 만약 VOCs가 주로 방출되는 소재를 확인 시, 소재 개선을 통해 차량과 모듈 부품에서 방출되는 VOCs를 줄일 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 절단 시험편을 이용한 시험법은 VOCs 원인을 찾는데는 절단면에서의 방출 문제가 있기 때문에, 구성 부품 단위의 평가방법 적용이 필요하다. ISO 12219-5 시험 방법은 부품 절단없이 평가를 하기 때문에 소재 및 표면적의 영향이 함께 고려되어, 모듈 부품에서 구성 부품의 VOCs 영향도 확인이 가능하였다. 트림과 콘솔의 구성부품 평가를 통해 모듈내의 주요 원인 부품을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 ISO 12219-5 모듈 부품 시험법과 구성 부품 시험법간의 정량적 상관관계 규명을 통해 품질관리를 위한 관리값을 설정할 수 있었다.

전력용 변압기 보호용 시제품 IED 설계와 개선된 기법의 시험 (Testing of Advanced Relaying and Design of Prototype IED for Power Transformer Protection)

  • A popular method used by primary protection for power transformer is current ratio differential relaying (RDR) with 2nd harmonic restraints. In modern power transformer due to the use of low-loss amorphous material, the 2nd harmonic component during inrush is significantly reduced. The higher the capacitance of the high voltage status and underground distribution, the more the differential current includes the 2nd harmonic component during internal fault. Thus the conventional method may not operate properly. This paper proposes an advanced relaying algorithm and the prototype IED hardware design and it's real-time experimental results. To evaluate performance of the proposed algorithm, the study is well constructed power system model including power transformer utilizing the EMTP software and the testing is made through simulation of various cases. The proposed relaying that is well constructed using DSP chip and microprocessor etc. has been developed and the prototype IED has been verified through on-line testing. The results show that an advanced relaying based prototype IED never mis-operated and correctly identified all the faults and that inrushes that are applied.
