The 070-VOIP service were began to support system of E.164 and an IP address service. The address system was proposed how an convergence of E.164 address system was worked with an EPC and an IP address to the multimedia convergence service within the integration of wireless and wireline. In future, it was presented the way that the end user could use an integrated address system to be based on E.164 in BcN networks. An expansibility will be easy to all things are put into in knowledge that u- address system use an integrated address system to the basis of E.164 system.

In this paper, we propose a base address candidate selection method using the $gp register and page granularity as a way to build a static analysis environment for firmware based on MIPS architecture. As a way to shorten the base address search time, which is a disadvantage of the base address candidate selection method through inductive reasoning in existing studies, this study proposes a method to perform page-level search based on the $gp register in the existing base address candidate selection method as a reference point for search. Then, based on the proposed method, a base address search tool is implemented and a static analysis environment is constructed to prove the validity of the target tool. The results show that the proposed method is faster than the existing candidate selection method through inductive reasoning.
We can categorize the network address allocation mechanism into two types. One is to assign a unique network address using the address allocation server and the other is to make a random address by itself and process the DAD(Duplicate Address Detection) procedure. In this paper we suggest a new address allocation mechanism based on the signal strength for the PLC-based home network. As the combined mechanism of two types this mechanism allocates a unique address for the new node from one of the existing nodes with the simple equation and with the priority based on the signal strength from the new node to the existing nodes. We can use this mechanism for the self-healing function when the packet from the source node may not be delivered to the destination node directly. We developed the simulator for our mechanism using the C# programming and verified the network address assigned uniquely based on the signal strength.
An IP address shortage problem is happening with a rapid propagation of the Internet and demands about a new IP address. Address translation technology as NAT is becoming use widely in order to solve these problems. NAT is an very useful If address translation technique that allows two connected networks to use different and incompatible IP address schemes. Rut it is difficult to use NAT particularly for applications that embeded IP addresses in data payloads or encrypted IP packet to guarantee End-to-End Security such as IPSec. In addition to rewiting the source/destination IP address in the packet, NAT must modify IP checksum every time, which could lead to considerablely performance decrease of the overall system in the process of address translation. RSIP is an alternative to solve these disadvantages and address shortage problems of NAT. Both NAT and RSIP divide networks into inside and outside addressing realms. NAT translates addresses between internal network and external network, but RSIP uses a borrowed external address for outside communications. RSIP server assigns a routable, public address to an RSIP client temporaily to communicate with public network outside the private network. In this paper, I will analyze NAT and RSIP gateway system, and then I will propose the Linux-based RSIP gateway for more efficient IP Address Translation in Intranet environments based on RSIP standard of IETF.

The address discharge time lags are investigated in each subfield time in AC plasma display panel and a modified driving waveform is proposed to reduce the address discharge time lag by applying different additional scan voltage under no misfiring discharge production. The weak plasma discharge in AC PDP is generated by applying high positive-going ramp waveform to the scan electrode during the first reset period and that induce the production of the priming particle and wall charge. Because the wall charge becomes the wall voltage in a cell, the wall plus external address voltage produce the address discharge. However, as the wall charge in a cell is gradually disappeared as time passed, the address discharge time in the subfield time for 1 TV frame is lagged. In the first subfield time, the address discharge is faster produced than the other subfield time because the wall charge are much remained by the high positive-going ramp voltage during the reset period in the first subfield time. Meanwhile, from the second to last subfield, the address discharge production time is gradually delayed due to the dissipation of the wall charge in a cell. In this study, the address discharge time lags are measured in each subfield time and the total address discharge time lags are shortened by applying the different additional scan voltage during the address period in each the subfield time.
This paper proposes design and implementation for Seamless Handoff method between adapters in a system environment where both wired and wireless adapters are present First of all, by settingLayer 2 address of wired adapter to Layer 2address of wireless adapter, then generate virtual adapter on the above layer to make these two adapters operate on an IP address. Under the condition, when wired communication via the wired adapter gets disconnected while in service, wireless handoff occurs by mapping information on the wireless adapter to the virtual adapter. According to the method proposed in this paper, continuous session can be obtained even when handoff between wired and wireless adapters occurs at lower level in an application where both IP address and Port address are used to maintain session since If address does not change.

Unstable sustain discharges can occur at the bottom cells of the panel at high temperature. To solve this problem, the wall charge variation during an address period was investigated. A test panel of 7.5 inch XGA level was used and one green cell was measured. In order to realize operating condition equal to that of the bottom cells of 50 inch panel, the addressing stress pulses are applied. It seems that the resultant wall charge loss during address period increased with increase of stress time, temperature, pressure and Xe %. Wall charge loss increases with potential difference between scan electrode and address electrode, therefore wall charge loss can be minimized by the increase of scan voltage during address period.

This paper describes the design of AATM switch LIS of shared buffer type with linked-list architecture to control memory access. The proposed switch LSI consists of the buffer memory, controller and FIFO memory blocks and two special circuits to avoid the cell blocking. One of the special circuit is a new address control scheme with linked-list architecture which maintains the address of buffer memory serially ordered from write address to read address. All of the address is linked as chain is operated like a FIFO. The other is slip-flag register it will be hold the address chain when readaddress missed the reading of data. The circuits control the buffer memory efficiently and reduce the cell loss rate. As a result the designed chip operates at 33ns and occupied on 2.7*2.8mm$^{2}$ using 0.8.mu.m CMOS technology.
In this paper, we describe a method for separating text lines in handwritten Korean address images. The most remarkable feature of the proposed method is to use a modified projection technique. named a partial projection technique. A projection based text line separation method which projects the whole address image in horizontal direction to find split points for text line separation cannot avoid failing separation in case of images with a little skew or overlap between vertically neighboring text lines. To overcome this problem, we have introduced a partial projection technique which splits an address image into a few partial address images to be equal width and then project them each horizontally. The experiment done with 989 handwritten Korean address images extracted from live mails shows the superiority of the proposed method. The correct text-line separation rate fir the testing images was about 91.5%.
Recently EAI WG of IETF has published standards for multilingual support in the local part of the e-mail address. Between 2009 and 2010, EAI WG published RFC documents, called the EAI standard, extension to the existing mail-related RFC documents, and EAI has been implemented and tested. In the course of reviewing the results, this yielded a proposal to modify the EAI standard. As a result, EAI WG has published modified RFC documents, called the EAI bis standard. SMTPUTF8 mail server described in this paper has been implemented according to the EAI bis standard. In addition, it has the ability to support two different standards to support the multilingual domain part of the e-mail address, IDNA and EAI bis. Futhermore, SMTPUTF8 mail server can encode in punycode the local part of the e-mail address. Finally, interoperability testing shows that SMTPUTF8 mail server is well-implemented according to the EAI bis standard.
