In this paper, the classical Irons' patch tests which have been generally accepted for the convergence proof of a finite element are performed for Mindlin plate bending elements with a special emphasis on the nonconforming elements. The elements considered are 4-node and 8-node quadrilateral isoparametric elements which have been dominantly used for the analyses of plate bending problems. It was recognized from the patch tests that some nonconforming Mindlin plate elements pass all the cases of patch tests even though nonconforming elements do not preserve conformity. Then, the clues for the Mindlin plate element to pass the Irons' patch tests are investigated. Also, the convergent characteristics of some nonconforming Mindlin plate elements that do not pass the Irons' patch tests are examined by weak patch tests. The convergence tests are performed on the benchmark numerical problems for both nonconforming elements which pass the patch tests and which do not. Some conclusions on the relationship between the patch test and convergence of nonconforming Mindlin plate elements are drawn.

The aim of this article is to study an implicit iteration process with errors for a finite family of non-Lipschitzian asymptotically non expansive mappings in the intermediate sense in Banach spaces. Also we establish some strong convergence theorems and a weak convergence theorem for said scheme to converge to a common fixed point for non Lipschitzian asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in the intermediate sense. The results presented in this paper extend and improve the corresponding results of [1], [3]-[8], [10]-[11], [13]-[14], [16] and many others.

In this study, we investigated the optimal meteorological conditions for cloud seeding using aircraft over the Korean Peninsula. The weather conditions were analyzed using various data sources such as a weather chart, upper air observation, aircraft observation, and a numerical model for cloud seeding experiments conducted from 2018 to 2019 by the National Institute of Meteorological Sciences, Korea Meteorological Administration. Cloud seeding experiments were performed in the seasons of autumn (37.0%) and winter (40.7%) in the West Sea and Gangwon-do. Silver iodide (70.4%) and calcium chloride (29.6%) were used as cloud seeding materials for the experiments. The cloud seeding experiments used silver iodide in cold clouds. Aircraft observation revealed relatively low temperatures, low liquid water content, and strong wind speeds in clouds with a weak updraft. In warm clouds, the cloud seeding experiments used calcium chloride. Observations included relatively high temperatures, high liquid water content, and weak wind speeds in clouds with a weak updraft. Based upon these results, we determined the comprehensive meteorological conditions for cloud seeding experiments using aircraft over the Korean Peninsula. The understanding of optimal weather conditions for cloud seeding gained from this study provide information critical for performing successful cloud seeding and rain enhancement.

In this paper, we introduce an iteration generated by countable nonexpansive mappings and prove a weak convergence theorem which is connected with the feasibility problem. This result is used to solve the problem of finding a solution of the countable convex inequality system and the problem of finding a common fixed point for a commuting countable family of nonexpansive mappings.

A demi-closed theorem and some new weak convergence theorems of iterative sequences for asymptotically nonexpansive and nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces are obtained. The results presented in this paper improve and extend the corresponding results of [1],[8]-[10],[12],[13],[15],[16], and [18].

In this paper, weak and strong convergence theorems of three step iteration process with errors are established for two weakly inward and non-self asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve the several recent results in this area.

In this research works, we consider the general regularized penalty method for non-stationary set valued equilibrium problem in a Banach space. We define weak coercivity conditions and show that the weak and strong convergence problems of the regularized penalty method.

In this paper, we consider interval probability as a unifying concept for uncertainty and Choquet integrals with resect to a capacity functional. By using interval probability, we will define an interval-valued capacity functional and Choquet integrals with respect to an interval-valued capacity functional. Furthermore, we investigate Choquet Choquet weak convergence of interval-valued capacity functionals of random sets.

In this paper, we consider, under a hybrid iterative scheme with errors, a weak convergence theorem to a common element of the set of a finite family of asymptotically k-strictly pseudo-contractive mappings and a solution set of an equilibrium problem for a given bifunction, which is the approximation version of the corresponding results of Kumam et al.
