교통안전과 효율적인 교통관리의 도로교통정책이 간선도로 등 일정규모 이상의 도로에서 주로 이루어지고 있어 상대적으로 생활도로의 안전성은 열악한 상황이다. 특히, 보행자의 안전이 주가 되어야 할 주거지역의 생활권 도로까지 차량이 우선시 되는 경우가 발생하는 등 상대적으로 생활도로에 대한 개선은 이루지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 생활도로 내 교차로 알림이 설치기준을 제시하기 위하여 광주광역시를 중심으로 현장조사를 실시하였고, 생활도로내 교차로에 영향을 미치는 영향인자와의 관계를 다중회귀분석을 통한 예측모형으로 도출하였다. 나아가 생활도로내 사고예측 모형을 통한 실측값을 제시 한 후 교차로 알림이가 설치된 지점의 값과 비교 검증하여 생활도로내 교차로 알림이 설치기준을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 생활도로 내 잦은 교통사고를 예방하고 생활도로를 이용하는 이용자들의 편의성 및 안전을 고려한 교차로 알림이 설치가 이루어 질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

자율주행자동차(Automated vehicle, AV) 교통사고가 지속적으로 발생하면서 자율주행시스템(automated driving system, ADS)의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 안전성 검증의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 ADS의 운행가능영역(operational design domain, ODD)을 정의하고 ODD를 벗어나는 상황에서의 대응 능력을 평가하면서 ADS의 안전성을 검증해야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 SAE, BSI, NHTSA, ISO 등의 국제 기구에서는 ODD 분류 기준 및 표준을 규정하고 있으나 국내의 경우 ODD 기준이 부재하여 AV의 ODD 표현 방법 및 안전성 검증 및 평가가 적절히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외 ODD 분류 기준을 분석하고 안전성 검증 및 평가에 적합한 분류 기준을 선정하였다. 선정된 ODD를 기반으로 ADS 안전성 검증 및 평가에 필요한 평가요소를 제시하였다. 특히, ADS 기술 개발을 지원하는 자율주행 실험도시(K-City)의 평가환경을 분석하여 평가요소를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식, 비판적 사고성향과 표준주의지침 수행도와의 관계를 확인하고자 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 S시, C시 소재 3개 중소병원의 간호사로 연구목적을 이해하고 함여 의사를 표시한 대상자는 158명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 1월 5일부터 2020년 3월 31일까지이었고, 수집된 자료의 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계, 회귀분석, Sobel test는 SPSS/WIN26.0 Program을 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 표준주의 지침 수행도는 환자안전문화인식(r=.524, p<.001) 및 비판적 사고성향(r=.471, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 비판적 사고성향은 환자안전문화 인식과 표준주의지침 수행도의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구결과를 토대로 반복연구가 이루어지고 간호사의 표준주의지침 수행도를 증진시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

An undeniable reason for elevator accidents is relevant to diverse defects of elevator itself including a fatal flaw in its managing system. In order to prevent and control disastrous accidents, Korean government established brand new department, Ministry of Public Safety and Security(MPSS) in 2014. For the field of elevator accidents, MPSS, hoping to take the lead, tries to reform related law and statutes. At this time, it is worthwhile to review foreign country's precedent to find out its applicable lesson. This study specially focuses on introducing U.S. legal system dealing with elevator safety area from the viewpoint of stressing the identity of local governments such as state, county, city etc. This article mainly reviews these four points: i) a current state of safety code, guide, standard for elevator in U.S.A. ii) an elevator parts certification system under ASME A.17.1, iii) an elevator inspection system in New York City, iv) an implication of an elevator certification and inspection system in U.S.A. to us.

As the silver population rapidly increased, it became more urgent to establish a scheme of the traffic safety for the old. As part of the scheme, a polity to apply 'designation of the silver zone' was legislated into law. However, the standard quoting 'the silver zone should be within 300m - radius of the relevant facility' was considered homogeneous and even limited to apply its original objective. This study was to introduce a new standard to select the silver zone reflecting the actual scale. Consequently, I hope that this study would be useful reference for further development and the approach in the research could be legislated into law for more efficient designation and operation of the silver zone.

Recently, there has been a large social issue about the environmental sector for safe zones from crime. Since 2010, starting with Seoul, most local governments have enacted ordinances related to crime prevention environmental design (hereinafter referred to as CPTED) and are showing active movement. In this study, as part of a method to understand how to use the design elements applied to CPTED, the safety village creation project of deteriorated construction districts in Daegu Metropolitan City was conducted, focusing on the 10 project destinations using CPTED, and the CPTED application elements were evaluated by CPTED. The analysis was conducted according to the basic principles, and the elements related to the architectural plan of the environmental design elements were reviewed. In order to extract the environmental design elements of the project site, the CPTED guideline appropriate for the sector was used based on the standard guidelines for environmental design for crime prevention in Daegu City and the contents of the crime prevention urban design ordinance.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도, 임파원먼트, 표준주의지침 인지도 및 수행도 간의 관련성을 파악하고, 표준주의지침 수행도의 영향요인을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 J시 소재 일 간호대학 재학생 185명이었다. 자료수집은 2018년 9월 10일에서 21일까지 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 표준주의지침 수행도의 영향요인은 인지도, 임파워먼트, 환자안전행사 참여로 나타났으며 수행도를 51.0% 설명하였다. 이에 간호대학생의 의료관련감염 관리를 위한 표준주의지침 수행도를 향상시키기 위해서는 인지도를 높이고 임파워먼트를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 융합적 교육프로그램의 적용과 환자안전행사에 간호대학생이 적극 참여할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

In this study, noise analyses were performed toward ten school and one library-building adjacent to road. In particular, noise levels measured in the case-study city were compared to those from environmental noise standard as well as to encouraged noise level. In the analyses, the following conclusions are emphasized in order to make comfortable educational learning environment. 1) When windows were open, the measured noise level of 9 schools exceeded the encouraged noise level. In order to mitigate the exceeded level, it is necessary to plant trees or lawn and install soundproofing wall. 2) When windows were closed, the measured noise level of the most schools showed lower than that of encouraged level. For sound insulation, installing both double window and casement window are required. 3) Schoolhouse's vertical arrangement from the road in order to minimize the expected noise effect, and provision of green space by which visual hiding as well as psychological comfort are presumably achieved.

In winter season, the survey was performed in three commercial office buildings in the metropolitan Seoul, Pusan, and Gwangju city. The purpose of the survey was to evaluate the effectiveness of ventilation for offices in commercial buildings. The data were compared to standard of applicable to the indoor ventilation in office. The results indicated that the most commercial office buildings used the air handing unit and fan coil unit as HVAC system, and the intake amount of fresh outdoor air were very inadequate to compared to the ASHRAE standard value of $0.57\;m^3/min/person$. Also the surveyed all commercial office building used the HVAC system as a meas of controlling temperature for office indoor air. Ultimately, these results presented that there were possibility of evoking indoor air quality problems by the insufficient ventilation.
