  • We introduce the category ISet(H) of intuitionistic H-fuzzy sets and show that ISet(H) satisfies all the conditions of a topological universe except the terminal separator property. And we study the relation between Set(H) and ISet(H).

  • In this paper we study ${\omega}$-limit sets and attraction of non-autonomous discrete dynamical systems. We introduce some basic concepts such as ${\omega}$-limit set and attraction for non-autonomous discrete system. We study fundamental properties of ${\omega}$-limit sets and discuss the relationship between ${\omega}$-limit sets and attraction for non-autonomous discrete dynamical systems.

  • We introduce the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, which is an extension of the interval-valued fuzzy soft set. We also introduce the concepts of operations for the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and study basic some properties.

  • In this work, some various types of Dissipativity in random dynamical systems are introduced and studied: point, compact, local, bounded and weak. Moreover, the notion of random Levinson center for compactly dissipative random dynamical systems presented and prove some essential results related with this notion.

  • A solid modeller was developed in this paper. Representation scheme of modelling is nonmanifold B-rep. While namy B-rep modellers use edges as basic element of modelling, this modeller is triangle-based. New modelling element, split triangle that is composed of 3 pure half-edges and has no information about the adjoining triangles, was defined to enlarge the range of representation. Corresponding algorithms for Boolean set operations were also developed.

  • Gene set analysis is a powerful tool for interpreting a genome-wide association study result and is gaining popularity these days. Comparison of the gene sets obtained for a variety of traits measured from a single genetic epidemiology dataset may give insights into the biological mechanisms underlying these traits. Based on the previously published single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotype data on 8,842 individuals enrolled in the Korea Association Resource project, we performed a series of systematic genome-wide association analyses for 49 quantitative traits of basic epidemiological, anthropometric, or blood chemistry parameters. Each analysis result was subjected to subsequent gene set analyses based on Gene Ontology (GO) terms using gene set analysis software, GSA-SNP, identifying a set of GO terms significantly associated to each trait ($p_{corr}$ < 0.05). Pairwise comparison of the traits in terms of the semantic similarity in their GO sets revealed surprising cases where phenotypically uncorrelated traits showed high similarity in terms of biological pathways. For example, the pH level was related to 7 other traits that showed low phenotypic correlations with it. A literature survey implies that these traits may be regulated partly by common pathways that involve neuronal or nerve systems.

  • We consider the set of $n{\times}n$ idempotent matrices and we characterize the linear operators that preserve idempotent matrices over Boolean algebras. We also obtain characterizations of linear operators that preserve idempotent matrices over a chain semiring, the nonnegative integers and the nonnegative reals.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of derivative of the function f : $\mathbb{Q}p{\to} R$ where $\mathbb{Q}p$ is the field of the p-adic numbers and R is the set of real numbers. And some basic theorems on derivatives are given.
