아동간호사의 감성지능이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 의사소통능력 및 환아 부모와의 파트너십 매개효과 (Effects of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction of Pediatric Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Communication Skills and Pediatric Nurse-Parent Partnership)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of communication skills and pediatric nurse-parent partnership on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was administered to 205 pediatric nurses working in children's, general, and tertiary hospitals situated in Chungcheong province and Seoul. Data were collected in August and September 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 26.0 along with the PROCESS macro program. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect, and was a critical factor affecting the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses. Furthermore, communication skills and nurse-parent partnership had a serial double mediating effect. Conclusion: These findings underscore the significance of conducting job satisfaction improvement programs, including strategies for augmenting emotional intelligence, bolstering communication skills, and fostering nurse-parent partnership.

헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향 : 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과 (The Effects of Hair Designer's Job stress on Flourishing : Dual-mediating Effect of Work engagement and Career commitment)

  • 본 연구는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이러한 과정에 있어서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인의 이중매개 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 B 브랜드에 종사하는 다양한 직급의 177명의 헤어디자이너를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통계패키지 SPSS 21.0과 매크로 프로그램인 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용하여 직무스트레스와 번영의 관계와 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 유의미하게 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 둘째, 이 과정에서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인이 이중매개로 투입되면서 직무스트레스가 번영에 있어서 부적(-)으로 유의미한 간접효과를 미치는 반면, 직접적으로는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향이 유의미하지 않게 바뀌면서 완전 이중매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스 요인들의 점수가 높으면 직무열의 수준이 떨어지고, 결국 자신의 경력에 몰입하지 못하게 되며 행복감과 사회적 성공을 의미하는 번영의 수준이 떨어지는 과정을 확인한 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

간호대학생의 자아탄력성이 임상수행 능력에 미치는 영향: 비판적 사고성향의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Ego-Resilience of Nursing Students on Clinical Practice Competency: Focus on the Mediating Effects of Critical Thinking Dispositions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of critical thinking dispositions in the relationship between ego-resilience and clinical practice competency. Method: This study used a descriptive design with a survey method. A total of 193 nursing students were recruited from 4 colleges of nursing in C city, and A and B province in Korea. The data was collected using questionnaires from October 6, 2017 to October 24, 2017. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis. Result: There were showed significant positive relationships of clinical practice competency with ego-resilience. In addition, critical thinking dispositions had a partial mediating role in the relationship between ego-resilience and clinical practice competency. Conclusion: This study identified the mediating effects of critical thinking dispositions and how to improve clinical practice competency. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing an educational approach to enhance clinical practice competency, which is considered a key competency for nursing college students.

대학생이 지각한 부모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 부모-자녀관계 기본심리욕구의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Basic Psychological Needs in Parent-Child Relationships between Perceived Parental Attachment and the Life Satisfaction of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between perceived parental attachment and the life satisfaction of college students, focusing on the mediating role of psychological basic needs(autonomy, competence and relatedness). The Participants of this study were 208 college students. The result was statistically treated using SPSS 21.0 program, Amos 21.0. Additionally, PROCESS Macro was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that a research model produced a better fit to the data than a alternative structural model. The final SEM model fit indices of $x^2$(df), CFI, TLI, RMSEA were met the acceptable criteria of model fitness. In other words, among the goodness-of-fit indexes of the final study model, $x^2=261.075$(p<.001), RMSEA is .082, TLI equals .925, CFI equals .940. The results showed the following: First, Parental attachment has a direct effect on autonomy, competence and relatedness. Also competence and relatedness have a direct effect on the life satisfaction. Second, Competence and relatedness showed a mediating effects on Parental attachment and the life satisfaction. The implications of these results were discussed and the further studies were suggested.

기혼직장인의 자아분화가 가정생활만족과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 갈등대처행동을 매개변인으로 - (The Effects of Self-differentiation on the Family Life Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction of Married Employee: Mediating Effects of Conflict Managing Behavior)

  • This study examined the effects of self-differentiation on family-life satisfaction and job satisfaction, and investigated the mediating effects of conflict-managing behavior. The participants in the present study were 196 married employees. LISREL was employed to test this hypothetical structural model. The results of this empirical study demonstrated that self-differentiation had positive effects on both family-life satisfaction and job satisfaction, which was mediated by the conflict-managing behavior but did not have a direct effect on either family-life satisfaction or job satisfaction. This study verified that conflict-managing behavior had mediating effects on the relationships among self-differentiation, family-life satisfaction, and job satisfaction. The results indicated that the higher the level of self-differentiation was, the more effective conflict-managing behavior was. And the more effective conflict-managing behavior was, the higher the levels of family-life satisfaction and job satisfaction were.

  • Purpose In this paper, among the four information vulnerable groups(disabled, elderly, low-income, farmers and fishermen), the mediating effect of digital device usage attitudes in the effect of digital information utilization level of farmers and fishermen with a large digital information gap with the general public on life satisfaction was verified. Design/methodology/approach This study summarizes existing research related to the digital information gap between farmers and fishermen, and the empirical analysis is based on hierarchical regression analysis based on the 2022 Digital Information Gap Report (survey data on 2,200 farmers and fishermen) published by the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency. Among the four major information vulnerable groups (the disabled, the elderly, low-income groups, and farmers and fishermen), attitudes toward using digital devices were examined in terms of the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction among farmers and fishermen, who have a relatively large digital information gap with the general public. It was verified as a mediating effect. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, attitudes toward the use of digital devices were found to play a mediating role in the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction.

간호대학생의 창의성이 자기주도학습능력에 미치는 영향 :교수의 자율성지지와 교수-학생 상호작용의 매개효과 (The Effects of Creativity on Self-Directed Learning Ability among Nursing Students: Mediating Effects of Professors' Autonomy Support and Instructor-student Interaction)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 창의성이 자기주도학습능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 과정에서 교수의 자율성 지지와 교수-학생 상호작용의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 광주광역시의 S 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 304명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 매개효과는 SPSS Process Macro 4와 bootstrapping을 활용하였다. 연구결과 창의성, 교수의 자율성지지 및 교수-학생 상호작용은 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교수의 자율성지지와 교수-학생 상호작용은 창의성이 자기주도학습능력에 영향 하는 과정에서 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하고, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력향상을 위한 교육방향에 대해 논의하였다.

일개 대학병원 간호사의 윤리적 리더십이 조직후원인식과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 조직후원인식의 매개효과 검증 - (Effects of Ethical Leadership on Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment of Nurses in a Hospital - Mediating Role of Perceived Organizational Support -)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship of ethical leadership to perceived organizational support and organizational commitment, and explored the mediating role of perceived organizational support in ethical leadership and organizational commitment of nurse. Method: Data were collected from 256 nurses in one city. Data from the completed questionnaires was analyzed with the SPSSWIN and AMOS programs. Result: Ethical leadership related positively to perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. There was also a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. It was found that perceived organizational support showed a partial mediating role between relationship of ethical leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion: The results suggest that positive effects in developing organizational commitment in nurses occur when nurse administrators are concerned about ethical leadership and perceived organizational support.

서비스 품질, 지각된 희생, 식당 가격과 이미지가 가치에 미치는 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effects of Service Quality, Perceived Sacrifice, Food Price and Image on Value)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of service quality, perceived sacrifice, food price and image on value. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. MANOVA, ANOVA, and ANCOVA were used to measure the main effects and mediating effects of service quality and perceived sacrifice on the relationships among price, image, and value. The main effects of price on service quality, perceived sacrifice, and value were statistically significant. The main effects of image on service quality and value were statistically significant. As expected, when price, service quality, and perceived sacrifice regressed on the value, they were statistically significant. Moreover, when image, service quality, and perceived sacrifice regressed on the value, they had statistically significant effects on value. The results demonstrated that service quality played a mediating role in the relationship between price and value.

간호사의 그릿이 직무열의에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 소진의 매개효과 (The effect of grit on the work engagement of nurses: The mediating effects of positive psychological capital and burnout)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of grit on the work engagement of nurses and to identify the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and burnout in the relationship between grit and work engagement. Methods: The study subjects were 182 nurses who had been working in a general hospital for more than six months. The data were collected from July 12 to July 26, 2021. The collected 182 sets of data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a hierarchical regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 and also by bootstrapping using SPSS Process Macro. Results: As a result of the analyses, it was found that higher work engagement was associated with higher grit, higher positive psychological capital, and lower burnout. The mediating effects of positive psychological capital and burnout in the relationship between grit and work engagement were found to be both direct and indirect. Conclusion: This study provides basic data suggesting that an education program designed to reduce burnout and reinforce grit and positive psychological capital is necessary to promote the work engagement of nurses in clinical settings.
