A peroxidase[E.C.1.11.1.7] is very important enzymes,e.g., as preventive antioxidants. The function is connected with growth and specialization of plant. It makes from the peroxidase and other product to save itself When a plant have been under stress of environment. A class III peroxidase cDNA was isolated from the flower bud of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer and named PgPrx3. The PgPrx3 is an ORF(open reading frame) of 1,065 bp and a amino acid of 355 residue. Used BioEdit software to compare the PgPrx3 amino acid sequence with other plants which have already known a result of Identity was Spinacia oleracea(70%), vigna angularis(71%), Nicotiana tabacum(69%) and Linum usitatissimym(65%). The peroxidase of Vigna angularis has high homology relationship with ginseng. for that reason, the PgPx3 is a member of class III peroxidase.

Residential space can be stated as a decisive body compositely affected by environmental, physical, social, and cultural influences. Resulting from this idea, residential space can be defined as a mirror reflecting peoples' life at that period. Therefore, it is possible to understand the social and cultural aspects of a certain era through analyzing the residential space built and used at that period. Viewing from this point, latter term of Chosun Period, as a transitional period, was a tie of collapse for the structure of middle-class society forcing its identity system to be reorganized, and of improving upon commerce, agriculture, and manual industry to enable modernization. Following this idea, the goal of this research is to analyze characteristics of higher middle class residences built at the close of 19th century in Gyeonggi province in order to bring into light the change of social structure of the period.

A $JB^{*}-triple$ is a Banach space A on which the group Aut(B) of biholomorphic automorphisms acts transitively on the open unit ball B of A. In this case, a triple product {$\cdots$} from $A\;\times\;A\;\times\;A\;to\;A$ can be defined in a canonical way. If A is also the dual of some Banach space $A_{*}$, then A is said to be a JBW triple. A projection R on A is said to be structural if the identity {Ra, b, Rc} = R{a, Rb, c, }holds. On $JBW^{*}-triples$, structural projections being algebraic objects by definition have also some interesting metric properties, and it is possible to give a full characterization of structural projections in terms of the norm of the predual $A_{*}$ of A. It is shown, that the class of structural projections on A coincides with the class of the adjoints of neutral GL-projections on $A_{*}$. Furthermore, the class of GL-projections on $A_{*}$ is naturally ordered and is completely ortho-additive with respect to L-orthogonality.

Let R be a ring with identity and J(R) denote the Jacobson radical of R, i.e., the intersection of all maximal left ideals of R. A ring R is called J-symmetric if for any $a,b,c{\in}R$, abc = 0 implies $bac{\in}J(R)$. We prove that some results of symmetric rings can be extended to the J-symmetric rings for this general setting. We give many characterizations of such rings. We show that the class of J-symmetric rings lies strictly between the class of symmetric rings and the class of directly finite rings.

A submodule N of a module M is called ${\mathcal{S}}$-closed (in M) if M/N is nonsingular. It is well-known that the class Closed of short exact sequences determined by closed submodules is a proper class in the sense of Buchsbaum. However, the class $\mathcal{S}-Closed$ of short exact sequences determined by $\mathcal{S}$-closed submodules need not be a proper class. In the first part of the paper, we describe the smallest proper class ${\langle}\mathcal{S-Closed}{\rangle}$ containing $\mathcal{S-Closed}$ in terms of $\mathcal{S}$-closed submodules. We show that this class coincides with the proper classes projectively generated by Goldie torsion modules and coprojectively generated by nonsingular modules. Moreover, for a right nonsingular ring R, it coincides with the proper class generated by neat submodules if and only if R is a right SI-ring. In abelian groups, the elements of this class are exactly torsionsplitting. In the second part, coprojective modules of this class which we call ec-flat modules are also investigated. We prove that injective modules are ec-flat if and only if each injective hull of a Goldie torsion module is projective if and only if every Goldie torsion module embeds in a projective module. For a left Noetherian right nonsingular ring R of which the identity element is a sum of orthogonal primitive idempotents, we prove that the class ${\langle}\mathcal{S-Closed}{\rangle}$ coincides with the class of pure-exact sequences of modules if and only if R is a two-sided hereditary, two-sided $\mathcal{CS}$-ring and every singular right module is a direct sum of finitely presented modules.

In this paper, we propose a novel way of combining multiple deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) architectures which work well for accurate video face identification by adopting a serial combination of 3D and 2D DCNNs. The proposed method first divides an input video sequence (to be recognized) into a number of sub-video sequences. The resulting sub-video sequences are used as input to the 3D DCNN so as to obtain the class-confidence scores for a given input video sequence by considering both temporal and spatial face feature characteristics of input video sequence. The class-confidence scores obtained from corresponding sub-video sequences is combined by forming our proposed class-confidence matrix. The resulting class-confidence matrix is then used as an input for learning 2D DCNN learning which is serially linked to 3D DCNN. Finally, fine-tuned, serially combined DCNN framework is applied for recognizing the identity present in a given test video sequence. To verify the effectiveness of our proposed method, extensive and comparative experiments have been conducted to evaluate our method on COX face databases with their standard face identification protocols. Experimental results showed that our method can achieve better or comparable identification rate compared to other state-of-the-art video FR methods.

근래 소비자의 제품 선택은 단순한 소득 계층별이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일에 따라서 변화되고 있으며, 그에 따라 수요의 다양화, 상품의 다품종화가 모든 산업에서 전개되고 있다. 즉 기업은 다양화, 다품종화 속에서 얼마나 생산성을 실현하느냐에 따라 미래 기업의 운명이 좌우되는 것이다. 본 논고에서는 제품개발에 있어서 상품성이 높은 제품개발에는 개발 과정에서의 표적시장 명확화가 불가결하다는 점에 인식에서 출발, 메이커만의 독자적 아이덴티티를 구축하여 브랜드 이미지를 형성하고, 그에 따른 브랜드 역할과 가치에 대해 자동차 사례를 중심으로 논의한 것이다. 이러한 브랜드 고유의 일관된 디자인 아이덴티티를 정립, 적용함으로서 상징성이나 감성적 성향이 점차 강조되어 가고 있는 제품속성에 대응, 고객이 만족하는 기대수준 이상의 가치를 제공하려는 데 의미가 있다.

It is ironic but not coincidental that the loss of Korean sovereignty to Japan roughly paralleled the formation of the idea of Korean ethnic identity. The coalescence of the content of this heretofore amorphous notion of a "pure" and transcendental (in the class sense) ethnic essence was, again ironically, the result both of ideologies taken from (or given by) Japan and resistance to Japanese encroachment. What resulted was the birth of a hybrid (sub) consciousness that was able to accommodate disparate, or even contradictory, realities simultaneously without any sense of contradiction (Christian and shaman for example). If, as Kim Chul has asserted, the colonial period was the most impactful in forming today's Korean society and "giving birth" to today's Korean, it becomes easy to imagine how this formation process included elements of Japanese and western culture. This meant that there was going to be an inevitable cognitive dissonance when these influences collided with the imperatives of ethnic nationalism which became the touchstone for a common Korean identity (North and South). This paper attempts to show how this split-consciousness was manifested in Yeom Sang seop's Manse jeon with the aim of identifying how it affects discourses related to nationalism and identity.

A cDNA encoding a putative alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) class III was cloned from the silkworm, Bombyx mono The full length cDNA is 1,385 nucleotides long and contains an open reading frame of 1,128 bp encoding 376 amino acid residues. The B. mon ADH III protein sequence was aligned with ADH III known from various organisms. Interestingly, the protein sequence of B. mon ADH III showed 87% and 85% identity to ADH III from marine fish Sparus aurata and Branchiostoma floridae, respectively, whereas rather low sequence identity (83%) to Drosophila melanogaster ADH III was observed. Northern blot analysis revealed that B. mon ADH III mRNA is expressed in all tissues from larva examined: fat body, midgut, epidermis, silk gland and ovary, with the highest level found in the fat body.

This article concerns the property that for any element a in a ring, if a²ⁿ = aⁿ for some n ≥ 2 then a² = a. The class of rings with this property is large, but there also exist many kinds of rings without that, for example, rings of characteristic ≠2 and finite fields of characteristic ≥ 3. Rings with such a property is called reduced-over-idempotent. The study of reduced-over-idempotent rings is based on the fact that the characteristic is 2 and every nonzero non-identity element generates an infinite multiplicative semigroup without identity. It is proved that the reduced-over-idempotent property pass to polynomial rings, and we provide power series rings with a partial affirmative argument. It is also proved that every finitely generated subring of a locally finite reduced-over-idempotent ring is isomorphic to a finite direct product of copies of the prime field {0, 1}. A method to construct reduced-over-idempotent fields is also provided.
