본 연구의 목적은 IT 탐색 및 활용 역량과 운영기술 역량이 조직 민첩성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 최근 경쟁이 심화되고 정보기술의 급격한 변화로 고충을 겪고 있는 국내 중소 물류기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. IT 탐색 및 활용 역량과 조직 민첩성에 관련된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 이론적으로 인정을 받은 기존 연구 모형을 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 채택하였고 이에 따라 연구 가설을 제시하였다. 실증적인 연구방법을 채택하여 2018년 국내 중소물류기업들로부터 설문지를 회수하였고 설문 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고, 연구 가설을 검정하였다. 연구결과는 IT 탐색 및 활용 역량이 운영기술 역량을 강화하고 다시 운영기술 역량이 조직 민첩성을 향상시킨다는 결론을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 제시된 연구 모형이 최근 시점에서도 여전히 유효한지를 확인하였고 그 이론이 국내 중소 물류기업에도 적용된다는 점을 확인함으로써 IT 탐색 및 활용 역량과 조직 민첩성에 관련된 연구의 일반화에 기여했다는 점에서 공헌을 찾을 수 있다. 실무적으로는 국내 물류 중소기업의 조직 민첩성을 향상시키기 위하여 새로운 정보기술을 탐색하고 이미 도입한 정보기술을 잘 활용하는 두가지 노력이 병행되어야 한다는 점에서 기업의 실무 담당자들과 물류산업을 활성화하려는 정부 정책 담당자들에게 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

A theoretical model for predicting the capability curve of cellulose acetate filter is derived. The pressure drop is expressed as a function of the filter dimensions, the tow fiber characteristics, the filter weight, the fluid flow rate, and a filter fiber factor. Where, the filter fiber factor is affected by the distribution of the tow fibers within the filter, the relative orientations of the tow fibers, and their cross-sectional shapes. The minimum and maximum fraction of solids in capability curves determined from experimental data. Also, the filter fiber factor is expressed as a function of the filter length, tow fiber length, and tow fiber diameter. Capability curves predicted by the suggested model in this work correspond well with capability curves by experimental data.

This work describes the effect of composite conductor on the characteristics of electric double layer capacitor. Test cell, which was fabricated with conducting composite consisted of 80％ of SPB and 20％ of VGCF, exhibits the better tate capability and the lower resistance than those of the cells fabricated with single electronic conductor. These enhanced properties could be related with the decrease of contact resistance between the activated carbon powders.

The objectives of this study were to identify the work values of the college students, and to verify the relationship between demographic variables and the work value inventory. Data were collected from college students majoring clothing and textiles(N=307). Convenient sampling was performed. The work value inventory used in this study was modified on the one designed by Meitus. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and F-test. The findings of this study were as follows : First, as a result of factor analysis, dimensions of work value consists of 8 factors, including income, achievement, status, social contribution, stability, responsibility, capability and vocational contribution. Second, job experience, grade and parent's educational background and occupation were the major variables determining students' work values.

The construction industry is highly dependent on human resources and changes the degree of completion of construction work depending on the level of performance of engineers. As women's social advancement has recently expanded, the construction industry is also experiencing a large influx. Therefore, it can be seen that not only male engineers' ability to carry out work but also female engineers' ability to carry out work is important. Therefore, this study investigated the actual work conditions and work performance capabilities of female engineers and presented them as basic data for the construction of work capability improvement measures.

The flight deck of an aircraft carrier is relatively vulnerable compared to its hull, as the damage of some subsystems on the flight deck may cause the carrier losing its operational capability. Therefore, this work aims to represent a simulative method for evaluating the resistance of the flight deck's operational capability in the condition that the aircraft carrier is together with its strike group and the enemy uses the anti-ship missiles with the cluster warheads to attack. In the simulations, the susceptibility of the carrier and the vulnerability of the aircraft guarantee resources are gained. Then, with the help of the closed queuing network, the residual sortie generation rate can be solved, which reflects the flight deck's residual operational capability. The results have proven that the flight deck is of strong resistance to these attacks while it is very sensitive to the loss of some key aircraft guarantee resources.

This study evaluates the poverty experiences of low-income single mothers according to the Capability Approach of Amartya Sen. In this approach, the capability to achieve the basic functionings of life, not income itself, is the criterion of poverty. 26 single mothers were interviewed using focus-group interviews and in-depth interviews. 21 functionings on the existence level, 18 on the relatedness level, and 15 on the growth level were found in the areas of work, health, food consumption, clothing, housing, child rearing, and leisure. The results of this study suggest that low-income single mothers can achieve only some of the existence level functionings with significant help from welfare services. They can scarcely achieve higher level functionings in any of these areas.

우리나라는 장시간 근로가 일반화 되어 있으며, 이러한 관행에 대응하여 근로시간 단축이 사회적 관심대상이 되었다. 장시간 노동은 교대제라는 매개를 통해서 이루어지고 있으며, 교대제와 연계된 장시간 노동은 기업의 지속적인 수요를 맞추기 위한 목적으로 활용된다. 본 연구는 1998년부터 4조2교대제를 도입한 유한킴벌리와 2011년 4조2교대제를 도입한 POSCO의 사례를 심층적으로 분석하여 실천적인 시사점 발견을 목적으로 하였다. 특히 4조2교대제를 도입한 두 기업의 사례를 통해 제도 도입의 동기, 과정 및 이로 인한 기업의 관리방식 변화 양상을 구체적으로 분석하여 타 기업에 공통적으로 적용 가능한 시사점을 제공코자 노력하였다. 본 연구는 주요 목적을 달성하기 위해 사례연구방법을 적용하였으며, 문헌연구와 현장방문조사를 병행하여 적용하였다. 유한킴벌리와 POSCO의 4조2교대는 단계적 추진, 시범운영을 통한 도입, 최종도입까지 장시간 소요, 직원 대의기구의 적극적인 역할 등 제도적용의 공통점이 존재하였다.

프로젝트 수행시 명확한 업무 프로세스를 정립하고 이의 운영을 평가해 보는 것은 조직의 업무 효율성 향상을 위해 필요하다. 설계사무소 역시 프로젝트 규모의 대형화에 따라 효율적인 프로세스를 적용하여 높은 품질의 성과물을 산출하고 생산성 향상을 추구하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위한 한 방안으로 본 논문에서는 설계업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계를 제안한다. SW 개발업체의 역량 성숙도를 평가하기 위해 개발된 CMMI의 프로세스 평가체계를 벤치마킹하여, 설계 프로젝트에 있어서 업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 설계 업무 수행 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계가 확립된다면, 설계프로젝트의 역량을 높여 설계사무소에는 업무 효율성을, 발주자에게는 만족할만한 품질의 설계 성과물을 가져다 줄 수 있을 것이다.

We develop methods for propagating and analyzing EPCI(Extended Process Capability Index) by using the error type that classifies into accuracy and precision. EPCI developed in this study can be applied to the three combined processes that consist of production, measurement and calibration. Little calibration work discusses while a great deal has been studied about SPC(Statistical Process Contol) and MSA(Measurement System Analysis). EPCI can be decomposed into three indexes such as PPCI(Production Process Capability Index), PPPI(Production Process Performance Index), MPCI(Measurement PCD, and CPCI(Calibration PCI). These indexs based on the type of error classification can be used with various statistical techniques and principles such as SPC control charts, ANOVA(Analysis of Variance), MSA Gage R&R, Additivity-of-Variance, and RSSM(Root Sum of Square Method). As the method proposed is simple, any engineer in charge of SPC. MSA and calibration can use efficientily in industries. Numerical examples are presentsed. We recommed that the indexes can be used in conjunction with evaluation criteria.
