인천·대전지역 근로자의 직장구강검진 인식 및 만족도 (Recognition and Satisfaction of National Oral Examination for Workers in Incheon and Daejeon)

  • 본 연구는 직장구강검진의 인식도 및 만족도를 조사하여 직장구강검진의 수검률을 높일 방안을 제안하고자, 편의추출된 대전과 인천지역 20개 사업장 근로자 중 본 조사에 동의한 379명을 대상으로 2014년 6월 30일부터 7월 30일까지 근로자의 직장검진, 직장구강검진의 수검현황과 만족도, 건강행위의도 등을 조사 분석하고, 종사업종, 고용형태, 월급여에 따른 차이를 비교하였다. 1. 직장건강검진 수검경험은 76.0%였으며, 직장구강검진 수검경험은 51.7%였고, 회사에서 직장건강검진 고지는 64.9%이었고, 직장구강검진 고지는 28.2%였다. 2. 직장구강검진 결과에 따라 치료할 용의가 있음은 3점 척도에서 $2.75{\pm}0.52$, 구강검진 결과에 따라 스케일링할 용의가 있음 $2.72{\pm}0.57$, 구강검진 결과에 따라 잇솔질 방법을 변화할 용의가 있음 $2.69{\pm}0.66$, 건강검진의 필요성 $2.69{\pm}0.96$, 직장구강검진의 필요성 $2.68{\pm}0.66$, 직장구강검진이 구강건강유지에 도움이 됨 $2.61{\pm}0.59$, 직장건강검진이 건강유지에 도움이 됨 $2.61{\pm}1.14$로 타 문항에 비해 긍정적이었다. 3. 종사업종 별로는, 사무직이 회사로부터 직장건강검진 및 구강검진 수검에 관한 공지 받는 비율이 유의하게 높았으며, 치료에 대한 금전적 여유가 유의하게 높았고, 영업직은 음주자제 의도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 고용형태 별로는, 정규직이 직장건강검진 경험, 주기적 직장검진, 직장에서의 건강검진 고지, 내원검진, 직장구강건강검진 경험에서 유의하게 높은 비율을 보였으며 의료진의 태도 만족, 구강검진결과에 따른 스케일링 의향, 금연에 대한 의도에서 유의하게 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 5. 200만원 월급여를 기준으로, 200만원 미만이 직장건강검진 경험, 주기적 직장검진, 직장에서의 직장검진 고지, 내원검진, 직장구강검진 경험, 직장에서의 직장구강검진 고지에서 유의하게 낮았으나, 만족도에 있어서는 금전적 여유를 제외하고는 차이가 없었고, 건강행위에서는 주기적 운동과 구강보조용품 사용에 있어 200만원 이상이 더 긍정적으로 답변하였다. 구강검진결과에 따라 잇솔질 방법 개선, 스케일링, 치과치료에 대한 의향은 매우 긍정적이었으므로, 국가구강검진 수검률을 높이고 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 제도적 뒷받침과 치과계의 관심이 필요하며 경제적 고용환경이 열악한 근로자들에 대한 국가 구강검진에 대한 적극적 홍보가 필요하다.

개인 및 조직 성향의 적합도와 직무스트레스와의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Coincidences Between Group Traits and Personal Traits upon the Job Stress)

  • Person characteristics and the perception of organization climate affect on the performances associated with causes of job stress, and may induce various types of human errors. For incidence, a person's adaptation to organizational traits can influence on a person's performance with tasks assigned as well as job satisfaction, a change of occupation, etc. There are several evaluation methods such as an aptitude test to evaluate the suitability of department allocation. However, only person's traits such as an aptitude has been associated with department allocation and job assignment for the personnel management. This paper shows not only an evaluation result on the job-stress of the workers in nuclear power plants (NPPs), but also the relationships between the job-stress and the coincidences of group-personal, team-personal traits. Then, we systematically deduct a basic information on the factors to be considered to manage the organizational traits and job stress. We expect this result can contribute to enhance the organizational management against to the human errors as well as for the promotion of safety and efficiency of NPPs.

여성인력의 직무태도 변화 (An Empirical Study on the Job Attitude Changes of Women Employees)

  • As the living standards have been enhanced thanks to rapid to rapid economic growth following industrial progress, today the advancement of woman into specialized jobs keep expanding not only for economic purpose such as increasing family income but also due to changed perception on woman's role, i.e. self-realization. In the actual situations, however, women are generally placed in a inferior position compared with men in most jobs, despite existence of gender equality policy. Therefore, concern and study on female adaptation into job and their work attitude have become increasingly important, which can contribute to alleviating women's discontent in the work but to raising efficiency of job execution and improving work quality. In this treatise, I researched the job attitude of woman for the period of 1980 up to 2005, with interval of every 5 years. For empirical analysis, research has been done towards females teachers in elementary and middle schools as well as female works in financial institutions. Both job fields have comparatively high percentage of female employees and have less sexual discrimination. The purpose of this vertical research is (1) to find out how women workers perceive their job environment, (2) to analyze empirically the change in female job attitude and their flow of consciousness. Ultimately this treatise aimed at contributing to efficient management of female work force in our society.

욕창간호 실무지침 개정 (Updates of Nursing Practice Guideline for Pressure Injury)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to update the existing evidence-based nursing clinical practice guideline in management of pressure injury in South Korea. Methods: The update process underwent the 22 steps according to the update method based on the international standards. Results: The updated nursing practice guideline for pressure injury consists of 4 domains and 436 recommendations. The numbers of recommendations in each domain were 25 for hospital policies, 51 for assessment, 350 for prevention and management, and 10 for education. There were 2.5% of A, 13.3% of B, 84.2% of C in terms of grading of recommendations. Among these, the major revision was done in 32 recommendations (7.4%). A total of 299 recommendations (68.6%) were added newly. Minor revisions, such as change or addition of some words, were also made in 25 recommendations(5.7%). No change was made in 80 recommendations (18.3%) compared to the previous ones. Conclusion: The nursing practice guideline for pressure injury has been updated. This updated guideline can be used as educational materials for both healthcare workers and patients with pressure injury.

남성의 외모관리 행동과 정보탐색과의 관계 고찰 (Relationship between Appearance Management Behavior and Information Search of Male Workers)

  • 인류역사와 함께 해온 인간의 미의식에 대한 기본적 욕구가 현대의 경제적 사회적 변화의 추이에 따라 보다 개인화 다양화 되었으며, 여성에 비해 매스미디어의 접속과 경험이 상대적으로 높은 남성들의 경우 외모관리를 위한 정보 획득과 공유를 미디어 상에서 빠르게 적용 및 활용해 가는 특징이 강하다. 본 논문에서는 현대 남성상의 이미지와 특징을 분류 정리하였으며, 남성의 외모관리와 정보탐색의 관계를 정보매체 유형을 분석하였다. 또한 남성의 외모관리행동과 특징을 메이크업, 헤어관리, 피부관리, 손발관리, 성형수술로 구분하여 정보매체별 탐색 관계를 고찰하였다. 이는 남성소비시장을 타깃으로 한 미용, 화장품, 병원 등의 산업군에서 홍보마케팅 정보로 유용한 가치가 있을 것으로 보여 지며, 외모관리를 위한 정보탬색을 위한 매체 유형 선호관계를 이해함으로써 광고마케팅 전략 수립에 가치 있는 정보로 작용하리라 본다.

특급 호텔의 고용환경 변화 요인이 조리사의 직무 불안정성과 경력 몰입 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Environmental Change of Employment on Job Insecurity and Career Commitment Perception among Cooks in Deluxe Hotels)

  • 본 연구는 특급호텔의 정규직 조리사 집단의 고용불안정이 직무불안정성 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 하였다. 총 389명의 특급호텔 정규직 조리사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 구조 방정식 모형을 통해 2개의 가설을 검증하였다. 가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였고 분석결과, 고용환경 변화요인 중 정리해고 증가인식(${\beta}$=0.326), 조직구조 변화인식(${\beta}$=0.237), 비정규직 증가인식(${\beta}$=0.200) 순으로 직무 불안정성에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며 직무 불안정성(${\beta}$=0.340)은 경력몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 특급호텔의 고용환경 변화가 종사원에게 직무 불안정성을 느껴 결론적으로는 경력을 쌓으면서 조직에 머물기 위해 더욱 노력하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 직무 불안정을 잘 관리할수록 종사원의 경력몰입을 늘릴 수 있기 때문에 기업에서는 종사원의 경력몰입을 위해 동기부여를 해야 한다.

Omni-Channel Retailing and Digital Business: A Case Study in Malaysia

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has a great impact in various ways. It changes the normal routine of lives and businesses. Many businesses encounter tremendous financial pressure, some of them lay off workers or choose to close down. According to the statistics, e-commerce experiences a four-fold growth in sales during the pandemic period. There is an urgency for firms to digitalize their businesses to respond to the change in the landscape of purchasing patterns of consumers. The purpose of this study is to understand the success of a few popular apparel brands in digital businesses. This is a qualitative research, and secondary data is collected for the analysis. The findings reveal that all of them engage in omni-channel methods in digitizing their businesses while utilizing other forms of technologies in their product and operational management. All selected firms agree with the importance of digital business, and omni-channel retailing is their choice. In these unprecedented times, the sustainable success of the apparel firms in digital businesses requires a flexible and innovative approach and a commitment to achieving operational excellence. Continuous renewal and digital transformation are needed so that these companies have the capabilities to adapt to changes and reap the benefits of a satisfactory organizational performance.

코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 경험한 커리어쇼크가 주관적 경력 성공 인식 수준에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Career Shock Experienced in the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Level of Subjective Career Success Perception.)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of shocking events in the career aspect experienced by Korean workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out whether these career shocks affect individual perceptions of the importance of subjective career success. Design/methodology/approach - In the survey of 146 respondents, the career shock events experienced in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were largely divided into three categories; 'work change', 'employment anxiety', and 'life anxiety'. For the subjective career success, seven dimensions - 'financial security', 'financial achievement', 'entrepreneurship', 'positive relationship', 'positive impact', 'learning and development', 'work-life balance' - were used. Findings - As a result, there was no difference in the perception of subjective career success due to the experience of 'work change' during the Covid-19 period. However, the respondents who experienced 'employment anxiety' came to recognize that 'financial security' and 'financial achievement' were more increasing in terms of the degree of difference of importance. And respondents who experienced 'lifetime anxiety' perceived that the degree of difference of importance was increasing in the six dimensions except for 'social influence'. Particularly, the increase in the importance of 'work-life balance' and 'positive relationship' was found to be the greatest among the career success dimensions. Research implications or Originality - Finally, it was concluded that changes in the external environment such as Covid-19 pandemic influence as a career shock and affect the level of importance in subjective career success perception. Based on the results, the theoretical implication on current career study and some practical implications for organizational career management were suggested.

해양오염예방을 위한 자율점검제도 개선방안 (How to Improve Self-Check System for Marin Pollution Prevention in Korea)

  • 해양경찰은 2007년부터 해양오염예방관리가 우수한 사업장을 대상으로 "자율점검제도"를 도입하여 관리하여 왔으며, 사업장의 많은 관심과 참여로 효과를 거두었다. 그러나 수년이 지나면서 변화된 사회 환경과 해양종사자들의 의식 변화 그리고 내부조직의 변화 등이 적기에 반영되지 않아 정체되어 있는 실정이다. 이러한 내외부의 환경변화를 수용하기 위하여 자율점검제도에 참여하는 사업장의 해양종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 제도를 재조명하고 효과적인 개선방안을 마련하는데 중점을 두었다. 제도의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 홍보를 강화하고 5톤 이상 선박의 해양오염관리를 위한 제도개선이 필요하며, 해양오염관리가 우수한 사업장은 사업 활동과 점검에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있도록 해양환경관리법에 "자율점검제도"를 반영해야 한다.

기업 종사자들의 공정성 지각이 심리자본과 직무만족을 통해 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 건설업·제조업 종사자를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Corporate Employee's Perception of Organizational Justice on Psychological Capital, Occupational Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment : Mainly on the Workers in Construction and Manufacturing Firms)

  • With research findings that the righteous and advanced society relies on the microscopic personal experience related to the justice as well as the perilous reality of 70% of corporate employees in all industrial environment, this study samples employees in the manufacturing and construction industry, both of which take up 40% of all industries, to look into how the awareness of the justice within their organizations influences the organizational commitment through psychological capital and occupational satisfaction; and to understand the beginnings for the macroscopic change. As a result of verifying the interrelationship between the justice and psychological factors, distributive justice and interactive justice are in a positive relationship with the psychological capital while procedural justice shows no influence; the procedural justice and interactive justice are positive with the occupational satisfaction whereas the distributive justice shows no influence. Also psychological capital appears positive with the occupational satisfaction and organizational commitment while occupational satisfaction is positively related to the organizational commitment.
