As we shall dene an exponentiated complementary power function distribution, we shall consider moments, hazard rate, and inference for parameter in the distribution. And we shall consider an inference of the reliability and distributions for the quotient and the ratio in two independent exponentiated complementary power function random variables.

Complementary theorem and its corollaries are presented to describe properties of frequency spectrum of periodic gate function. The theorem shows that the frequency spectrum of a periodic gate function signal is the same as that of its complementary signal, and that a DC has no information.

We derive an intelgral-type constraint on the complementary sensitivity function in digital control systems. Some design guidances are proposed for the pole assignment of digital controller with computation-time delay to improve the complementary sensitivity characteristics.

기존의 레벨셋을 이용한 이미지 분할 방법은 화소값의 기울기를 이용하기 때문에 지역적 형태에 좌우되는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 평활한 구동력을 위하여 레벨 셋 함수와 새로운 보상 평활화 함수를 결합시키는 하이브리드 방법을 이용한 방법이 소개된다. 대부분의 경우에 3 교점을 가지고 있지 않다는 가정하에 보상함수를 얻는 방법을 대안으로 고려하였다. 보상함수의 주요 역할은 원보상 함수와 평균 보상함수의 차가 새로운 레벨셋 함수의 합리적인 구동력으로 소개될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 방법은 기존 레벨셋을 이용한 방법의 단점을 최소화시키는 방법이다.

This paper presents a Modified Adaptive Complementary Sliding Mode Control (MACSMC) system for the longitudinal motion control of the Fully-Submerged Hydrofoil Craft (FSHC) in the presence of time varying disturbance and uncertain perturbations. The nonlinear disturbance observer is designed with less conservatism that only boundedness of the derivative of the disturbance is required. Then, a complementary sliding mode control system combined with adaptive law is designed to reduce the bound of stabilization error with fast convergence. In particularly, the modified complementary sliding mode surface which contains the estimation of the disturbance can reduce the switching gain and retain the normal performance of the system. Moreover, a hyperbolic tangent function contained in the control law is utilized to attenuate the chattering of the actuator. The global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated utilizing the Lyapunov stability theory. Ultimately, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The present paper provides a method for solving a complementary programming problem with quadratic objective function subject to linear constraints. The procedure developed is based on the simplex method for quadratic programming problem. An example is added to illustrate the procedure.

In this paper, we maintain that case makers '에e' and '에게ege', and '에서eseo' and '에게서egeseo' are not two separate morphemes but are simply allomorphs of the same morphemes respectively. When '에e' and '에게ege' are used as a dative marker, they show exactly the same semantic function and are in complementary distribution in relation to the semantic features of their preceding noun; that is, if the preceding noun is an animate noun, '에게ege' is used and '에e' is used if not. Also, '에게서egeseo' and '에서eseo' as ablative and locative case makers show exactly the same semantic function and show complementary distribution depending on whether the preceding noun is animate or non-animate. Therefore, we assume that these markers are semantically conditioned allomorphs.

그동안 수학교육에서는 상보성, 상보적 원리, 상보적 접근이라는 말이 자주 사용되어 왔으나 그 의미가 분명하지 않았다. 따라서 이 글에서는 수학적 지식의 상보적 특성을 살펴봄으로써 그 의미를 명확히 하고자 하였다. 먼저 일반적인 상보성의 의미를 살펴보고, 통약불가능성과 제논의 역설을 통해 수학적 개념의 상보적 특징을 고찰하도록 한다. 이를 바탕으로 학교수학에서 상보적인 접근을 고찰하였다. 학교수학에서 수학적 개념에 대한 상보적 특성을 이해하고 드러내는 것은 그 개념에 대한 통찰을 가능하게 하고 명확하고 올바로 이해하게 한다. 따라서 학생들은 단편적인 정보와 규칙의 기계적인 적용이 아닌 살아있는 체계로서 수학의 이미지를 가질 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to monitor the long-term vegetation change of the village complementary forest after restoration. Based on the monitoring in 2010, six years after the restoration project in 2004, the monitoring of the complementary forest in Dubang village in 2019 after 9 years was conducted. This study identifies the change of species diversity and structure, growth, vegetation coverage, structural quality etc. and succession through long-term monitoring. For this, field survey was conducted in 2003 and 2010, 2019. The results demonstrate significant increase of species diversity and multi-layer structure and progress of natural succession. Overall, Part I is considered to be a quasi-natural complementary village forest, which has a natural balance between natural vegetation that have remained in nature for a long time and anthropogenic vegetation, revealing the coexistence of nature and humanity. It means ecological structure and function have improved. Part II should be restored to the lost part and adaptive management rather than excessive management should be carried out to leave natural succession.

기계 및 구조물의 안전성과 신뢰성 평가를 위하여 금속재료의 피로강도 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하고, 이를 이용하여 금속재료의 피로수명 분포특성을 검토하였다. 종속도를 이용하여 구성한 관계형 피로강도 데이터베이스 시스템은 일련의 데이터 관리 및 해석작업을 효율적으로 수행하였다. 또한 Robust 방법과 보상오차함수(complementary error function)를 이용한 3-파라미터 Weibull분포의 파라미터 추정법 및 비파손확률를 검토하기 위하여 제안된 새로운 기준식의 타당성을 검토하였다. 조합분포모델을 이용하여 부하응력비와 Weibull분포의 파라미터 항으로 나타낸 피로수명 분포식은 탄소강의 P-R-N 특성을 해석함에 있어서 좋은 결과를 보였다.
