This study analyzed the programs offered in the youth center located in Gyeongsangnam-do Province in accordance with the domains for creative activity. The creative activity, introduced through the 2009 revised national curriculum, puts an emphasis on the experiential activities to enhance the creativity of students. The creativity activity needs to be operated as intended in order to ensure that the students can grow into adults, who have creativity and good personality, by amassing a variety of experiences. For that, various human resources and physical resources of communities need to be utilized efficiently. Thus, this study explored the measures to achieve the original objectives of creativity activity by analyzing the programs - offered by the youth centers in Gyeongsangnam-do Province - based on the scope of creativity activity. The followings are the results of the analysis of 177 programs offered in 12 organizations that came under the three categories (training facilities operated directly by the Education Office, public training centers, culture center) of the youth centers located in Gyeongsangnam-do Province. Autonomous activity' comprised the highest proportion in the youth center programs of the three categories, followed by club activity. The programs associated with the 'career activity' - which most students have the highest expectations in relation to the creativity activity - comprised relatively low proportion. In conclusion, the programs offered by the youth centers in communities need to become more diversified in order to achieve the intended results of creative activity. In addition, the programs associated with the 'career activity', which student prefer the most, need to be operated in a more diversified manner with greater emphasis. Furthermore, the measures should be explored which may increase the involvement of youth education experts of community in the operations of creativity activity.

이 연구에서는 지능정보사회에 적합한 청소년 역량함양을 위해 청소년 활동시설의 프로그램, 설비·시설, 지도자에 변화를 가져올 수 있는 청소년 활동정책의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 지능정보사회에서의 사회변화 전망에 따른 청소년 활동정책의 변화방향에 대한 문헌연구, 청소년 활동시설의 대응실태 파악 및 활동정책의 발전방안 모색을 위한 온라인 설문조사와 전문가 의견조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 17개 정책과제들을 제시하였다. 먼저 프로그램분야에는 1) 지능정보기술 관련 프로그램의 확대, 2) 진로체험교육프로그램에서 진로탄력성관련 내용의 강화, 3) 스팀·메이커관련 프로그램의 체계적 도입 및 확산 등 9개 과제를 제시하였다. 다음으로 설비·시설분야에는 1) 지능정보기술 관련 외부기관과의 협력네트워크 강화, 2) 활동프로그램 개발·개선·운영에서 AR·VR 기술의 적용 확대, 3) 청소년활동 분야의 빅데이터 구축 등 5개 과제를 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 지도자분야에는 1) 활동시설 지도자 대상 지능정보사회관련 정보제공 확대, 2) 청소년 지도자 대상 지능정보사회관련 직무모형 개발 및 직무연수 실시 등 3개 과제를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of hygiene and nutritional management and education in the kitchen for youth facilities registered at the center. For this purpose, hygiene and nutrition management checklist scores, satisfaction and participation rates for each training, and diet use rate were checked on a quarterly basis. Hygiene and nutrition management scores increased every quarter, with the average score in the fourth quarter reaching 89.9 points. The participation rate in youth education was high at 86.4%, and both youth and staff education showed a satisfaction rating of 4.8 points. The usage rate of the adolescent diet was 65.4%. Based on the research results, the effectiveness of visiting guidance and education was confirmed, and future direction of center operation was suggested.

This study focuses on the policy priorities for training agro-healing experts. Training agro-healing experts is an important task that should boost local community in rural areas. In order to make an efficient decision making, the study analyses priority of relevant policies using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. According to the results, R&D comes out first. Human Resource Development(HRD), financial support, and the construction of legal system comes after R&D. In R&D, qualifications and guidelines for participants comes out the most significant issue. In the aspect of HRD, it is very important to develop and utilize regional personnel such as unemployed youth and retirees from related fields. As for financial support, funding for educational facilities (i.e. classrooms and farmland for practice) is needed. In case of legal system, it is desirable to introduce the recruiting experts system and qualification system certified by government.

This study was carried out to investigate the status and development direction of horse riding industry for rural development of Korea. Library research and field survey were conducted to collect relevant data such as number of horse and size of horse farms, facilities for horse riding and educational institutions for youths and farmers and the results obtained were as follows : Only a few institutions among high schools, colleges and universities were observed to deliver horse riding programs. For farmers, no equestrian specialist was available in agricultural extension offices. Horse meat is consumed mostly in Jeju Island in Korea. Relevant institutions should be also strengthened including formal and nonformal education for horse riding and much more schools and universities should adopt horse riding program for the training of youths and farmers. Considering the obesity problem, the nutritional composition of horse meat is better than those of pork or beef, so promotion of horse meat consumption also should be strengthened.

저출산 고령화 시대에 청소년 사망원인 1위가 자살이라는 것은 일부 계층의 문제가 아니고 우리 사회가 해결해야 할 위급하고 중요한 사회적 문제로 인식되어야 한다. 우리는 일반 청소년을 대상으로 자살에 대한 올바른 태도와 이해를 습득하고 또래 친구의 자살징후를 조기에 발견하여 전문기관에 연계할 수 있는 자살예방 지킴이의 양성 교육을 지원하고자 한다. 본 논문은 청소년이 공감할 수 있는 구체적인 상황과 함께 연동하는 시나리오 기반 학습 프로그램과 이를 구현하여 청소년의 참여를 유도하는 비주얼 노벨 형식의 기능성 게임을 제안한다. 우리는 제안하는 교육용 기능성 게임이 스마트기기를 통한 교육현장과 청소년의 접근성 향상시킬 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 가출 후 청소년의 거리생활 경험에 관하여 조사하고, 거리생활로 인한 범죄의 영향력 등에 대해서 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 융복합적 지원정책에 대해서 탐색하였다. 본 연구조사는 청소년쉼터 이용청소년과 아웃리치 사업에서 만난 거리청소년을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 최종적으로 259부를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년가출 연령과 거리생활 연령을 비교해 볼 때에 가출 후에 적절한 서비스를 통한 개입과 지원이 이루어지지 못할 때에 가출청소년은 거리생활로 이어질 수 있다. 둘째, 거리청소년에 대한 정책은 청소년쉼터에 찾아온 아이들을 대상으로 서비스를 지원하였다. 그러나 이제는 청소년 지원 정책이 청소년 삶의 현장을 찾아가는 서비스와 욕구를 기반으로 문제해결을 돕는 융복합적 정책의 필요하다. 셋째, 거리생활 후에 비행행동이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 거리청소년은 거리생활을 위해서는 비행에 가담할 수밖에 없는 상황에 놓이게 된다. 마지막으로 거리생활 청소년은 생활비, 주거시설, 일자리 소개, 취업기술 훈련 등의 자립지원에 관한 서비스 욕구가 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로 거리생활 경험 청소년의 개입은 주거, 노동, 교육, 복지 등의 융복합적 지원이 필요하다.

The increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations is known to be closely associated with climate change and global warming. In this sense, considering that facilities for appropriate education and experience on wood, which is a carbon pool, have been required, this study targets the Wood Cultural Experience Centers, which are in current operation, examines and evaluates their operation status and policy changes, and ultimately derives a successful positioning plan. To this end, it conducts a survey, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of the similarity analysis (KYST: Kruskal-Young-Shepard-Torgerson program) with facilities with leisure activities and educational functions, the Wood Cultural Experience Center have competition with natural recreation forests in terms of naturalness, and it has competition with the career experience center and youth training center in terms of experiential observation. Second, the result of positioning analysis of the attribute space map indicates that the Wood Cultural Experience Center is positively perceived in terms of such attributes as naturalness, experiential learning or recreation, and preservation of natural environment, but is negatively recognized in terms of accessibility, escape from daily life, and things to see.

본 연구는 운동부 지도자들이 운동선수들의 기량을 향상시키기 위하여 효율적으로 기록관리 할 수 있는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한 것이다. 운동선수들이 기량을 향상시키기 위해서는 실전과 같은 훈련을 하여야 하며 그에 대한 방안으로 기구, 시설, 장비, 상황 등에 맞추어 훈련하는 방법도 있겠지만, 훈련 시 달성한 기록을 체크하여 운동선수에게 기록에 대한 동기부여를 하는 방안도 생각할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유소년 농구클럽을 대상으로 사전 조사를 통하여 실제 농구경기에서 쓰이는 기록관리 시스템으로 운동을 하였을 때와, 그렇지 않았을 때 경기 기록 활용이 동기 부여가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 그리하여 스마트폰 기반 기록관리 어플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 이용한 후 지도자들의 설문조사를 통하여 훈련 효율성을 측정한 결과 실력향상을 위한 동기부여가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 성매매방지기관 실무자들의 사례관리에 대한 실천경험의 이해를 바탕으로 성매매라는 특수성이 고려된 사례관리 실천방법의 적용에 대한 이슈들을 파악하고자 한 것으로 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 귀납적 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 위한 연구 참여자는 전국의 성매매방지기관 중 성매매피해상담소, 일반지원시설, 자활지원센터, 청소년시설 유형별 각각 3개의 기관을 선정하였고, 각 기관에서 사례관리를 담당하고 있는 실무자 및 소장(기관에 따라서는 센터장으로 불림) 총 12명으로 구성되었다. 분석결과 성매매방지기관 실무자들의 사례관리 경험에 대한 주요 이슈들은 3개의 영역에서 5개의 주제와 12개의 범주로 구분하였다. 5개의 주제로는 '특별하지 않은 일상적이고 꾸준한 업무', '부담감과 설레임의 공존함', '애이불비(哀而不悲)', '현장경험을 통해 배워가는 나만의 노하우', '그럼에도 불구하고 미래의 희망으로 나를 채우다' 이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 실천현장의 이해에 기반한 사례관리의 전문적인 교육의 장 확대, 정부차원의 의료와 법률에 대한 서비스 맞춤 방안 마련, 일자리 창출 및 맞춤 직업교육의 강화, 지역 전문기관과의 다양한 협력체계를 구축하기 위한 적극적인 네트워킹, 전문적인 슈퍼비전 체계의 확립 등 성매매방지기관에서 사례관리의 활성화를 위해 필요한 정책과 실천의 지침들을 제언하였다.
