Purpose: This study is to investigate the recognition regarding Hospital - Based Home Care Service among physicians and nurses in a G University Hospital. Method: Data were gathered from 92 physicians and 257 nurses. working at G University Hospital. from January 15 to January 22. 2003 by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS/PC +. Result: 1) As to the previous information about a hospital based home care service. those who have been familiar to it were 85.9% of the physicians. and 98.8% of the nurses. 55.4% of the physicians and 55.1% of the nurses responded that they are willing to refer their patients to the home health care only if their patients and families want to. 47.8% of the physicians and 44.4% of the nurses perceived the present cost of a hospital based home care service to be moderate. 2) Most of the physicians and nurses reported that the most available service was 'wound dressing' (98.4%, 92.6%) and the least available service was 'incision and drainage'(1l7.4%, 42.8%). 3) As to the necessity of home nursing business and the anticipated effects. nurses perceived higher than physicians($3.46\pm.74$). and both showed a significant difference according to age of subjects. Conclusion: For the stabilization and successful implementation of a hospital based home care service. it should be accompanied with education programs about home care for physicians. in particular junior staff.

Purpose With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, ICT convergence industry is leading the wave of new change. These changes in the industrial field are recognizing convergence as a strategic cooperation tool of management for creating new value. In order to achieve the research purpose, conceptual understanding of ICT convergence is summarized by focusing on concepts, features, types and cases. In addition, this study established the theoretical rationale for the determinants of ICT convergence performance, and examined previous researches related to ICT convergence. Design/methodology/approach The empirical research method is based on a survey of 510 companies including managers and mid-level practitioners who understand the contents of the relevant field, 305 data were used for analysis. We conducted exploratory factor analysis to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and conducted confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Through the statistical analysis, we analyzed the structural relationship of ICT firms' competencies for convergence performance. Findings Linkage of ICT strategies established by corporations is an important factor for enhancing resource capacity and convergence ability. It is important to ensure that product innovation, consumer-oriented strategies, and ICT strategies for the implementation of business strategies are closely linked. In addition, in the convergence environment, companies should make efforts to develop convergence ability and improve organizational performance through utilization of ICT resources. From the CEO's perspective, it is necessary to understand the knowledge, technology and resources arising from the convergence environment, and to integrate with the resources possessed by the enterprise to induce the organization's performance.

In the network-based game where it uses the Internet infrastructure, the implementation is possible with the various methods. Such Applications are developed in the multi-tired architecture. There are many cases for the server to be separated from the hardware or the software. In this case, a lot of applications make the distributed process possible and are made as the multi-tiered architecture to develop the reusability of the existing software module. Especially, it is mostly general to separate for the case of a database server to a new tier. One of the important points of multi-tiered server side applications is security and because of this, it is difficult to share the related data about the design skill. Using design patterns, it gives help in reusing the existing written-code for the design of the game that needs a lot of money and time. Design Patterns are related to the software reuse. For the development of more efficient games, if well-defined design patterns are provided to the developers, then it would make more easy advanced game API and make possible the framework for the game development based on the API Through the analysis of the general network-based game currently servicing in the Internet, in this paper, we discuss how to implement a business logic tier using database system among the server side architectures. The main objective of this article is to show an efficient APIs(Application Programming Interfaces) design method which can be used to manage the data that must be saved to the database system among the packets that client/server have to be exchange.

본 논문은 이종의 시스템에서 안전한 데이타 전송을 만족하는 웹 보안 모듈을 구현한 내용에 대해서 언급한다. 웹 시스템을 통해 사용자에게 사용의 편리함과 많은 정보를 주었고 웹 서비스 사업이 활발해졌으나 웹 시스템의 한계로 인해 보안상의 취약점인 데이타 유출에 의한 손실을 가져오게 되었다. 이에 많은 대응들이 있지만 좀더 효과적이고 편리한 데이타 보안을 위해 서버 클라이언트 보안 모듈을 구현하였다. 제안한 보안 모듈은 크게 두 개의 모듈로 구현된다. 하나는 웹 서버에서 동작하는 서버 보안 모듈이고, 다른 하나는 클라이언트에서 동작하는 클라이언트 보안 모듈이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 보안 구조는 클라이언트와 서버간의 간단한 모듈의 설치로 안전한 데이타 전송을 보장한다. 속도에 민감한 웹 서버와 브라우저 사이의 빠른 암호화 통신을 위한 대칭 암호화 방식인 Triple-DES를 사용하였으며 키 관리 문제를 해결하기 위한 Diffie-Hellman 키(key) 교환 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 대칭 암호화에서 발생하는 키 분배 및 관리문제와 속도문제를 해결했다. 또한 DH방식의 알고리즘을 사용함으로써 서버와 클라이언트 사이의 안전한 데이타 보안을 위한 인증문제를 해결하였다.

The study examines the impact of organizational rewards, procedure justice, and perceived supervisor support on perceived organizational support, and examine the impact of perceived organizational support on affective commitment to the organization in the logistic enterprises as well. Quantitative research is applied to measure relationships by regression analysis with SPSS. The research data was collected by convenient method from 180 employees who work in different departments in the logistics industry. The study results in the model 1 found that organizational rewards, procedure justice, and perceived supervisor support have a positive relationship to the perceived organizational support. The study results in the model 2 also found that perceived organizational support has strong impact on the affective commitment to the organization. The study results contribute to both management theory and management practice. For the management theory aspect, the authors suggest that perceived organizational support should be considered the key antecedent of affective commitment about which researchers should pay more attention as a concept. Based on the research results, the authors also recommend for the management practice that managers should pay attention to the implementation of rewards, procedure justice, and supervisor support to increase the perceived organizational support and affective commitment in the logistic enterprises.

SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting financial performance of community pharmacies after the implementation of the new drug policy in Korea: separation of drug prescription and dispensing (SPD). The online survey questionnaires were sent to the active pharmacists of the total 20,633 community pharmacies in Korea and 1,147 pharmacists responded to the survey (the response rate was 5.5%). The questionnaire asked simple financial data in order to compare their financial performances before and after the policy. With the SPSS package (version 12.0), two levels of data analysis were used: 1) descriptive statistics to see the financial status of the pharmacies; and 2) multiple regression analysis to find the factors. {or A multiple regression method was used for the data analysis.} The finding illustrated that the average net benefit of the pharmacies was 4,870 thousand won in August 2006, and the major factors affecting the net benefit were the location of pharmacy (geographical proximity to medical institutions), number of prescriptions, drug management services for patients, chain pharmacy membership. The findings of this study suggest that service improvement for patients, revitalization of non-prescription drug sales, professional management will contribute to promote community based pharmacy business.

VE는 대상 시설물의 가치향상을 위하여 설계내용에 대한 경제성 및 현장적용 타당성을 기능별, 대안별로 검토하는 체계화된 절차를 말한다. VE의 업무절차 중 준비단계의 주요 목적은 원활한 VE수행을 위하여 관련된 집단의 협력체계 구축과 공동목표를 달성하기 위하여 분석단계에서 요구되는 충분한 자료를 확보하는데 있다. 그리고 사용자 및 발주자 등 프로젝트 이해당사자들의 요구사항을 측정하는 데는 주로 품질모델(Quality Model)이 사용되며, 이러한 품질모델은 VE활동 시 대안이 발주자의 요구사항에 적합한지를 확인하는 평가척도로 활용된다. 하지만, 현행 준비단계 업무는 단순히 발주자 및 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하는 수준이며, 이를 통해서 대상선정 및 기능분석단계의 명확한 목표 및 방향을 제시해주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사례분석과 전문가 설문조사 및 면담조사를 실시하여 현행 준비단계 업무의 문제점을 분석하고, 각 주체별 요구항목을 정확히 반영한 새로운 대상선정 모델을 제안하고 사례를 통해 효용성을 검증하였다.

건설사업 VE는 크게 설계단계 VE와 시공단계 VE로 분류되며, 적용 시기가 빠를수록 그 효과가 향상된다. 이에 따라 설계단계 VE가 2000년에 법제화되어 활발하게 적용되고 있다. 하지만 설계 VE 제도와 상호보완적일 수 있는 시공 VE의 활성화가 절실하다. 그동안 시공 VE 제도의 필요성, 기술개발보상제도의 개선, 시공 VE의 구체적인 실천방안 등을 제시하여 시공 VE의 활성화를 위해 많이 노력하였지만, 관련 법 규정의 미비로 인하여 효과적이지 못하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 국내 현실을 인식하고 시공 VE의 활성화를 위해 국내외 시공 VE 제도를 비교 및 분석하고, 건설산업 각 분야 전문가 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 건설산업에 적합한 시공 VE 제도의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

최근 정보기술과 인터넷은 눈부신 발전을 해오고 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 환경 속에서 기존의 오프라인 관점에 근거한 전략이나 마케팅은 더 이상 기업경쟁력 향상의 역할을 수행하기가 어렵게 되어가고 있으며, 기업과 고객 사이에서의 디지털 네트워킹으로 인한 고객들에 대한 정보관리 및 마케팅실행방법 등에 있어서 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 발전과 변화는 디자인 연구 방법론 에 있어서도 많은 변화를 유도하고 있다. 따라서 디자인적인 측면과 사회·환경적인 측면을 고려하여 본 연구는 Bloch(1995)가 주장한 제품디자인에 대한 소비자반응 프레임웍 즉, 선호정도-디자인이미지형용사-디자인요소들간의 명확한 인과관계모형을 구축한 후, IT기반 인터렉션부분인 eCRM을 결합하여 디자인 개발에 적용할 수 있는 실시간 디자인 정보 추출 솔루션을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 소비자들이 어떤 이미지를 제공하는 제품디자인을 선호하며 선호하는 제품디자인이 제공하는 이미지는 어떤 디자인요소들로 구성되는지에 대한 인과관계를 규명하여 디자이너들이 좀더 객관적이고 신뢰 할 수 있는 디자인요소들을 선택하여 디자인할 수 있는 지침을 온라인 상에서 실시간에 제공받을 수 있다.
