관련 산업의 발전으로 미용 전문 인력 양성 수요가 점차 커지고 있다. 미용에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 시점에서, 기능위주의 미용 교육에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 1995년 이후 태어난 Z세대는 '디지털 원주민(Digital Native)'의 특성을 지녔으며, 향후 소비의 주된 주체가 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 학령인구가 감소하는 시대에 디지털 세대인 Z세대의 특성을 고려한 대학 미용 교육의 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 선행연구와 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Z세대가 바라보는 미용은 자아실현을 위한 즐거운 도구라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 대학 미용 교육은 전문적인 기술 습득은 물론이고 심리학, 철학, 미학 등과 결합된 창의적인 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, 모바일 동영상 콘텐츠를 활용한 학습자 중심의 주도적 미용 교육방법이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. Z세대에 대한 특성을 고려한 미용교육에 대한 논의는 아직 초기 단계이므로, 향후 보다 구체적인 교육의 방향성에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

국내 미용계열학과 국가자격체계(NQF)의 개선안 마련을 위해 해외 국가별 자격체계 분석 자료를 바탕으로 미용계열학과 국가자격체계의 현황을 분석하였다. 대부분의 국 내외 자격수준체계는 Level 8을 도입 또는 시행, 수정 중에 있다. 미용계열의 자격체계 개선을 위해 고등학교부터 석 박사과정까지 미용계열 학과의 각 교육과정에 준하는 자격증과 자격명칭의 개발과 더불어 미용계열에는 없는 산업기사 및 피부 네일 메이크업과정을 위한 기능장 자격증이 신설되어야 한다고 사료되며 본 연구를 통해 미용교육과정과 연계하여 자격을 취득하여 능력이 존중받는 현장중심 교육과정을 위한 기초자료로 삼고자하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how female immigrants are interested in beauty and how fashion affects their fashion management behavior. First, the correlation between interest in beauty and fashion behaviors showed that every factor has a positive relationship with each other. Self-interest, which is one of the two sub-factors of interest in beauty, showed a particularly strong correlation with interest in orientation towards fashion. Interest in appearance education, which is one of the two sub-factors of interest in fashion, showed a strong relationship with interest in orientation towards fashion, proving that the more one is interested in appearance-related education, the more she follows fashion trends. This suggests that caring for appearance and fashion trends have a strong relationship. Second, looking into the effect of interest in beauty and fashion on fashion behaviors, it turned out that only personal interest, out of the two sub-factors of interest in beauty, affected pursuit of fashion sense, out of the two sub-factors of fashion behaviors; interest in appearance education rather than interest in orientation towards fashion affected pursuit of fashion sense; interest in orientation towards fashion affected caring for one's appearance.

This study assessed the beauty care behavior and the dietary attitudes, eating behaviors, and dietary quality related to beauty care in accordance with the level of interest in beauty care by examining 558 female high school subjects in the Incheon area. The study aimed to identify the interest in beauty care on the part of adolescent girls that impacts their dietary life and provide basic data for nutrition education forming desirable dietary habits. The interest in beauty care on the part of female high school students is relevant to dietary life and dietary attitude, with the high-level interest group attempting to use diet foods more frequently and attempting weight control because of their low satisfaction with their body type. On the other hand, a high level of interest in appearance failed to lead to the practice of a varied and balanced dietary life. Therefore, nutritional education is necessary to avoid a high level of interest in beauty care, leading to an incorrect perception of body shape and excessive weight control. Furthermore, nutrition education is necessary to link interest in appearance to the beauty of a healthy body based on nutritional balance by connecting the interest in appearance to a varied and balanced dietary life that goes beyond the category of practice.

This study was conducted to analyze the factors affected morbidity for beauty artists of the limited range of motion about cerviacl, shoulder and wrist, from July 15 through August 30, 2000. Questionnaires were distributed to 373 beauty artists working in beauty shops of Taegu city. The factors included general characteristics, working conditions, life style and regular diagnosis of subject. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS program and the results of this study are summarized as follows; By the marital status, 224(86.5%) out of 259 unmarried beauty artists had the complaint of a neck(P〉0.05), and by the status of education, the complaint rate of a shoulder of beauty artists who graduated university(92.9%) is the highest(P〈0.01). In survey of complaint rates of symptom by the sleeping place, 324(86.7) out of 373 subjects had the pain in shoulder(P〈0.01), specially, beauty artists who are sleeping in bed complained the pain in shoulder more the others, in survey of complaint rates of symptom by sleeping pose, there was the significant different in neck(P〈0.01) and shoulder(P〈0.001). In survey of complaint rates of symptom by regular diagnosis, 61(85.9%) out of 71 beauty artists who took regular diagnosis and 263(87.4%) out of 302 beauty artists who didn't take regular diagnosis(P〈0.05). In conclusion, beauty artists who are on their feet for long time by official trait complaint the pain in neck and shoulder mainly. This result occurs from complex action of general characteristics and work condition and so on. In order to promote the health of beauty artists, there are needs for moderate exercise and regular diagnosis.

본 연구는 1인 미용기업의 경영자 역량은 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 1인 미용기업의 경영자 역량은 경영성과 사이에서 미용교육기관의 조절 효과가 있는지 확인하고 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구를 위한 설문조사는 2021년 5월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 직접 조사 및 온라인 조사를 병행하였으며, 총 218부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 1인 미용기업의 경영자 역량은 심리적 역량, 기술적 역량, 경영관리 역량 3개 요인으로 구분되었고, 모든 요인은 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 미용교육기관은 1인 미용기업의 경영자 역량은 경영성과 간의 영향 관계에서 조절효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 1인 미용기업의 경영자는 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 경영자 역량의 향상을 위하여 다양한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이며, 무엇보다도 각각의 역량에 필요한 교육기관을 선택하는 것도 중요하리라 생각된다.

본 연구에서는 미용전공자들의 VR 체험을 기반으로 한 미용교육이 전문지식과 실무능력에 미칠 기대의식을 바탕으로 VR을 기반으로 한 미용 교과목 개발과 교육환경을 확보하고자 하였다. 총 106명의 학습자가 연구에 참여하였으며 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 VR기반 미용 교과목 개발 인식, 전문지식과 실무능력에 관한 인식, 일반적 특성에 관한 문항으로 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 유의수준 .05 수준에서 검증하였다. 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계, 선형회귀분석을 실시한 조사결과, 학점이 높을수록 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(p<.01). VR 기반 미용교과목개발에 대한 인식은 VR기반 전문지식과 실무능력 인식의 하위요인별 전문지식(r=.683, p<.001), 실무능력(r=.676, p<.001), 산업관련인식(r=.543, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높을수록 전문지식, 실무능력, 산업관련 인식이 향상될 것이라는 기대감을 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 미용교육환경에서 전공자들의 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 필요성과 교과목 운영에 대한 기대를 확인하였다. 후속 연구에서는 표본의 범위를 확대한 연구진행이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 국가지원 뷰티 관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 수강생의 지각된유용성과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것 이였다. 연구참여자는 서울·경기 소재 국비지원 교육기관(학원)에 수강자 362명을 임의표집방법으로 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계패키지 26.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질, 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동의 변인들은 상호 상관관계가 통계적 유의하게 나타내었다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 지각된 유용성에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+)영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동, 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향을 나타내었다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동과 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국비지원 뷰티관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질을 재평가하여 뷰티관련 국비지원 사업의 효율성을 높이고 교육 서비스품질 향사아에 기초자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 미용분야 창업 활성화를 위해 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 탐색적 데이터 분석(EDA)을 기반으로 하여 2019년부터 2021년 동안 각 년도별로 기간을 구분하여 '미용창업'에 대한 수요 변화와 감정 및 의미 차이의 특징적인 패턴을 도출하고자 하였다. '미용창업' 키워드를 주제로 연관된 검색어를 추출한 결과 창업에 필요한 전문적인 창업교육 보다는 미용관련 기술을 배울 수 있는 기관이나 자격증에 더 많은 관심을 보였으며, 이는 정부 및 지자체에서 여러 가지 창업지원 정책들이 마련되고 있음에도 불구하고 여전히 전문적인 창업교육의 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있는 것으로 파악할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 대안으로 미용분야 창업을 성공적으로 이루기 위한 전공별 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 탐색적 데이터 분석을 통해 가설을 설정하고 전통적인 확증적 데이터 분석(CDA)을 결합하여 가설을 검증한다. 미용 창업을 위한 탐색적 데이터 분석 방법이 존재한 적은 없으며, 정식 창업교육의 필요성을 언급하기보다는 미용창업에 대한 관심 변화와 예비창업자의 요구사항을 탐색적 데이터로 분석한다면 맞춤형 창업 프로그램 개발에 도움이 될 것이라고 확신한다.

본 논문에서는 딥러닝 지도학습 알고리즘을 사용한 학습 모델을 대상으로 미용 관련 피부질환 인식의 효과성을 실험적으로 비교한다. 최근 딥러닝 기술을 산업, 교육, 의료 등 다양한 분야에 적용하고 있으며, 의료 분야에서는 중요 피부질환 중 하나인 피부암 식별의 수준을 전문가 수준으로 높인 성과를 보이고 있다. 그러나 아직 피부미용과 관련된 질환에 적용한 사례가 다양하지 못하다. 따라서 딥러닝 기반 이미지 분류에 활용도가 높은 CNN 알고리즘을 비롯하여 ResNet, SE-ResNet을 적용하여 실험적으로 정확도를 비교함으로써 미용 관련 피부질환을 판단하는 효과성을 평가한다. 각 알고리즘을 적용한 학습 모델을 실험한 결과에서 CNN의 경우 평균 71.5%, ResNet은 평균 90.6%, SE-ResNet은 평균 95.3%의 정확도를 보였다. 특히 학습 깊이를 다르게하여 비교한 결과 50개의 계층 구조를 갖는 SE-ResNet-50 모델이 평균 96.2%의 정확도로 미용 관련 피부질환 식별을 위해 가장 효과적인 결과를 보였다. 본 논문의 목적은 피부 미용과 관련된 질환의 판별을 고려하여 효과적인 딥러닝 알고리즘의 학습과 방법을 연구하기 위한 것으로 이를 통해 미용 관련 피부질환 개선을 위한 서비스 개발로 확장할 수 있을 것이다.
