  • In this paper, we study hash function, which will take a message of arbitrary length and produce a massage digest of a specified size. The message digest will then be signed. We have to be careful that the use of a hash function h does not weaken the security of the signature scheme, for it is the message digest that is signed, not the message. It will be necessary for h to satisfy certain properties in order to prevent various forgeries. In order to prevent various type of attack, we require that hash function satisfy collision-free property. In section 1, we introduce some definitions and collision-free properties of hash function. In section 2, we study a discrete log hash function and introduce the main theorem as follows : Theorem Suppose $h:X{\rightarrow}Z$ is a hash function. For any $z{\in}Z$, let $$h^{-1}(z)={\lbrace}x:h(x)=z{\rbrace}$$ and denote $s_z={\mid}h^{-1}(z){\mid}$. Define $$N={\mid}{\lbrace}{\lbrace}x_1,x_2{\rbrace}:h(x_1)=h(x_2){\rbrace}{\mid}$$. Then (1) $\sum\limits_{z{\in}Z}s_z={\mid}x{\mid}$ and the mean of the $s_z$'s is $\bar{s}=\frac{{\mid}X{\mid}}{{\mid}Z{\mid}}$ (2) $N=\sum\limits_{z{\in}Z}{\small{s_z}}C_2=\frac{1}{2}\sum\limits_{z{\in}Z}S_z{^2}-\frac{{\mid}X{\mid}}{2}$. (2) $\sum\limits_{z{\in}Z}(S_z-\bar{s})^2=2N+{\mid}X{\mid}-\frac{{\mid}X{\mid}^2}{{\mid}Z{\mid}}$.

  • In this paper, we investigate the uniqueness of meromorphic functions of finite order concerning sharing small functions and prove that if f(z) and ${\Delta}_cf(z)$ share a(z), b(z), ${\infty}$ CM, where a(z), b(z)(${\neq}{\infty}$) are two distinct small functions of f(z), then $f(z){\equiv}{\Delta}_cf(z)$. The result improves the results due to Li et al. ([9]), Cui et al. ([1]) and $L{\ddot{u}}$ et al. ([12]).

  • Iteration functions $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$, $m{\geq}2$are defined recursively using the determinant of a matrix. We show that the fixed-iterations of $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$ converge to a simple zero with order of convergence m and give closed form expansions of $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$: To show the convergence, we derive a recursion formula for $L_m$ and then apply the idea of Ford or Pomentale. We also find a Toeplitz matrix whose determinant is $L_m(z)/(f^{\prime})^m$, and then we adapt the well-known results of Gerlach and Kalantari et.al. to give closed form expansions.

  • Let α be a complex number with 𝕽α > 0. Let the functions f and g be analytic in the unit disc E = {z : |z| < 1} and normalized by the conditions f(0) = g(0) = 0, f'(0) = g'(0) = 1. In the present article, we study the differential subordinations of the forms $${\alpha}{\frac{z^2f^{{\prime}{\prime}}(z)}{f(z)}}+{\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}}{\prec}{\alpha}{\frac{z^2g^{{\prime}{\prime}}(z)}{g(z)}}+{\frac{zg^{\prime}(z)}{g(z)}},\;z{\in}E,$$ and $${\frac{z^2f^{{\prime}{\prime}}(z)}{f(z)}}{\prec}{\frac{z^2g^{{\prime}{\prime}}(z)}{g(z)}},\;z{\in}E.$$ As consequences, we obtain a number of sufficient conditions for star likeness of analytic maps in the unit disc. Here, the symbol ' ${\prec}$ ' stands for subordination

  • Let D' : $C^n$[0, 1] ${\rightarrow}$ M be a second order derivation from the Banach algebra of n times continuously differentiable functions on [0, 1] into a Banach $C^n$[0, 1]-module M and let D be the primitive of D'. If D' is continuous and D'(z) lies in the 1-differential subspace, then it is completely determined by D(z) and D'(z) where z(t)=t, $0{\leq}t{\leq}1$.

  • Let $m$ and $k$ be any positive integers, let $\mathbb{Z}_k$ the ring of integers of modulo $k$, let $G_m(\mathbb{Z}_k)$ the group of all $m$ by $m$ nonsingular matrices over $\mathbb{Z}_k$ and let ${\phi}_m(k)$ the order of $G_m(\mathbb{Z}_k)$. In this paper, ${\phi}_m(k)$ can be computed by the following investigation: First, for any relatively prime positive integers $s$ and $t$, $G_m(\mathbb{Z}_{st})$ is isomorphic to $G_m(\mathbb{Z}_s){\times}G_m(\mathbb{Z}_t)$. Secondly, for any positive integer $n$ and any prime $p$, ${\phi}_m(p^n)=p^{m^2}{\cdot}{\phi}_m(p^{n-1})=p{^{2m}}^2{\cdot}{\phi}_m(p^{n-2})={\cdots}=p^{{(n-1)m}^2}{\cdot}{\phi}_m(p)$, and so ${\phi}_m(k)={\phi}_m(p_1^n1){\cdot}{\phi}_m(p_2^{n2}){\cdots}{\phi}_m(p_s^{ns})$ for the prime factorization of $k$, $k=p_1^{n1}{\cdot}p_2^{n2}{\cdots}p_s^{ns}$.

  • Let $F_n$ and $L_n$ be the nth Fibonacci number and Lucas number, respectively. The order of appearance of m in the Fibonacci sequence, denoted by z(m), is the smallest positive integer k such that m divides $F_k$. Marques obtained the formula of $z(L^k_n)$ in some cases. In this article, we obtain the formula of $z(L^k_n)$ for all $n,k{\geq}1$.

  • The non-rigid molecule group theory in which the dynamical symmetry operations are defined as physical operations is applied to deduce the character table of the full non-rigid molecule group (f-NRG) of 2,3,5,6-Tetramethylpyrazine The f-NRG of this molecule is seen to be isomorphic to the group $\mathbb{Z}_3{\wr}(\mathbb{Z}_2{\times}\mathbb{Z}_2)$, where $\mathbb{Z}_n$ is the cyclic group of order n, of order 324 which has 45 conjugacy classes. We determine the some properties and relations between characters of the group. Also, we examine the symmetry group of this molecule and show that its symmetry group is $\mathbb{Z}_2{\times}\mathbb{Z}_2$.

  • In this paper, the expressions of meromorphic solutions of the following nonlinear complex differential equation of the form $$f^n+Qd(z,f)=\sum\limits_{i=1}^{3}pi(z)e^{{\alpha}_i(z)}$$ are studied by using Nevanlinna theory, where n ≥ 5 is an integer, Qd(z, f) is a differential polynomial in f of degree d ≤ n - 4 with rational functions as its coefficients, p1(z), p2(z), p3(z) are non-vanishing rational functions, and α1(z), α2(z), α3(z) are nonconstant polynomials such that α'1(z), α'2(z), α'3(z) are distinct each other. Moreover, examples are given to illustrate the accuracy of the condition.

  • Let $S_o*({\alpha},{\beta},{\mu})$ denote the class of functions $f(z)=a_1z-{\sum}{\limit}^{\infty}_{n=2}\;a_nz^n$ analytic in the unit disc $U=\{z:{\mid}z{\mid}<1\}$ and satisfying the condition $${\mid}\frac{\frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}-1}{(1+\mu)\;\beta(\frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}-\alpha)-(\frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}-1)}\mid<1$$ for some $\alpha(0{\leq}{\alpha}<1),\;{\beta}(0<{\beta}{\leq}1),\;{\mu}(0{\leq}{\mu}{\leq}1)$ and for all $z{\in}U$. And it is the purpose of this paper to show a necessary and sufficient condition for the class $S_o*({\alpha},{\beta},{\mu})$, some results for the Hadamard products of two functions f(z) and g(z) in the class $S_o*({\alpha},{\beta},{\mu})$, the distortion theorem and the distortion theorems for the fractional calculus.
