근로시간 단축에 따른 터널 공사의 표준 공기 및 공사비 영향 분석 (The Impacts of Reduced Labor Hours on the Construction Period and Cost of Tunnel Project)

  • 주당 최장 법정 근로시간을 단축하는 내용의 '근로기준법 개정안'이 통과됨에 따라 근로시간 단축에 따른 근로자 소득감소, 공사기간 연장, 공사비 증가 등 다양한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 다른 산업과 비교할 때, 생산성을 중시하는 건설 프로젝트의 경우 공종에 따라 주 52시간 근무제에 따른 영향의 정도가 더 클 것으로 예상되나 이에 대한 연구는 미흡한편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 NATM 터널 공사를 대상으로 표준품셈 기반의 표준공정과 굴착 사이클 타임 그리고 공종별 단위 공기를 제시하고, 이를 통해 주 52시간 근무 적용에 따른 실제 작업조의 변화와 이에 따른 표준 공기 및 공사비의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 굴착 공기와 총 공기는 각각 20%, 8.9% 증가하였으나, 굴착공사비와 총 공사비는 오히려 각각 1.2%, 0.5% 감소하는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 외벽을 형성하는 Curtain-wall은 비, 바람 등 자연의 기후 조건 및 주번 여건에 충분히 견딜 수 있도록 설계, 제작, 시공되어야 한다. 그러므로 전반적인 성능을 확인하기 위한 Mock-up Test는 최근에 들어서 고층 건물 및 중요도가 높은 경우 거의 일반화가 된 상황이다. 그러나 현재 Mock-uP Test의 시방서는 외국에 비해 미약하여 시방서 상으로 인한 분쟁사례가 많이 발생하고 있다. 또한 시방서 상의 표현에 있어서 불명료함으로 인하여 적용함에 있어 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 현 Mock-up Test 시방서에 대한 조사를 통해 그 문제점들을 살펴보고 외국의 사례와 비교 검토하여 그 개선방안에 대한 검토를 해보고자 한다.

백제(百濟) 목탑지(木塔地) 편년(編年)과 축기부(軸基部) 축조기법(築造技法)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study on the Chronological Recordings and construction method of Wooden Pagoda Sites of Baekjae)

  • The wooden pagoda sites which have been confirmed in Baekjae's former territory so far have flattened surface of the earth or foundation pert made by digging up the earth. In particular, the latter is found more often in the pagoda sites of Baekjae, which is essential and absolutely necessary because of the characteristics of pagoda structure. The wooden pagoda sites with foundation part made by digging up the earth under the stylobate are found at Yongjeongli ruined temple site of Woongjin area, and at Neung-sa temple site, Wangheung-sa temple site, Geumgang-sa temple site, and Mireuk-sa temple site of Sabi period. They are also observed at Hwanglyong-sa nine-storied wooden pagoda of Shilla and at Biin five-storied stone pagoda of early Goryeo. They are important data improving that the construction technologies of Baekjae continued to be applied to build stone or wooden pagodas, transcending time and space. Recently, the site assumed as a wood pagoda site of Hanseong area was examined in Gyeongdang sect ion of Pungnap mud fortification. If this is proved to be a real wooden pagoda site, this digging-up construction technology of foundation part ann be concluded to be a traditional engineering technology of Baekjae which was frequently used from Hanseong period to Sabi period. On the other hand, this digging-up construction technology of foundation part has been found only at pagoda sites and main building sites of temple ruins, and it helps examine their symbolism.

국내 건설사업관리 업무지침의 개선(안)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Proposal to improve Domestic Construction Management Service Guide)

  • The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

FACTORS ACOUNTING FOR ACTIVITY-TIME AND PROJECT-TIME UNCERTAINITIES IN BORED PILES CONSTRUCTION PLANNING: CASE STUDY ON A BUIDLING PROJECT IN HONG KONG

  • Planning the construction for a system of bored piles in building foundation engineering is (1) to predict the time duration required to complete all the bored piles with due consideration of relevant engineering factors and site constraints; then (2) to predict the total project time generally by aggregating the predicted working duration for construction of each bored pile. The duration for construction of an individual bored pile results from analyzing various working sequences and different activity duration (such as predrilling, excavation, steelfixing, air-lifting, and concreting, etc.), which is informed by experiences and site records of previous projects. However, determining the project duration for constructing many bored piles on one site is much more complicated than adding up the time duration for individual piles. In practice, project schedules are often found to be unrealistic and incorrect during the construction stage. This is because construction planning is not based on a exhaustive and comprehensive evaluation of site factors, such as site layout plan, site constraints, quality control, environmental control, safety control and logical relationships between different trades. In this paper, we identify those factors based on a foundation engineering site in Hong Kong with ninety-seven bored piles and address their effects on uncertainties in activity time and project time.

건설현장 내 작업자 실내측위를 위한 지구자기장 보정 범위 도출 (Identifying Correction Range of Geomagnetic Field for Indoor Positioning of Workers at Construction Site)

  • Although various studies about indoor positioning systems, such as beacon and Wifi, have been conducting for indoor positioning of workers at construction sites, these systems have limitations in terms of accuracy or economics. To overcome these limitations, geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology can be a good alternative. However, it is necessary to correct the geomagnetic field near the construction material stocking area since the geomagnetic field can be distorted near construction materials such as rebars. Therefore, this study conducted an experiment for identifying correction range of geomagnetic field near the construction material stocking area. It was analyzed that the geomagnetic field should be corrected up to 60cm in the horizontal direction from the stocking point if the height of stocking area for rebars is 40cm or more. This study can be used for important reference for development of geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology suitable for construction sites.

경량 폴리머 콘크리트 복합체의 내열성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat Resistance of Light-Weight Polymer Concrete Composites)

  • In recent years, the light-weight aggregate has widely been used to reduce the weight of construction structures, and to achieve the thermal insulation of building structures. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the heat resistance of polymer concrete composites with light-weight aggregate made by binders as resin and cement with polymer dispersion. The light-weight polymer concrete composites are prepared with various conditions such as binder content, filler content, void-filling ratio, light-weight aggregate content and polymer-cement ratio, and tested for heat resistant test, and measured the weight reducing ratio, strengths and exhaustion content of gas such as CO, NO and $SO_2$. From the test results, the weight reducing ratio of light weight polymer concrete using UP binder after heat resistance test increase with an increase in the UP content irrespective of the filler content. The weight reducing ratio of polymer cement concrete is considerably smaller than that of UP concrete. In general, the strengths after heat resistance of polymer concrete composites are reduced about 40 to 65% compared with those before test. The exhausted quantity of CO, NO and $SO_2$ gases in polymer concrete composites is less than EPS(Expanded poly styrene). From the this study, it is confirmed that the many types gases discharge according to binder type of polymer concrete composites, its amount is controlled by selection of the binder type and mix proportions.

건축용 비내력 경량벽체의 내충격성 시험방법의 표준화 (Standardization of Impact Test Methods of Non-bearing Lightweight Wall for Building)

  • The use of non-bearing light weight wall has increased recently due to the increase of high-rise buildings and supply of long-life housing. Light weight wall has advantages such as reducing the self-weight of the building, convenience in installation, and shortening construction period, however, must have a sufficient strength to external force. This study standardized the impact resistance test method for light weight walls by using the actual impact load obtained through load analysis test in previous studies. The impact resistance test method was divided into the test method that uses soft body and the one that uses hard body. The size of specimen was set up as height 2.4m and width 3.0m. The size and shape of the body followed those used in BS 5234-2 and so on for the compatibility with the test method used overseas. The judgment criteria for impact resistance based on test results were not defined uniformly as the assessment of functional damage can vary depending on the type of material, structural method, purpose of wall, and so on even when the same impact load was applied.

  • 도심지의 대형 공사를 그것도 짧은 공기 내에 수행함에 있어 가장 중요한 과제로 부각되는 것은 건설 주요 자원의 효율적인 관리이다. 즉 자재, 인원, 장비 등의 적기적소 조달이 주요 관리 항목이 되고 있다. 또한, 자원의 적기적소 조달을 위한 생산 단계별 생산주체간의 효율적인 정보의 교환은 성공적인 공사 수행에 절대적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하여 주요 자원을 조달, 운반, 양중, 적치, 설치 각 단계별로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 주요 자원 관리 시스템의 개발이 필수적이다 본 연구에서는 자동차 제조 산업 등 타 산업분야에서 성공적으로 사용된 적시생산의 기본적인 원리와 정보전달기법, 즉 간판시스템의 기본개념을 응용하여 건설프로젝트 자원정보관리시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 이 시스템을 콘크리트 타설 공사에 적용하였다. 현장의 콘크리트 공사 흐름을 분석한 후, 가치흐름맵핑(VSM)을 통해 정보관리 개선 후 개선모델(FSM)을 제시하고, 이를 실제 초고층주상복합 건물현장의 자원정보관리에 적용하였다. 또한 현장 적용 시 도출된 적용성 등 문제점을 보완하여, 시스템의 추후 사용성을 제고하였다.

LCA에 기초한 패시브 공동주택의 친환경성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environmental Impact Assessment for Passive Apartment based on Life Cycle Assessment)

  • 본 연구는 전과정 평가에 기초한 패시브 공동주택의 친환경성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 LCA에 관한 이론적 고찰을 토대로 전과정 단계별 물량정보 및 에너지 사용량 데이터를 구축하였다. 또한, 국가 LCI DB에 기초한 원단위 데이터베이스를 활용하여 산성화, 부영양화, 지구온난화, 자원고갈, 오존층파괴, 광화학적산화물에 대한 환경영향을 평가 분석하였다. 그 결과 패시브 공동주택이 일반 공동주택보다 6대 환경영향에서 환경적으로 우수한 것으로 평가 되었으며 이는 에너지 소비량의 절감이 운영단계에서 6대 환경영향을 큰 폭으로 감소시켰기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. 이로 인해 건설단계에서의 환경영향의 비중이 상대적으로 증가됨에 따라 기존 에너지 절감 중심의 친환경 기술의 적용과 함께 투입물량의 절감 및 환경영향이 적은 친환경 건축재료의 적용을 통해 전 생애 주기 관점에서 친환경 기술의 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
