본 연구는 보육실습을 마친 3급 예비보육교사를 대상으로 보육실습에 대한 경험과 경험이 남긴 의미를 알아보고, 이를 통하여 3급 보육교사들의 효율적인 보육실습지도 방향을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 경기소재 P 보육교사교육원과 S 보육교사교육원에서 교육받고 있는 16명을 대상으로 개인 면담을 실시한 후 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 보육실습은 실습기관 선정의 어려움, 실습준비 부족, 교육과정과 현장의 연계 불일치, 실습의 스트레스, 영유아 지도의 어려움, 현장의 현실을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보육실습의 경험이 남긴 의미는 보육교사로서 자신의 진로 결정 및 가치관을 정립하는데 영향을 끼쳤으며, 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 실천적 지식을 형성할 수 있도록 해주었다. 논의에서는 도출된 주제를 중심으로 보육실습을 체계적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 학부모들의 보육기관 특별활동 프로그램 구성 요구 분석을 위한 기초 연구로서 영유아 자녀를 가진 학부모들이 가장 많이 이용하는 사교육의 형태인 문화센터 프로그램의 전국적인 개설 현황 실태와 주된 교육내용을 살펴보았다. 실태 조사는 전국에 점포를 가진 대형할인점, 백화점의 문화센터 8개소 총 300개 문화센터의 영유아 대상 프로그램을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 프로그램 내용분석은 가장 많은 프로그램을 가진 문화센터 3곳의 400개 영유아 프로그램의 강의계획안을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 프로그램 분석기준은 영아는 제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정, 유아는 누리교육과정의 영역과 내용범주를 기준으로 하였다. 실태 분석 결과, 영아용 프로그램은 총 12,286개로 나타났으며 종합, 신체운동, 예술경험의 음악 이 순서대로 나타났다. 유아용 프로그램은 15,310개였으며 신체운동 건강, 예술경험의 미술, 자연탐구의 수, 조작 순서로 많이 나타났다. 프로그램 내용을 내용범주를 기준으로 구체적으로 분석한 결과 영아는 신체운동 영역의 '신체활동 참여하기', 유아용 프로그램은 예술경험 영역의 '예술적 표현하기' 가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 보육기관의 특별활동 프로그램 구성에 영아의 경우, 신체 활동 참여를, 유아의 경우 예술적 표현이 많이 나타나는 프로그램을 학부모들이 요구한다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

지역아동센터는 아동의 지역사회 내 건강하고 안전한 보호와 적응으로의 종합적 복지서비스를 담당하는 사회복지서비스기관으로, 한정된 자원을 가지고 서비스의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 지역사회연계가 필수불가결하다. 그러나 지금까지의 지역사회연계는 매우 협의적이며 제한적인 의미로만 사용되었으므로 지역사회 내에서 성장하고 지역사회를 배움의 터로 활용해야하는 아동에게는 그 어느 영역보다 넓은 의미에서의 지역사회연계에 대한 새로운 해석이 요구되어진다. 이에 본 연구는 생태체계론적 관점에서 보다 "확장된 개념"의 지역사회연계에 대한 탐색적인 고찰을 통해 아동, 그 중 더욱 사회적 관심과 지원이 촉구되는 빈곤 등의 취약상황에 놓인 아동들의 지역사회 적응과 자기성장을 돕는 기초적 자료로 활용코자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism. The subjects were 279 teachers employed in childcare centers in K Province. Data was collected by questionnaires, which required self-report by teachers. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, hierarchial regression, by using SPSS Win 19.0. The results of our study was as follows. First, main effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was observed. teachers' covert narcissism was positively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. and supervisors' servant leadership was negatively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. Second, supervisors' servant leadership was a better predictor of teachers' organizational cynicism than teachers' covert narcissism. Finally, interaction effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was not observed.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has conducted the Dietary Education Projects at Childcare Centers since 2015. This study provides preliminary data for early childhood dietary education programs, by evaluating the outcomes of the projects. This survey enrolled 212 participants whose children had participated in the projects, and 142 non-participants. Comparing the perception of importance towards each educational program of the projects, dietary education program gained significantly higher importance than other subjects included, and was significantly higher in the participants than in non-participants. In the preference for food group survey for children, vegetable and seaweed preferences were higher among participants than non-participants, indicating that participation in the dietary education projects contribute towards increase in preferences for vegetables and seaweed, which children generally dislike. No significant differences were observed in children's dietary habits between participant and non-participant groups, thereby suggesting that the education projects were insufficient for inducing dietary habit changes. In order to accomplish effective improvement of dietary habits, the education projects need further improvements to achieve systematic and long-term plans.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of childcare teachers' positive human relationships in childcare centers on care sensitivity to children through their work immersion. Methods: The subjects of this study were child care teachers who were conveniently sampled from Incheon City. A total of 380 surveys were distributed, and a total of 334 surveys were analyzed, Poor or incomplete questionnaires collected were excluded. The. Sobel Test and Baron & Kenny's multi-regression were used for the analysis with the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: Child care teachers' positive relationships with directors, with their fellow teachers, and with parents had an influence on teachers' care sensitivity to children. Teacher's positive relationships with their fellow teachers and with parents had an influence on teachers' work immersion, which mediated the relationships between teacher's human relationship and their care sensitivity to children. Conclusion/Implications: The positive relationships of child care teachers directly and indirectly affect their sensitivity to children through teachers' work immersion.

The study aimed to define the paths through which director's servant leadership, childcare center teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism affected teacher's organizational citizenship behavior and determined their effects. The subjects for this study were 545 teachers of the childcare centers located in Daegu and Kyoungbuk district. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 8.0. The results showed 1) The director's servant leadership, teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism influenced directly on organizational citizenship behavior. 2) The director's servant leadership influenced directly on teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism. 3) The director's servant leadership influenced indirectly on organizational citizenship behavior by teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism.

보육공간환경은 영유아의 성장과 발달에 큰 영향을 미친다. 영유아의 건강과 안전을 고려한 쾌적한 공간환경을 구축하는 것이 큰 사회적 과제로 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 국내외 가이드라인의 보육공간환경을 비교 분석하여, 보육환경의 쾌적함과 지속가능성을 보완할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 유니버설 디자인을 비롯하여 영유아의 스케일을 고려한 치수 기준, 온도, 환기, 조명 등의 환경기준, 가구와 마감재의 친환경성 등에 대한 제안이 추가된 통합 가이드라인을 도출하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between caring thinking and communication skills of childcare center teachers, and the effect of caring thinking on communication skills. Methods: The subjects of this study were 152 teachers working at childcare centers in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The research tool used was a self-reporting questionnaire in order to examine caring thinking and the communication skills of those teachers. For the data analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: First, there were significant differences in caring thinking and communication skills according to the age and academic background of the teachers. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between caring thinking and the communication skills of the teachers. Third, responsibility, respect, and a non-directive attitude among the sub-factors of the teachers had a significant impact on communication skills. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, it was found that caring thinking of the teachers was one of the variables that improved communication skills. These results suggest that there is a need to provide various programs and support for enhancing caring thinking as one of the ways to develop the communication skills of childcare center teachers.

The goal of this study is to examine the relationship between efficacy belief and role performance of childcare teachers, and also to utilize the results as the basic data for teacher education. The subjects were 205 teachers at 48 childcare centers located in Jeonlabuk-do area. The instruments employed included efficacy belief, teachers' role performance, experiences, and age. The data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson correlation, and Regression Analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the role of child carer was the vest performance through childcare teachers' role. Second, the role of instructor, counselor, researcher, and others was significantly different among the types of childcare institution. Third, the social position of ability and personal teaching efficacy belief were correlated positively with teachers' experience. The activeness, the social position of ability, general teaching efficacy belief, personal teaching efficacy belief, and the role of child carer, instructor, counselor, researcher, and others were correlated positively with teachers' age. Fourth, the role of child carer, instructor, counselor, researcher, and others was correlated positively with the activeness and the social position of ability, whereas it was correlated negatively with failure anxiety. Lastly, the activeness was the most powerful variable influencing teachers' role performance.
