  • Recently, the interior design of electric home appliance stores requires comprehensive image management with systemic marketing strategies and consistence in order to attract consumers to purchase products. However, the environment of domestic electric home appliance stores is complex and confused by indiscreet design factors and operation. Despite of the fact that company costs a lot of money to manage each store, consumers are not provided with selling environment with high quality. On the other hand, it is inevitable to compete with foreign specialized stores and discount malls due to opening distribution market. Besides, company has faced to attract customers with distinct strategies in order to survive in various competition system. In this sense, in store environment, there should be consistent image in interior design of the store based on management ideology of the company for the successful management of electric home appliance stores. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the case of Samsung Electronics's electric home appliance stores among domestic electric home appliance stores that is applied with Store Identity Program (hereafter SIP) and to suggest solutions for the problems. Therefore, it is purposed to use as references for the stores that has the similar interior design plan. The result of this study is to upgrade the store image through providing basic data about role of data and distinct factors for competitive design as a part of Store Identity Strategy. Furthermore, it can be important data to optimize the profits and to make positive space for both consumer and company as company and products are credible with mental satisfaction of consumers if there is enough study on SIP and process and symbol of company and products to consumers, enough recognition and improvement on problems.

The management technique which is BPR with solution plan will be presented, it will reach and ERP systems which it comes true concretely appeared. From the research which it sees in order to apply at the governmental under the influence public enterprise as ERP systems which it develops it provided ERP information to the customer at real-time and the web environmental ERP system from business site it will be able to control a company internal business at real-time it constructed. The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

The Relation of the Awareness of Teacher Librarians about the Performance-Based Pay System and Their Job Satisfaction (사서교사의 교원 성과급제에 대한 인식과 직무만족과의 관계)

  • This study is to analyze teacher librarians' awareness about the performance-based pay system, their job satisfaction and the relationship between the two in an attempt to help make the pay system serve as catalyst in creating a positive competitive climate in the teacher community and boosting the qualifications of teacher librarian. As a result, the teacher librarians' grades were 4.1% in S, 27.5% in A, 62.5% in B, and 5.9% in the exception of incentive. The teacher librarians' awareness of the performance-based pay system level was only 2.15 point out of 7, and their job satisfaction level was 4.60 out of 7. The teacher librarians' were more satisfied with performance-based pay, participation, fairness of evaluation criteria, fairness of evaluation process and results. In conclusion, higher awareness of the teacher librarians' performance incentives showed higher job satisfaction. And we might be able to suggest the improvement plan for teacher librarian evaluation in teacher performance system.

  • The organic law on the Construction Industry, initially, this law was enacted with a view to preserving and fostering the specialty of each type of industry. By dividing each construction business boundary, it gradually settles the system of construction specialized on the basis of productive stages. Controversy over the abolishing regulations on business boundary still continues to swirl. Since the intensity of exclusion as well as rigidities become increased. This results from the fact that informations are not shared among business boundary and businesses under the protection of the business boundary regulations choose 'rent-sicking activity'. According to dissidents against this law, structure should be established not by artificially enforced institution but by voluntary efforts of participants in construction industry. This paper aims at improving the competitive of the construction industry by showing the efficient system of construction and proving the legitimacy of abolishing business boundary

  • The Jewelry-relation industry is being placed in the crises which are serious with depression of domestic market, design development and a major force absence also high labor cost charge. The consumers have the value of the price preparation maximum and product differentiation which they want. The Jewelry CAD and RP equipment shorten cost of production enterprise which depended hand-metal work provided for the various design and a rapid new product. But until now, it was necessary to the original work of best condition casting vacuum cycle as difficult with direct casting of synthetic resin from RP equipment. I intend to imply significance about through the CAD and RP equipment application result with it analyses, after jewelry CAD and RP work applicable to direct casting will be possible and able to through the casting vacuum cycle produce the product which is suitable in the original production. Through the this paper jewelry secures a quality improvement of the product and discrimination characteristic being various competitive power of design and provide a new base in product production.

The Impact of TPM Activities on the Business Performance of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (TPM활동이 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Purposes of this paper are to find out the implementation strategy of TPM activities for SMEs through the analysis which examine the relationship between key activity factors and business performance. TPM activity has been playing a important role to strengthen the competitive power of the enterprises through the optimization of equipment management and maintenance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 124 SMEs propelling TPM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TPM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TPM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TPM activity.

  • Today the beauty industry has reached a point of saturation, and competition has become fiercer than ever. Furthermore, customer needs and expectations have become increasingly sophisticated and diversified. In particular, it has become more difficult for small beauty salons to maintain customer loyalty by staying competitive and satisfying customer needs and demand. In fact, beauty salon customers want to get individualized services as well as a wide variety of hairstyles. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the sustainability management of beauty salons. It looked at how an increase in sales and in customer loyalty can be achieved by enhancing awareness of the fact that small beauty salons' competitiveness stems from strenuous efforts for the best customer service, individualized hairstyling services, professional skills and customer trust. The study results found that beauty salons need to keep promoting development and improvement for the following: advanced skills, excellent services, reasonable price, convenient locations, advertisement and PR, development of an exclusive manual, intensive staff training and character education plan, complaint management and follow-up and decrease in customer migration.

  • Many companies are adopting Information System (IS) operation outsourcing to focus on their core competencies and enhance operational efficiency. However, most of them employ a headcount-based pricing model, which often leads to exhaustive negotiations over contract costs without objective criteria or systematic frameworks. This headcount-based outsourcing contract environment results in low motivation/incentives for both client companies and IT service providers to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality, which poses challenges in securing a competitive advantage. This study introduces the development process of an IS operation outsourcing pricing model, which was collaboratively developed and agreed upon for implementation in actual contracts by an IT service company of a conglomerate. Also, the study underscores the activities undertaken to secure IT service competitiveness based on this model so as to deliver a practical guide for companies seeking to transition their outsourcing contract methods.

  • Being in the globally competitive environment, public port enterprises which accentuate on the employment of excellent talents to procure competitive advantage are introducing the NCS(National Competency Standards)-based employment system that focuses on job skills. This study mainly aims to analyze the actual status of NCS utilization among public port enterprises and its usefulness as well as performance. The appropriateness, efficiency, satisfaction, comprehensiveness and performance of the current NCS - based employment system were analyzed by using collected data from the recruiting officers and new employees as subjects. And eventually an improvement plan was suggested. The result of analysis shows that the appropriateness and satisfaction level of NCS - based employment system are generally high; while its effectiveness, applicants' recognition and acceptance level as well as performance are slightly higher. Moreover, the job capability and performance on the job of new employee selected by the NCS employment system were analyzed to be higher when the appropriateness and satisfaction level of that system is high. In order to establish NCS - based employment system, early formulation and implementation of job performance assessment system to evaluate the actual abilities and performance of job is necessary. This study suggested the NCS - based employment system is effective for public port enterprises to procure excellent talents, as well as being useful for job preparation of job seekers according to the job competencies requirement of the enterprises. Therefore, this study contributes to the proliferation of NCS - based recruitment system.
