The rises of the life index quality together with the medical technology improvement lead to a longer life expectancy. Then a better health care program, especially for elderly, is needed. The common health problems facing those senior citizens are changed from acute diseases to chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension. Then u-Health takes center stage in medical industry. Although u- Health medical device manufacturers have been improving their instruments, these instruments still rely on proprietary technologies without fixed platform. Even if the interface has been provided by the manufacturer, there is no widely-accepted uniform data model to access data of various u-Health devices. IEEE 11073 is a standard attempting to unify the interfaces of all medical devices. In this paper we have proposed a conversion software platform that assures interoperability among medical devices for ubiquitous sensor network. This module uses in order to develop a standard platform of medical system.

We prove the existence of uniform attractors $\mathcal{A}_{\varepsilon}$ in the space $H^1(\mathbb{R}^N){\cap}L^p(\mathbb{R}^N)$ for the following non-autonomous nonclassical diffusion equations on $\mathbb{R}^N$, $$u_t-{\varepsilon}{\Delta}u_t-{\Delta}u+f(x,u)+{\lambda}u=g(x,t),\;{\varepsilon}{\in}(0,1]$$. The upper semicontinuity of the uniform attractors $\{\mathcal{A}_{\varepsilon}\}_{{\varepsilon}{\in}[0,1]}$ at ${\varepsilon}=0$ is also studied.

It is considered that herbal medicine may also have hepatotoxicity and Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata is thought to be the most poisonous. We investigated the changes of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and ${\gamma}-glutamyltranspeptidase{\;}({\gamma}-GT$)$ in 6 cases administrated herbal medicine containing Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata and tried to evaluate its influence on liver enzymes. Before administration, the mean values of AST and ALT were $30.5{\pm}12.4${\;}U/L{\;}and{\;}30.7{\pm}22.5{\;}U/L$. After administration, those of AST, ALT and ${\gamma}-GT{\;}were{\;}25.7{\pm}8.7 {\;}U/L,{\;}28{\pm}14.8{\;}U/L{\;}and{\;}34.3{\pm}19.4{\;}U/L$ respectively. Therefore, it is indirectly assured that herbal medicine containing Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata didn't influence liver enzymes such as AST, ALT, ${\gamma}-GT$.

동면 개시인자로 알려진 DADLE는 여러 연구에 의해 in vivo와 in vitro 상에서 유사 동면 상태를 야기한다. 본 연구는 인체혈구암세포인 U937 세포주의 세포 사멸과 세포 주기 둥에 대한 DADLE의 영향을 살펴보았다. DADLE가 처리된 U937세포는 8${\sim}6$10 ${\mu}$M의 높은 농도에서 세포 증식이 감소하였으며, 0${\sim}6$ ${\mu}$M의 낮은 농도에서 영향이 없었다. DNA flow cytometer를 이용하여 세포 주기를 분석해본 결과 DADLE에 의한 세포 주기 억제가 관찰되었다. DADLE처리에 따른 세포 증식률 감소 및 세포 주기 억제효과를 전사 수준에서 조사한 결과 Bcl-XL, c-IAP-2의 발현 및 survivin의 발현 감소가 관찰되었으며, COX-2의 발현 역시 COX-1의 변화 없이 감소함을 확인하였다. 또한, cyclin E 와 cdk-2, -4 그리고 -6의 발현 역시 감소하는 것을 관찰하였다. Telomere 조절 관련 유전자의 경우도 c-myc과 TERT의 감소, 그리고 TEP-1가 증가하는 현상을 관찰하였다. 이상의 결과는 DADLE를 U937 암세포주에 처리했을 때 세포 주기의 억제를 통하여 life-time을 증가시킬 가능성을 시사하며 이에 관한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study is a follow-up study of Han and Kang (2013) and Kang and Han (2013) which examined cross-generational changes in the Korean vowels /o/ and /u/ using acoustic analyses of the vowel formants of these two vowels, their Euclidean distances and the overlap fraction values generated in SOAM 2D (Wassink, 2006). Their results showed an on-going approximation of /o/ and /u/, more evident in female speakers and non-initial vowels. However, these studies employed non-words in a frame sentence. To see the extent to which these two vowels are merged in real words in spontaneous speech, we conducted an acoustic analysis of the formants of /o/ and /u/ produced by two age groups of female speakers while reading a letter sample. The results demonstrate that 1) the younger speakers employed mostly F2 but not F1 differences in the production of /o/ and /u/; 2) the Euclidean distance of these two vowels was shorter in non-initial than initial position, but there was no difference in Euclidean distance between the two age groups (20's vs. 40-50's); 3) overall, /o/ and /u/ were more overlapped in non-initial than initial position, but in non-initial position, younger speakers showed more congested distribution of the vowels than in older speakers.

본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 안테나의 대역폭을 개선하기 위하여 개구 결합된 U-슬롯 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계하였다. 개구 결합을 이용하여 마이크로스트립 급전선로와 복사소자인 마이크로스트립 패치를 결합하였다. 이 결합구조는 급전선로가 복사소자로 동작되는 의사복사를 제거할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 복사면과 급전면이 분리되어 패치와 급전선로를 독립적으로 설계할 수 있는 구조이다. 또한 U-슬롯 구조의 공진 특성과 패치 자체의 공진 특성을 동시에 이용하여 광대역 특성을 가지도록 U-슬롯을 갖는 안테나를 설계하였다. 설계 제작된 안테나로부터 궤환손실, VSMR, 복사패턴 및 이득을 측정하였다. 그 결과 안테나의 임피던스 대역폭(VSWR$\leq$2)은 2.35GHz에서 6.4%로 나타났고, 안테나의 평균이득은 5.3dBi로 나타났다.

인공재배 가능한 버섯 13종을 선정하여 균사체 배양 후 배양액 및 혈전분해활성을 검토한 결과 배양액에서는 0.00-0.16U 매우 낮았던 반면에 균사체의 혈전분해 활성은 0.00-0.48U로 배양액에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 또한, 뽕나무 버섯의 건조 균체량은 6.50g/100mL로 다른 균체에 비하여 1.9-5.0배의 높은 생산력을 보여주었다. 인공 재배된 버섯 자실체(7종)의 혈전분해활성은 0.17-0.94U로 나타났으며 아위버섯 자실체의 혈전분해 활성이 가장 높게 나타났다.

센서네트워크 시스템을 응용한 u-Healthcare 시스템 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이를 사람이 아닌 동물에 적용시켜 애완동물의 상태를 웹을 통하여 관리할 수 있는 uPetCare(Ubiquitous Pet-Care System)을 설계 및 구현하였다. uPetCare System의 주된 기능으로는 1) 센서를 통한 데이터의 수집, 2) 멀티-홉 통신 3) 싱크 노드에서의 데이터 압축(compression) 및 정리(aggregation), 4) 웹 서버에서의 데이터 저장, 5) AJAX 기술을 통한 실시간 정보 확인 6) 상황 인지 시스템을 통한 펫 관리 시스템을 포함한다.

We consider initial value problems for the semirelativistic Hartree type equations with cubic convolution nonlinearity $F(u)=(V*{\mid}u{\mid}^2)u$. Here V is a sum of two Coulomb type potentials. Under a specified decay condition and a symmetric condition for the potential V we show the global existence and scattering of solutions.
