건설 계측 및 계측업은 IT산업 및 정보통신기술의 급격한 발달과 함께 빠르게 발전하였다. 그러나 건설 계측이 제대로 정착하기 위한 제도적 및 법적 뒷받침은 현실적으로 아주 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 건설계측분야의 현황에 대한 설문조사 결과를 반영하여 발전 방안을 검토하였다. 건설 계측 및 계측업이 발전하기 위한 방안으로 한국건설계측협회 및 학회 설립 검토, 건설계측업 지정을 위한 관련법 검토, 건설계측품셈 제 개정 검토, 건설계측관련 설계기준 및 시방기준 제 개정 검토, 건설계측 전문인력 실무교육기관 지정 검토, 계측기기의 성능검사전문기관 지정 검토, 계측기기의 하자담보책임기간 검토, 계측기기의 손망실 비율 반영 검토 등의 발전 방안을 제안하였다.

This plan for the Medical and Information Technology University which is built by the will and support of Korea at the small county Kingdom of Swaziland in Africa. As we consider the essential condition of self-supporting of nation is the education for the poor country in culturally and socially. The establish the University in the downtown is a significant work in socially and culturally as the urban infrastructure. Besides, this is presenting the master plan not only educational institution purpose but the place for the desirable communication between regional resident in educational and cultural circumstances. It is the main concept for this plan that flexible arrangement of the lower stories buildings on the gentle hill according to the geographic features of the field, road situation, supporting equipment, construction ability and Building materials.

Human desire is required to be changed variously as time flows. A theme park which is planned to male a good memory including a variety of story, drama, and experience with one of themes is increasingly and currently broaden to be a good economic value of cultural tourism for the local autonomy institution or individual business. The plan for a theme park should be developed to give the tourist satisfaction at studious and ecology educational needs in conformity with our country's distinctive four seasons, its surrounding environment, facilities, and its contents. This design which is called 'Bear theme park' has only one theme focused on a combined effort with a landscape designer and a sculptor. It is estimated that the park must be our country's unique model of a theme park The purpose of this study is to request the designer's direct construction to participate in it by themselves, to solve any problems on the design side, to experience the real construction procedure, and to take the designer's techniques, and skills as soon as the design completed.

건설업은 양질의 기능인력이 확보되고 양성되어야 하지만 현재 건설 기능인력은 대부분 건설현장에서 체계적인 교육 없이 도제식 교육을 통해 양성되고 있다. 국내에는 건설 기능인력 양성기관으로, 국비지원 교육 훈련과정을 시행하는 교육기관이 존재하지만 교육기관을 통해 배출되는 신규인력은 건설현장의 수요에 미치지 못하며, 건설근로자가 국비지원 교육 훈련을 수강하는 경우도 적은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육기관의 교육 훈련을 개선하기 위해 교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 국비지원 교육 훈련실태 및 문제점을 분석하고, 교육체계의 중점개선사항을 도출하였다. 개선방안으로는 주요 문제점과 중점개선사항으로 분석된 비용측면의 어려움을 개선할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 교육기관의 교육 훈련 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the rinkage between apparel industy and a university education on clothing construction. The random survey was carried out on 207 patternists, working at 64 apparel companies. In this study such factors as the individual characteristics, the method of pattern making, work, and an educational institution of pattern making were investigated. The results of this study are as follow : 1. Male workers are mainly thirties and forties who graduated high school with 5 years experience or more. Female workers are mostly twenties who graduated junior college with 5 years experience or less. 2. In a way of working, male patternists tend to perform pattern making by using drafting method while female patternists generally choose apparel CAD system for grading and marking.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy model for engineering education for citizen through the connection between colleges of science and engineering and science museums as a way to achieve citizen science. For this model, the role of universities was redefined as social contributions through engineering education from the perspective of knowledge triangle and university entrepreneurship. In addition, the science museum was re-examined as an engineering education platform and selected as an institution that supports the contribution of colleges to society. For practical model development, the connection types of these two institutions were analyzed as case studies and interview to collect opinions from experts in the science museum. In this process, convergence education content development, reinforcement of college-science museum linkage, infrastructure construction, development of college resource utilization plans, and maintenance and expansion of educational programs diversification were derived as components for model development. Based on this, engineering education model for citizen was presented that matches educational programs according to the type of participation of colleges including key factors and considerations.

'기후 위기에 대처하기 위한 탄소 중립 및 녹색 성장에 관한 기본법' 이 제정됨에 따라, 탄소중립 달성을 위한 다양한 부문별 계획들(NDC)이 시행되고 있다. 학교시설은 '제로에너지건축물 인증'의 의무대상 건축물이며, 공공기관 건축물 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하는 건물로, 탄소중립 시나리오의 건물부문에서 주요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 학교시설의 건물에너지관리시스템 보급 활성화 및 효율적인 운영관리를 위한 기초자료 제공을 위하여, 최근 에너지사용 동향과 제로에너지수준을 다양한 방면에서 분석하였으며, 학교시설에 적용된 BEMS의 효과 및 사용자 의견을 조사하였다.

The article defines the organizational conditions for effective management, the actions of the team to implement the concept of marketing management using the tools of pedagogical and strategic management. Due to this, results are achieved - indicators, since in our study they will be indicators of managerial efficiency: improving the "organization" function through the construction of new organizational structures; improving the functions of "analytical activity and planning" through enriching managerial work with economic and gnostic methods, analytical activities with the mandatory inclusion of financial activities, introspection of all participants, widespread use of licensed automated systems; synthesis of educational, economic, social results.

The development of the education system and the labor market today requires new conditions for unification and functioning, the introduction of an innovative culture in the field of Education. The construction of modern management of innovative development of a higher education institution requires consideration of the existing theoretical, methodological and practical planes on which its formation is based. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the modern paradigm of organizing the mechanism of managing the innovative development of higher education institutions. Innovation in education is represented not only by the final product of applying novelty in educational and managerial processes in order to qualitatively improve the subject and objects of management and obtain economic, social, scientific, technical, environmental and other effects, but also by the procedure for their constant updating. The classification of innovations in education is presented. Despite the positive developments in the development of Education, numerous problems remain in this area, which is discussed in the article. The concept of innovative development of higher education institutions is described, which defines the prerequisites, goals, principles, tasks and mechanisms of university development for a long-term period and should be based on the following principles: scientific, flexible, efficient and comprehensive. The role of the motivational component of the mechanism of innovative development of higher education institutions is clarified, which allows at the strategic level to create an innovative culture and motivation of innovative activity of each individual, to make a choice of rational directions for solving problems, at the tactical level - to form motives for innovative activity in the most effective directions, at the operational level - to monitor the formation of a system of motives and incentives, to adjust the directions of motivation. The necessity of the functional component of the mechanism, which consists in determining a set of steps and management decisions aimed at achieving certain goals of innovative development of higher education institutions, is proved. The monitoring component of the mechanism is aimed at developing a special system for collecting, processing, storing and distributing information about the stages of development of higher education institutions, prediction based on the objective data on the dynamics and main trends of its development, and elaboration of recommendations.

It was enacted 'Emergency Medical Act' in January, 1994 beginning the emergency medical service system from 1982, and while it was established the emergency medical department in junior college providing the detailed agenda about emergency medical technician and the regulation relative to the application of a law on the emergency medical act in 1995, the fire school and the National Medical Center are enforced the curriculum. It is very important subject faced for the construction of emergency medical system to produce a number of emergency medical technicians to be sufficient to the role of emergency aid. In this study it is analysed the training curriculum for the emergency medical technician and presented the improvement plans. 1. Though it needs the qualification level of first and second class in the selection process, the more important thing needs the detailed qualification level by term of one's service and the skills of business accomplishment. 2. In the examination management, (1) written examination is composed of the questions to understand how much faithfully they carry out the practical business as the emergency medical technicians, (2) it is added practical examination as the item to appraise the situation disposal ability. 3. It is necessary to prescribe the activity in the medical institution and ambulance arrangement through the development of 'Business Treatment Guide'. 4. For the regional balanced disposition of emergency medical personnel it is selected balanceably the educational institution by eight medical service areas, and considering the characteristics of region it is necessary to manage, in the practical business training course, another special course such as the mountains medical aid and sea medical aid. 5. In the period of education the first class needs the practical business training period of a certain period after passing examination, and the second class needs the extension of the period. 6. As the problems to improve in the curriculum [1] in the first class course (1) intensification of practical educaiton (2) reinforcement of curriculum (3) the development of standardized curriculum etc., [2] in the second class course (1) varieties of curriculum (2) intensification of basic first aid treatment education.
