공업계 고교 NCS 기반 교육과정의 편성 실태와 과제 (The Actual Situation and Task that The Industrial Area Highschools Organize National Competency Standard Based Curriculum)

  • 이 연구는 공업계 고교의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 실태와 문제점을 파악하여 NCS 교육과정을 기반으로 지속적인 성장 발전을 위한 과제가 무엇인지 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 특성화고, 마이스터고 및 전문계학과를 설치한 일반고를 포함하여 총 583개교를 대상으로 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성에 대한 기초자료를 조사하였고, 그 중 283개 단위학교의 공업분야 교육과정 편성 실태와 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구결과 파악된 문제점은 첫째, 산업분야별 인력수요 전망을 고려하여 객관적으로 기준학과를 설치하지 못했다는 점. 둘째, 공업분야 특성화고의 경우 실무과목의 수와 과목당 평균단위수가 다른 특성화고보다 많은 비중을 차지하고 있지만 학습모듈 활용, 교수학습방법 개발 및 교원 역량 강화 방안은 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다는 점, 셋째, 공업분야 특성화고의 전문교과 담당교사의 수업부담이 더 증가한다는 점, 넷째, 인력양성목표와 NCS 기반 고교 직업교육과정과의 연계성이 약하다는 점, 다섯째, NCS 실무과목을 3학년에 집중 편성함으로 인해 체계적이고 균형잡힌 학습에 한계가 있다는 점이었다. 공업계 고교에서 NCS 기반 교육과정이 선순환적으로 작동하고 안착하기 위한 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무역량 향상과 Career Path(진로경로)를 고려하여 NCS 기반 교육과정을 편성해야 한다. 둘째, NCS 학습모듈 내용을 재구조화해야 한다. 셋째, NCS 직무 역량 강화를 위하여 모듈식 교수학습방법 등 적합한 교수학습방법을 연구 적용해야 한다. 넷째, 교원의 역할변화로 요구되는 추가역량에 대한 대응 방안을 마련해야 한다. 다섯째, 교원의 수업부담 경감방안과 수업역량 강화방안을 확립하여야 한다.

117 신고센터 전문상담 요원의 소진에 관한 현상학적 연구 -정부 부처 통합근무 체제 적용- (A Phenomenological Study on the Burnout of Specialized Counselors in the 117 Report Center - Application of the Integrated Working System of Government Departments-)

  • 현대사회는 삶의 양식 변화에 따라 복잡하고 다양한 분야로 생활 영역이 확대되고 있다. 사람들의 의식도 변화하면서 각종 사회문제가 수반되고 이에 대한 대책도 다방면에서 이루어지고 있다. 특히 학교폭력 문제가 관심 대상이 되면서 정부 관련 부처가 합동으로 신고센터를 마련하고 전문상담 요원들이 피해 신고를 접수하며 상담하고 있다. 상담 요원들은 업무 처리 과정에서 심신의 소진을 경험한다. 따라서 소진의 원인이 되는 요인이 무엇인지 연구하여 효과적인 상담 업무 수행에 기여할 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구는 2019년 2월부터 2020년 5월까지 117 신고센터에서 근무하는 상담 요원 10명을 대상으로 업무 처리 과정에서 체험한 사실을 면담하고 수집하여 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과에서 소진 요인은 첫째 '117 신고센터 경험'에서 기관 통합 시기의 상담요원 갈등, 둘째 '소진'에서 전문상담 요원은 정서적 고갈, 비인간화, 성취감 결여 증상 등의 경험이었다. 상담 요원들의 소진 요인을 예방하고 극복하기 위해 사기 증진방안 마련이 필요하였다. 이는 각종 익명의 상담 방식이 활용되는 산업화·정보화 시대에 특수 직종 상담 요원의 근무환경 개선에도 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

Symbiotic Dynamic Memory Balancing for Virtual Machines in Smart TV Systems

  • Smart TV is expected to bring cloud services based on virtualization technologies to the home environment with hardware and software support. Although most physical resources can be shared among virtual machines (VMs) using a time sharing approach, allocating the proper amount of memory to VMs is still challenging. In this paper, we propose a novel mechanism to dynamically balance the memory allocation among VMs in virtualized Smart TV systems. In contrast to previous studies, where a virtual machine monitor (VMM) is solely responsible for estimating the working set size, our mechanism is symbiotic. Each VM periodically reports its memory usage pattern to the VMM. The VMM then predicts the future memory demand of each VM and rebalances the memory allocation among the VMs when necessary. Experimental results show that our mechanism improves performance by up to 18.28 times and reduces expensive memory swapping by up to 99.73% with negligible overheads (0.05% on average).

  • A small, highly-trained crew working on the ship's automation has contributed to the improvement of operation efficiency and the labor environment on board ship. However, at the same time, having a small crew adds more responsibility to the ship's officers to safely operate and manage the ship. Recently, development on the system to concentrate important information being scattered at the various pieces of navigational equipment has been actively studied, using information and computer technology. The purpose of this study is to set up and implement an integrated marine data networking and communication system on the training-research ship. Information relating to navigation, engine and office automation were investigated and analyzed, and implementation methods associated with navigation, engine and the management information system were designed and presented. In addition, the networking system and navigational signal interface unit for the integrated communication system, and the data communication method between the ship and land are also discussed.

VDT작업에서의 근골격계 질환 예방을 위한 새로운 팔 지지대 제안 (Proposal of a Movable Armrest for Preventing the Musculoskeletal Disorders)

  • In spite of the rapid increase of computer use in our everyday life, not much effort is undertaken to take measures to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs). In this paper, we suggest a movable armrest which would lower the exposure to the MSDs, especially on the vicinity of arm. The aim of this study is to determine whether there are differences in wrist angle variations, forearm muscular loads, comfort and normal performance between the invented movable armrest and a conventional armrest when using a computer mouse. Eight experienced VDU workers performed a standardized simple task set which consists of 15 detailed tasks with each armrest. The wrist angle variations in the right arm were registered by electrogoniometer and the muscle activities in the shoulder, deltoid and two extensors in the forearm were also registered by electromyograph. The subjects rated perceived comfort while performing the tasks with each armrest. Working with the invented armrest, compared to general, gave significantly decreased wrist angle variations at most of the detailed tasks of both biaxial movements. Moreover, as the distance of targets increased, the difference of muscle activities in two different situations trend to be increasing. At the same time, in work with invented armrest, the subjects rated more comfort and they showed decreased normal performances in 8 detailed tasks which were mainly caused by macro moving time.

임대주택단지 주차공간확충 방안 연구 (A Study on Expansion for the Parking Space of Rental Housing Complexes)

  • The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.

스마트폰 가속도 센서 기반의 제스처 인식과 로봇 응용 (Smartphone Accelerometer-Based Gesture Recognition and its Robotic Application)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 사용자를 위한 가속도 센서 기반의 제스처 인식 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 제스처 인식 방법에서는 DTW 알고리즘을 적용하여 새로운 시계열 가속도 데이터와 각 제스처별 대표 훈련 데이터간의 유사도를 측정한 뒤, k-NN 알고리즘을 적용하여 제스처를 판별한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 제스처 인식 방법의 성능을 분석해보기 위해, 안드로이드 스마트폰에서 동작하는 제스처 인식 프로그램과 이것을 활용한 제스처 기반 원격 제어 로봇 시스템을 구현하였다. 사용자-혼합 및 사용자-독립 실험들을 통해, 본 논문에서 제안한 제스처 인식방법과 구현 시스템이 높은 인식 성능과 확장성을 가진다는 것을 보였다.

학년 간 비교를 통한 공대생의 팀 활동에 관한 인식 분석 (Cognition of Engineering Students in Team Activities through a Comparative Analysis between Grades)

  • Team activities in engineering curriculum play the major role in nourishing students with problem-solving and team-working capabilities. Educators endeavor to guide students to achieve success experiences through team activities. The sense of success depends on how the students think and feel about team activities. In this study, we investigated the students thoughts on team activity in various aspects. We provided freshmen and juniors with a set of questionnaire and gathered answers, from which we tried to elicit implication that we may apply for coaching their team activities. The analysis result shows that the perception level of freshmen on team activities is less mature in a sense that the freshmen's view is more neutral than that of juniors. Regardless of the grade, they show that they put more emphasis on the team atmosphere than on the team performance. Especially the freshmen are more sensitive to the relationship between the team members than the juniors. The juniors concern more about whether they prepare well enough for the team activities or not. Both of the grades prefer self-regulation in team formation and think the leadership is essential in performing team activities. However, they both hesitate to take a role as a leader. We expect the research result will provide novel ideas for coaching students to obtain valuable experiences on team activities.

최소침습수술을 위한 복강경 매니퓰레이터 제어 (Laparoscope Manipulator Control for Minimally Invasive Surgery)

  • An efficient laparoscope manipulator robot was designed to automatically control the position of laparoscope via a passive joint on end-effector position. The end position of the manipulator is controlled to have corresponding velocity defined in the global coordinate space using laparoscopic visual information. Desired spatial position of laparoscope was derived from detected positions of surgical instrument tips, then the clinical viewing plane was moved by visual servoing task. The laparoscope manipulator is advantageous for automatically maintaining clinically important views in the laparoscopic image without any additional operator. A laparoscope is mounted to a holder which is linked to four degree of freedom manipulator via universal joint-type passive rings connection. No change in the design of laparoscope or manipulator is necessary for its application to surgery assistant robot system. Expanded working space and surgical efficiency were accomplished by implementing slant linking structure between laparoscope and manipulator. To ensure reliable positioning accuracy and controllability, the motion of laparoscope in an abdominal space through trocar was inspected using geometrical analysis. A designed laparoscope manipulating robot system can be easily set up and controlled in an operation room since it has a few subsidiary devices such as a laparoscope light source regulator, a control PC, and a power supply.

취약계층의 방문간호 서비스 요구 특성 (Working with Vulnerable Families: A Nurse Home Visiting Perspective)

  • Purpose: This study defines a vulnerable group in a community that has become the main target of a national health project also, it is descriptive research to suggest an evidence-based direction to meet their deficit health-related needs, Method: This research examined 833 families and 1,835 family members of the financially vulnerable class that was registered in a home visiting program of a public health center. Among them, 892 persons who had health problems, and their family members were examined in detail to find out their characteristics of vulnerability and health needs by assessment during a nurses home visit. Frequency distribution, stepwise-regression and factor analysis were used to analyze the data. Result: The vulnerable group that was defined with social indexes set as standards, involved substantial characteristics of vulnerability. The characteristics of demand showed tendencies of being clustered in 5 factors needs of intensive nursing care, chronic nursing care problems and helplessness, maintenance of family functioning with a disability, deficient problem solving ability, and simple financial fragility. Conclusion: Categorization of needs is an evidence-based estimator of workload in nurse home visiting services, and can be used as a basic resource for direction to meet the deficit needs of a vulnerable group.
