호텔 주방조직의 인적자원관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on human resources management for kitchen of hotel)

  • Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

  • In order to implement Artificial Intelligence, various technologies have been widely used. Artificial Intelligence is applied for many industrial product and machine tools are the center of manufacturing devices in intelligent manufacturing system. The purpose of this paper is to present the construction of Rule Base for knowledge structure that is applicable to machine tools. This system is that decision whether to act in accordance with machine status is support system. It constructs Rule Base of knowledge used of machine toots. The constructed Rule Base facilitates the effective operation and control of machine tools and will provide a systematic way to integrate the expert's knowledge that will apply Intelligent Machine Tools.

정신보건심판위원회 계속입원치료 심사제도 운영현황 및 개선방안 (Operation Status and Improvement Plan of Continuing Hospitalization Judgement System in Mental Health Review Board)

  • Background: The recent revision of South Korea's Mental Health Law emphasizes the role of the Mental Health Review Board. For this study, we examined the current status of continuing hospitalization judgement in Mental Health Review Board at the national level and aimed to determine the directions of improvement. Methods: Using a qualitative case study as the research method, we interviewed 30 Mental Health Review Board members and analyzed the results. Results: Each municipality had very different continuing hospitalization judgement methods. In our systematic review, which consisted of document inspection, we identified reliability problems due to limitations in Mental Health Review Board's operating systems, discharge orders, etc. Additionally, continuing hospitalization judgement needs to improve the objectivity, fairness, and effectiveness of their screening examinations. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we suggest policy proposals to improve these systems, such as standardizing examination processes, strengthening on-site inspections, increasing the independence and neutrality of judgment in Mental Health Review Board, building community mental health infrastructures, and establishing integrated management systems.

저밀도 노선 적용을 위한 ATS 제어절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on ATS Control Procedure to adopt Low Density Line)

  • A study which is to develop the low-cost urban railway system for low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2 is in progress, and its TCS(Train Control System) is required as an economic system which is able to train operation suitable in low-density line. We have developed the signaling equipment which is configured with automatic block system between stations, and the control center's equipment in order to meet the requirements of TCS mentioned above. In this paper, we propose the control procedure of ATS to be required for train operation management in the low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2. The control procedure of ATS considered all features such as the requirements analysis for train operation management, the functions of train control system to be applied and the block type. Also, it considered the station(interlocking, passenger, turn-back) type, station control(stop, route, departure, turn-back departure, turn-back) type, and train operation management for exiting and entering depot. The ATS control procedure proposed in this paper has an advantage in the cost and efficiency through unification and optimization of its function. And in cost of operating and maintenance, the ATS system has a feature that can be significantly reduced.

블록체인을 활용한 국민주택채권 정보 중계시스템 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Housing Bond Information Relay System Using Blockchain)

  • 국민주택채권 정보 중계시스템은 관련된 여러 기관들이 중계센터를 중심으로 연결된 대표적인 금융정보 중계시스템이다. 이러한 중앙 집중형 구조는 중계센터 구축 및 운영에 막대한 비용이 소요되고, 센터시스템에 장애나 사고가 발생할 경우 모든 네트워크가 단절되는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용하여 안전하고 효율적으로 정보를 처리할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 국민주택채권 정보 중계시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 국민주택채권 정보를 처리하는 각 기관들이 안전하게 정보를 전송할 수 있도록 블록체인 네트워크를 구성하고, 스마트 컨트랙트 기반의 분산 어플리케이션으로 동일한 분산원장을 관리한다. 제안 모델은 중계센터 없이 복잡한 국민주택채권 거래 정보를 처리할 수 있어 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 기존 시스템 대비 네트워크 사용률의 1.7%, 디스크 사용률의 8.53%의 개선 효과가 있다.

  • In recent years, the PV plant is gradually increasing in korea and has begun to focus on PV system O&M(Operation and Management). The legacy PV system can hardly be gathering realtime information. That is why it is difficult for the facility to respond immediately to situations in which problems arise. This leads to economic losses due to reduced power generation. In this study, we implemented an RMC(Remote Maintenance Control) gateway that supports multi-area equipment(inverters, junction boxes, switchboards, environmental sensors) that are not limited to specific manufacturers. It provides a function to visualize the collected data. Users can easily check the power generation and operation status of PV system equipment. In the future, we will develop an algorithm capable of analyzing beta factors that cause equipment performance degradation, parts aging, and deterioration using data collected from facilities. We intend to use this algorithm as a fundamental technology for O&M by transplanting it to the RMC gateway.

수리온 주로터 블레이드 프라이머 공정변경을 통한 PU Strip 품질 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on PU Strip Quality Improvement through a Change of Primer-process for SURION Main Rotor Blade)

  • Purpose: When the SURION Aircraft operated in the fields, cracks are found in PU(polyurethane) Strip on main rotor blade. This study has been conducted to explain PU(polyurethane) Strip crack phenomenon of SURION main rotor blade and to propose useful solution of it by experimental method. Methods: This study considered a lot of factor because the SURION is operated at severe environment. This study investigated the influence of temperature, thermal shock, paint and primer process, PU Strip material, primer material. Results: The results of this study are as follows; The primer process was most excellent influence. The Application of primer having a brittleness caused by a crack of PU Strip. Other factors have influenced on the PU Strip, but they can not be controlled because they are related to the SURION's operating environment. Conclusion: The Quality of PU Strip on SURION main rotor blade was improved through removing the primer process. Finally, the reliability of main rotor blade was guaranteed through improving the quality of PU Strip.

  • Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has three key features: separation of control and forwarding, centralized control, and network programmability. While improving network management flexibility, SDN has many security issues. This paper systemizes the security threats of SDN using spoofing, tampering, repudiation, information disclosure, denial of service, and elevation of privilege (STRIDE) model to understand the current security status of SDN. First, we introduce the network architecture and data flow of SDN. Second, we analyze security threats of the six types given in the STRIDE model, aiming to reveal the vulnerability mechanisms and assess the attack surface. Then, we briefly describe the corresponding defense technologies. Finally, we summarize the work of this paper and discuss the trends of SDN security research.

  • This paper is a study on information Quality of Domestic Call Center Information System; recognized the importance of information quality and analyzed the impact on use and satisfaction of users following information quality which is a success element and ultimately the impact on user's performance by expanding information quality evaluating model by Jeong-Woo Lee et al.(2003) who reflected domestic special corporate culture based on information system success model by DeLone and McLean(2003). This is meaningful in providing theoretical foundation for efficient information quality supply and building quality management system at call center in future and provides hints to be considered in raising understanding of consultants on provided information and arranging ground that can utilize it in a timely manner.

  • In this paper, we analyze an N-design call center with skill-based routing, in which one pool of agents handles two types of calls and another pool of agents handles only one type of calls. The approximate analysis is motivated by a computational complexity that has been observed in the direct stochastic approach and numerical method for finding performance measures. The workforce staffing policy is very important to the successful management of call centers. So the allocation scheduling of the agents can be considered as the optimization problem of the corresponding queueing system to the call center. We use a decomposition algorithm which divides the state space of the queueing system into the subspaces for the approximate analysis of the N-design call center with two different types of agents. We also represent some numerical examples and show the impact of the system parameters on the performance measures.
