Enterprises that don't adapt to the changes can be weeded out, because IT sector is one of the most rapid rate of changes in business. The optimized job education and training are an essential part for the enterprises to handle the advanced and developed technologies, so the needs for the positive investments to the education and training about their employees and transformational leadership have been increased. This study verified how the transformational leadership of representatives in the IT enterprises affects the satisfaction of their ordering agencies as well as the transfer of education and training can be the intermediary role to them. From the results of the statistical analysis about questionnaire survey of 251 IT enterprises, dispatched their employees to public institutions in Ulsan, several significant outcomes are founded as follows. First, the transformational leadership of representative in the IT enterprises influenced the transfer of education and training positively. Second, the transfer of education and training positively affected the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Third, the satisfaction of ordering agencies are also affected from the transformational leadership. Finally, the some roles was influenced by the charisma of transformational leadership, and also, completely, the inspirational motivation and the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership was affected by the intermediary roles to the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Based on the results of this study, representatives in the IT enterprises can be expected by the positive company results from improving the satisfaction of ordering agencies through the transformational leadership, which allow active investment in education and training about their employees and construction of pragmatic system through the education and training results for the organization, superiors and colleague.

최근 IT분야에서 화두가 되고 있는 빅데이터 처리를 위한 시스템 환경의 구축을 위해서는 다수의 컴퓨터를 네트워크 장비를 통해 연결하여 노드를 구성하거나, 하나의 컴퓨터에 다수의 가상 호스트를 통한 클라우딩 환경을 구축하여야 한다. 그러나 이러한 빅데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하는 것은 복잡한 시스템 구성과 비용적인 측면에서 많은 제약이 따른다. 이러한 제약은 중요한 국가 경쟁력의 하나로 부각되고 있는 빅데이터 전문 인력 양성에 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분야의 인력 양성을 위한 교육현장에서 저렴한 가격으로 실용적인 교육이 가능한 라즈베리파이 보드 기반의 교육용 빅데이터 분석 시스템을 제안하였다.

Purpose : The demand for skilled critical care nurses and the significant impact of the practice-readiness gap underscore the need for educational programs bridging nursing education and clinical practice. This would ensure safe, high-quality patient care and a stable workforce. This study aimed to explore the educational needs of critical care nurses to develop an essential nursing education program for nursing students, addressing the practice-readiness gap they may encounter as new nurses. Methods : The study espoused a qualitative approach by utilizing focus group interviews conducted in South Korea in April and May 2022. A total of 11 nurses participated in the study. Data were collected from three focus groups, each consisting of three to four nurses from intensive care units. Focus group interviews were conducted using a semi-structured questionnaire. Content analysis was performed on the interview data using thematic analysis. Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the institutional review board. Results : Nursing education programs in intensive care units should prioritize fundamental nursing competencies such as basic nursing and physical examinations. Participants' critical care nursing education needs were categorized into four main themes: holistic nursing competency, advancement of practical education, skilled communication, and systematic critical care nursing education. Conclusion : The study's findings provide valuable insights and guidelines for developing critical and intensive care nursing education programs tailored for nursing students.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the educational needs of nurses and nursing students for the development of a simulation module of home visiting care for frail, elderly people. Methods: Focus group interviews were conducted with 15 home visiting nurses working in public health centers and 14 nursing students who experienced home visiting from September 10 to October 10, 2018. Results: Bloom's taxonomy of learning objectives, namely, cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains was used as a framework for data analysis. The defined educational needs for each domain were as follows: "understanding frail, elderly people" for the cognitive domain; "intervention for mental health" and "building a therapeutic relationship" for the affective domain; and "nursing skills", "health education for healthy lifestyles", "referral to the community resource connection", "protection for visiting nurses" for the psychomotor domain. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, a simulation module of home visiting care for frail, elderly people can be developed and used for nursing students and nurses to strengthen the capacity for home visiting care.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the educational needs of a severe trauma treatment simulation program based on mixed reality which combines element of both virtual reality and augmented reality. Methods: Focus group interviews were conducted with ten military hospital nurses on February 4 and 5, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis. As a framework for data analysis, the educational needs were clustered into the following four categories: teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, and teaching environment. Results: The educational needs for each category that emerged were as follows: three subcategories including "realistic education reflecting actual clinical practice" and "motivating education" for teaching contents; five subcategories including "team-based education," "repeated education that acts as embodied learning," and "stepwise education" for teaching methods; six subcategories including "debriefing through video conferences," "team evaluation and evaluator in charge of the team," "combination of knowledge and practice evaluation" for teaching evaluation; six subcategories including "securing safety," "similar settings to real clinical environments," "securing of convenience and accessibility for learners," and "operating as continuing education" for teaching environment. Conclusion: The findings of this study can provide a guide for the development and operation of a severe trauma treatment simulation program based on mixed reality. Moreover, it suggests that research to identify the educational needs of various learners should be conducted.

Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the educational needs of interns and residents in Korean medicine as the first step in developing an education program to improve their research competencies. Methods: A mixed-method design, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, was used to investigate the educational needs for research competencies among interns and residents working in Korean medicine hospitals nationwide. Data were collected through online surveys and online focus group discussions (FGDs), and processed using descriptive statistical analysis and thematic analysis. The study results were derived by integrating survey data and FGD outcomes. Results: In total, 209 interns and residents participated in the survey, and 11 individuals participated in two rounds of FGDs. The majority of participants felt a lack of systematic education in research and academic writing in postgraduate medical education and highlighted the need for nationally accessible education due to significant disparities in the educational environment across hospitals and specialties. The primary barrier to learning research and academic writing identified by learners was the lack of knowledge, leading to time constraints. Improving learners' research competencies, relationship building, autonomy, and motivation through a support system was deemed crucial. The study also identified diverse learner types and preferred educational topics, indicating a demand for learner-centered education and coaching. Conclusion: This study provides foundational data for designing and developing a program on education on research competencies for interns and residents in Korean medicine and suggests the need for initiatives to strengthen these competencies.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy related to palliative care among health care providers (doctors and nurses) in order to provide a basis to develop a training program for health care providers. Methods: A correlational and descriptive study design was used. Participants were recruited from a university-affiliated hospital located in Daejeon and an e-nurse community. After IRB approval, data were collected from July 12, 2018, to September 30, 2018. A total of 169 responses were finally analyzed using version SPSS 24. The data were analyzed in terms of descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage or mean and standard deviation, as appropriate), the t-test, analysis of variance (with the Duncan post hoc test), and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy were significantly higher in those who had received palliative care training or had been exposed to awareness-raising initiatives. There were positive relationships among knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy, with small to moderate effect sizes. Conclusion: Palliative care training for health care professionals is necessary to meet patients' needs. Such programs should take into account not only knowledge about palliative care, but also ways to improve empathy and resolve ethical dilemmas. Interprofessional training would be an excellent option to share therapeutic goals and develop communication skills among multidisciplinary team members.

본 논문에서는 산업체 수요에 기반한 표준 AI 개발자 직무 교육과정을 제안한다. 이 교육과정의 특징은 산업체와 대학간의 AI 개발자 직무 역량의 미스 매치를 최소화 할 수 있다는 것이다. AI 개발자 직무 교육과정 개발을 위해 산업체 현장에 재직중인 AI 개발자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시한다. 이 설문조사에서는 NCS 기반의 5개 AI 개발자 직무 중 산업체 현장의 인력 수요가 많은 AI 개발자 직무를 도출하여 직무분석을 실시한다. 직무분석에서는 해당 직무의 핵심 능력단위요소를 선정하고, 그 핵심 능력단위요소를 수행하기 위해 필요한 지식, 기술, 도구 등을 도출한다. 그리고 지식, 기술, 도구 등을 교육할 수 있는 핵심 교과목과 이수 체계를 도출하여 표준 AI 개발자 직무 교육과정을 개발한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 표준 AI 개발자 직무 교육과정을 활용한 효율적인 AI 개발자 직무 교육 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 (1) 2018 평창 동계 올림픽 영어 교육 준비 실태를 파악하고 (2) 영어 교육 활성화를 위한 영어 교육 프로그램에 대한 요구를 파악하여, 국제 스포츠행사를 위한 효과적인 영어교육 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 국제스포츠 행사 교육 관리 관계자와 전화 인터뷰를 하거나 자료를 제공받았고 그 결과, 조직위에서는 2018 평창동계올림픽대회 관계자 영어 교육 프로그램을 진행 중이며, 강릉시에서는 글로벌리더나 통역봉사단 등을 대상으로 하는 교육과 일반 시민을 대상으로 하는 교육으로 나누어 언어 교육을 진행하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 강릉시 글로벌리더 양성과정에 참여하고 있는 학습자들과 최근 국제 스포츠 행사에 자원봉사자로 참여한 26명을 대상으로 국제 스포츠 행사 영어 교육을 위한 설문을 한 결과, 국제 스포츠 행사와 관련된 내용을 가르치는 영어교육 수업이나 이에 가장 적합한 수업 방법에 대한 요구가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다, 따라서 본 연구에서는 영어 잘하는 사람들을 최대한 잘 활용하기 위해 DB구축을 체계적으로 잘하고, 이들이 선발된 이후에는 단기간 동안 본인이 맡은 봉사 직무에 바로 활용할 수 있는 영어교육을 제공받을 수 있도록 해야 할 것이며, 이를 위해서는 이에 적합한 교수법과 교수 내용을 개발할 필요가 있다고 제언한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to enhance curriculum satisfaction of dental laboratory technology and curriculum demands. Methods: From March 5 to March 31, 2019, a self-written questionnaire was conducted for 195 students from the department of dental laboratory technology at a university in Gangwon-do. The analytical methods used were descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, cross analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis. The collected data was used for SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistics program. Results: The demand of the school education includes systematic experiments and demand of practical training, acquisition of professional knowledge, introduction of advanced technology curriculum, reduction of national examination-oriented curriculum, and increased professionalism and professionalism as professional professionals. Investigated by the ethics. In addition, they were strongly aware of the necessity of digital education related to CAD / CAM, and there was a high demand for how to operate programs, scanning and design. Conclusion: The curriculum needs to be reorganized to cultivate dental technicians in a changing era, and in-depth centralized curriculum in fields with high practical needs, as well as vocational and ethical views as professionals.
